Fantastic experience: Had a filling done today at Dental Oasis of Clayton. I was scheduled for an certain time but arrived there early and they were able to get me in before my appointment. I also love how they send out reminders a few days before my appointment. I appreciate the reminders, because in this busy world it helps me remember. When I walked in I was welcomed to Dental Oasis and made to feel like I was visiting a friend. The receptionist, the hygienist and Dr. Williams all were so friendly and welcoming. Dr. Williams took her time with my filling and explained a problem I have with another tooth. She made me feel like a part of their team instead of a patient. If you are looking for a dentist, I highly recommend Dental Oasis of Clayton. I have been going to them for a long time and they are top notch! Have recommended them to my family members. Dr. Ferrell had a full schedule but he was very kind and helpful. He and Marie stayed late on a Friday afternoon to do the procedure. That made for a pain free weekend. Fantastic experience: Dr. Farrell is an excellent dentist! He was able to work me in for an unknown problem, got right to the cause and taught me what to do to correct it and eliminate the pain. He explained the problem so I could understand the cause and the cure. Dental Oasis is the best!

Dr Chan the hygienist & Ben were absolutely amazing and made me feel more than comfortable. Negative experience: Disappointed After 5+ Years as a Loyal Patient I’ve been a patient at Dental Oasis for over five years and have always had positive experiences—until now. What happened last week was truly upsetting and completely out of line with the care I had come to expect. At a recent cleaning, the hygienist mentioned my teeth were shifting and recommended restarting SureSmile (similar to Invisalign). I was told there might be a cost, but the person who handles it was out and would follow up. A few days later, I received a call confirming it was covered under the 3-year warranty—no cost to me—and I was invited in for a scan. Midway through the scan, the office manager abruptly came in and asked, “Why are you here? You do know this is going to cost you $1,800.” This was the first I heard of any cost. I explained what I had been told, but instead of clarifying, I was met with attitude, accusations of lying, and even claims that I had picked up retainers that I never received. I didn’t argue—I just wanted to leave. But before I could go, I was pressured into paying $250 for another set of retainers. I left feeling like I had been taken advantage of, disrespected, and manipulated into paying for something I hadn’t agreed to. This felt like a money grab, plain and simple. Communication was poor, and the staff was dismissive and unprofessional. If you’re considering Invisalign or SureSmile through this office, think twice. Their focus seems to be profit over patient care, and that’s incredibly disappointing after years of loyalty.
We're truly sorry to hear about your recent experience, especially after so many years as a valued patient. That is not the level of care we strive to provide, and we understand how frustrating it must have been to feel caught off guard.
You were initially told that the treatment might be covered under warranty, and when we realized there was a miscommunication, we offered a 50% discount to make up for the confusion. We rely on the records in your chart, and we never want anyone to feel accused or pressured. Our questions were meant to clarify, not confront.
Please know that at no point was there any intention to surprise you with unexpected costs or force you into anything. Our team followed the information we had at the time and only asked if you were interested in continuing treatment. When a misunderstanding arose, we acted to resolve it in good faith.
We understand how it may have been upsetting, and we sincerely regret that you felt our efforts were driven by profit. We truly care about our patients and are committed to transparency in every step of the process.

Fantastic experience: With the level of care and quality I receive from Dental Oasis, I refuse to go elsewhere. The wait time is next to none. Even my 4 month old had a great experience due to the staff going over and beyond to take her while I had my X-rays taken. The atmosphere is always warm and welcoming. I highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: The best dental place. I just switched this year and had a dentist I was going to for 22 years. She retired. at his was the best decision I ever made the staff is wonderful and the intro to the most innovative experience I’ve ever had. The dentists are personable and very detailed when explaining things.

Fantastic experience: Dental Oasis is the best dental office I have been to. The staff are so friendly and actually make going to a dentist appointment a treat instead of a burden. Dr Williams is so thorough and takes special care of her patients. On a scale of 1 to 10, I give them a 10 plus. I am looking forward to my next visit. Top Rating. I just visited Dental Oasis and they are absolutely wonderful. The staff make you feel at home and share much joy. They all seem like a family which I love to be with.

Fantastic experience: Amazing atmosphere - quick service. Was greeted and helped by Dental assistant Ben. He was very polite and welcoming- offering me a blanket or neck pillow while he did my dental X-rays. Also kept a friendly conversation going! Dr and Dental technician were amazing!! In and out in 50 minutes for X-rays , assessment and cleaning
