Fantastic experience: The environment was very clean and I loved the tour at the beginning of my visit. The staff was very nice and the little things like the Netflix option and the warm blanket really put 915 Smiles above the rest.

Fantastic experience: First off, first class dentistry happening here. from the booking, and the reminders, and the day of reminder to the parking and walking in let’s say 6 stars. NO WAY I was missing this appointment. Next, walking in, the aesthetics are clean (as it should be) and classy. Appointment happened on time and when I went back, I felt like I was in the VIP. TV on ceiling while I got my work done, TV on the wall with my name on it and a welcome to my dentistry space was over the top and I LOVES IT. I took a pic to post on my own social media . The dentist work was amazing and I can’t wait to have a reason to come back. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Everything is explained to you, no unneeded unnecessary work and everything is done at your pace, you can't go wrong by going to this dentist, the same day Crown It's unbelievable I was in and out and <3 hours. 2 crowns fit perfectly. The first time no, no waiting 2 weeks to come back. No temporary, it's great. Give him a chance you'll be glad you did. Have to add. On July 28th, had a Crown fall off. Got an appointment in instead of trying to sell me a new Crown. They cleaned up my tooth and put the old one back on fantastic. Very professional, always concerned about your patient. The dental hygienist and her assistant did an exceptional job with my dental cleaning and were gentle. No pain at all. Dr V is a spectacular dentist. She sat with me and gave me all the information I needed to make important decisions about my dental health. Not only did she give me information but she also gave me options. Negative experience: Cornered you to give them a google review. Had a horrible infection from them incorrectly taking out my wisdom teeth. Had to pay another Dentist to fix the horrible infection because these military dentists refused to accept that it was infected for a whole month.

Negative experience: This was my first review of when i first started seeing this facility: Facility is super clean and has very welcoming staff. Both Drs were very informative and give detailed explanations on treatment recommendations. Highly recommend. This is my review now: I was happy with this office—until I wasn’t. My main issue is the complete lack of time and patience shown toward concerns, especially for new patients. I was really looking forward to my baby’s first dental appointment, but unfortunately, it felt like my own research was more helpful than anything the doctor provided. Dr. Vi didn’t even try to look in my baby’s mouth—just glanced during the few times she smiled. The hygienist with Dr Vi even stated “here let me move over there (towards Dr. VI) so you can get a better look” I was the one bringing up possible concerns, and rather than offering insight, she simply agreed and piggybacked off what I said. It didn’t feel professional or reassuring. I literally had to grab my daughter and lift her lip so the doctor could take a better look, because I came here wanting some sort of answers. To make things worse, an assistant—not the doctor—was the one who informed me about my other child’s treatment plan, who was getting a cleaning in the other room. I’ve been coming to 915 Smile Studio for a few years now and never experienced this. When a call was made to ask follow-up questions, due to the nature of yesterdays situation, we were told the doctor would call back. Instead, the receptionist called, which felt dismissive and unhelpful. Overall, I left feeling unheard and unsupported. Definitely not the experience I wanted for such an important milestone. We were told that the doctor didn’t want to be “invasive” with my 13 month old. Yet, that’s exactly why I was back there. To help, as needed/ where needed. I think as a parent we can agree that putting on gloves, feeling around their mouth, looking inside and lifting a lip to see teeth wouldn’t be invasive at all. Especially with both parents being in the back. It’s important for me to mention she was born with a chip like on her tooth. So you can imagine why it was important for me to get answers from a dentist rather than Google. I’ve never had issues at this office before—I’ve always felt welcome and comfortable, which is why this experience was so disappointing. I now feel brushed off rather than treated as a patient. Hoping this has absolutely nothing to do with my sister no longer working here.

Fantastic experience: I want to give a huge THANK YOU to the staff at 915 Smile Studio. Last week I went for a routine cleaning with my kids (3 & 1), who were also recieving a cleaning. The dental assistant that took my x-rays was such an amazing help! She took the time to interact with my kids, ask them questions and gave them stickers, all while I was getting my teeth cleaned. I hope she understands how much that meant to me as a parent. The entire staff was so supportive and friendly. Such a great place to take my family!
