Negative experience: Walk in here with a sound teeth and came out with a teeth that can chew rice any longer, hoping and praying my teeth recover from this. Asked before accepting cavity removal.

Fantastic experience: This is a excellent Dental office. They are nice and courtesy and the office is so clean. My Dentist Dr. Abdullah is fantastic! I have recommended her to 4 of my friends and my sister. Very professional office and atmosphere, the best dental office I've ever been associated with. Keep up the good work.

Fantastic experience: My appointments was at 3:00pm I was in the back by 3:04 .Dr M was So Amazing. When I say she is the best dentist I have ever had ever ! Last week she did my cavity fillings it was my first time and I was so nervous especially when it comes to needles but Dr M made sure I was ok the entire time. Today I did a wisdom tooth extraction and half a deep cleaning and 0 pain . The assistant so amazing as well they made sure everything was comfortable. As long as Dr M is there I will be going here. Thank you guys looking forward to getting my other half deep cleaning knowing a dentist actually loves what they do and cares ! I hate I can’t remember there names but I go back Friday for a deep cleaning and I’m actually excited. I use to be very afraid of the dentist but this office was different. Praying I get the same people.

Negative experience: I’ve made several appointments with this place today I called 14 times to confirm an appointment before I made it to the office no answer. I get there the lady say she see no appointment and they don’t start answering the phone until 10 am what sense does a business that’s open not answering the phone make. Wasting peoples time and money.

The girls at the front desk are the most professional and sweetest people!! When we go the wait is not too long. The dental assistants and the actual dentists there are very prompt and do things by the book. I enjoy my appointments there. They definitely earn and deserve five stars. Negative experience: I went through so much pain,this have never happened to me,and I have a long scratch on the inside of my jaw.I also told her I had a hip replacement done, and do I need to be put on antibiotics before she due work on me she insured I donot need to be put on antibiotics first before working on my mouth.I'm praying that I donot have any comprecation.

Negative experience: First of all I don’t even know were to start, I had the worst and most traumatic experience in this clinic I went in for my wisdom tooth extraction, the doctor applying anesthesia was so rough causing me trismus, which is a restricted mouth opening due to muscle spasms. This can occur when the needle used to administer the anesthetic inadvertently injures or irritates the surrounding muscles, causing them to spasm. Regardless of my fears I was so confused Why I couldn’t open my mouth all the way, when she started with procedure she kept telling to open my mouth to the point that she was getting upset, but I couldn’t she was really rough while doing the extraction and i couldn’t handle the pressure, she seemed like she didn’t care what I was feeling, I do not recommend this place at all, she traumatized me physically and mentally.

Negative experience: If I could give this place 0 I would it was the worst experience of my life. I have been going there for years and I started going to the lady that is located on the opposite side and that’s where the nightmare started with her. Her name is Doctor Akashi Malhtra she is the most insensitive Dentist I have ever met in my entire life. She doesn’t even wait for the pain medicine to kick in before she starts to do her work. She doesn’t care about the pain that you’re in. She was doing a root canal and didn’t know that the teeth next to it was very sensitive and knocked it out. I am completely distraught and in the process of looking for a lawyer right now because I don’t want anyone else to have to experience what I experience with this lady.

Fantastic experience: It is a great place, however I had an appointment 5/27/25 my appointment was at 11:30 and was not seen until after 1pm and still waited in the back for another 20 minutes where x-rays of my teeth where taken waited maybe ten minutes where then I felt rushed 5 minutes and it was over. This has never happened before I do not understand what went on that day.

Negative experience: I went in with pain and came out she told me she was gonna pull both of my tooth the one she pulled was hurting like that so it real busy and decided to only do one I was in the chair she was supposed to make sure I was I was good and then she asked me if I was wanted her to pull my other tooth the when she was gonna do anyway I will have to wait and I have already waited 4 hours before I went the back so

Negative experience: I am surprised to get a request to submit a review as I walked out of my appointment the moment that uncaring dentist didn't care about my sensitivities and fears. She didn't asked me any questions or if I had any concerns just told me to open my mouth and without any care starting cleaning my teeth causing extreme pain only stopping when I closed my mouth and refused to continue to allow her to touch me. She didn't bother to have any conversations with me at all to ensure that I felt well and that my needs were met. I was just another insurance billing that needs to be rushed so she could add more people to her daily quota. I do not recommend this clinic at all specially if you have children as they will have a horrible experience and struggle as adults to go to the dentist.

Positive experience: I was hesitant to go to this office after having a horrible experience with the one on blue island. I have been without teeth going on a year due to the negligence of blue island. I really loved my visit to the kedzie office. I finally felt heard of my situation with the dentures blue island made. Even the dentist shook her head when I struggled to get them in. She assured me she will do better. I trust her.

Negative experience: Unprofessional and rude, I've called and no answer and goes right away to a voicemail to leave a message That they will never return. But I called from my mother's phone number they answered right away and I'm guessing after noticing it was me they did the same to her number. After calling again for an update from my son's phone number they answered and stood quiet and hung up on me. I don't think I'll be getting my mom's dentures done at this location anymore. And probably would go elsewhere at this point. I truly hope you didn't charge her insurance for the service yet.

Positive experience: I haven't had any issues so far. I have been going to the dental Clinic for maybe 6 years. And I usually get an appointment pretty fast.

Fantastic experience: Wish that the dentist could save my tooth, but alas, NO. I thought that there would be pain, NO pain. The desensitizes that were used did the job. Felt nothing but the tugging and the water and suction. Great job doc. Nest are the dentures to replace missing teeth. Or maybe implants.

Negative experience: I had asked the dentist himself about my concerns for the root of my teeth. He laughed at me and said there is no such thing. I’m no dentist but a simple google search said otherwise. Wish there were better trustworthy dental facilities.

Negative experience: 0 stars This place is terrible please save yourself from calling off work and not being seen or accommodated. So my original date to see the dentist was 8/13 I had to fill out a bunch of paperwork for the 100x, finally when called they did some X-rays and and cleaned my teeth while also informing me I needed a filling but that I would need to reschedule at the front desk for the service,(fine no problem) I rescheduled for 9/5 and I was omw- only to receive a call 9/4 (after waiting 3weeks) to tell me they needed to reschedule b/c the new girl that made my appt accidentally scheduled me for a day that the doctor wouldn't be in. Ok fine nothing I could do, they rescheduled for 9/17 only to receive another call on 9/17 saying the doc had an emergency and couldnt come in till around noon (original appt 10am-new apt 2:30) ok fine (mind you I had to call off) only to receive a following call (1:17) saying sorry the doc will not be coming in today, You'll need to reschedule. Im sorry I'll be changing dentist offices b/c this is just crazy. Also will be making a complaint w/ corporate office.

Fantastic experience: I've always been afraid of the dentist and it took me some years to get a check up. I got a tooth out and with no pain and quickly was extracted

Positive experience: My experience was pretty much good. My mouth is getting better after the tooth extraction. I am constantly taking pain pills and applying an ice pack. I hope this remedy will heal my mouth in two weeks. After my 2nd tooth extraction, I was having trouble controlling the bleeding in my mouth. Because I was taking blood thinners, I had to put a new gauze in my site and keep it in my mouth for 45 minutes to hour so the bleeding will stop. After an hour, the bleeding stopped .I got my dentures. I like my dentures but I can't eat with them. I take them off just to eat. When I need to talk, I put them in my mouth.

Positive experience: I had a bad experience at the dental clinic, not because of something they did, but of what my daughter did, my daughter has ADHD among other mental health issue, however I was punish for what she did, they said that I was not able to come back to their dental clinic or any other of their other clinic that associated with them, I really was hurt because of what my daughter had done, also my daughter had damage their table and knocked down their picture which was on the wall, which her father and I will cover the damage, I'm not excusing what my daughter has done, but taking action against me punishing me that's not right, I do pray that they reconsider letting me come back. Fantastic experience: The experience that I have there at the dentist's office. The dentist she is great. She is very phenomenal, very understanding. She takes her time. She does an excellent job. She is above excellent. She is the greatest, very good customer service skills. Just very professional overall, and one thing I can say. She know her job. I love it and she bent through with me. The journey that I've been going through regarding what happened to me last year and she'd been so understanding. And when I'm sitting in her chair crying, she always console me and make me felt that I was safe there and maybe felt like. You know, it will be okay, so this lady. Here is a gift to that facility. Negative experience: First bad experience with them dealing with verification. The clinic should be able to verify things before the patient walks in for a major treatment. No way should I walk in for my appointment and they say they can’t see me because of a duel insurance issue and I have to fix it. They should be able to handle issues like this especially when I doing have fuel insurance.

Fantastic experience: So I’m using terrified of the dentist, but they made sure i was well taken care of and assured me i will be okay. Everyone was so nice, and the Dr lady took really good care of me . I didn’t feel a thing. 10/10

The Dental Clinic goes above and beyond. They took great care of me.. , the staff is very friendly, and the location is perfect... #professionals .I've recommended them to many people..great find in my neighborhood. They are prompt and call you in on time .. I feel very confident when I go here. The Dentist office is now a place where I dont mind going I had a follow up cleaning today. Everything went fine ..

Negative experience: Usually this place is very helpful. However I switched my dentist and had an appointment at 3:30 which I arrived early for . Wasn’t actually seen by the dentist until 5pm . Most of the appointment was X-rays which had to be done twice . The dentist saw me for all of 4 minutes ,Poked at my my sensitive teeth, and basically gave recommendations and left . I had to keep asking questions . I asked for something for pain and the dentist said she would send a prescription to the pharmacy for pain meds and antibiotics (only after I asked for it ) all to find out she never sent the order . I had to sit in pain for another day , call the office just to sort things out . I’m not sure if it was just the dentist herself that had poor service or this establishment as a whole . The receptionist and the dentist assistants were nice and professional. That’s the only good thing I have to say at this time .

Fantastic experience: My care Was pleasant I was nervous and very shaky, the dentist helped me through my surgery assuring me that I would be okay her soft spoken voice helped me calm down. The staff there is very friendly and helpful. This is a fantastic service for dental care. Having the Doctor to talk with me really helped me calm my nerves and anxiety which I was able to relax my body. Great staff.

Negative experience: Dentist was very rude and refused to give me a deep cleaning which was on my to do list from my insurance company and also refused to check if my insurance would cover partial dentures which an insurance agent had already told me that it would be covered. The waiting room had no heat and was colder than it was outside. Receptionist and techs were very professional. Would discourage my friends and family to go there. I regret wasting my time.

Negative experience: I don’t think the doctor displayed as much patience as I would have liked. She chipped my veneers when cleaning and didn’t acknowledge it. Also I asked for a prescription for my tooth that I’m having pain in and she didn’t provide it, told me to go buy it.

Negative experience: The Dental Clinic on kedzie... what can I say, As I was making small talk with the staff about meter parking they informed me the have a parking lot... I will post pictures for reference. Unfortunately they didn't provide me with any medication for an infected mollar extraction or anything for pain. Now I'm sitting here after hours I'm agony.

Negative experience: HORRIBLE! When I called to make the appointment I told them I was making it for an oral surgeon. We I got there I gave them my referral for an ORAL SURGEON and my XRays that I received from my original dentist. They brought me to the back and did more X-Rays when I questioned them about it the said “the doctor wants new X-Rays. (Mind you the X-Rays I brought were just done the Monday before my appointment on Friday). I thought nothing of it because they are about to pull my wisdom teeth so I’m thinking maybe she wants to double check prior to pulling my teeth NOPE. She comes in and starts digging in my teeth causing more pain then what I came in with and then said she’s going to give me a referral for an ORAL SURGEON so that I can get my wisdom teeth removed. I told her that what I’m here for. I told the front desk, I told the dentist assistant. I would have never drove 50 minutes from my house to to get the SAME referral. Long story short I cursed everyone out. They did things to get money that wasn’t necessary like taking more X-Rays, and doing the EXACT same exam I already had done. I will be calling my insurance to dispute the claim because it was a waste of my time and my out of pocket coverage with my insurance! IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A ORAL SURGEON DO NOT GO HERE, THEY WILL LIE AND SAY THAT YOU ARE SCHEDULED WITH ONE, WHEN IN FACT THEY DONT HAVE AN ORAL SURGEON ON STAFF! Horrible experience I was so pissed!

Negative experience: The staff seemed nice but the clinic inside does not look clean. The Dr.Morales also isn’t very good. In all my years of going to the dentist not once have I come out of a regular dental cleaning with my teeth aching. She didn’t even use the paste cleanings usually require and as she was cleaning it was hurting. I tried pulling away several times and made verbal noise so she could stop but she didn’t. I just got to my car and checked my teeth. My gums are bleeding and they ache. NEVER HAVE I EXPERIENCED THIS FROM A RUTINE CLEANING. In the beginning their drilling tools was not working and she continued to use it. I know it wasn’t working because she told her assistant in Spanish (she was speaking English to me the whole time) and proceeded to use it. I am a Spanish speaker so I understood what was said. I’m not sure if this is normal but I do not recommend coming here.
