Fantastic experience: New patient. Google reviews were a big reason why I chose this practice and I can attest to the high rating. One of my favorite things was the fact that I was seen at my appointment time. That is so rare in medical/dental practices. My hygienist Tatiana was awesome and she really took the time to listen to my history and concerns. I’m actually looking forward to going to the dentist for the first time in a long time. UPDATE: I have been a patient here for a couple of years now and I still feel the same about this practice. Very friendly, on-time, and caring staff. I cannot say enough about how much I like this office!

Positive experience: If you have to go, and I really dislike going to the dentist, this is the place to go. Patient focused and friendly staff. They understand your fear and make you feel comfortable. They don't waste time and get the job done. They are conservative dentists and only recommends dental work that is an absolute necessity. The only reason I did not give them a five star rating is that you never know which dentist will come in so I suppose you have to request a specific dentist. Want to keep your teeth? Then call Mandarin Dental Care.

Fantastic experience: Today was my first visit to a dentist in over 15 years. After a horrifying experience while having my wisdom teeth pulled, and then after I couldn’t even handle the thought of a dentist. Not only did the sweet little sign out front instantly calm my nerves, but from walking in to a spa like waiting room, to the awesome dental assistant that took great care of me, and my dentist, I left relieved and ready to take back control of my dental health. Fantastic experience: Although I don't like to see or go to dentists, I do like going here because they are friendly, empathetic and awesome. Oh, You will get at least 50 notifications about your appointment via email, cell phone, UPS, Fed-Ex, certified mail and guys in black suits showing up at your door to remind you not to miss your appointment :) Ok.. I'm being a little facetious here, but you get my point. Overall, the best dentist this side of the Mississippi !

Fantastic experience: The best place for dentistry work. The associates are very friendly and personable. I was a new client and they made sure to acknowledge every new client checking in with a cute written welcome sign at the front of the door. I was so nervous coming in to the dentist after moving around for years and abandoning my oral hygiene. However every experience since I stepped foot in the door was exceptional. The front desk staff smiled and welcomed me as a new client after confirming my last name, the wait time in the living room was less then 10 minutes.Chanel my dental hygienist was amazing! She was very knowledgeable and did everything from X-rays , advising and addressing my concern, and a very thorough deep clean. Fantastic experience: Everyone here is warm, welcoming, courteous, and sympathetic to your fears and pain. This is the only office I trust. I have been going there for many years. I am a whimpy dental patient. They are gentle, explain everything as they go. Pat, my hygienist is the best!! **Dr Gregory is so nice and pleasant and efficient! Fantastic experience: This review is about my recent dental visit at Mandarin Dental Care located at 12058 San Jose Blvd, Suite 102, Jacksonville, FL 32223… in one word, it was outstanding. The office is kept extraordinarily clean, and it’s a safe workspace…tons of parking spaces. I’m a patient with gum issues requiring quarterly visits. Dr. Allison Gregory and Clare, her dental hygienist, have been helping patients like me achieve the best possible dental outcomes, allowing me to retain my natural teeth. I’m pushing 83 years old and have been going to Mandarin Dental Care for all my dental services. Dr. Allison Gregory takes pride in providing the absolute best services for patients like me. She achieves outstanding results by maintaining a professional staff that stays with her year after year. She ensures that I’m happy with the services by stopping by, checking my mouth out, having a quick chat about what went on…she gets feedback from me and the hygienist…she always makes sure I’m following her dental routine in my teeth cleaning habits…on this visit, she reminded me that I should be using “PreviDent, an Rx toothpaste product to help with receding gum disease and dry mouth issues. Overall my first visit was pleasant and I was surprised they did not pressure me with an aggressive plan to re-do my existing dental work. I look forward to my next cleaning in six months. Fantastic experience: Previously, I had a horribly painful experience with my last Dentist & they charged addt'l balances AFTER* I had already paid my signed "patient owed" balance of $900. So I recently started going to Mandarin Dental & its 100% been a blessing that I found Dr. Gregory & her staff. Even the front desk ladies have been great verifying & explaining coverages & expected balances. They accept a wide range of ins, including Delta Dental plus they offer MANY payment arrangement opts. Fantastic experience: Not my real name. Well I was here on 4/21/2025 7:40am for a treatment, I also had a cleaning the week before that :) I must say I've never had a more thorough dental cleaning in my life. The establishment is clean, staff are polite and yes, they do make you smile! I've had my fair share of experience dealing with unethical dental pratices (not gonna name them, but they were all chains). They would spend 10 minutes for cleanings, drill your teeth free-handed, left you unattended with instruments in your mouth...the list goes on. But Mandarin Dental Care is the polar opposite of that, they answer your questions, educate their patients to better their dental health. I've had fantastic experience so far and could not recommend them enough!

Fantastic experience: Chrissi is the best! I have had a lot of dental work done over the years, and she has never been judgmental (like previous techs I have dealt with at other locations). I have improved my cleaning at home through her simple recommendations and encouragement. She is sweet and checks in on you, and your family and shares her own personal stories. I have sensitive gums, and she makes sure that I am comfortable throughout the cleaning. As a whole, this facility is great- very clean. Everyone is very welcoming and kind. I have been going here for a while. And even though it isn’t super close to home, I make the drive to be there and continue to go there every three months for my cleanings.

Fantastic experience: I lost a cap over the weekend and they worked me in on Wednesday morning. Relatively pain-free and a temporary cap within an hour. Very happy with the service, they explained everything as they went along. Outstanding service!.

Fantastic experience: I had an old crown pop off. I called and they worked me in. Unfortunately there was decay so it ended up being more involved. Instead of sending me home with an appointment to come back, they worked me in and did the work needed. Dr. Gregory was kind and compassionate as was her staff. Fantastic experience: Dr. Allison Gregory At Mandarin Dental Care took excellent care of me during my visit. She was personable, friendly and professional. While I was a bit nervous at first, I was able to relax. She explained the process as she went along and made it a pleasant experience instead of horrifying like my previous experiences elsewhere. Fantastic experience: Had a great experience with the young lady that did my X-rays and dental cleaning. Very informative to every question asked. Front desk staff was were very friendly as well as checkout. Clean office but seems like the employees change often. Would highly recommend if you’re serious about your dental health

Fantastic experience: My visits have been phenomenal. My first appointment was scheduled to be only an exam and X-rays with another visit scheduled a few days later for dental work and a cleaning. -not ideal but I understand their limited appointment times. But someone canceled and their office was able to get me in a week sooner than my scheduled appointment with a cleaning able to be done at the same time! It doesn’t stop there. I knew I had more work to be done with a couple cavities arising from a recent pregnancy so we needed to find a later date to get all that taken care of. Well, as I was getting ready to leave after the cleaning they informed me that the dentist had wrapped up an earlier appointment sooner than expected and could do ALL the rest of the work that needed to be done! All while my toddler was camped out with me the whole time! My first visit had all ingredients of being a headache but instead it was simply the smoothest and most complete visit I’ve ever experienced! Fast forward to a cleaning I had yesterday -it was so quick and efficient. Not to mention sweet hygienist was so thoughtful and careful. 10/10! Definitely recommend! ❤️
