Negative experience: I went here needing new dentures. They took X-rays and pictures of my old dentures and then told me to leave and they would call me for a consultation. They never called! They never answered when I tried calling! I found a better dentist in the neighborhood!

Negative experience: Western Dental desperately needs to fix its appointment system. There is no direct phone number or email to reach the actual office. Every call goes to a call center, which would be fine if their system worked properly. Unfortunately, it doesn’t. I have repeatedly been scheduled for the wrong type of appointment for my child. Every single time I show up, the office apologizes and turns me away because the call center booked us with the wrong dentist. I’ve been told the call center has no access to the children’s dentist calendar, which makes no sense, yet they continue scheduling anyway. When I ask the call center to contact the office directly, they get no response. They send emails—also no response. They refuse to give out any direct contact information “due to policy,” leaving parents stuck in a loop with no way to reach the office that treats their children. The worst part is that even when I scheduled in person, they still put us in the wrong slot, and I had to miss work for nothing. They leave voicemail numbers “if you have questions,” but those calls also go straight to the same call center that can’t help. It’s extremely frustrating, unreliable, and a huge inconvenience. I’m exhausted from calling, being turned away, and being told there’s nothing anyone can do. Parents shouldn’t have to physically go into the office just to get a correct appointment. Western Dental needs to overhaul this system.

Negative experience: I wish I could leave no stars. This dentist traumatized my special needs son. He went in the first time and everything went fine. They filled a couple cavities. They numbed him with a novacaine shot. His lips were numb for hours. Everything was fine. He went back three days ago to have two extractions. He asked if his dad could go back with him but the lady with the glasses told him no since he is over 18. He is special needs but not severely. He is more like a young child. They used a cotton ball to numb him for the shot. And then the dentist proceeded with the extractions! They didn't give him a novacaine shot to EXTRACT TWO teeth! When my son started flailing and asked them to stop, they had several office staff PROCEED TO HOLD HIM DOWN while they extracted his teeth! My son has a high pain tolerance. He never complains of pain. His whole life. He told me that it was the most painful thing that ever happened to him in his life. He cried to me and told me how horrible it was and how scared he was. When I called the office the lady had such an attitude when I told her what happened. She said she was going to inquire about what happened and get back to us but she never called back. This is certainly not the end of this but I had to warn other people about this negligence. My poor son is traumatized. I've had teeth pulled. Several. If they numb you up you only feel pressure. My poor son. They pulled two teeth without a novacaine injection and there is no excuse. I don't know if they forgot, or one of them assumed the other one did it... I know since my son is special needs they are going to try to say they game him the shot. But they didn't. I know they didn't. My son told me they didn't. He's special needs but he knows when he gets a shot. He gets monthly medical injections. But he doesn't know to say "Hey, aren't I supposed to get a shot to numb me up???" We prepared him for it, but he didn't know to remind them, or ASK them. Unacceptable. Heartbreaking. Negligent. Traumatic. Those people should be ashamed of themselves.

Negative experience: Waited for 2 hours to be seen. Never got seen just left. Was going to be a new patient, not anymore. Such a waste of time. Staff seemed to not really care either.

Negative experience: Most staff in the front are very rude, they seem bothered by the fact that they have to check you in even if that's their job. They make faces and grunt and have a bad attitude. There is only one lady so far that I have met who is very kind and helpfull all the rest are just plain rude. Its not a bad place but the front just leaves a bad taste in the mouth.

Negative experience: Very disappointed with how I, as a new patient, was treated. Not only did I show up a little early for my scheduled appointment but I still had to wait at least 40 minutes after my scheduled time to be seen. Once being seen I had xrays done and was shown an xray that showed my nasal nerve being close to my tooth root to which the female dentist explained but never said it would be an issue. Get to the procedure and her dental assistant numbed the complete opposite tooth of what was supposed to be numbed. I had to tell them it was the wrong tooth to which they laughed off. Should've been my first red flag.. They start the procedure to pull the rest of my tooth out but during this process the female dentist was being very rough to the point that I felt pain with the numbing. She then hit my sinus nerve and I told her it was very painful to which she unprofessionally threw her arms up in the air, scoffed and told me, "Well this is exactly why I didn't want to do this!". I was taken aback, in shock that this was a reaction from a "professional". I had to tell her that I don't feel comfortable continuing with the procedure and she referred me to an actual surgeon. I'm still concerned about this dentist and am afraid that she does not fit her profession. This was the absolute worst expierence I've ever had with a dentist.

Negative experience: Bring my son for emergency situation he had a bad toothache which needed to be removed. So they set up an appointment and they requested he also come back for other work needed but bypass the bad tooth we came in for and set him for everything else, so I ended up with 6 different appointments and the main reason we are here is literally the last appointment . So now he has to deal with a hurting tooth for another week. Exactly why I will never come again. Making appointments for every little thing to get the visit money from insurance.

Negative experience: Was my first and last visit X-ray lady very rude They scheduled me to come in at 2 then they called and rescheduled for 11:30 after the consult aprox 12:30 they told me to wait till 1 pm for the doctor to come back from lunch and work on my daughter filling was there for over a hour and never got the fillings done when I mentioned to the receptionist she said it was up to me to keep waiting or leave definitely won’t be back there they are not profesional and don’t care about patients time !! Just a waste of time I will contact insurance to verify what they are charging for if so because quick to have me sign and approve but not to treat my daughter

Negative experience: Would never come here again. They don’t care about saving your teeth—it feels like it’s all about business. If you lose a tooth and need an implant, they won’t cover it, even if it happens just weeks later. Read between the lines. It’s terrible here. The front desk ladies are super sweet (no fault of theirs), but what’s happening in the back is unacceptable. Please find another place—this is not it!

Negative experience: Industry has the worst customer service I have ever had to deal with the three ladies at the front were very rude and disrespectful. I had paperwork for the my job that required the dentist to fill out and they flat out refused to. I had explained to them that my job requires this paperwork so that I can retain my job because I had no ppto time. They made a big deal because of how my job worded the paperwork so I couldn’t get important and painful dental work because they didn’t approve of the way the paperwork was worded? Yeah no they will never get my business again!!!

Negative experience: I took my son to western dental when he was 11 years old and he got braces. Three years later when I thought he was going to get his braces removed I was told that he needed a second set of braces because the first set had been put on when he still had baby teeth. I had to pay for my son to get braces again! I now take my two younger sons to My Kids Dentist in San Jacinto. When we went in for my second son to get braces, the orthodontist said we had to wait for his baby teeth to fall out. At My Kids Dentist, the staff valued my son’s smile more than my money. I would never recommend Western Dental in Hemet, Ca.

Negative experience: Went to this place today for extraction that medical cover and when I get put in room for procedure the lady come telll me it’s 1000 dollars out of pocket that’s something you discuss with the patient before hand not right before procedure than the specialist come in to say I can extract but if you pay it will be better I ll do bone graft and extraction that’s not how you do business you discuss financial before hand I’ll never go back there

Negative experience: went in on may 24th 2025 to get consulted for braces, got my molds done and even pictures taken. they said that i scored enough for my insurance to cover and that they’d submit them to my insurance and that the process would take 6-8 weeks. fast forward to today, 9 weeks later, i had called earlier in the week with my insurance as the dentist never gave us any response back, they said no paper work was filed, NOTHING submitted. called them, they said call saturday when the orthoteam arrives; called saturday and someone who was working on paperwork said they hadn’t submitted anything. i get being busy but how can you not find the time in 9 weeks to submit this. i found this to be very unprofessional and chances are i’ll have to repeat the entire process over again and wait another 6-8 weeks.

Negative experience: I’m really upset with how my appointment went today. My cleaning and X-rays were scheduled for 11:15 AM, but I arrived early at 11:00 just to be on time. I didn’t get called in until 1:00 PM which was nearly two hours later. I was already frustrated, but I figured once I was in, things would move quickly. Turns out, after my X-rays, the staff went to lunch, and I was asked to come back at 2:30 PM for the cleaning (which was supposed to happen at 11:15 in the first place). I asked if I’d have to wait again and was told “no,” that it would be fast. So I came back at 2:25. I checked in, sat down, and waited again. 10 minutes… 20 minutes… 30 minutes later and still nothing. At 3:00 PM, I finally walked up and told them to cancel my appointment. One of the ladies at the front even seemed shocked I hadn’t been called back yet, just like I was. What really rubbed me the wrong way is how unprofessional the front staff was. There were about six of them laughing loudly, being disruptive, and talking about inappropriate things, even using foul language, all while there’s a posted sign in the lobby asking patients to keep it quiet. The irony. Meanwhile, patients are just sitting there, waiting forever, getting completely ignored. I ended up wasting my entire day at this office and never even got my cleaning done. This whole experience was frustrating, unorganized, and completely unprofessional. I won’t be coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone who values their time or expects basic respect as a patient.

Negative experience: I’ve been to a few dentist offices and western dental in Hemet by far is the WORST ONE I EVER BEEN TO! That office manager should rethink her whole career because this is her wrong career path!! From the receptionist to the Dr. just HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Whatever you do PLEASE go anywhere but here for any dental needs!! I basically had to beg for a prescription for antibiotics for tooth pain after I was seen by the Dentist and was hung up on when they never submitted it! I was ignored and waited for almost 3 hours for nothing!!! I now understand why the lady in the next chair was cursing and crying about no help and the wait!! DO NOT COME TO WESTERN DENTAL IN HEMET! I’m trying to help the next victim

Do not go here your pockets and insurance will get rinsed. Worst place i ahve been too. If you do not want your day or teeth ruined dont go here.

Positive experience: The staff was great. The Dentist not so much. I have pain and got no medicine and all she came and said is 'the front teeth need extraction ' looked in my mouth then left. She didn't ask me if I had pain or didn't tell me if I had an infection or anything. I am in a wheelchair and I get infections. I was worried and needed some kind of assurance, I got none from the Dentist. The staff at the front desk was great and the x-ray tech was awesome. I really don't want the same Dentist again I would rather have the guy Dentist.

Negative experience: I’ve come here a number of times already for myself and my son as well. Everytime we come here there seems to be an issue almost always with the wait time. Last time we came for my son they weren’t confident enough to treat my 5 year old so we had to travel to another dentist miles away. I came in to pick up where I left off with my dental work up 7 months ago and the person helping was polite but still there was no real good reason why I was here from 10:00 am and left 3 1/2 hours later at 1:30pm. I was sitting here waiting and waiting just for I’m assuming was the dentist Dr. Lopez to ask me questions I already filled out answers to on a form and then hand me back a form that wasn’t supposed to be filled and handed back to my doctors until all the work is done. So now I have to summit again another release form to my doctors for the okay to get my dental work done here. It’s somewhat ridiculous how my day has been so far.

Negative experience: Procedure was very painful full. Had me fill out information on pharmacy but didn't prescribed pain medication or any antibiotics. Twice had to cancel appointments because dental wasn't in but failed to call me when it was. Office front desk staff diffently needs personality improving. I always hate it when I see 4 in the front just sitting around then tell you wait a min. Their cold and attitude rude.

Negative experience: Wow these receptionists over the desk are extremely rude and incompetent, not to mention lacking in basic work ethics/communication standards. I would not recommend this Western Dental, the one in Perris is much Professional and Kind that’s the on I would recommend.

Negative experience: I was in severe pain when I went to Western Dental and I tried to get a ballpark figure on cost. They said you have to talk to the doctor for costs and they took me back for X-ray I was still asking about costs and told the doctor would talk to me about it. They should let me know the cost before getting X-rays now I have to use their financing and pay for a year. They gave me antibiotics and Motrin 800mg saying the doctor could not prescribe anything stronger for pain so I had a second night with no sleep. So I got an appointment for 2 weeks later and had tooth pulled today and nothing for pain and it’s hurting again so I had to go to urgent care for Tylenol 3. I was told I needed bone graft over and over again by the staff and got a quote for the work I need done $30,000.00 all this because I needed 1 tooth pulled.
Fantastic experience: First time been and the staff was very friendly and helpful and nice to me and also very gentle with my teeth I recommended this dentist to anyone. Great job western dental staff.

Negative experience: Horrible experience!!! If I could give 0 stars I would. My teeth are severely stained and they only got worse during my pregnancy so I made an appointment for a check up/deep clean to help me feel better about my teeth. I set the appointment for 1:30pm. To start off, they called me 2 days later to tell me that the time I scheduled wasn’t available because the dentists would be at lunch, which I think they shouldn’t of even made that time an option if it wasn’t going to be available to be seen. Second off, I get there and they make me wait an hour to be seen and when I’m finally seen, the doctor didn’t even clean my teeth. She just tries to sell me a whitening kit that costs nearly $2,000 that my insurance didn’t cover!!! What was the point of insurance if I have to pay that much out of my own pocket? I waited an hour just for them to try and scam me with a kit and didn’t even get my teeth cleaned. I would’ve rather stayed home. A waste of my time and gas. Do NOT come here!!! Negative experience: Poor Customer service if possible I would give a 0 star rating. The receptionist was unprofessional. She violated other patients private information. It appeared she didn't know what she was doing. The website is not accurate either I filled out my information online and it happened to disappear, having to do everything again. The appointment system not accurate. Had an appointment at 8 am and it took them 1hour to check me in. Don't waste your time with this location.

Fantastic experience: Came in here for my uncle who is 45 years old and was inquiring about some dental information. It is ada accessible and has plenty of parking space for both blue placards and regular parking. The inside Lobby is super clean and very nicely decorated. The bathroom was super clean as well. The girls that work there are friendly and professional. Doctor Lopez attended to my Uncles needs and although he was overbooked he handled everything smoothly and was very kind and again was very professional. Although my uncle couldn’t afford what he wanted I was still happy with how they treated both my Uncle and I. Big shout out to the lovely ladies in the front: Nelly, Ana, Christa, Iraiz and Mariam. When you walk in you just feel the positive vibes and you feel right at home!

Negative experience: Terrible job and costumer service highly Do Not recommend them . Trash had to get rootcanal done twice and they we careless in the process mouth was in pain and didn’t even prescribe medication and lack communication definitely did not know what they were doing. Never going here again.

Negative experience: Horrible experience. I waited for an hour to see the dentist despite having an appointment for teeth cleaning. They spent the whole time trying to sell me on new items versus providing the cleaning. Unfortunately I had to return to work without the actual cleaning because they took so long to see me. Do not book for a basic cleaning unless you have 4 hours to spare.

Negative experience: Call the office this morning and a receptionist named Jill answered all I wanted was to confirm my appointment tomorrow. Despite giving my name, phone number and birthday she kept demanding more info and was rude! Shouldn’t had to go through hoops just to confirm an appointment. !!!!!! Rude receptionist Jill !!
Negative experience: I have been going to the Hemet Western Dental for a year now. They are very unorganized.. the doctor/dentist is rarely on time and they go home early even though they have appointments scheduled. I recently had two procedures done on my two young daughters of which I charged double. I was informed the manager would be aware and contact me. I have called the Hemet office and the manager will not speak to me or contact me to even start to handle the situation. I have called the CORPORATE OFFICE and they transferred me to every department until I was disconnected. They do not care about their customers. Negative experience: I went for a check-up with my daughter. The nurse assigned to us was speaking to me like a child about a chair. It was giving she had a long day and didn’t want to be bothered. They rushed my daughter’s service to get us out fast and it was quite rude and discriminatory.

Fantastic experience: Couple hours wait time, but Dr. F for pedo is amazing! Such a wonderful doctor, she cares for her patients, and doesn’t force the children to do anything they can’t handle. Absolutely love her! We will be back for the remainder of my sons treatment ✨

Negative experience: Dr. Radhika Patel was unprofessional throughout the entire ordeal, she misgendered me the entire appointment, and didn't even read my chart before prescribing me a medication I'm highly allergic to. I had to write my medication allergies multiple times in patient intake paperwork, but she clearly didn't read it. I mentioned my allergies to her verbally before I left the office, and she said she'd fix it. I got a message from CVS informing me she did, in fact, send the meds I'm allergic to. I had to drive back to the office to inform her again, and ask for a different antibiotic that won't make my throat swell. She was rude and dismissive throughout the entire appointment, I asked what I can do for emergency dental and she pointed to her own teeth and said "I don't know I've never had that problem." Like... You're a dentist who is rude and condescending to your patients asking for dental advice.
Negative experience: they get mad when they cant upsell you unnecessary procedures, why take low income insurances and try selling them over $2000 dollars in procedures. do better.

Negative experience: I think dr who did my teeth cleaning didn't know how to do it..she had other patients waiting and she only scratched my teeth to remove plaque, 10 min and then she said I needed to come back in 3 months . I asked if that was all and she said yes, no mouth wash, no floor polishing, at least a glass of water to rinse my mouth myself, so I had this bad sensation of my mouth dirty with residues of plaque the rest of the day..this never happened to me with other dentists..I think this was not right, considering I waited a long time to get assistance..they shouldnt had to take more patients than what they can help..hope this dentist changes the way she treats patients.
Negative experience: This review is for the front ladies who work at this place. All of them and I repeat all of them are very unprofessional rude have bad attitude bad customer service skills to almost everyone except their friends or guys who flirt with them. But to anyone else, they are very rude. They do not let you know about waiting time they do not check on you. They treat you like you are there to do them a favor, and they do not care if you are in pain, have an appointment time, or need help. The only way I saw a smile and kindness was when they were explaining to me the braces payment plans, and they knew I was going to pay. I understand it is a business, and you guys do not have to like me personally but treat me like a person of value because it is for people like me that you have and work in that business place. There is something called emphaty I strongly recommend you girls take a course on it... stop treating people like inferior human beings. Respect our time and learn how to be emphatic to our situations. Stop gossiping in front of waiting patients. Stop bragging about your starbucks orders and stop being rude. Be professional. You would hope that is something they learn at school, but the staff I believe they didn't learn much. Avoid this place if there is no change.
Negative experience: They really should tell you everything up front. Went the first trip. Said when I come back it was going to $170 with the rest on payments. When I come back it’s “Just kidding! Lol! That will be $2000 today!” SMH, be honest with people. Stop wasting everyone’s time.
Positive experience: Okay nice people, however my crown after 2 tries still does not fit, 3 months to get it right! I will not go back, I need someone else to fix this!
Fantastic experience: The whole staff is amazing at this location! The X-rays went very easy and worked slowly with me! The Dr and assistance were so nice! Dr. frjardo did my cavity fill and was super fast and nice! This if my new dental home for sure!

Negative experience: I had a bicuspid that was broken, chipping, and causing me pain for months. I made an appointment for a tooth extraction at Western Dental in Hemet, labeled as an "emergency" appointment. I waited 10 days for the appointment and completed a full treatment of antibiotics beforehand to be safe. When I arrived at 10:00 AM for my 10:15 AM appointment, I waited until after 11:00 AM to be called back. Despite being in severe pain, I was told that my appointment had been mistakenly booked as a new patient visit, so no work could be done that day. What’s even more frustrating is that they kept insisting I was a new patient, even though I've been to other Western Dental locations before. Apparently, each location operates independently, so they cannot share X-rays, pictures, or records within their own offices. The dentist informed me that they could not remove the tooth because it had the potential to be saved. I was told that if they removed any tooth with the potential to be saved, they would be fired and could lose their license, no matter the circumstance. Even if I signed a waiver, they refused to extract it, citing legal and professional risks. Due to the booking mistake and insurance requirements, I was told it could take up to 4 months before I receive treatment for this "dental emergency." When I offered to pay out of pocket to expedite the process, I was told that it was "fraudulent" and "illegal" to do so since I have insurance. Additionally, I was informed that if I had not provided my insurance information and instead opted to be a cash patient, I would have been treated the same day. However, because I have insurance, the process is significantly delayed. To make matters worse, no manager or supervisor was available on the weekend, even though the office was fully open. After reaching out to insurance, hospitals, and other dentists, I was advised to take opiates for pain management while waiting, despite not wanting to use them due to the side effects. This experience has been incredibly frustrating. If I didn’t have insurance, I likely would have been treated the same day, but instead, I'm left suffering for months due to their mishandling and policies.
Positive experience: Good people, Miriam was awesome each of my 3 visits and friendly making the visits feel a lot more relaxed. I wasn't told any aftercare to do after my 9 fillings .. I wasn't told what was happening or how long or why. Would've been nice but they did work on me fast and get me in quickly after checking in which may matter more to people. Definitely could see big improvements in that area outside of that great job my teeth look so much better and feel better.

Negative experience: WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!!!! Showed up for my appointment 15 minutes early and waited over an hour to be seen. They scheduled me to come back the next day at 2:30 (which I had an appointment card that showed date and time). Receptionist called me later that day to confirm appointment and they changed the appointment time to 12:30. I let her know that I had already adjusted my work schedule and was not able to make it in. When I asked what happened to my 2:30 appointment she was clueless then proceeded to blame me as if I was never scheduled for 2:30. (Also let her know I had an appointment card proving 2:30). She had a very nasty attitude and was very unprofessional. Please go somewhere else to get better care and service.
Negative experience: This place only has a good rating because they post a sign in every room stating if you leave a 5star review with a staff members name they will give you a free whitening kit. This place is dirty. The wait times are ridiculous. No one should have to wait 2-3 hours to be see for their appointments.. especially for kids appointments!
Negative experience: Wait time is ridiculous, they demand you show up here 10 minutes prior and keep you in the waiting room for an hour They overbook appointments and only have a Pediatric dentist twice a month at random times. Meaning that only twice a month they have someone to work on your kids teeth.

Negative experience: Waited over 2 hours with multiple parents and kids to be seen many of the families left. I get that kids orthodontist doesn't come often but don't over due the appointments it's ridiculous having to wait so long. Dr are nice but front staff should do better in scheduling appointments and stop over booking. If appointment is at 10:30am I expect to be seen within the 40min ok fine but not to be seen till 1pm mostly everyone waited 2 hours and the rest just left

Negative experience: Very upset, they are very unprofessional. Western Dental not the way they use to be. My daughter went to be seen she had a toothache they told her she needed a root canal or maybe tooth would be pulled out it was too deep. I text my daughter to ask about needing a antibiotic. She ask the doctor & he answers "sure I can do that" Dentist was about to send her home with nothing, what kind of dentist is that. My daughter leaves & an hour later call pharmacy regarding the prescription & they say no one has called or send anything. I than call Western & receptionist says they will send by 4. I call pharmacy at 4 still nothing, I call Western again & receptionist says he is busy but for sure by the end of the day. I call pharmacy the next day still nothing I call Western again just to be told the doctor that saw her was not in today. So I ask can't another doctor look at her chart & prescribe the antibiotic? She puts me on hold for 40 minutes to than tell me no, they can't do that. So my daughter is in pain with no meds & has to wait another day. Western Dental terrible service, terrible doctors so irresponsible. Never again going back, so sad.

Negative experience: DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!! if I could put negative 100 stars I would! I really dislike this place. They treat people like cattle. You will wait atleast 2 hours just to be seen, then they will try to bang your insurance for as much as they can... to tell you to come back . A 4 hour ordeal to leave still in pain and still nothing done. I should of known when a scammer called me and posed as WD. Their Bed side manner sucks big time. I will definitely research another dentist. Do yourself a favor and do the same.

Signing 3 packages of paperwork and checking in and waiting i was then told they don't have a pediatric dentist to assist my daughter with her toothpain. Fantastic experience: Office was neat, however the dentist stations were not emaculate as I expected from my visit 4 years ago. The wait time was long although there was not many patients being treated. I don't know what happened between now and my visit 4 years ago. They had all new dentist and assistants.

Negative experience: I keep getting rescheduled and it's taking my time for work just to get rescheduled for a root canal also they told me i need braces but its like 5 grand and if I'm willing to pay right now like "do i look rich to you" NO! it's my first ever dentist here in Hemet since I moved a year ago now I'm starting to regret my decisions for this place. Then I've given them my insurance as soon as I got it, they did not put it in their system so my insurance was not at all in my name at all for Western Dental and the expect me to pay without my insurance in the system it's ridiculous!

Negative experience: in truth the rating should be -5 they didn't tell me cost of putting me under they just booted me and didn't finish the job given their were some complications and when i was on hold someone else picked up and HUNG up! Then it took me a bit just to get them on the phone! WORST staff ever they just let me sit there even the doctor was surprised no one numbed me he even dropped his equiment by accident it looked unprofessional. The male doctor is rude and unprofessional.

Negative experience: I made an appointment and was told I needed my card, I explained I never got one, and basically couldn't take care of my issues. I then made a call to west coast dentistry and basically, I need my license and social security card and they would take care of me. I realize it's medi-cal, but they won't get my business, it's nice to have sum1 go the extra to get my issues handled, thanks WEST COAST.

Negative experience: This place will tell you something different about your teeth everytime so you keep coming back. Once i went they said i had THIRTEEN cavities, turns out i have zero. Also i got deposits in my teeth and they messed up so bad that my teeth didn’t sit on top of each other correctly. This caused unbearable pain that i had to get fixed by another facility. I highly recommend everyone to stay away from this place.
Negative experience: The pat week and a half has been a shirt show, they leave you on hold for 10 mins and you can't get through to talk to anyone for ortho and she is a little piece of work, for my apt I was made to wait 40 mins and the technician had to wait because they sat me instead of taking my payment first then she had a little attitude with her arm cross, so I gave it right back and she was bothered by it, if you knew I needed to pay and saw me walk back or the tech goes and gets u then take care of it, do ur damn job, as a person who deals with customer service, this place does not do a good job with the new ortho receptionist, I like the other lady better than this youngster.
Negative experience: When I first made the appointment, I was excited because when I was a child, I went to Western Dental and had a great experience. Was I wrong bringing my son here. When we first got here, there was a lady yelling, crying, and claiming that she had gotten her tooth drilled and that the assistant was rude and it was painful. I thought to myself, "This is just HER experience here." Boy, was I wrong. It took AN HOUR just for my son to get seated. All he was gonna get done was an x-ray and a checkup. I went with my son and grabbed a chair to sit on so that I could be close to my son. The assistant comes to telling me I can't sit on the chair because it has rolls and it could be a safety hazard?! And that I can wait for my son in the waiting area. I said, "You know what! we're leaving." I am not gonna leave my son alone with strangers! We will NEVER EVER come back here. Don't come here. The wait is unbelievable, and the service is poor.

Fantastic experience: The dental hygienist they have now is really good. I hope they keep her. When she numbed my mouth, I barely felt the needles going in. She talked to me the entire time which made the time go by faster. I will definitely visit only her.

Negative experience: This is a place where the receptionist Discriminate the people base where they from. I clearly hear her saying she didn’t feel confortable taking my friend’s ID because it wasn’t from Mexico. Another assistant step in and say to her it was ok to take it since my friend was paying cash. 15 min later she called her and told her she felt uncomfortable taking it and that she have called her manager and she say not to take it. When I say to her the other assistant say it was good she went ahead and told me to not be “sangrona and that I wasn’t the patient and to leave” I agree I wasn’t but it wasn’t fair to deny Service for a little girl that was in pain just because she never seen id from another country besides Mexico. Plus when I called the day before they were aware my friend didn’t have insurance and were ok with it and even offer a promotion but once we were there that was not true because who ever told me doesn’t work at their office and someone who just pretty much say lies to get you to go there. I’m so disappointed in this place and the unprofessional receptionist who is a prejudice against other Hispanic people who aren’t Mexican.

Negative experience: I dropped off my elderly grandfather and waited in the parking lot for 4-5 hours after the scheduled appointment time and then had to take him a second time. The second time they tried to upcharge my disabled elderly grandfather by over $200 by having him sign a document for an upgraded procedure he didn't need. However he is very careful when signing agreements, after he questioned it they gave him an attitude. Thankfully he was able to get what he had originally gone in for, for the correct price. Would not recommend it for any elderly people as they will try to take advantage of them. And steal what little money they get from social security.

Fantastic experience: Workers are very nice even when customers are being rude . I seen it in the waiting room. The service is grate Dr Fajard q was super helpful and so kind explaining everything in detail. She is what make scared ppl like myself feel good about coming in .. thank you

Negative experience: The first time I was there the ladies in the front were not very friendly and were very rude. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and when I went there again for the second time, the ladies in the front just sat and talked amongst themselves and didn't even acknowledged that I was there to check in for my appointment until several minutes later. They sat me down and I waited for 30 minutes past my appointment time and when i went to approach them they told me I had to see the same doctor and they said that they doctor wasn't even there. So not only do they not know what they are doing and they like to waste you time. They got defensive when I question them as to why know one told me that in the very beginning. Then they said I have a line of people that I need to deal with when we came before any of them.I would not recommend this place at all.

Negative experience: I do not recommend this place at all I came in on 10/9/23 to set up appointments for an exam first and dental work later and they said I can most definitely do an exam today and told me the price and I let them know that wasn't a problem and once I filled out the paper work they said they could not help us because they do not accept our insurance which I said from the beginning it's not a problem I will pay out of pocket and I have the money right here and they still denied us service and I asked to speak to the manger and they said with an attitude she is not here and told us that she is working at different location and they did not want to contact her and at the same time miss pronounced another black persons name over and over again and didn't care and they told us if we pay cash or any other form of payment it's consider fraud and I work 3 jobs and work in the medical field with animals and humans but because the color of my skin my cash or debit or credit or Mastercard is no good and it's fraud and policy as they kept saying , so if you are black and need any type of dental work done please go somewhere else and luckily I found a way better place for who saw us as humans and set us up an appointment right away and now I can make sure my family and I can continue to have a healthy smile and I was also informed by other friends who are white who took friends of color there also had very bad experiences and racism, so don't say I didn't warn my people of color they made sure I knew that i wasn't welcome there made me feel like I wasn't even human !!!!!! If I can give a negative 1 star I would. Very Racist ,unprofessional and rude!!!!!!!

Fantastic experience: The office is clean and the personnel behind the check in counter are courteous and quick. The wait was short until I was called in and the staff in the back when I was in the chair to have my work done were efficient and gentle.

Fantastic experience: Today was my first visit at this office, I usually go to the Menifee location, but the Hemet location is so much better! The staff are so friendly and it feels like they really care about their patients! I'll be coming back here from now on!

Fantastic experience: Overall, my experience has been great. When I first enter Maricarmen checks me in as soon as I get to the desk and not long after, I am called in. The dentists know what their doing and are quick to finish.

Fantastic experience: First time at this facility & everyone was so nice and helpful. Yolanda was super sweet and knowledgeable and Desera did all of my Xrays and was so gentle and kind. I've had bad experiences with Dentists in the past but they made me feel at ease. Zulma was amazing. She did my deep cleaning. Got through it pain free.
