Fantastic experience: Toothtime Family Family Dentistry has been servicing my 4 children (my wife and I would go there, but we are military) for nearly 4 years - from regular cleanups, to full orthodontic work (including braces). They even did a payment plan for my son’s braces. The staff from check-in/out, to the x-ray technicians, to the dental hygienist, to include the dentists, are all friendly, patient, and knowledgeable - if I can give them more than 5 stars, I would! Negative experience: My family‘s experiences have not been good. From the first encounter of the dentist, not being able to give the shot correctly to numb me, to the numerous times of our office, staff has been extremely rude. They tried to charge my daughter for a fluoride treatment that she did not receive and today they tried to charge me for my cleaning. This was the first cleaning of the year and it was covered by my insurance. When I said I would not pay and they needed to correct it with my insurance, they instead, decided not to give me a Cleaning and canceled my appointment while I was sitting in the dental chair

Negative experience: I will no longer use this office. I had the absolute worst customer service in the front office after being told that I didn't have insurance. Even though I know I did, I confirmed I did. I went online and double-checked. I called my agent and triple-checked. They made me go through loopholes. They made me contact the insurance company and have them call the office rather than the office actually do their job and after all the rigma roll I asked for an apology and they responded with why? I never leave negative posts like this but this one takes the Cake. There's more to the story but this office sucks. I'm making my family move and never step foot in here again. It's too bad the dentists are good.

I did not have to wait long before the starting the procedure. The cleaning was done and the next appointment was made. The whole appointment took less than 1.5 hours. I would highly recommend Tooth time.

Fantastic experience: (Jan. Appt.) This was my daughter's first time coming to this dental facility, as we are new to the area. She has horrible anxiety with new experiences and pain, but the dentist and fellow assistants were wonderful!! They were patient and understanding of her nervousness, and even took the time to explain how to help with a loose tooth(main reason of visit) I'll definitely be recommending them to family and friends in the area! Thank you for being so kind to my daughter! She came home feeling much more relaxed about dental visits! And has even been trying to wiggle her own tooth now! Fantastic experience: Very impressed that they were able to work me in at the end of the day that I called for an appt.! It had been a loooong time since my last dental appt., and Jeanette did a fantastic job of cleaning my teeth. A treatment plan was advised and they were able to schedule me for a fairly quick follow up appt. to take care of some issues. Very friendly and courteous staff. Positive experience: I had to go back 3 times to get the crown corrected. They did fix it and it seems fine now. The lady in the front(I believe Veronica) talks down to patients and is not helpful when asking questions.

Fantastic experience: 100% understand all of the amazing reviews! I had my first appointment today, and there were absolutely no surprises! I have not been on top of my dental health the past few years, and had put it off longer because I just didn’t want the judgement. There was nothing but understanding here! Everyone was so kind, explained every step of the process. I had to be numbed for a cleaning, and the dentist was able to squeeze in a filling since I was already numb! They truly show care and compassion. It’s a patient first office! Alex also let me borrow his connector for headphones as the sound is the worst part for me! Truly a life saver! Toothtime made going to the dentist not only bearable, but enjoyable! I’m actually excited for my next appointment!

Positive experience: I just went in for a teeth cleaning and they did a good job. Nothing bad, nothing special. My big frustration is when you go to get a service completed and they try to push you on another service. I went to get teeth cleaned and they wanted me to add sealant. Not adding an additional service in this economy. I only got my teeth cleaned because the dentist was too busy to see me today so didn’t get anything checked.

Fantastic experience: I will say this, even though they are expensive if you don't have insurance this dentist office takes the best care of their patients whether you are a child a young adult or a senior citizen, the staff is always beyond polite and helpful they are very informative and very clear and their plans for you as a patient. This is one of only two dentist offices I will ever recommend someone to attend. This is a very easy five star dentist office!
