The dental hygienist is wonderful and thorough. I have sensitive teeth and she is very good! The office is clean and bright. State of the art equipment, I was pretty amazed. I never seen anything like it. I am very happy there. Love how my teeth look! When I smile l feel confident . Thank you to a team that works together!! Highly recommend the practice!

Fantastic experience: I can’t give enough praise to the entire staff of Simple Smiles. I unfortunately broke off my entire front tooth (don’t ask how). I was seen on a Wednesday, Dr. Peter explained my options, and by Friday afternoon I was fitted with a temporary prosthetic. It looks natural and fits perfectly. No more prizefighter look for me! Fantastic experience: I had a tooth extraction & was nervous as heck. It was the fasted extraction I ever had, but importantly, no pain. I didn’t know the tooth was out. It was the first tooth in the back. Molded tooth. That’s so weird. The 40 min drive was worth it.

They are very clean with a more modern office than my previous providers. Fantastic experience: This office was newly built and designed with the patient in mind, a very welcoming environment. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Sobia saved my tooth from needing an extraction and I am thankful that she caught it after getting the imaging and tests done. Will be coming back for my cleanings.

Negative experience: I booked an appointment in this place by selecting my insurance which is available in their website. But when I went there they told me this insurance doesn’t cover the payment. I wanted to get relief of the severe pain in my teeth and couldn’t find an option at the last moment to go somewhere else. I thought at least my pain will go away by paying a large sum that they asked. However, they were so unprofessional and non cooperative that even after taking X ray the so called dentist couldn’t figure out the problem and just cleaned without considering the reason. After two hours the pain came back and suffered a lot. It’s totally worthless and unprofessional place. Trust issue is highly concerning thing about selecting available insurance and last moment rejection by saying insurance doesn’t cover it.
