Fantastic experience: Been doing good after my treatment. Thought I would be sore after my tooth out but it's like it never happened. Dr. Hopper was able to get all my treatment done then even with the orthodontics not being there to remove my wire. Thanks to Lauren on the cleaning and front desk ladies!

Fantastic experience: I have been to this dental clinic multiple times now, and each time I am treated with such kindness and professionalism. The manager Sandra is wonderfully helpful and Dr. Chaudhari is just amazing! He was so thorough in his explanations and made sure I was comfortable and updated the whole time. If you are needing some work done they offer affordable payment plans, a clean environment, and a great staff that is on it! Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Very pleasant experience today! My son was super nervous for his extraction on his tooth and we've have issues in the past. Dr. Hooper assured him everything will go smooth and he shouldn't feel any pain. My son is terrified of needles and after the shot he says "wow I didn't feel that at all, not sure why I was scared". Dr. Hooper's humor and making my son laugh really helped him get through the extraction like it was nothing, they were even fitting bumping at the end. Excellent job both front office ladies and Dr!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been coming here since I was a kid. Now I am an adult, have my own insurance and wondered if I should continue here or explore my options. I decided to stay and I am happy I did for the simple reason of the staff and Dr.Chaudhari. Everyone is helpful and kind. Anybody to say otherwise, was most likely having a bad day.

Fantastic experience: This place is magnificent. I don't have one complaint about this clinic! From the front door to the way out, it was exceptional. I felt that the dentist, Dr. Chaudhari, put my best interest 1st in his treatment. I had gone through a difficult time, and really needed a good dentist, I had two crowns (front teeth) fall off, bad dental hygiene at the time, and Sandra Office Manager, THE BEST, Diana was so wonderful. Dr. Chaudry can't be beat anywhere anytime. Don't hesitate to come get dental help here. Its above and beyond.

Negative experience: I was very disappointed with my scheduled appointment I had today. My appointment was for a regular 6mo cleaning. After the hygienist evaluated my teeth, I was told she would be back to do the cleaning. After sitting and just waiting for over 45mns someone else came in to discuss the payment. I asked her what was taking so long and she said the hygienist was doing an emergency surgery. I asked her how much longer it would be. She went and asked and came back and told me another 25mns. Totally unacceptable! Why didn't they tell me that in the first place so I could've made the decision to wait or just reschedule? Needless to say, I left and will be looking for a different dentist.

Positive experience: I love the service I really do and the employees, but I receive braces on a Saturday and I understand my mouth is supposed to be soar after braces but the dental assistance who installed my braces was new to her job and left my wire hanging out so far that it scrapped the inside of my jaw really bad that it's more soar then my teeth. Here it is Monday at 3:50a.m. and I can't sleep because my jaw are soar, and I used the whole pack of wax in 1 day that they provide me for comfort on the end of my braces. I can't wait till they open at 8:30 so I can be the 1st 1 there to see the orthodontist so I can get this mess fixed. I felt like a project to the new girl she kept needing assistance from the other dental assistants to help her with certain things. She needed help with the spring, the mouth bumper, and the wire, but she still left me in a lot of pain over the weekend. I know ppl keep asking me y I didn't say anything while I was there, but I didn't feel it till I left completely, and when I left, it was too late to turn around. I only got my bottom braces installed, so I'm hoping that when I go back in 2 weeks, my top experience will be better than my bottom. I have to be at work at 11 am and can't get any sleep because of this jaw pain, and my jaw hurts worse than MY TEETH COME ON 4.5 HRS

Negative experience: Hate This Place Sooooo Much!!!! Do Not Come Here!!!! They Take FOREVER With Appointments (over 2 months) I’ve Had My Braces For OVER 4 YEARS!!!! It’s Literally About To Be 5 Years With Them On And I Just Signed Off Today For Them To Stop Treatment Even Know I’m Not Context Cause I Don’t Want Braces For 6 Years!!!!! They Switch Dentists EVERY 6 Months. Every Dentist Changes Your Braces Plans. Save Your Money And Go Elsewhere, I Spent 6K And Regret Coming Here So Bad I Should Have Just Went Somewhere Where They Keep Their Same Dentist.

Fantastic experience: Jefferson Dental gave my son beautiful teeth and my daughter is in braces with them now! Absolutely love the staff and Dr. Vick Gupta is just awesome ☺️ He is great with my daughter who is very nervous about anything dental related, he never rushes and always answers my questions as a parent. Is very through at explaining current and future treatment plan. My daughter has a complicated case so this is very important to me and he always takes time to explain. If I had a 3rd kid I would bring them and we live 1.5 hours away. Worth the drive!

Fantastic experience: I went to Jefferson dental clinic & orthodontics, and might I say this is the best dental experience I have ever had thus far! From the receptionists to the dental assistants and the Doctor, for names to be exact Dr Chardhari was very precise, I had a very clean extraction and my bite feels so much better. Keyera was the dental assistant who assisted and was very sweet and attentive to the doctors leading instructions. Sanova was the manager that I also adored so much and I know that on my journey I am going to love it here! I was nervous at first but I am so excited to know that I have a good trusted team! Negative experience: CHECK OUT THERE BUSINESS STANDING ON THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU BEFORE YOU GO HERE!!!! Please stay away from this place they can't keep a doctor. They schedule people same day and expect them to drop everything and show up. Their double billing insurance and customers. Don't pay until you verify with your insurance. RUN!!!!! I love how the reply and ask you to call a number that is disconnected or just has a busy signal!!!! Says a lot doesn't it.

Fantastic experience: After having my braces removed after two years, I visited this office for a cleaning, which was highly successful. My dental hygienist, Melisa, provided exceptional care, gently and thoroughly removing all bacteria and glue from my teeth. She also offered valuable tips on maintaining a clean, healthy smile. I've never felt fresher breath in years! Dr. Chaudhari and his assistant, Diana, made me feel comfortable and did an excellent job on my fillings. Compared to other dental offices, this one is the best. I look forward to my next visit!

Fantastic experience: My children are just a few weeks away from having their braces removed and the staff at Jefferson has been fantastic! Throughout the craziness of the past 2 years, this staff has maintained safety protocols and have taken great care to keep the schedule moving. Appointments are never unreasonably long, the staff is super friendly, give detailed answers to my questions, and the doctors have taken the time to make sure my children and I understand the procedures and after-care directions. Retainer maintenance visits are quick and easy. I highly recommend Jefferson for your ortho needs! Update 7/11/24: I took my daughter to the generals dentistry office at this location and I am extremely pleased with how clean the office is. We had an appointment and the wait was reasonable as was the treatment time. Staff is friendly and professional. I highly recommend this office.

Fantastic experience: There has been times when the pain I was in and my inability to pay for services made me the worse patient. Maria and allllll the other wonderful humans at this office showed me grace and gave me competent care.

Negative experience: My experience here was difficult. Once I got to my appointment they just asked for my last name so they was taking my X-ray under the wrong name. Had to take more X-ray once they noticed the information was incorrect. The girl taking my X-rays was new which is fine but she was struggling and didn’t want to ask for help. I got work done to my left side and 4 months later I’m back in pain.

Negative experience: Unfortunately, after four doctors and with the last doctor rush me to get my braces off, not happy. I’ve asked for my dental records with different kinds of treatments that was not close to previous treatments I’ve had prior. My teeth are cricket as can be an after 2 1/2 years, I feel negligence is a thing that exists here. NEVER come here unless you want inconsistency. These photos are SAME DAY the day I got my braces removed because the 4th doctor rushed me to.

Negative experience: Very unorganized and the left hand NEVER knows what the right hand is doing. If your told something by one person PLEASE take their name because if your told something by different person, they will disregard what the prior person told you. There are so many inconsistencies with this company, it’s very frustrating. I now see why they have such low reviews. I suggest yall use someone else because getting through to someone that is actually on the Ortho side is like pulling teeth!! My review is 100% accurate! No bashing just straight truth. You cannot get anything done with these peope!

Negative experience: First dentist pulling 3 teeth ,broke off one.Sent to Buckner location tooth remains extraction went OK but in severe pain.After 4 days of no pain medication had to go back to get written prescription.. People these folks are a cattle car operation with poor management and overbooked Doctors

The doctor is nice, gentle, explains everything so you can understand & the hygienist explained what she was going to do, numb me with some gel & told me I’d be okay & no pain. I got my cleaning with NO pain!!! She was great! The insurance lady in the front office is so very helpful, great attitude, pleasant & all with a smile. This is the place to go if you need “any” dental work! Kudos to this office.

Negative experience: General side is the worst I really wish I could give a negative 5 stars but I can’t……. You all charged me 907.00 for deep cleaning I was told it’s some type of cleaning plan for my teeth and the 907.00 was for several cleanings I only received one cleaning and when I disputed the charge they said I received all services. There is no way in hell I would’ve agreed to pay 907.00 for one damn deep cleaning. DO NOT GO THERE WORST PLACE EVER AND THEY CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS !!!!!!

Negative experience: I have been coming to this location for a year. I had never had a problem. Two weeks ago I called to cancel my appointment and they rescheduled me for a Friday when it arrived. It was closed. I went to ask the general clinic and they told me that there were already several people who were going to ask the same thing. They rescheduled my appointment for Tuesday when I arrived on Tuesday, they told me I didn't have an appointment. I explained what had happened and they treated me as if I was lying and with attitude, the three women were rude I tried to show them the messages that I received on Friday reminding me of my appointment and they were already deleted. One of them told me very rudely that they were not going to provide me service . If I wanted to, I could sit in the lobby until 1:30 to see if someone really canceled. this is how your employees are trained to treat patients as if they were liars they really need to work with their attitude in a situation like this and more because it was their mistake

Fantastic experience: I have been needing dental work for a long time, but put it off after COVID. I was told my insurance would cover a lot of the costs. I made an appointment and went in to Jefferson Dental & Orthodontics yesterday. I was very happy to be treated so well by all the staff there. It started out as X-rays by the assistant, next the hygienist came in, followed by the dentist who went over a lot of the X-rays and dental work I will be needing. Lastly, the office mgr showed me a plan of treatment which seemed affordable. I decided to go ahead and do some fillings of which I normally would have been scared. I will continue to follow up with my treatment plan because health is very important to me. And this dental office will definitely get my business.

Positive experience: Very friendly employees my only thing is theyre not very informative in regards to your oral health. Just to make sure you brush and floss! I didn't know I had problems with my gums untill I saw my receipt. I just wish they would've told me sooner.

Fantastic experience: I came in for an Invisalign consult, Dr Bontz and Kristine were super great at explaining and they offered different payment plans which helped in my case as I was able to do same treatment! I highly recommend this location for your orthodontic needs.

Negative experience: Usually I'm very satisfied with how my daughter is treated at jefferson dental, but today she walked out crying and in pain from the nurse that was fixing her brackets. My daughter has a very low pain tolerance and has a hard time and she warns them in the beginning. The nurse talked to her very mean and my daughter could over hear the nurse talking horrible about her to another nurse. . I'm a very upset mom today!

Fantastic experience: Today I had a great experience! Dr. Chaudhari was gentle and eased alot of my concerns. Ms. Sandra and Ms. Diana assisted with my treatment and helping with finding a dental assistance that works for me. I am looking forward to my next appointment.

Negative experience: Made an appointment 2 weeks ahead, the day I of my appointment I walked in and they said they were fully scheduled and couldn't see me unyil MAYBE 2:00pm. I showed them my phone where I was confirming my appointment 2 days ahead and there wasn't a reply back from their end. They told me I could wait a couple of hours and see if they could fit me in but couldn't guarantee it. I explained to them it was my only day off during the week due to me working long late hours Monday - Saturday and I was taking advantage of my work company giving me the day off the day after Christmas but they didn't work with me TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!

Negative experience: They have scheduled an appointment for both my kids on the same day and when we reached there they let us wait there for 30 minutes fill out all the forms even after I told em I have already submitted all the details online. Then after 30 minutes when I asked them what’s going on they just said the doctor had an emergency and couldn’t make it, and the substitute doctor didn’t accept our insurance. They could’ve told me that way earlier and not letting us sit there for 30 minutes and fill out all the formalities which we already submitted online. Very unprofessional and not understanding the value of time it’s a 45 minutes drive up and down and including the wait time we are wasting a lot of time , the biggest disappointment was they haven’t told me this until I step up and asked them if not they would have let me sit there for the whole day . Very unsatisfying experience and the management should consider this as a serious issue and hope that they will take appropriate action to prevent this type of issues in the future.

Negative experience: This location is very nice and the staff is friendly, I must say. The quality of service from the doctors are not what I expected. I originally went in for just an observation to get braces. I needed to correct a few teeth that were crooked and was told that I only needed braces for 6-8 months. It's been 15 months and I'm now seeing a 3rd doctor. The first doctor messed up my bite and teeth completely. I have never had a gap in my front teeth and I started to get one. The way the 1st dentist set up the brackets on my teeth, caused my teeth to be pulled outward and then down on top (the stick out more), also my lip has lost its elasticity due to the hook on the brackets and the position of them causing my bite to be off. I'm very displeased about this and everytime a new dentist comes, they are having to correct this problem not knowing what I've faced. It's taking longer and longer and it's very frustrating. I've been done paying on my braces since April of this year. I should be out of these. Again, my teeth were not that bad since I had braces prior, I just needed a few teeth straightened due to not wearing my retainer and now my entire mouth is messed up. I am used to getting adjusted monthly and sometimes I'm pushed 6 to 8 weeks out. This journey has been too long. Nothing like I expected and I'm hoping that this 3rd dentist can fix my teeth properly so that I can get out of these braces.

Negative experience: Be VERY careful when it comes to insurance coverage here! This was my first time at a new dentist so I made sure I asked multiple times to make sure my insurance would cover everything. I was told they would cover all but about $60, so I paid that before leaving, and then 2 months later I was sent a bill of over $500 because the dentist on staff that day wasn't in the network with my insurace and they neglected to tell me this before doing my services. So just make sure you ask specifically if that dentist is in network with your insurance provider before letting them do anything! Left messages over a 3 week period with the billing office with no calls back until I called the regular dental office to complain, and then was basically told that it was my fault and to ask more specific questions next time. Very unprofessional

Fantastic experience: To make a long story short I haven’t been taking care of my teeth very well for the past 3 years since my 9 year old daughter Olivia passed. I’ve have started my self care journey just recently and decided to start with my teeth coming into the office I was very embarrassed and ashamed of myself not to mention emotional. I came into this office with my head down ready to be scolded if I only knew the total opposite experience the wonderful ladies gave me I would’ve came sooner. The entire staff from the front desk ladies to the ones in the back were so good to me and made me feel safe. I especially want the give a special thank you to Kaitlin Wiley the best dental hygienist she made me feel that it’s ok for things to happen in life that bring us to the lowest we can ever go. She gave me the confidence that I’ve been needing and desperately wanting! Thank you again to everyone at this location.

Fantastic experience: I want to start off by saying that I was attended very very amazing the staff there is amazing and did an amazing job on my deep cleaning . I’m going back in two weeks for a Venus whitening and I cannot wait to see what the results will look like . Thank you staff again very much you guys are amazing !

Fantastic experience: Loved the team at NB yesterday!!! I usually hate coming for my 6 months check up to do X-rays and really anything but they made me love coming to the dentist! Diana, Katelynn and DR. C y’all are amazing ! Keep doing what y’all do!!! ❤️❤️❤️

Fantastic experience: Great experience & great team! The staff was polite and fast, I was seen right away.The doctor as well as the hygienist did an amazing job for my treatment did not feel any type of pain! highly recommended :)

Fantastic experience: I really enjoyed the visit, they were very friendly with me and my daughter, very patient with my baby(2 year old). I was surprised my baby didn't go crazy like she does at other doctor's offices. They made her comfortable, I was impressed.

Negative experience: Worse experience ever!!! I had an appointment @1:30 and was not seen until 2:40. I wasn’t attended until 7pm (they also rushed because I WAS THEIR LAST PATIENT)! I had my wisdom teeth removed and the dentist was really harsh removing them. I told them I can feel everything because they did not numb me enough but they ignored what I said. They did not describe to me well of the things I should or should not do/eat. I also was not prescribed any medicine for the pain. I came here based on the positive reviews and there’s no way that any of them are true. I honestly believe they have to be friends/relatives considering the experience I dealt with. I highly do NOT recommend this place at all!!!
