Fantastic experience: First visit excellent. Doctor was attentive. But, I really can not give a complete evaluation until the appliance is made and I need to see how I sleep with it. Adjustments will most likely need to be made.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Vilnar is better than amazing. When I was referred to him 4 years ago, it was the BEST referral to any doctor or surgeon I've ever had and I've had a lot! I've referred him to at least 4 of his patients and everyone of them have thanked me over and over! Keep in mind there are friends and employees from accord dental recently added new fake reviews for dr cilner and accord. Companies donthis to offset reality and experiences companies should be learning to improve or strive. Until then you can read my unfortunate experience: My experience with Dr. Leon Vilner was concerning. Cavity was not properly treated over several visits and attempts made between Jan to april, sept, oct, hospitalized nov from same cavity, dec, jan-july 2025. despite repeated X-ray charges and fillings on the same tooth and nearby teeth being impacted. This incomplete care led to ongoing infection, swelling, and ultimately the loss of my molar and implant installed while neglect molar issue and the need for further intervention. The negligence also contributed to broader health issues, including nerve infection, cyst formation, and systemic complications. I later sought a second opinion, which confirmed the seriousness of the oversight.

Fantastic experience: I have been a client of Accord Dental for more than 15 years now - can't imagine going to any other dental practice. Always top notch procedures, always on time, not a single issue of any kind in more than 15 years. Dr Vilner is a pure genius of dentistry, no less. He saved me my teeth and money where others would simply give up. The front desk staff (Mila, Marina) are simply amazing - they always go above and beyond trying accommodate my needs. Their hygienist (Galya) is the best in business, there are no ifs or buts about it.

From my very first visit, I was impressed by her thoroughness. Instead of rushing through the appointment, she takes the time to listen to your concerns and provides personalized advice—something that’s surprisingly hard to find. Dr. Lehnert takes the time to listen, never rushes you, and provides the kind of thoughtful, practical advice on products like toothpaste, floss, and mouthwash that you just don't get from other dentists. She even sat down with me and showed me the the products online and it’s clear she’s invested in her patients’ long-term well-being. I see this as a level of care that goes above and beyond and that she truly cares about you. The entire staff, from the front desk to the dental hygienists and assistants, is warm, welcoming, and incredibly professional. In my opinion, Dr. Lehnert is absolutely the best dentist in Denver. The clinic is great for Russian speaking residents of Denver as Dr. Lehnert and her support team speaks Russian besides English. If you're a new patient looking for a dentist who combines expertise with a truly compassionate approach, you've found her!

Fantastic experience: I visit this office for many years, like 22 or so. I love the quality, attention to myself, friendly environment, and warm welcome, I get any time I come for a treat, doesn't matter scheduled or emergency. My entire life I was thinking of dentist like of pain, even here in the US. But not anymore. It still is not a pleasure, but definitely not a pain or even discomfort anymore. Usually if a doctor is good, reception is not very, but not here. The office works like at my favorite Chinese doctor Oh.. China standard is very different. Office takes all your troubles on themselves. Your part is to come and let the doctor make your life better. Every time I visit Accord Dental I have a great feeling of appreciation to the people taking care of me. The most frequent I visit the hygienist Carina and Dr. Villner, when Carina rings an alarm and the doctor suggests some medical treat is needed. In one word, it's a perfect office on my opinionipn and I enjoy every visit.

I was welcomed the minute I walked in by a very friendly front desk person who made me feel at home, even though I'm in an dental office! I filled out the new patient paperwork online and without waiting more than 3 minutes, I was in the chair having x-rays taken. I then met Dr. Lehnert and was so impressed with her chairside manner. Kind, a good listener, and very gentle with the cleaning and exam. She explained everything. It was a great experience, best I've ever had!

Positive experience: I got in the office, chairs were moved to limit the seating, one employee wiped of all the armrests and countertops, safety taken serious. I have to admit this was a new dentist for me. The technician was careful cleaning my teeths and the dentist was outgoing and knowledgeable explaining my problems and what she will do. It was a great move for me.

Fantastic experience: I was recently recommended to Accord dental - the new patient appointment was both thorough and efficient, both the dentist and dental hygienist had great bedside manner. There were very thorough x rays taken and even a physical exam for mouth cancer, plus a cleaning and full exam and post-exam consult with the dentist herself. I got referred to orthodontist, and would not even know I had this issue if Accord’s dentist had not caught and flagged it! Thank you Accord!!! PS I loved the Chanukkah decorations on the wall they made me feel right at home :-D

Fantastic experience: The dentists were very professional and the entire staff was extremely friendly and compassionate. I went to get my teeth cleaned with my mother and my sister. My mom had some additional work that she needed to have done that was going to be rather expensive. The main dentist held her hand as she was processing the news. On the ride home, my mom kept talking about how compassionate the dentist was with her.

I had been feeling anxious to go in for my cleaning as I was having tooth pain and sensitivity; Dr. Lehnert and her staff were so kind and helpful for both my initial appointment and follow up for fillings. She explained what was going on and explained the treatment so I understood. I would highly recommend her to anyone, especially if you have dental anxiety or are more sensitive to x-rays or cleanings.
