Fantastic experience: This orthodontist office is outstanding professional, welcoming, and genuinely caring from start to finish. The entire team is efficient and kind, making each visit smooth and comfortable. Special thanks to Roxy and the other girls in ortho, whose warmth, attention to detail, and positive energy make them truly exceptional. As well as a special thanks to Rogeline and Dr. Sharma, my crowns came out impeccable because of them. I love this office and wouldn’t recommend any other. They go above and beyond to ensure patients feel at ease and well cared for. Highly recommend!

Negative experience: I would NEVER recommend this dental office!!!! I came for my son’s appt. I was 20 mins earlier than scheduled in which they told me it was ok to come upstairs being that he is a new patient, there is some paperwork that needs to be filled out. I informed everyone from the front desk to every single employee that worked there and would call my sons name, why we are here, and made sure to let them know that the X-rays and everything was already sent over. To avoid being charged for something that was already taken care of. He was seen by the Dr. she looked at his teeth, and I confirmed with her that they are showing he will be getting a cleaning done by the hygienist correct? She confirmed yes she sees it. And yes he will be getting a cleaning done by a hygienist today. Once the hygienist arrived I asked him if he is showing that my child is only here for a preventative annual cleaning, he said yes. However he also sees the Dr. recommend something additional. Which would require a copay. I said no that’s ok. He only needs his regular annual cleaning. He said no problem let me talk to the Dr. and I will be right back. Bare in mind it was never disclosed to me what this additional thing the Dr. recommended was. It was added without my knowledge. And no one ever followed up to share with me what this is. Now at this point we are there for an hr and 1/2 sitting in this cold area that they stated we needed to wait in. Now mins to 1:30 is when the very same Dr. who confirmed that he would be seen to get a cleaning and was aware that he had on braces, not only by physically seeing him. But also when she reviewed the X-rays, then tells me, that unfortunately after 2 hours of waiting that they cannot do the cleaning with the hygienist because he has on braces and they recommend that the braces are taken off before the hygienist can clean a patients teeth. Mind you this is the very same Dr. who stated my son has beautiful healthy teeth. No gum disease, gingivitis, cavities, build up nothing. She even made a joke saying. Oh you’re going to make me poor coming in with no cavities or issues wrong with your teeth. But to then turn around and say that they cannot clean his teeth because he has on braces. It’s as if they felt they have to find a way to make extra money off of my child even though his teeth are in perfectly good health. So they fabricated a story to try and scam me out of some money. What kind of unprofessional B.S. is that. This place was well aware before the appt that my child has braces the X-rays were sent over months before his appt. And then you wait until the very last min to pull this crap! I am truly disappointed in their level of professionalism. What they did was thoughtless and cruel. Then have the audacity to throw it off on my child’s orthodontist. How in the world does his orthodontist have anything to do with this. You guys are the ones who are supposed to inform the patient or in this case the parent being that the child is a minor of YOUR rules. Don’t tell me nothing about by laws and all this foolishness after you pulled this disgusting mess. This could have been settled well before the appt. THERE IS NO MANDATORY LAW THAT SAYS A HYGIENIST CANNOT PERFORM A CLEANING IF SOMEONE IS WEARING BRACES. This to is another lie that they told me. I would never recommend this place and if it wasn’t for the fact that you have to give them a star rating in order to leave a review I would have rated them a 0. Unbelievable stay away from this unprofessional dental office. I question their reviews!

In particular, my son’s dentist, Dr. Albert, is wonderful; he is professional and caring and works to ensure that all my son’s visits are successful, positive ones.

Fantastic experience: very nice, helpful staff. They have a great modernized check-in process that utilizes an iPad to streamline and make getting through patient on boarding very easy. My My dentist was great and was very friendly welcoming and very kind and his demeanor. Even the dental hygienist was very gentle and thorough in the process of performing my semi annual dental cleaning. I look forward to bringing my kids in for their visit.

The ENDODONTIST IS TRASH HE WAS SITTING AT YHF DESK THE WHOLE TIME MY APPOINTMENT WAS AT 5 HE DIDNT COME IN THE ROOM UNTIL 5:45 pm THEY TOLD ME I HAD TO GET X-RAYS I SAID AM I GOING TO GET CHARGED THEY SAID NO. AFTER MY VISIT THEY TELL ME I HAVE A 250 DOLLAR BALANCE AND THAT THE SPECIALIST IS NOT IN NETWORK

From the moment we arrived, the entire staff made us feel so welcome and comfortable. Dr Saleh has an amazing way with children — patient, gentle, and so kind. They took the time to explain everything in a way my child could understand, and made the whole appointment feel fun instead of scary. My child actually left smiling and said they can’t wait to go back — something I never thought I’d hear after a dental visit! As a parent, I felt informed and reassured every step of the way. The team was professional, thorough, and truly cared about making it a positive experience for both of us. I’m beyond grateful we found such a compassionate and skilled dentist.

Going to the dentist has always been anxiety wracking for me but this dentist office and location specifically always does such an amazing and pain free job. This is my second time getting braces (the first time with a different dentist) and I’m so happy I chose this dentist to actually complete my teeth treatment. And I actually go to school in Pennsylvania but I always come back to Florida to get my braces tightened and cleaning done here in Pembroke Pines. I will never go to another dentist again!!

Positive experience: Oral Surgeon is very rude, he use sarcasm to be rude, after you spend $300 for a consultation from him, you wait a good hour from the time of your appointment to see him. I am unhappy I spent that much and his customer service was horrible. I will definitely be seeing another oral surgeon.

She loves going to the dentist specially when she likes the general dentist that checks her. She loves getting her teeth clean and the Assistant that did it was very sweet and gentle. We saw the orthodentist for the first time and he was very polite and profesional. He explain everything about what he recomended for ny daughter and with speific details. The whole staff in the Gentle teeth place are very pleasent. I highly recommend this place for your kids.

Positive experience: The doctor was wonderful, but the staff wasn't. I have issue with my wisdom tooth and have to be in pain for 6 weeks before I could see the oral surgeon. No empathy from staff JUST NEXT APPT ××××. Not a good experience.

Fantastic experience: Went in today to have a cavity drilled and filled. Doctor swabbed and injected the numbing medication. No pain at all. His assistant was great spraying and vacuuming my mouth. 30 minutes and I was out. Great experience.

I rushed in and once again these dental angels came to my rescue.. Gotta luv the entire staff!!

I was very lucky to get her after my previous hygenist Janette moved away.Janette was great too! Negative experience: Honestly I wouldn’t go back here. Doctor was great but the front desk representatives didnt know what they were doing. Then the dental assistant were not to great. One of them had an attitude because I refused to get a deep cleaning done since it was an extra charge. Also the cleaning felt like it was a 2 minute cleaning. Not impressed at all.

Negative experience: This office did not make me feel comfortable. Every visit has been a game of finding ways to charge me more. I’m told something one visit and the next visit it’s another story. Not to mention that they are so fast I don’t feel like I’m getting a proper cleaning. I thought I’d try them out since they are close to me but I won’t be coming back.

Negative experience: I do not recommend this unorganized office ! Last year , both of my kids had appointments. The assistant took my oldest to get X-rays and to begin her cleaning afterwards but instead she had X-rays done and then the assistant sat her back down in the lobby to wait for me, alone ! She did not bring her back to the room where I was at with my youngest. After we checked out my oldest tells me that her teeth were not cleaned . She only had X-rays done ! So I talked to the incompetent front desk and they apologized for the mistake and made her another appointment to come back and get a cleaning which was in inconvenience. I decided to give them another chance this year. I made appointments for my kids and had to wait 2 months for a Saturday appointment. Yesterday, Friday before appointments, I get a call that the dentist will not be there on Saturday and that I could bring my youngest in but not my oldest. She made an appointment for the following Saturday for my oldest. Great no problem. When I go I for my appointment with my youngest , I am told the appointments were made incorrectly! My oldest was supposed to be seen today , not my youngest. She got confused with their names. So my youngest could not be seen. Not only a waste of our time , but my child really needed to be seen because she is having pain and now has to wait more time while I find another dentist office that cares and is considerate of their patients . The front desk is not paying attention and lacks customer service skills. I have been coming to this dentist office for 10 years but the last 3 years they have fallen off . I am highly disappointed.

Fantastic experience: Dr Samuels and his staff are awesome! My daughter got her braces about a year ago and there has not been one single visit where we have had to wait for more than 5 minutes. The ladies in the orthodontist section are all very nice and gentle while treating my daughter. Could not ask for better service and results as her teeth are looking great already. Can't wait to see her smile once treatment is completed. Thank you Dr Samuels and staff!

Fantastic experience: Amazing place. We do both in this office and they are amazing. They are great with working things out with you. Dr. Sharma and Rogeline did amazing with my brother. They are both great. My whole family goes to this dentist and they are amazing.

Positive experience: Both of my teens went/now go back to Gentle Teeth. Everyone is Super nice and accommodating, when then can. They are a bit pricey it worth it!
