Fantastic experience: I’ve had dental anxiety since I was a small child, I'm now 34. I had been looking for a new dentist to go to. I read some of the reviews from this office and took a chance and called and made an appointment. From the very first phone call I was met with kindness, they were even able to get me in several days early due to a cancellation. I arrived to my first appointment nervous and was met again with kindness. I sat in the waiting room for just a couple of minutes as I was early for my appointment time. It was then I had the pleasure of meeting Olivia, I can’t say enough good things about that young lady. Very professional, very kind and also very knowledgeable. She explained very well what she was doing from one step to the next until she completed her tasks. I then met Dr. Bryan. Dr. Bryan was very professional and kind. He was able to go over my 3D scan quickly to set up a care plan and also discuss the options with me. His kindness and no judgement does not go unnoticed or unappreciated. If your like me and have anxiety about the dentist, I can’t recommend this office enough, make the phone call. You will be so glad you did. Everyone I encountered was top notch.

Fantastic experience: We had a really great first impression! My son chipped his tooth and they fixed his tooth without any complications. They made sure my son was comfortable. Giving him sunglasses and letting him choose some music to help him relax. They also explained every step of the way and answered any questions he had. When they gave him a shot, they were beyond fantastic! They massaged his head to distract him from any pinching and it worked. He said he didn't feel anything! The office was beautiful, very well put together, very comfortable and the staff was very welcoming. I highly recommend this office if you're looking for a new dentist!!

Fantastic experience: I had an emergency situation with my teeth occur. They were able to get me in, in a few hours to see me and get my concern addressed. My only complaint was the wait was a bit long, but in part that was my own fault since I showed up quite a bit early. Every one was very nice, and we came up with a plan to address my immediate issue, and the long term cause of the issue. Prices are shockingly reasonable. They were recommended to me, and I will definitely recommend them to others

The lobby was peaceful and the noise level was low, even though the TV was on and there were several people waiting. There were positive images and quotes on the walls. All of the staff were friendly and nice. All of these things helped keep down my anxiety. I have had some really bad experiences at Dentist offices in the past so I absolutely despise going to the dentist. The visit was relaxed and not at all hurried. Dr Bryan Packard and Haley Christensen were very professional and completely altered my negative feel towards going to the dentist. If you are looking for a great Dentist office gave them a call. I am so grateful that my ENT APRN referred me to them.

Fantastic experience: Great experience today, even though I had to go for 2 crowns. Dr. Bryan and Gabbie were amazing and are definitely very good at helping to soothe any anxiety! So glad I found this place, after my last dentist just dropped us/our insurance without warning! And it doesn’t hurt that you get to choose what kind of music you listen to throughout your appointment! It makes the experience seem a little lighter, than most dentist appointment are!

Negative experience: Review: A Difficult Turn After Years of Exceptional Care I’ve been a long-time patient at this dental practice and have consistently received outstanding care from Dr. Naz and my hygienist, Julia. For years, I left every visit deeply appreciative of their professionalism, kindness, and the genuine care they showed. I’ve always felt respected, heard, and safe in their hands. My teeth were healthy, pain-free, and well-maintained. I even left 5-star reviews in the past using a separate email account because of how truly positive those experiences were. However, I am heartbroken to say that my most recent experience has left me physically debilitated and emotionally devastated. A decision was made to replace several older but non-irritating fillings — a procedure I was told would be minor — that has since spiraled into a traumatic ordeal. What followed was severe, escalating pain that ultimately required sutures, and has only worsened with time. Despite multiple evaluations including CT scans, X-rays, and visual exams, I have been repeatedly told there’s “nothing wrong” and that I might simply be experiencing “sensitivity.” This dismissive language, especially coming from Dr. Packard and Dr. Forest (who are related), has been particularly distressing. I feel that my pain has not only been minimized but outright disregarded. I brought forward scholarly articles and NIH-backed case studies relevant to my symptoms, yet I was met with resistance and what felt like an unwillingness to consider the possibility that I know my own body. He attempted to educate me on a perceived injury that I was not remotely claiming to be the problem - that he also inaccurately assumed I knew nothing about, however, I have recovered from multiple major surgeries so I know exactly what he was describing which had no relevance to the issues I was adamantly urging him to investigate or at the very least have the humility to admit he is unsure and offer a link to a specialist I would need to meet with to discuss my specific issue. No referrals relating to my resulting symptoms were offered, no pain management alternatives were discussed, and no acknowledgment was given of the dangerous, toxic levels of over-the-counter medication I have been forced to rely upon — which has now caused bleeding and ulceration in my GI tract, medically documented with imaging. As I write this, I am bedridden with grueling pain that has ripped away my ability to care for my young daughter, who is now staying with an emergency contact and is displaying severe separation anxiety and reactively declining emotional responses to stress. This has become more than a dental issue; it has deeply impacted every facet of my life. I write this not out of malice, but out of desperation, and with the hope and intent that others may be met with more empathy and clinical discernment if faced with a similar situation. I continue to hold immeasurable respect for the remaining staff who have cared for me in the past, but I am unable to continue entrusting my health to providers who will not acknowledge suffering that is plainly real and life-altering.

Fantastic experience: Growing up I had some bad experiences at the dentist and it led to some years of not really taking care of my teeth the way I should’ve. After getting the courage I decided it was time to start going back a couple years ago and found PD through google. Went in for a couple cleanings/routine work from my neglect and mentioned to them I was interested in crown or veneers but didn’t really know a lot about them. I just wanted to build confidence back in my smile again. Everyone was so respectful in hearing my concerns with my smile and explaining what would be best for me to get the results I wanted. I recently went through with getting crowns/veneers and am so happy with how they look. I hate to name drop and leave someone out because I’ve had interactions with a lot of people there and truly all of them are so friendly and helpful, but I do want to thank Dr. Bryan and everyone involved in helping me painlessly accomplish what I always thought would be a very anxious process.

Positive experience: Their payment and billing is sneaky and will try and get you. They're nice and pleasant but that doesn't mean anything when they're telling you you STILL owe $1200. The doctor was very nice and good.

Fantastic experience: Gabbie and Dr. Naz were a real pleasure to have during my crown and filling procedure today. I am something of a difficult case and they made me feel like a person despite my issues with dental work. If you are looking for trauma informed dental work I highly suggest them. I will continue to go to them for all dental related work.

Fantastic experience: They deserve more than 5 stars. From the moment I walked in to as I was leaving everyone was friendly and helpful. I believe the pricing to be very reasonable. The whole visit from paper, xray, pulling (broken tooth), to paying ran about an hour so super quick. I came in with pain and I had fear from past experiences with other locations. They explained everything step by step They took extra precautions to make sure I was in no pain and just above and beyond. I'm now at home healing and feeling so thankful for the entire staff but a especially for Dr. Bryan and Samantha. 10/10

Also, they put my name on a TV in the treatment room and then used said TV to show me my X-rays and a 3D scan of my mouth that they did. I thought that was super cool!!

Fantastic experience: Everyone was amazing, as a person who was terrified of the dental needle I must say they did really good keeping me distracted, I dislike pain and I did not notice any pain at all, I did feel a gentle pressure but nothing that made me ow. Kept me distracted with wiggling and a facial massage. After that the filling procedure went smoothly. Best dentist I’ve went!

They were able to mill the crown while I waited, which saved me from having a return visit. Dr. Packard seated the crown and reviewed my overall tooth and gum health. Every single anxiety, worry, and fear I had was eased and taken care of with pleasure by every employee I met. Fantastic experience: Having a crown is not something most people comfortable with! I went in at 2:00 and walked out with the permanent crown in my mouth. The whole thing in one appointment. If your work, play and family time is important to you, then call Precision Dental.

Fantastic experience: Great experience! The service was great. Toy, my dental hygienist was courteous, polite, professional, and just an overall great person. Everyone from the front counter to the dentist was great. I highly recommend Precision Dental.

Fantastic experience: Julia was absolutely phenomenal! She gave me excellent recommendations for tooth paste and mouth wash. I asked about water flossers and she showed me two great options and told me the pros and cons for both. She explained everything about my care effortlessly and made the whole experience absolutely wonderful. Dr. Bryan was very polite and excited for my treatment plan. He reassured me in what Julie was wanting to do was the best route possible. I’m excited to get back to taking better care of my teeth and work towards a smile that I can be proud of and comfortable with.

Fantastic experience: This place is the BEST! Alex was knowledgeable and made us feel so comfortable after a terrible experience with my daughter’s current dentist and orthodontist. The staff was so friendly, from the receptionist that got us worked in so quickly, to the financing coordinator who helped us make a game plan. The dentist, Brian, was incredibly kind and gave us multiple options for repairs. Did I mention they worked us in quickly (within hours of my distressed call!) and even made plans for same-day repairs. Hands down the best dental practice in BG!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Naz did an extraction on my #14 tooth. This is normally painful but her pain management was spot on. She did a fantastic job. Gabbie contributed greatly to the pain management. She played good music while talking and singing. She also massaged my forehead. That really helped take my mind off what was happening. You should pay Gabbie more before she leaves for a career singing. All of the staff was courteous and professional. I would say it was a pleasure but I did get a tooth pulled, but it was as good as it gets. Thanks.
