Positive experience: The process of getting my wisdom teeth was something I dreaded, but he made the process quick and relatively painless! Really only the first two days of recovery were bad. I totally recommend this place if you do need your wisdom teeth out (It’s not that scary, don’t worry.)

Fantastic experience: The office is very clean and well decorated. They have an educational TV running in the waiting room with lots of good information. The front desk person and the insurance person are both pleasant, polite, nice, efficient and informative. The ladies who take you to the back office are professional. They get the information needed to advise Dr. Wilson what is going on prior to him entering the room. Dr. Wilson always greets me with a big hello, smile and a handshake. His technical skills are excellent, and he explains what he will do and what to expect after. If after the office visit there are any problems, his office quickly will get me back in to help solve the situation.

Fantastic experience: Dr Wilson and his team are amazing. All the staff was very welcoming and genuine. Dr. Wilson was very upfront about the procedure for my son and spoke directly to both my son and myself during out consultation. He also made sure to see us right before my son's surgery and made sure everyone was comfortable and was all on the same page and all questions were answered. I had my wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Wilson and it was a seamless and painless experience, all the staff members were very professional and even the days after my procedure I had little to no pain. Great place to visit and worth every bit of your time!

Negative experience: This practice is not patient centered. Scheduling was difficult just for a consult. The staff was super rude and demeaning. Apparently, it was a problem that I fill out my husband’s registration paperwork. I told the front desk person that I was his wife and that he didn’t have his glasses and she proceeded to nod her head “no.” We decided this office was not the practice for our needs. We called around to three other oral surgeons and they told us spouses could fill out the paperwork, “spouses do it all the time, patient just signs…” Feeling super disappointed and demeaned after we both took time off work. Just for context we are Latinos.

Fantastic experience: Drove all the way from the west valley because I heard such great things about Dr. Wilson and his practice and have been very impressed with my care. He and his staff are all very kind and professional. Got all 4 wisdom teeth out at once (1 of which was on a nerve) and Dr. Wilson was very thorough in my initial consult and did great with the procedure, very mild post-op pain that I managed with a couple of days of acetaminophen and ibuprofen but no other complications or issues. I am very grateful for his care.

Fantastic experience: My experience here was tremendous. Dr. Wilson was patient and answered all my questions at our initial consultation for getting wisdom teeth removed. I was worried about going under anesthesia and he quelled those nerves instantly. The entire office staff are so friendly and really make an uncomfortable situation as best as it can be. I had a perfectly normal recovery after the surgery and their post op directions were very thorough and they also provide cell numbers for after hour questions if something came up. They are prompt with their appointments, which I can really appreciate. I wouldn't question whether this office is the right choice for you, every detail is thought out and the experience is lovely.

Fantastic experience: Dr Wilson removed my 16 year old son’s wisdom teeth today. We able to opt in for a long acting pain reliever injection, Exparel, so he didn’t have to take opioids after. My son is resting pain free at home this afternoon. Dr Wilson’s office was amazing, from the consultation to procedure it was seamless and I was always well informed and educated through the process. Post op instructions were given in detail and numbers provided if we haze any issues this weekend. I consulted with several oral surgeons before choosing DR. Numbs ya up & sends you home with the good medication to keep you comfy. Dr Spencer kept checking in on me while doing the work & that right there, is great “bed side” manners. I got an extraction & bone graft, the whole time was amazing- shocking right. They even ask what kind of music you want to listen to while it’s happening. Throw in a some laughing gas = a great time! He is my go to guy for any Maxillofacial procedure. 100/10 recommend. His quality is worth it! The girls in the office are amazing too! I’m so glad he was recommended to me. I will be coming back for another surgery once my braces are finished!
