Fantastic experience: I have been going to Ace Dental for a few years now. I had a crown replaced and am happy with the results. My Hygienist, Shana (sorry for the wrong spelling) does excellent work. The receptionists are friendly. I am overall pleased with Ace Dental.

Fantastic experience: I recently had an accident on my bike and had some facial injuries. While in the neighborhood, I stopped into Ace Dental to see when I might schedule an appointment to make sure my teeth / mouth were all ok. They saw me on the spot, doing a thorough exam!!! I certainly didn’t expect this kind of rapid response. I really appreciate the care and professionalism that Ace always delivers. I can’t recommend them enough.

Negative experience: I had held back on reviewing for some time because the people that work here are so kind, but I do think there are some downsides to this dentist office unfortunately. I had come to get my wisdom teeth out last year, and was told that during the procedure whenever it starts to get painful to let the dentist know so I could receive more pain medication as I was awake for the operation. Towards the end, I began to feel pain so I requested the pain medication but told “but we are almost done hang in there!” I was in so much pain throughout the end of the procedure and while waiting in the waiting room for my mom. I had been prescribed a specific type of ibuprofen for recovery but the pharmacist said that it would take 2 hours to fill! My mom begged the pharmacist to fill it out sooner and put the phone near me screaming in pain to convince him. This was all within the following 20 minutes post Ace dental finishing my wisdom teeth. The rest of the recovery was painful but nothing that ace could have done anything for. But the insane pain I felt right after could’ve been prevented with enough time for me to go get my ibuprofen had I been taken seriously. My mom reached out with a letter after and did receive a call back where an apology was given and ace did take accountability. Another incident- About 1.5-2 years ago I came in explaining I felt pain eating certain foods in two different locations. I was told for the next 3 visits that my teeth were in perfect condition. Then this last cleaning I was told that I had two cavities and that the visit someone had noted 4 potential cavity spots, which I was not informed of until this most recent cleaning despite it being information from more than 6 months ago. I understand that it is my responsibility to do the best for my teeth but I really did not appreciate this information only being conveniently told to me once I had to get my fillings through them. I had then made an appointment to get the fillings done, and I put reminders on my phone to be sure I don’t miss appointments. However I must’ve not clicked the ok button because the appointment didn’t save into my calendar. Missing the appointment was on me- let me make that clear. But 150 dollars for missing an appointment was a shock to me. My appointment costed me 119 I couldn’t believe the fee had costed more than the actual appointment. With all that said I do think some really great people work here and the staff is very kind. But I think there’s a lot of experience this dentist lacks and I hope with time these things can be resolved. I have other folks who come here and we have kind of all come to the agreement that it lacks some experience and despite everyone being nice certain things add up to feel like they are in need of money as opposed to being upfront about what’s going on with our teeth.

Fantastic experience: 55 years old and this is the first time I have ever been told “ keep up the good work” after a cleaning. This is because 6 months ago, instead of being told “ you need to be better about flossing”, as I have been my whole life, I was given very simple advice on using inter-dental picks. I followed it, and it has changed my life. An easy and pain-free cleaning, with very little tartar and almost no bleeding. Thank you Ace Dental!

Fantastic experience: Update. Had another excellent experience here. I needed xrays from another office and they went above and beyond to get them. Then Dr. Jun went to great length to explain exactly what was needed and why. Further the were very transparent with billing. Had my first cleaning as a new patient here and the experience could not have been better. The new patient forms are all online making it very convenient. There text notification system was helpful. Shaina did my cleaning and was fantastic. She even took the time to explain what she was looking for when reviewing the images of my teeth. She was knowledgeable, considerate, and friendly. (I now know how to floss correctly.) Same goes for Dr. Kim. Joy was very helpful in making sure that a procedure I need is covered by my insurance - they accept Blue Cross Blue Shield - and in scheduling an appointment for me. It's the best dental experience I've had. Update 2 - Lignita (please forgive spelling) gave me a wonderful cleaning and Dr. Park was thoughtful in diagnosing my issues and sharing what I need to focus on. This continues to be an excellent dentist office Update 3 (April 2025) - another excellent experience

Fantastic experience: I visited Dr. Jun and his team today for a dental implant appointment. I was greeted by the excellent front office folks and the appointment started on time. Dr. Jun and his team worked diligently and with precision to ensure that the implant procedure was executed perfectly. Dr. Jun’s communication skills are exemplary as he told me what to expect during each phase of the procedure. I was asked if a student could observe the procedure. I agreed and Dr. Jun was equally as communicative with her. I experienced no pain or emotional stress while I was in the chair and was given post procedure instructions to follow. This was not a routine type of appointment, (exam or filling), but I was made to feel like it was based on how every aspect of it was handled. I typically do not suffer from “Dentist Office Anxiety”. However, if I did, Dr. Jun, Dr. Kim and all of the team members at Ace Dental would certainly be the calming influence I would need to get over any pre-visit jitters!!!

I was having issues with my insurance prior to my appointment and one of the staff (Tristan) was in constant communication with me following the weeks before my appointment to make sure that I was assisted & got my issue resolved. Tristan also followed up with me a few times to offer earlier appointment dates if I’d like. Customer service is exceptional at Ace dental. Luke did my cleaning & was amazing ! Dr. Kim gave me an implant, and I’m surprised to say that every single step of the procedure was completely painless! I didn’t even feel the injection for the anesthesia, which is what I’m usually worried the most about. Every step of the procedure was explained thoroughly, and I could tell the staff members went above and beyond to make sure to do the job right. It sucks that google reviews doesn’t have an option to add stars beyond 5, as the experience I had at Ace Dental was nothing short of 5+ stars.

I am so grateful this doctor answered all my question's and gave me the procedure layout along with various prices. Based off my prior experience at another dental office this was not the case. I see why Ace Dental received such great reviews because from check in and all throughout your time there you are asked if you have any questions or concerns without feeling pressured or rushed. If you are in need of dental work of various types then Ace Dental is worth checking out.

Fantastic experience: Ace has an awesome Team, very friendly I wish their Office accepted MassHealth so my daughter could be there patient to. But to my dynamic duo Shaina and Lyndsey, Shaina is super nice and it's like a reunion with a long time friend you haven't seen in a while, but is very knowledgeable and informative of what she is going to do and what she suggest. Lyndsey you are still a gem! Love that you know who I am just as I am walking up to check in, makes me feel special. Now that's costumer interpersonal relationship building. Fantastic experience: The dentists are efficient and personable. They work quick and make sure you get the best Plan of Care to get your teeth healthy. Front desk is pleasant and also very helpful and as accommodating as can be. Very happy at my new dentist office.

Fantastic experience: My hygienist was AWESOME!!!! The whole staff is GREAT!!! Been a customer for years & I would NEVER leave! I live more than 30mins away & I have tons of dentist near my home - but Ace is wayyyyy too good to go elsewhere!!!!
