Fantastic experience: I look forward to going to the dentist. I've been a patient of Dr. Cook since I moved to Atlanta. The people are warm, friendly, and at the top of their game. I appreciate the time that I was cold and before I could blink, they had a blanket for me. My appointments are always on time and fingers crossed, they have kept me from cavities for years. I cannot say enough good things about their staff. 9/08/2025 - Just had an annual checkup and cleaning. Still love my dentist and hygienist. Amazing service and very personalized to my needs teeth.

Fantastic experience: I’m a newbie to this practice & had an emergency they worked me in for. From the moment I walked in, from intake to my appt with Dr. Yet Sumi to checkout I was blown away at the efficiency with which this whole team worked. Like an orchestrated dance. Fantastic experience: Updating my review after 4 years: My spouse and I continue to be patients, and we continue to highly recommend this dental office. Over the years, we've received care from Dr. Uetsuki and Dr. Upton for regular exams, fillings and crowns. We've worked with multiple dental hygienists and members of the care team and everyone is consistently kind, welcoming and patient. Dental exams are gentle and efficient, and they check in regularly to make sure we're comfortable. This office is always quiet, clean, and well lit; there are televisions at each station so the dentist can show you images of your teeth and walk you through the care plan. I've been to a lot of dental offices over the years, and this is the most efficiently run, clean, and *friendly* office I've been to. The front office staff are friendly, the check in/out process is efficient, and it's easy to call in to schedule/reschedule an appointment if needed.

Of course, new patients should call the office so that we can answer all the newbie questions. But our existing patients can now schedule online from our website. Fantastic experience: The doctor can also speak Japanese and even make small talk, and there are staff members who speak Japanese as well, which makes it very comfortable for Japanese patients. On top of that, all of the hospitality within the clinic is excellent.

Fantastic experience: Emily, the dental hygienist greeted me promptly and was very pleasant. She took pictures of my teeth and cleaned them in the most gentle and efficient manner. Dr. Upton, the dentist, examined the teeth and suggested plan of action to prevent one tooth from cracking further. He further inquired about my husband's health issues and offered support in trying to locate help for him since he unable to come to Henderson Mill Dental Office. I’ve always struggled with dental anxiety, but they were incredibly kind, patient, and thorough. I recently had worked completed on a chipped tooth and it now looks like it never happened...Dr. Uetsuki rocks! No discomfort and was happy that baking soda was one of the options available, of which there were many . Fantastic experience: I’m a patient of Dr. Uetsuki and he does exceptional service and I’m very satisfied. I initially went in for an emergency appointment and was in need of a root canal. The procedure was done thoroughly well from the beginning to the end. Not to mention Janel, she met all of my needs with accommodating my busy work schedule to get an appointment that worked well for me. Last but not least, Miranda assisted Dr. Uetsuki and it was proven that she is well versed in her profession and made me feel very comfortable. And yes, I drove 50 minutes in traffic, passed numerous dentist offices but I’m totally satisfied. Fantastic experience: My whole life I have has has a fear of going to the dentist, UNTIL I found this amazing Dental Practice! Dr. Upton is the first dentist I have ever seen that is gentle (my comfort is always first), a perfectionist in his skill and can be funny too. I honestly think this office should be called "Dental Cowards - no Pain Here"

Fantastic experience: I have had the most wonderful experience with Dr. Glessner and Man this morning, as I was receiving a root canal. I was comfortable the entire time, always making sure I was ok. Fantastic experience: The office is very efficient. The new patient process was seamless. Dr Upton was very thorough and clearly communicated my plan. No high pressure sales attempt. The hygienist was very friendly and performed the cleaning painlessly. My only concern is that I had to make two trips to get the exam and cleaning.
