Fantastic experience: From front to back the staff at the Wisdom Teeth Guys were professional, informative, and kind. Having an extraction can be nerve wrecking but they really put me at ease by explaining the process, answering my questions, and following up the day after surgery. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Staff was honest, kind and quick. They made a stressful situation a true breeze! I had four impacted teeth, my doctor educated me and made sure I felt comfortable and secure before surgery. I only had two removed at this appointment due to personal choice but I’ll be back for the other two under their care with no hesitation.

Negative experience: My partner has been experiencing severe tooth pain for quite some time. As a redhead, he has a way higher tolerance, essentially immune, to anesthesia and any type of numbing. (It’s real, look it up) Due to this, all of his past experiences at the dentist have been extremely uncomfortable and traumatic. He had a crack in one of his teeth and we had been denied by 6 other offices. When I got recommended to this place, it looked perfect. I made sure to mention his past experiences in FULL detail and really stress how serious the situation was and they reassured me that they had dealt with this situation before and they knew what they were doing. I also made sure to mention that my partner had requested that all medical questions/conversations be handled through me, and that none of the medical terms be mentioned to him. I looked back at my call history, I have had 18 phone calls with them since mid June, and in every single one I repeated myself and mentioned his experiences to ensure that he would not have that experience again. We got to the appointment and the front desk was already acting slightly rude when I asked them about how this was going to all play out. The second we got in the treatment room, a woman named Harley came in and she seemed extremely annoyed. She asked a couple questions and I kept answering for my partner as we had previously mentioned to them not to talk to him about it. Harley kept deliberately asking HIM the questions, despite our request. She kept being really blunt and asking him with big sarcastic eyes if he was going to be able to do an IV. He asked her to be nicer to him as he has PTSD, and she responded with those same eyes “OH I KNOW.” I was about to take her out into the hall to request somebody else to help him, but then the anesthesiologist, Michael, came in. He walked in with an OPEN tray of needles, and as soon as he realised the situation, he covered them and used a softer tone with my partner. He got down to his level, and tried to comfort him. It seems like everything that I had mentioned on the phone and in person was just not communicated whatsoever to anybody, and even then, they were rude about it too! (They told me I could stay in the room on the phone as well, but when I got there they said that I had to leave during the procedure.) My partner had expressed before that when he had his wisdom teeth taken out, he could still feel and hear everything but couldn't move or scream. The same thing happened here. He felt paralyzed, but he could still HEAR and FEEL everything. They called me back when they woke him up and he IMMEDIATELY was able to tell us that they took his tooth out in pieces and remembered/felt everything. The doctor looked shocked that he knew that. He was able to stand up and walk almost the second after they administered the medication to “wake him up,” which is not normal and further proves my previous statement. Afterward, he was telling me about things that were said during the procedure. He mentioned that Harley was LAUGHING and making JOKES about how scared he would be if he was able to see the size of the needle they were using, along with other unprofessional and rude remarks. I called them a couple hours after the appointment and asked to speak to a manager. Candace answered and tried to invalidate a lot of what happened, but after I kept pushing, she said that this was not acceptable and that they would talk to Harley and the crew. I requested from them specifically to send me an email after speaking with them so that we could have some confirmation and closure, and I have yet to receive this email a month later. They no longer answer our calls. I fear what we will do in the future for the rest of his teeth after this visit. We went here for help and they didn't take us seriously. My partner was left upset, in pain, and even more traumatized than before. If you or someone you are taking here has PTSD or even just dental anxiety, DO NOT DO IT. It is not worth the trauma that Harley and them will inflict on you.

Fantastic experience: My wife got her wisdom teeth out yesterday and we couldn’t be more pleased with the service and doctors. I want to give a shoutout to our medical assistant D for explaining pre/post op in such detail and making my wife feel comfortable. Everybody was so friendly. Her recovery is going good day two. She is actually not in much pain. She was in and out within 45 minutes. We drove 4.5 hours because we heard great things about them and were not disappointed. Their pricing was the best that we found especially being self pay. Thank you for an incredible experience!!

Fantastic experience: I wanted to say that the staff at Wisdom Teeth guys are outstanding all around. I got nervous once I sat in the chair but they were able to calm me down and get the procedure going. All around a really great experience from instructions, payments, etc. Today is my 1st day of recovery and so far progress is being made. Don't hesitate to get your procedure done with them. I'm a huge "review" guy, which motivated me to go with them. I have to say they are the best at what they do. Thank you!

Negative experience: Edit: it has been three weeks and five days, and I am still in just as much pain. I quit my job and am no longer able to complete college courses. I cannot sleep without having nightmares of my face vibrating as they cut my tooth into pieces. I tried to tell both the manager Candace and the doctor that I felt them cut my tooth into pieces when I was “asleep” but they did not believe me. I can only really sleep sitting up because laying down is a reminder. My face hurts so much more than it did when I just had a cracked tooth. I am so much more emotionally damaged. I do not see how my life can go on much longer due to this procedure at this clinic. Please do not go here, the trauma and the depression will really mess up your life. I was never numbed, just given medication to paralyze me. I felt everything, there was no relief. I was promised “everybody goes to sleep” and “we won’t start the surgery until you’re asleep.” The first person, Harley, said “you’ll be able to move and speak while sedated” but then the other doctor began pushing burning liquid into my arm while saying “this is going to keep you still.” There was no time to process anything inbetween. I had no opportunity to ask about what they just said. They didn’t ask if I was ready or comfortable. I felt forced into consent. Just rush and hurry. I felt the liquid from the IV burning in my body and I became like stone and completely paralyzed. The next thing I knew, they were shoving something rubber into my mouth and having my partner leave. I wanted to scream and fight back and tell them I could still feel, but I couldn’t. I wanted to scream and tell them to not start the surgery because I was still feeling, but I was paralyzed. I felt every moment of them stabbing needles into my gums and cutting into them. I was NEVER numbed. I was NEVER asleep. I was tricked.

Fantastic experience: PRE-SURGERY EXPERIENCE: The last dentist I visited was going to have me do an extra xray that my insurance didn't cover because they were concerned with some nerves and was going to be $600 ON TOP OF a $2k extraction surgery for all 4 teeth So I made a consultation with the Wisdom Teeth Guys to see if they had any concerns about my teeth. The consultation went so smoothly and reassured me that they had no concerns about any potential complications which was a relief that I came to the right place. (Also it was SIGNIFICANTLY cheaper here than at my normal dentist) DAY OF EXPERIENCE: I will admit, I was an absolute emotional mess at my age and so thankful for the patience that the staff had for me. Specifically, Ruth! She was so great! She did my IV and did her best to keep me calm. Last I remember was having my glasses taken off, Dr. Patel coming in, and then I was out. Then surgery over and I am being wheeled out! The surgery itself, my fiancé told me it was only 30 minutes which was crazy for four teeth! i was definitely expecting at least an hour. Overall great experience!

Fantastic experience: Very pleased with the staff and oral surgeon. This is our 2nd time back, 1st was for my oldest daughter last year and this time for my 17 yr old daughter for all 4 wisdom teeth removal. Recovery has been a breeze. I would definitely highly recommend the Wisdom Teeth Guys.

Negative experience: So let me start off by pointing out that my service was done in Irving and went flawlessly BUT the process before the procedure was very irritating, annoying and off putting. First off I had to make multiple phone calls to get Coordination of Benefits taken care of, straightened out and reverified. The insurance department with the Wisdom Teeth Guys is HORRIBLE. I got a different instruction from each person and every phone call. I even had them state that they hadn’t heard from this insurance or that insurance when I knew better because I was on one phone with my insurance and one phone with them while my insurance was speaking to them. It took a whole week and a half all the way up to walking through the door for my appointment with them both on both phones trying to get it taken care of so that I would only be paying $423 copay for services rendered. I wasn’t even given a private pay quote to see if it would be cheaper. The whole week and a half of interactions with them was very irritating and discouraging.

Fantastic experience: Service was great! after my surgery felt no pain or swelling but depends on the person. Very good at communicating on how every step works and what you can expect after each step.

Fantastic experience: Great experience. Simple sign in process, acceptable wait time, very nice and friendly staff. Don’t even remember going under; just gained consciousness at a nearby Sonic that my friend drove me to for milkshakes. Paper instructions on how to take medication were very easy to understand. Only needed to take painkillers and use gauze for the first 24 hours before all the residual pain was gone, and blood had clotted. Phone staff was very helpful for any post-surgery questions I had. After 5 days my wounds are already closing up as they continue to heal

Fantastic experience: i am honestly thoroughly impressed. i went in expecting the worst, since having your teeth pulled is never fun, but the wisdom teeth guys made this incredibly easy and shockingly fast. my appointment was at 8, and i think i was done and out by 845. i don’t remember a thing after meeting the wonderful staff. jenny, the CRNA was super sweet, marco the assistant was awesome, and dr. patel was great, even though i think i met him for 5 seconds before i was put under. they couldn’t have made this easier or faster. i’m on day 2 post-op and they have reached out to confirm i’m doing okay twice and made sure i don’t need anything else. their post-op instructions are clear and they are readily available if i have more questions. CANNOT recommend them enough. seriously. absolute pros!

Negative experience: My experience: The doctor came in for maybe one minute didn’t introduce himself couldn’t tell you his name. Definitely didn’t make me feel welcome at all just said “if you feel a nerve tingle later that’s normal but you’ll be fine” and walked off. I informed them I was a little nervous because it was my first time going under anesthesia and if they could tell me when they inject it to which he said and I quote “no we’ve already waisted time”. I then woke up to find my sister NOT in the room with me and when I asked where she was the man responded “she left” with the most annoyed tone ever, which freaked me out more because I was told my sister wasn’t going to leave. I then requested them to get my sister to which the man once again said “you’re wasting time and you’re too old to be acting like this”(im a very young female) and I don’t care how old I am if I was told my sister was going to stay in the room then wake up to a man being rude i’m going to freak out after I was put out for 30 minutes and woke up LOOPY. This was by far the worst service i've ever had at an office. So if you are getting your wisdom teeth extracted do not go here. They are the most insensitive and the rudest people i’ve ever met. They are not honest about anything. It was truly distressing and upsetting experience, and especially when it comes to communication, consent, and basic respect in a medical setting. The behavior was unprofessional, dismissive, and deeply lacking in empathy, particularly given how vulnerable people can feel before and after anesthesia. I should not have to feel unwelcome, ignored, or ridiculed when im in a medical professional's care. If you hate your job find another. No one forced you to work there or go into that job field. The only kind person here was the lady who wheeled me out.

Positive experience: All the staff made things very comfortable for me, even with me being nervous about the procedure. Very grateful for the care and patience that the whole staff had during the beginning to the end. Had a small mishap with where my prescription was gonna end up at but human error does occur. Would highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Upon my arrival, I was warmly greeted by the staff, which set a positive tone for my visit. After completing the necessary paperwork at the front desk, I spent a brief five minutes in the waiting room before being escorted to the X-ray area and then directly to the treatment room. The nurse took the time to communicate all relevant information and outline the procedures I could expect during and after the surgery. Before I realized it, I was on my way home. The team did an excellent job!

Fantastic experience: My boyfriend got his teeth taken out by the Wisdom Teeth Guys, and they were super awesome. Their aftercare instructions were phenomenal, and he had a really fast recovery. Also, they called a couple of days later just to make sure everything was going ok. I wouldn't be able to give pricing off of the top of my head, but they're really fast at giving you a quote, too. Fantastic experience: Dr. Patel was amazing and very upfront with all information. I have a fear of dentist being that I had awful experience and unnecessary treatment previously. Dr. Patel gave me all the pros and cons to consider before proceeding. The price was even better 2 impacted wisdom teeth and one that was erupted total as around $350 with insurance. Entire appointment took about 1 hour. The staff were amazing as well and helpful.

Positive experience: The office group was outstanding and our initial contact person was awesome. The other individuals did a great job of explaining what was required of us once our patient was home. Next time I will ask about how to pack the gauze post-op. Oh, and one last thing... The "handicapped" parking is basically non-existent. The one space is more than 1/3 occupied by the "ramp." Loved the employees and their care of my son is the main take away here!!!

Fantastic experience: Everyone was so sweet, I was seen at the Arlington location and their anesthesiologist is AMAZING she was so gentle and so kind. They took more than 4 teeth out of my mouth and my recovery is going so smooth(day 2 today). They are informative and patient will all your questions, their financing was so easy. To everyone on my case, from the lady who set up my appointment and verified my insurance to the nurse that wheeled me to my car, thank you all so very much.

Fantastic experience: I heard of the Wisdom Teeth Guys thru the radio and tbh the best ad I ever listen to! This was one of the most affordable places you can go! Also not to mention how comfortable the experience was, I was in and out less than an hour and experienced no pain during the operation. My dental assistant Melissa and anesthesiologist Wes were so fun, kind, and reassuring. 10/10 would recommend any body to go to the Wisdom Teeth Guys!

Fantastic experience: I couldn't recommend The Wisdom Teeth Guys enough! After dealing with pain off and on for years, I finally decided to look for a practice that specializes in wisdom teeth removal. I already went into the situation knowing that the bottom two were laying on nerves, and the quick Xray the day of my removal confirmed that. All of the staff were extremely friendly and informative. They made sure I was made aware of all possibilities and complications...it really eased my nerves. I'm only on day one of recovery but the staff already called to check on how I was doing. Amazing practice!
