Positive experience: Review Edit: Changing my rating. Everyone makes you feel at ease and Dr. Martin explains everything and is willing to go the extra step to make sure that what you want is right for you or feasible, but at the seminar, they said they do financing for dental implants. Went through a couple of appointments to see what would need to be done and get a general cost on everything only to be told that they don't do financing on full denture implants. So now I feel like I have to sell everything I own to pay for implants just so I can eat real food and smile again.

I immediately got an appointment with Dr Alex at 1:00pm, with removal at 3:40pm. Fantastic experience: You just can’t get a bad hygienist here!!! I came in with a sour and aggressive attitude after 2 brutal conference calls and forgetting my purse at home. The hygienist didn’t take my blunt delivery of information personally and eventually I came around to normal. I was happy she accepted my apology. Her level of professionalism was amazing throughout my many moods (I would have kicked me to the curb). Her cleaning skills are on point, my teeth feel great and I’m looking forward to seeing her again around the holidays!!!

Fantastic experience: I broke a tooth and called the office and got an appointment within 48 hours . Dr. Alex was great and did a super job fixing my tooth in a short period of time . His dental assistant (name escapes me ) was friendly and very professional . Everyone is always friendly and accommodating.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Ehlers and his team are the best! I initially went in to have some fillings done and then decided to get Invisalign. He walked me through every step of the process. He always made sure I was comfortable during procedures. I highly recommend his and the practice. Lydia was great to work with as well!

Fantastic experience: I could not have been pleased more than with my reception at the Westermeier Martin Dental Care. The X-ray results and plan were shared in a meaningful way, and there seemed to be a very welcoming atmosphere in general.

Fantastic experience: I went for an evaluation and was treated with respect and kindness. They gave me an cost and booked my apt to get the work done all at once. Thank you This was my husbands visit not mine, and he wanted me to add the outcome of his work that was done. He went in on a Thursday morning. And was there until almost til 2:30. All his work was done at once and the Dr did a great job. They asked him to call the next day to check on his crown which felt a little high the next day. They had him come in right away and fixed it. He was very grateful to their kindness and is recuperating fast. They did a great job!!

Fantastic experience: I can’t say enough wonderful things about Westermeier Martin dental because it would fill a book. Dr. Martin is a total gem of a Dr & a wonderful & kind human. The office itself is immaculate & set in a gorgeous unique building which is really like a house with extremely unique &amazing architecture & windows & the coziest enclosed entry room with huge windows & rocking chairs so people can wait & look out on the huge beautiful trees surrounding the property. Everything inside the rooms is clean & state of the art equipment- the rooms to get cleaning are all separated by walls and on a totally separate floor from the procedures so you don’t hear the sounds of drills. I could go on but you should just come see for yourself & be pleasantly surprised!

Negative experience: Awful 25 minute wait for a teeth cleaning, I was about to leave when a hygienist called me. I gave it a shot. My request was clearly for nitrous because of a well documented gag reflex. None there . Mad scramble with other people to get that set up. Should have left a second time. Worst teeth cleaning experience of all time. Hygienist while sweet and apologetic was clearly inexperienced and uncomfortable. I was told that I would have to wait for the dentist to perform the post cleaning exam and I passed.couldn’t wait to get out. I paid by card and got a call on my way home that they overcharged me and would make the adjustment tomorrow. I have gone here for fifteen years and spent tens of thousands of dollars. I will never go back

Fantastic experience: I’d like to share that I’ve just had a lot of aggressive dental work done, which resulted in weekly to bi-weekly visits regularly over the past year. I was fortunate enough to have had Dr. EHLERS & the beautiful, wonderful Ms. Lidiya as my team this entire time. I am a Dr. of Pharmacy, so am used to working with assistants (technicians) myself. I am only telling you this because I can strongly compare the professionalism and competence of such help. Lidiya is not only talented and proficient in her position, but her extensive knowledge & professionalism always puts me at ease! (So much so, that at this point, I almost fall asleep in my chair - I trust her that much!) I have never in my career been as impressed with an assistant, as I have been with Lidiya & would highly recommend Westermeier Dental, and ask for Lidiya & Dr. Ehlers! (& Lastly, Westermeier Dental group - - give that Girl Ms. Lidiya a RAISE!!)

Fantastic experience: Was able to schedule an appointment with ease to address an ongoing situation related to prior treatment. Treatment was thorough, questions were answered and recommendations made as to further treatment. I appreciated the humanity shown to me by the staff and Dr. Martin. The quality of care, implementation of latest advances in treatment and the respect shown to me are why I have continued to go to this practice even though they are out of network for me relative to insurance.

Positive experience: My typical hygienist is no longer with W&D. Given that Im only there twice a year I was extremely disappointed that a call wasn’t made for a better match. The cleaning wasn’t as thorough and the judge isn’t wasn’t as talkative or engaging. I felt the cleaning was rushed.with that said, the team corrected this for my next appt. I’m only hoping the hygienist meets my expectations as I have been with W&D since I was a kid. That’s over 45 years of service.

Positive experience: The care is 5 stars. The reason for a 4 star review is that the front of house are pushy. I had some troubles with financial issues and couldn't afford to finish paying for a deep cleaning. I had already prepaid 1000.00 and owed 500+. After I rescheduled a couple times (more than a week out each time). I got a call from a receptionist with a bit of additude about me rescheduling my appt. I informed them of my financial troubles and they didn't care and continued with the pushy additude. Mind you I have a 1000.00 credit with them and hadn't asked for that back. A couple days before my scheduled appt the office called me to reschedule themselves no big deal. When I went in for the appt I was also met with animosity for having rescheduled my appt in the past. Had the staff not acted/reacted this way towards me I'd feel alot better about everything. When a patient has a prepaid credit and reschedules for whatever reason they don't deserve to be treated like that.
