Dr. Scione made a treatment plan that was easily understood and immediately got me scheduled with an equally talented endodontist for a root canal. And then the very next day, they saw me for a permanent crown. If you're looking for a complete care for your mouth, this is the place.

But having gone through multiple poor experiences at separate offices, I am happy to say I have found to most amazing home at Willow Creek!! Dr. Sciarrone was wonderful, soothing and well calculated on the best path for dental recovery for me! But I have to say, my HUGEST shout out goes Krissy who deals with all the numbers. Not only was she not pushy or pressuring, but she went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and well guided on the easiest financial steps I could take. Fantastic experience: I was really nervous coming in. I typically have to be numbed up more than usual but they numbed me up enough that I didn’t feel a thing and let me listen to music and gave me a stress ball because they knew how nervous I was. Trepka and Annette were the best.

Fantastic experience: Superb service all around. Front office, back office, dental assistant, and dentist all are amazing in their professionalism as well as their kindness and patience. I've been to both offices and I've never encountered a dental practice as this level. Today I had two fillings and the dentist and dental assistant were the best I've ever had. I had interactions with three other employees and each one gave me the best service possible. There has been a change in dental practices over the past years towards very aggressive upselling. This does not go on at Willow Creek Dental. Instead, they give you the best possible experience with great communication. My husband and I both fully recommend Willow Creek Dental.

Negative experience: Had an initial visit scheduled. Waited for 15 minutes past my appointment time for a hygienist. I came in for a cleaning and am choosing not to have x-rays for health reasons. When they finally saw me, they refused to do a cleaning, because I would not consent to x-rays. I should have that choice. I wasted my time - their initial paperwork did not contain info. that x-rays were required.

Fantastic experience: Probably the best dentist I’ve ever gone to. Dr Liu and all of the hygienists (and office staff) are fantastic. He is extremely personal and makes you feel very comfortable. He’s very precise, very knowledgeable, and doesn’t give you the normal vibes. I also love Aya and several other hygienists. Also went to Dr Griebel (one of their specialists) for a tooth extraction, who was also great. Maybe a little on the pricey side, but it’s worth it, don’t go cheap on your teeth!

Fantastic experience: Had a cracked tooth, been trying to get into my old dentist for months. Went in to the office to make sure they took my insurance and got an appointment for the next morning. They gave me a temp crown and I'll be having that in two weeks. Very happy with the attention to details and I'll be a customer for as long as I'm in Colorado.

Negative experience: The first thing patients should know: WCD incentivizes patients to leave 5 star reviews by offering gift cards to other stores. Please read the lower reviews for realistic experiences. In August 2024, I received a recommendation and got a filling from Dr. Elizabeth Trepka, which now, six months later, requires a root canal. As I have not needed dental work before, I was unsure about the situation and sought additional guidance. I was referred to an endodontist at Stanbrick Dental, which operates under the same parent company as Willow Creek but is not in my insurance network (WCD is). I was not informed about the network situation upfront and was quoted thousands of dollars for the procedure. For comparison, I received quotes of around 400/500 for the same procedure at two other practices. When I requested my records to seek another opinion, I was quickly contacted by Dr. Trepka, who asked me to come in again and assured me that the filling had been done correctly, explaining that sometimes these things happen. I’m left feeling very frustrated, confused, and taken advantage of by this entire practice. This has caused me genuine, significant emotional distress for two weeks now, and I am left believing that I was just scammed for my money. Please do not get your dental work done here. They don’t care about you, only your money. No matter what they may say in reply!

Negative experience: I had an amazing endodontist whi set up my appointment for a crown of a tooth he has done a root canal. I went to that appointment and did tge wrong tooth!!! I will not be going back for the tooth they should have made a crown for! Do not trust them.

Fantastic experience: I am having a lower Denture made by Dr. Trepka I find her to be caring qualified and always with a smile. The Denture will only take a month to make. I went to a different Dentist about a year ago for a upper Denture it took 3 months and it was garbage. I recommend Dr. Trepka 100%.

They told me I needed a filling replaced and otherwise my teeth looked perfect! They have an amazing referral program, my teeth always look & feel amazing as soon as I leave. Fantastic experience: Going to the dentist is usually a stressful situation. Dr Liu explained the process beforehand; they took the time to make me feel comfortable and at ease from giving me breaks during the xray process; to numbing my gums for my cleaning. Dr Liu explained my treatment throughly giving me worst and best scenario options. They designed a plan step by step to address every single one of my concerns. And my treatment coordinator gave me an exact estimate for me to plan my expenses ahead of time with no billing surprises. This experience has exceeded my expectations.
