Positive experience: It took 25 min to talk to someone who had so much broken English, I had to ask her 5 times to repeat herself. Called 4 times for renewal of my medication at pharmacy. For 3 weeks I was waiting for it to get renewed. Come to find out, my doctor went on vacation. Im guessing they aren't as smart as doctors should be. Doesn't anyone take their place or take over when they go on vacation. Hell they probably have 10-15 doctors in that place. As you can tell I'm not liking this place. My doctor takes medication away from me that's for a purpose. And I've taken it since I was 25 years old and I'm 60 now and I know what I need now I have more nerve pain because of this. I also had a ultrasound done, and kept trying to get an answer for almost 4 weeks. They want you to come in for them to tell you what the reading is. It's all about money it seems. I'm have been losing faith in this place for a long time. I wish finding a good doctor wasn't so complicated

Fantastic experience: My experience with Dr. Rafucci has been an excellent one! His bedside manners go beyond excellence. I had always had a phobia with dentist’s. That of all changed on my first visit with Dr. Rafucci. My fist visit consisted of having a filling. I barely felt the needle administered by Dr. Rafucci. He was very gentle and made sure he explained every step of the process. The filling was done expeditiously and was performed with great ease. I would highly recommend Dr. Rafucci to anyone seeking dental services.

My mom and dad have been going to the clinic for years and you guys at the front desk ask them where are they from. To make it worse my mom is Puerto Rican and you guys asked her if she had any papers. Is this a new thing ?

Fantastic experience: I've only been here for a regular doctor visit at this location, been here in the past when I first moved to Jersey too but I don't remember my experience that well from then having to have seen a therapist here too I think. I love the male doctor Kwaku Asare, he's very nice and outgoing how he talks to you about your health, asking you questions and checks you out thoroughly for a physical doctor visit being very understanding on your needs answering your questions, he has such a upbeat personality and being positive it was my second time being here to see that doctor. I recommend this doctor personally who needs one to see annually wanting a descent doctor that generally just makes you feel ok as a favorite doctor in my opinion.

Fantastic experience: I just want to say that I have real dentist fear but Dr. Rafucci is the only dentist I feel super comfortable with. He has a very soft hand for dental work. He is very understanding of my fear and is very gentle on my gums and my teeth. He is very professional, does a great job and knows exactly what I need. God bless him. Thank you Dr. Rafucci.
