Fantastic experience: Best dentist office I've ever found. I'll drive over an hour to go there. The staff are all patient, kind and non judgemental. They won't make you feel bad for needing dental help, or for having certain dental insurance. They are excellent with kids. I couldn't be happier to have found this office and this staff.

Fantastic experience: I was traveling through the area and had a tooth that was causing pain to my lower lip. I decided to see if Washington Courthouse Dental could help me. They had a cancellation for the exact time I walked through the door and they were super nice about getting me signed in and back to the dentist. The dentist quickly took care of the problem and I could be on my merry way again. They were truly an answer to prayer! They went above and beyond to take care of me!

Fantastic experience: I always have the best experience here. They have worked hard over the years helping me get my smile back and helping me keep it. They are always kind and gentle. I had a checkup and cleaning today and was dozing off in the chair. The above comments are from a previous review and it still applies!

Fantastic experience: I'm not much of a fan of the dentist tbh but this place was very comforting now I haven't gotten much work done yet but the dental assistant was remarkable I really wish I would have gotten her name and the dentist wanted my opinion not just telling me what he was going to do or needed to do and that means a lot to me so 5 stars keep up the good work

Fantastic experience: I was a new patient today at the office and have always seen a dentist. It was getting harder to get into my old dentist if I needed work done so I wanted to try somewhere new and I am so glad that I did. I just had a cleaning in July with the old dentist who stated I needed 3 extractions and 4 fillings but it was much worse than that. Almost all of my teeth had cavities starting or had cavities under old fillings. And they got me in tomorrow for the extractions I do need. I am so glad that I decided to change. Now I am scheduling to take my kids there. Thank you WCH Dental!!!

Negative experience: Went to get tooth filled and they not only filled the tooth but my next appointment to get the tooth filled is a month and a half out and teeth cleaning is 5 months out and that’s the best they could do. This place has not heard of urgent treatment for pain. They are waiting on insurance or so they say.

Fantastic experience: I just got 2 molar crowns and 1 canine crown, all permanent, and all made in the office during my visit. The crowns were amazing after I was done. They looked and felt great. Probably some of the best dental work I've ever had, and I've had a lot. The staff was nice and worked quickly. They even helped me to get approved for financing thru a company that pays for it all and let's you make monthly payments to them. I got approved within 15 minutes. This is a great place to go and I'll recommend it every time. Thank you guys at the office

Fantastic experience: Very friendly and informative. Update: I have had several visits now and so far the staff have tried to make me feel welcome and comfortable, and also have worded things in a way that gives me more self confidence about having all of my teeth pulled. They have been gentle and not caused me any pain at all. I have a few more visits until I receive my dentures and I will update further after that point. For now it's all 5 star.

Fantastic experience: My experience was amazing here. The staff were incredibly kind, and while I had my tooth pulled, they did everything they were supposed to do in order to keep me pain free. My tooth was infected and they helped me the best way they could. They sent me home with a list of instructions. The guy who pulled my tooth, he had a great personality. They also took a lot of xrays and were very thorough. They helped me the best way they could. Overall, I had a wonderful experience. I would 100% come back here again, and I would recommend this place to anyone who needed dental work done.

She made sure my 2.5 year old had the best experience at the dentist for her first visit. So much so that when we left my child asked if we could go back tomorrow. Negative experience: You guys should be sued for what you put. Patience throat that had a rough attendance passed from missing 3 general appointments several years ano period when an emergency department tells me they referred me to you. Per you take my insurance and accept emergencies and will not be seeing me after I explain my situation because of my attendance some years back. Is blatant medical mill? Practice and patient neglect. I will be seeking an attorney. For this life-threatening issue.I have been told and diagnosed with that.You refused my care. Good luck in your scheduling your newer patients with non life risking assesses and infection in the gum line. Worst dentist ever . AND I HAVE NO IDEA HOW YOU GO TO SLEEP AT NIGHT WHEN YOU HAVE A CODE OF ETHICS TO FOLLOW AND THE MEDICAL FEILD. AND JUST SO YOU'RE AWARE , I AM IN THE MEDICAL FIELD, PRIOR TO TO THIS ISSUE. SO I KNOW LY LAWS AND YOU BLAINT DID NOT GIVE ME. Legit reason to reduse care other than missed prior appointments YEARS AGO,, response.. then tell me to reach put to u and contact u for my name cause according to your receptionist yes u do.

Fantastic experience: I had taken my daughter here and it was her first checkup and they were so nice. The lady explained everything she was doing to her step by step as she was cleaning her teeth, and the dentist came in after and was very nice to her. Good visit!

Negative experience: Had a decent experience, but felt uncomfortable as there was chatter about an inappropriate work relationship between a Dr and a dental assistant which made the setting feel unprofessional and not what I would expect from a medical provider.

Negative experience: They don't care if you have things come up in life if you cancel and reschedule your appointment 3xs. You are on the do not schedule list and have to call every single day to get an appointment on the same day. What a joke of a place.

Fantastic experience: My experience at Washington Court House Dental was pleasant from the moment I walked in until I left. Everyone was very friendly and pleasant. While my diagnosis was definitely not what I’d hoped it is the best course of treatment with my issues. I did learn from Dentist something I’d never been told before that has played a part in my current issue for a long time. While I’m not thrilled with the treatment plan it is not because of anyone especially Dentist…..everyone there is extremely nice, friendly, informative and helpful. While I will be living in another county soon I think I am going to be very happy in continuing my dental future with Washington Court House Dental.

Negative experience: Dentist and dental assistants are usually very helpful and friendly. Unless you are scheduled for a cleaning, take 30 seconds too long in the parking lot. Wait behind the person in front of you that you held the door for. Now it’s your turn but now you are 1min 30sec late checking in, so the receptionist has to check if you can still be seen. Comes back 3 mins…(which feels like forever when you are waiting for a quick easy answer..) later and says “Sorry you are too late to be seen today.” Reschedule your appointment, make sure you are 10mins early, then have to wait 45 mins to be seen. Also missed too many appointments, (for real reasons beyond my control) for my teenage daughter. Then get a text the same day asking to confirm appointment in a couple days. Come in for said appointment, go to schedule next appointment. They say we can schedule you same day appointments only. At this point I guess I’m just happy we don’t have to find a new dentist. Come home check the mail and have a letter for the dentist office saying she can no longer be seen. But she just had dental work done and X-rays for some odd reason. And said we can be seen on same day appointments. Can we be seen or not seen, that is the question

It wasn’t just any dentist office—it was where magic happened, smiles sparkled a little brighter, and tooth fairies came for tea. Kat, the clever and kind-hearted hygienist, had a laugh that could tickle a kitten. Dr. Mark, with his calm voice and magical mirror, could see more than just teeth—he could see the truth in any smile. One night, just as the last star blinked awake, a tiny, worried fairy burst through the front door. "Help!" she cried, wings fluttering fast. "Something’s wrong with the Dream Dragon! His teeth hurt, and now he can't breathe out dream-mist for the children!" Kat and Dr. Mark exchanged a glance. This was serious. Without the Dream Dragon’s mist, children all over the world would have nightmares instead of sweet dreams. “No worries,” said Dr. Mark, grabbing his enchanted toolkit. “Kat, let’s roll.” With a swoosh of minty wind and a swirl of flossy light, the duo zoomed to the Dream Dragon’s cave, hidden high in the Sugarplum Mountains. The dragon groaned, curled in pain. “My teeth… they feel like they’re full of thunderclouds.” Kat gently patted his glittery scales. “Don’t worry, big guy. We’re the best at turning stormy teeth sunny again.” Dr. Mark used his magic mirror to peek deep into the dragon’s molars. “Ah, a midnight cavity gremlin. Nasty little thing, hiding and nibbling on dreams.” Kat pulled out a floss-lasso while Dr. Mark whispered a spell to calm the dragon. In a few gentle swishes, a sparkle, and one heroic floss-flick, the gremlin was gone, and the cavity filled with stardust paste. The dragon smiled—a huge, dazzling grin. “You did it!” he beamed. With a deep breath, he blew out a mist of dreams: candy clouds, floating books, and puppy hugs danced into the sky. Children everywhere sighed happily in their sleep. Back at the office, Kat and Dr. Mark sipped peppermint tea under the soft glow of a nightlight shaped like a tooth. “Another night, another smile saved,” Kat said with a wink. “And tomorrow,” said Dr. Mark, “we floss the moon.” And with that, Washington Court House dental slept peacefully, knowing its magical dentists were always on call.

Fantastic experience: I had two crowns done yesterday afternoon. Dr. Pagano and his assistant were very nice to me and I can tell they want their work to look the best they can get it to look. Thank you for being so kind and comforting. The dentist always gives me nerves, but they eased my anxiety. I highly recommend Dr. Pagano.

Fantastic experience: My experience with other dental places is they always made me feel bad and pushed me to the point I never wanted to go see a dentist. I gave this place a shot after years of not going out of embarrassment and it was great. I wasn't shamed for teeth, instead I was told that they will get my confidence back. They explained everything to me like a person and worked out a plan for me. They were super nice and extremely friendly. First time I ever left a dentist feeling good. I drive over an hour to get there and it's absolutely worth it.

Negative experience: The dentist was amazing but the staff was horribly rude when they tried to charge me more than a year after my service for the second time. I had to pay before I got my services as it is their policy. Turns out they billed my insurance 2 times on 2 different days. Because of how rude they were, I asked for an apology and she hung up. I took my business elsewhere. Sad because I loved the dentist but trying to demand I pay twice I can’t allow. I did prove they were wrong. My last name is McGrothers so you can look me up correctly.

Fantastic experience: The team at Washington Courthouse Dental are efficient , courteous and highly skilled. During my recent check-up, Meghan demonstrated her proficiency as a dental hygienist. Kyra is an expert with the X-ray machine. Dr.Taylor is very friendly and professional. The office staff are pleasant and helpful. I highly recommend Washington Courthouse Dental.

Fantastic experience: I had called them on Wednesday and told them he has his first wiggly tooth and an abscess above it. He had his appointment Friday!! So quick! However mine was scheduled the same day but they can't get me in until May. But I understand they are busy...so we took my 5 year old here for his very first dentist appointment and the staff were all amazing! Very professional, kind and caring! They made my son feel comfortable, he wasn't scared at all! They ended up pulling the dead tooth and lancing the abscess instead of sending us to grove city, which we were very grateful for! I Couldn't have asked for it to go any smoother!!! The only thing my insurance didn't cover was the nitrous (aka laughing gas) but it was only $57.33 so not bad! All the women who assisted us were very nice and explained to my son and I what they were doing before and during. No confusion, no disappointments! Dr. gatz also was very knowledgeable and respectful! I would recommend Court House Dental to anyone based off of the first visit we had today! If I'm able to update my review in May when I go to have two impacted wisdom teeth pulled I will! Hopefully it goes as good as my son's visit because I'm terrified lol fingers crossed
