Fantastic experience: Fantastic experience. I am a foster parent to a 4 year old and a mother to a 1 year old. It was both children’s first time at the dentist. The entire staff made sure the kids were comfortable and happy. They explained everything to me, and walked me through everything that would happen. The environment was perfectly suited for the kids comfort.

Fantastic experience: Switching everything from Memphis to Ms was hell but the dentistry happy smiles was one I couldn't regret. My daughter was scared because she got used to her normal dentist but they made her feel at home. She got to watch Disney movies while she got her teeth clean the dentist assistant Ms VON was the by far the favorite made her feel comfortable and talked her through the process 10/10highly recommend. The dentist Dr Gee is amazing enthusiastic and eas very knowledgeable.

Fantastic experience: This dentist office is doing the Lord’s work. You can tell this isn’t just a paycheck for the them and they really do care about your child’s well being. I will never take my daughter to any other dentist office and truly appreciate the staff. The communication? 10/10! From the time I scheduled my daughter’s appointment up until the day of her procedure Cara sent me updates and reminders. I was so nervous because my 2 year old had to go under anesthesia due to some horrible cavities, but every single person from Cara, Mrs. Crickett, and Dr. Mac gave the best service today. If you need a dentist office for your child, you’re making a mistake if you don’t pick Happy Smiles (they live up to their name too because everyone greeted us with a smile on a Monday at 8am). I can’t say thank you enough for taking care of my child today!

Fantastic experience: We love coming to Happy Smiles, all the dental assistants are so friendly and welcoming, always pleasant to answer questions. The doctors are also very caring and friendly. The place is immaculate clean and the decoration sure helps the kids relax and enjoy the process.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely amazing my children love it here especially my 4 year old the dentist we had today was absolutely amazing he did cartoon impressions for her of Elmo and Mickey and goofy and she loved it he even gave her a red balloon to ensure that she did absolutely amazing thankyou so much for making us feel welcomed there...

Fantastic experience: The team was very accommodating. My daughter was there for a crown placement. The team talked my daughter through the entires process. My son was there but not as a patient. He vomited on himself and me: the team promptly assisted with clean up. We were even given shirts so we can get out of the messy shirts.

Fantastic experience: I have been coming to Happy Smiles with my 6 children for the past 7 years they have always been wonderful. My latest experience with my youngest son was beyond what I could’ve hoped for. He is a wiggly little guy and usually has difficulty at the dentist as far as anxiety and keeping still. This time he needed some medication to help keep him on the calm side so he could get some much needed work done. Dr Lind and Megan were absolutely amazing with him. Their kindness and patience along with explaining proper care after the procedure was very important and much appreciated. He was excited about his “iron man teeth” which turned the experience from something that could be scary into making him a super hero. I highly recommend Happy Smiles especially this specific team that helped us today. They really went above and beyond to make sure my little guy was comfortable and well taken care of. Thank you!

Negative experience: This place needs a lesson in manners- the front desk girls are rude and don’t seem to care about anyone…… I am a retired Hygienist and retired from sales so Customer Service should be considered when working with the public. None of those girls should be at the front desk.

Negative experience: Front desk clerk was extremely rude while I was trying to reschedule my child’s dental appointment seeing that we found out the day prior my child has the flu I didn’t want to bring him out and thought I was being courteous by giving happy smiles a heads up and rescheduling the appointment for I was met with snarling remarks and was told I couldn’t reschedule my child’s dental appointment until May and was told I should of just kept my current appointment and I’m appalled that I would be told to bring a sick kid around others. I have been utilizing happy smiles services for over 10 years and never had an encounter as such.

Fantastic experience: My son is 9yrs old and extremely autistic with combined type adhd. Dentist visits used to mean having him put to sleep at the hospital just to have his teeth cleaned. The dentist here (I do not remember his name) is wonderful with him! He realized the tools were scaring my child and made sure he never saw the tools after that. He would have the assistants hand him what he needed behind my child. This guy is good with kids! I mean really good. I highly recommend the place.

The check in staff is prompt the location is very inviting and the doctors are very nurturing, informational and very superb at what they do! I have to give special thanks to 2 assistant hygienist Simply because I had 2 children appointments today but I would like to praise VON and TRA for being extra special and sensitive while caring for my children. Negative experience: Don't be forced to reschedule or you will be hung up on multiple times and then will not receive a new appointment until 4 months into next year! Ugh!

Fantastic experience: 5 stars isn’t even close to enough credit this office should receive. My 1yr old fell and ended up breaking two front teeth, we immediately called the after hours service and by the next morning at opening we were being seen by the doctor. The staff and the doctor himself were the kindest most patient people I’ve met. They reassured us and went through our options to make sure we were comfortable with everything. We were able to get an appt for later that day to fix my sweet girls teeth which mind you I thought would not even be an option. We were aware that it wouldn’t be perfect but it would do the job…. But after leaving the last appt I can whole heartedly tell you my baby’s teeth look AMAZING. You genuinely cannot tell she ever broke them, the work this team put in goes above and beyond. The love they showed for my baby and the compassion they had for us as parents was unreal. I will forever be so grateful for this team. If your looking to choose a dentist office for your child, I’m here to tell you there is no other option, this is it, they are the absolute best, no one else compares.

Fantastic experience: We have only had one visit but it was wonderful. My child enjoyed it. At first he was a little intimidated but as soon as everyone spoke to him instead of us parents. He was okay. They really took the time and effort to work with him. The lobby has a TV set up like a theater and tablets for kiddos to play on. Very friendly atmosphere. My only objection was when we were walked back to a room they have an area that has dentist chairs lined up very close and children that did not look happy in them. I feel like that gave me anxiety for the kiddos. And definitely scared my son at first. With him being Asd and ODD w ADHD I was surprised it didn't bother him more. I think the staff and private room helped in that scenario. There are also TVs above the chairs and they play movies on them. Super bonus.

Fantastic experience: My daughter had to have cavities filled in today. She is only 4. She and I were both nervous and anxious since this was a first experience for both of us. From the moment we walked in the door, we were instantly greeted by a kind, smiling woman at the desk who was very polite. She got us quickly checked in. We maybe waited in the waiting room for 5 minute. The ladies who helped us in the back during the whole process were very patient and very kind and went above and beyond to make us feel at ease about the whole process. They were great at communicating. They were wonderful with my daughter. Very gentle and took great care of her. We honestly have never had a bad experience here.

Fantastic experience: Happy Smiles is such an awesome dentistry! My children have been going there since they started growing teeth (they are 11 and 13 now), and they love every appointment! They greet us with smiles and make my children feel comfortable and safe every visit. There's really no wait time.. the longest I've had to wait was 15 minutes and mind you again.. I've been bringing my children here for YEARS! The thing I would say is scheduling an appointment is a little tricky.. they are always booked for months and wouldn't be able to schedule an appointment for a couple of months but I believe it is because they're so awesome and everyone wants to bring their children to Happy Smiles! Definitely recommend this dentistry 10/10

Fantastic experience: I was able to get a same day appointment for my nonverbal autistic son who is 4 . We were able to tackle the entire thing very easily and quickly , they were very understand and patient . We were able to schedule the procedure and have it done within less then 14 days . I can’t recommend Dr Mac and his staff enough

Negative experience: 5/3/2024, App was at 11:00am but we wasn't seen till 11:35 because Dominique at the front desk don't know how check insurance, she check mines and said my daughter wasn't a dependent on my policy, so I asked her to check it again cause clearly it's a mistake and she refuse to, she assist that I give my insurance people a call,so I called them and they faxed them letting them know that my baby was a dependent on my policy. After receiving the fax Dominique claims she found it. She didn't apologize or enology that she was wrong, She sit there looked crazy. That's the first bad experience I had there and my baby been going there for 10yrs

Negative experience: Our appointment for January 15th got canceled due to the ice storm. They rescheduled us for May 1st. May!!! So we show up on May 1st for our scheduled 12:30 appointment only to be told it was supposed to be 11:30 when requested 12:30 back in January, and could not get us that day and it would be at least June again to get another appointment this is terrible business and I won't be going back here.

Fantastic experience: We are so thankful for everyone here. Dr. Douglas performed dental surgery on my 3 year old Wednesday. Her and the team were exceptional. After surgery Dr.Douglas and a few others that assisted with the surgery all reached out to check on her. This truly meant a lot to me. Two days later I was worried about how much her mouth was still bleeding and Liz contacted me to let me know I could bring her in for them to check it out. I walked in and they took us back 5 minutes later. Liz was very very sweet and I’m so thankful the staff at Happy Smiles are all amazing. Dr. Crain was also wonderful. It’s a great feeling knowing you child is in good hands with people who are genuine.

Fantastic experience: This is the place to take your kid! the staff is very patient and gentle. My child is two years old and had a great first visit. The visit was amazing and the everyone was great!

Negative experience: I drove an hour for an appointment, 30mins called ahead of time because I was stuck behind a wreck, made it to the office 3 mins after the grace period and was told I would have to reschedule for JULY, with a completely empty waiting room. As a health care worker, knowing that some things are completely beyond people’s control, the front office staff could’ve been more empathetic instead of saying “well the grace period is a courtesy”. Sad. My child has been coming here for ten years.

Fantastic experience: My son came into the office with an entire front tooth completely out(literally in a bag) along with several teeth loose at bottom from a sports incident. Dr. McAlexander, Alex, Destiney and team stepped right in. Ensured we were seen immediately upon arrival, placing my son’s tooth back in with ease and making sure he was comfortable every step of the way. I am so appreciative of the dentist office and thank God they were able to readily assist immediately. I appreciate everyone in this practice and thank you from the hospitality at the front desk, the ease of checking in, to ensuring I understood everything that was happening during the process. Fantastic experience: I have 4 sons, they are 22, 20, 12, and 9, I have used the Hor Llake Happy Smiles location for all four of my son's dental care! Dr. Mac is the absolute best, especially when it comes to children's dental needs. And each of the hygienists that cleaned my boys' teeth was amazing nearly every time. Obviously, it wasn't a perfect visit every single time because of all the years, pushing 2 decades, that my boys have been patients here at Happy Smiles. But looking back at my now adult kids, I'm exceptionally pleased with their care, and their teeth are still very healthy. My 3 yr old grandson is also a patient here. That's how pleased my oldest son is with the care and attention he received from early childhood through becoming an adult. My 20 yr old is autistic and, just last year, finally changed to an adult dentist. He was not very happy in having to make the change. Even though they are busy busy here, they are still quite quick and MOST ALL have an AMAZING bedside manor. They explain things so that even the kids understand what is going on with their dental care. As long as they are here, my family will always use and strongly recommend Happy Smiles of Horn Lake!!

Negative experience: I took my kids here a little over a month ago. They were talking about needing all these procedures. I told them I was a single mother and couldn't afford to do a root canal. So, when I asked to speak to someone in charge I spoke to a lady named cricket and she and the doctor told me that they needed to be done. I said I'd have to talk to my insurance company. We went back a couple weeks ago and they took my son right back which was good because there was no wait but the white lady with red hair that smell like weed was so rude! Now they wanna send us to this different place on Getwell that said I have a $400 out of pocket payment. We will not be going back. The boy is 12 years old-just pull the tooth! UPDATE: To date, no one has responded, emailed, or even acknowledged my review even though they have to others that left reviews after mind! Apparently they just want to fluff they online appearance and not actually address parents' concerns. Rude supervisors and dope smellin workers ain't something I'm gone be taking my kids to anymore.

Negative experience: Awful experience with Dentist Craine. It was almost like she was on some type of drug or delusional while removing four of my child’s teeth. She laid my daughter in chair and packed your mouth with cotton sticks and put the gas mask on and walked out of the room leaving her to choke off of her saliva. That made her adrenaline rush so it was hard to numb her. Sarah Craine ignored her crying out for help and started yelling at her. This by far was the worst experience

Fantastic experience: We love it here! All three of my boys love when I tell them they are going to the dentist. We have used them for 11 years and have never had a bad experience. Sounds crazy but yes not even once. They really work with my kids to make them feel comfortable and understand what is going on. They are always up for answering questions not just from me as the parent but my kids as well. One of my kids is autistic and they work with him so well to help get through the appointment. LOVE THIS PLACE

My youngest one is 1yr old, and she's scared of almost everything - but the staff totally calmed her, played with her - and made her feel safe. My 3yo floated through the office. She owned the place! Fantastic experience: My son is terrified of the dentist. Even with happy gas he gets sooo tore up and nervous. However, Dr Crain and Staci did so well with him. They're soft spoken, gentle, and didn't rush him or make him feel awkward for being scared. He did the best I've ever seen him do at a dentist. I requested the same dentist and assistant for his next filling. Kudos to them!!

Fantastic experience: Happy Smiles is LIVING UP TO ITS NAME‼️ We were ALLLLL SMILES when we left. Dental Hygenist Campbell and his staff was AMAZING ‼️ He was VERY COMPASSIONATE & CONCERNED about my son’s mouth and well-being‼️ My sons actually goes to another dentist. When I called them and told them that we needed to come in because my son took a hard fall and it shifted his teeth and he was in pain they told me that they couldn’t get him in til a few days‼️ I was like what and you all knows he’s physically challenged(I don’t like to say special needs)‼️ She was like we can’t get him in til Thursday and this was Monday that I called. So I told her to go ahead and make the appointment. When I hung up I was like let me find someone else. So I remembered my niece telling me how she LOVES going to Happy Smiles‼️ I called and the receptionist was sooooo nice and I was telling her what was going on and she said sure you can bring him in the morning(that’s what I wanted since I was at work). She didn’t say ma’am we can’t take you or you have to wait days to come in‼️ I was sooooo THANKFUL ‼️ When we got there the next morning I was a little hungry. Dr. Campbell’s Nurse gave me one of her muffins‼️ That was soooo nice of her‼️ HAPPY SMILES YOU ALL ROCK‼️‼️‼️

Fantastic experience: I have brought my child here since she was 3 years old and we've never left feeling like we didn't matter. We started cleanings with Cricket and she earned my child's trust and settled nerves whenever my baby was scared. Cricket is truly any amazing hygienist and is an asset to the amazing team there!! Thanks for all the years of cleaning my child's teeth and holding hands when she was scared!

Fantastic experience: My fiancé and I took our 18mo in for her first appointment yesterday and the staff was so professional and sweet with her. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming, and we were in and out in about 30 minutes. Definitely can’t recommend more ❤️

Fantastic experience: I took my son in as a new patient. Son was super nervous when he walked in. By the time we left he was all smiles and asking about his next appointment. They were so gentle with the children there and was so nice to them. Definitely would recommend. Coming from the mother of their newest patient.

Fantastic experience: This place is always clean and the people are always super nice and super thorough. All my questions and concerns are always answered. Very good with the kids . They definitely make my son feel very comfortable when he comes in. I would highly recommend!!!

Fantastic experience: My daughter had to have a cavity filled yesterday. She is normally very anxious and struggles in those situations. The dentist and all of the hygienist who helped her were excellent and helped us to get through the dental work as stress free as possible. Thank you Happy Smiles !!

Fantastic experience: The staff was extremely friendly. The environment was adorable. I could not be more pleased taking my four-year-old to the dentist for the first time. They were so good with him. I give happy smiles as many stars as possible. Extreme excellence in my opinion

Fantastic experience: This was my daughter's first visit and it was great. Everyone was so professional and nice. The office is kid friendly, and Dr. Campbell and his assistant were very informative and took great care of my daughter's teeth.

Fantastic experience: I have 2 autistic children. The staff took my concerns seriously, offered a private room, and when I said extra rinsing was the key the hygienist absolutely obliged. Kinda wished they had taken the time to verbalize each step, but I think if I had asked them to they would have.
