Fantastic experience: We just came for the first time to the Everett office. I have a VERY anxious kiddo with SPD. Xiomara, the dental assistant did a fantastic job. For the first time in many dentist appointment in the past (different offices), she was able to do a full set of x-rays and a good dental cleaning (plaque accumulation off). She also did fantastic with my oldest. Although she has no anxiety problems she has had not so good experiences in the past. Today she left happy!

Fantastic experience: My kids said what they like about Stellar dentistry is : They are always fast, very nice, and they love that you get a prize at the end of your visit! I always feel like they get a full exam and help teach my kids good brushing habits. They are always on time and very efficient. Update: They are still Awesome! We have had to do 5 tooth extractions (3 baby teeth and 2 adult for braces.) They are always the best and kept them comfortable throughout the whole procedure.

Fantastic experience: The front desk is always very friendly, they make scheduling appointments easy. The dental assistants always make my daughter feel comfortable and give her toys while she waits for the dentist. Overall it’s been a smooth and easy process!

Fantastic experience: My son (4) was nervous about getting his xrays taken. Jose was super patient with him, and came up with a hand held "Buzz Lightyear gun" to take the xrays. Bluey on t.v. kept my little guy entertained during cleaning

Fantastic experience: The assistant Jose was accommodating and understanding, and listened to what my kids needed. When my youngest was having a very difficult time, he was very patient and calming. He went out of his way to find alternative ways to get the job done while keeping them comfortable. The dentists were quick and informative, and were also calming, especially Dr. Caroline. Negative experience: They tried to put my kids under anesthesia for everything. They also charge a lot more than other pediatric dentists. And on top of this, admin was always rude. I highly recommend Puget Sound Pediatric Dentistry instead.

Negative experience: I do believe that the current practice of not letting parents know they are "not allowed," to accompany their child who has NEVER had oral surgery prior to this appointment. The process and no prior knowledge of the fact is totally and absolutely unhealthy for both patient and parent. I highly suggest a revision to these practices.

The atmosphere is perfect for a child, the Dr's. are so friendly and have a wonderful bedside manner. They have a play place in the waiting area, a cavity free club, and a coin machine for a special present after your visit.

Negative experience: I would give zero stars if I could. I have been attending this facility for the last 8-10 years and have had lots of dental work done here. Over the last 3-4 years, the quality of the dentists/hygienists and assistants has seemed to really decline. The level of incompetence shown at my appointment, yesterday especially, was absolutely abysmal. It was a comedically horrible experience, that left me stressed out and extremely frustrated. I would never trust this place with my own children. Full disclosure, I am 20 years old and do not know why I hadn’t been switched to an adult dentist a while ago. They just kept scheduling me for my routine teeth cleanings, but I should have left when I first noticed the decline in quality of service.

Negative experience: Not for all kids. The dentist seemed professional and did fine but the hygienist treated my girls very different than she treated boys. She seemed to have an issue with him simply because he was a boy. She took the liberty of putting "preferred pronouns" (without consent of the child or the parent) on a referral and this is unacceptable in our religion. We will not be back.

Fantastic experience: I bring all 3 of my kids here and I would highly recommend you do too! Every time I bring my kiddos here it is the best experience. Fantastic experience: I've been taking my niece and nephew to Stellar in Everett for almost 9 years now, and we've had nothing but great experiences! All the hygienists are so good with the kids, and the dentists have all been so fun. There's TVs on the ceiling, and headphones they can wear. I would definitely recommend!

Negative experience: Worst expirience in this place, my kid 10(years old) had a very traumatic expirience in this place ever since then he is super afraid of needles and any doctor appoinment, i tried to find a new dentist for all of my kids and they called me and said to give them another chance that they were sorry but then my kids had another appoinment today and yes my son startee crying and screaming and the dental assistant and dr. Bob tried to force my kid to let them do the cleaning i has to tell them to stop and leave him lime that, they left the room all mad and dr bob came to tell i should test my son for autism , how dare you? You are a dentist not a mental healt doctor, and no he is not autistic he has anxiety and i explained that before . So if you guys are a kids dental office i think you should have more expirience on dealing with this situations better, plus what a personal when i was leaving i saw 2 of your dental assistance whispering about us.

Negative experience: The staff and everyone is really nice. My low star is because they don't allow parents to be with the kids during cavity fillings. At all. They didn't tell me parents weren't allowed. Not until my son had already taken his medicine. I asked if they could make an exception. I've sat with my oldest during this before. They said no. Now I'm upset and anxious. Really anxious while waiting for my baby.

Fantastic experience: On our way out of the office, my 3 yr old was bummed that we had to leave and asked if we could stay a while! I think that says a lot about the staff here. She had such a good experience and was comfortable the whole time. The front desk and scheduling team is beyond kind and helpful. Everyone I spoke with had exceptional customer service skills and were able to answer all of my questions. My daughter has a lot of teeth that need to be worked on and the dental assistant and dentist were patient with my questions and concerns.
