Clements Dental

Positive experience: I was told by Cigna and the office that they accept my PPO plan. Then I got a bill that they were out of network. There are different dental PPO plans that insurance companies change. Any dentist can accept money from an insurance company but it is important to know if they are a "Network provider" otherwise they can charge more. We spoke to Clements dental and we resolved the issue. In addition they do provide good dentistry.

Fantastic experience: Had my first cleaning at Clements Dental yesterday. I was not disappointed! I had gone to them about a month ago for to replace a filling I had lost. I was so impressed I decided to schedule a cleaning. Julie, my hygienist, was so sweet, professional & did a super job! After losing my last dentist I had been going to for so long, I wasn't sure I could be pleased with anyone else. However, I was wrong! I love the people at Clements Dental & look forward to spending several years with them for all my dental needs!

Fantastic experience: I have nothing but good things to say about this dentist.. I got my teeth clean yesterday- deep clean no pain during or after.. The tech who cleaned them was super funny and nice, she made me feel very comfortable and at ease. The dentist was also very nice and caring. Front receptionist was nice as well.. If you’re looking for a great dentist who really cares about you, go here you won’t regret you did! I know GOOD when I see it!

Fantastic experience: Clements is where I started going when I move to Shelbyville back in 2019 And I had always had wonderful experiences. I had stopped going a while back because I was under the impression that they no longer took my insurance but come to find out, they do take my insurance, that was a mistake on my part for not calling and asking questions. I had an appointment today & let me say, the whole crew there are just amazing & so kind hearted & show so much compassion. They are just as great as they’ve always been! I could go on for days about all of the wonderful things about the practice But if you are looking for a dentist, I cannot recommend them enough. They are truly amazing people.

Fantastic experience: I lost my long-time dentist (he retired) a few years back and it has been hard to find another good dentist. Clements cares about their patients. They do thorough exams, cleanings and x-rays to make sure what they are seeing. They talk with the patient and prioritize the most needed repairs. Thanks to Clements and the staff for caring about us and making sure we are taken care of. They also, rescheduled my cleaning (with ease) as my job abruptly changed my schedule. Thank you much. Fantastic experience: I called Clements Dental with an emergent situation after having several other offices tell me no they couldn’t help or no they couldn’t get me in. I was seen just hours after my call, they were very nice and compassionate, and got me feeling better quickly. They were straight forward about pricing and payment options and made sure prior to arrival there was no guess work about my insurance or what they would need to do for me. Once I checked in I waited maybe 2 minutes before I was called back, and within 30 minutes I was on my way home feeling 100% better. I highly recommend Clements Dental and will continue to use them for all my dental needs.

Dr Clements and Amy were fabulous, plus I was very impressed with their modern equipment and technology. All of my questions were answered while never feeling rushed. Fantastic experience: I’ve had a rather traumatic dental history, so I had put off getting my teeth cleaned for a little too long. I made an appointment with a well known chain dentist office and my experience was awful. I called Clements and they got me in for a cleaning right away. Amanda, the dental hygienist, was fun, kind, personable- completely amazing. She took such care in cleaning my teeth and her attention to detail was incredible. They were then able to get me in the same day for a filling that needed done and eased my anxiety about the whole process. I will literally never go to another practice as long as this place is in business. My entire experience was top notch, can’t recommend enough!

Fantastic experience: If I could give a higher rating, I would. I’m someone who really really does not enjoy the dentist, but I never even feel anxious when I go in to Clement’s, and every experience I’ve had with them has been a good one. They are so compassionate and proactive. They go out of their way to help you as an individual and not just as another patient. I’m a young cardiac patient with multiple chronic illnesses, and a lot of doctors don’t want to handle the complexity of my case. But not only do the doctors and staff do that, but they always remember who I am and ask me about how I am overall, not just what their job relates to. And as someone who suffers with those illnesses, sometimes I can allow depression and anxiety to keep me from taking care of myself the way I should, and they openly, non-judgmentally accommodate me in any ways they can, and actually offer me alternatives for when I feel I can’t even get out of bed that day. They are very considerate of your comfort and making sure that you feel okay in every aspect during any dental work that needs to be done, and that you’re feel good about things when you leave. They are also amazing at making sure to work with your insurance plan and informing you of all of the routes you could take. I couldn’t recommend them more, and I’m grateful to have them as a provider that I can really rely on and feel safe with.

Fantastic experience: Ashley is great! She knows what she is talking about and she does not waste your time. I can have an appointment at 8 and be on the road by 8:15! She is knowledgeable and sincerely cares about her clients well being.

Fantastic experience: Love Dr Massey and Teresa. Everyone is really nice. Been going to them for 60-65 years. What I don’t like is that the office has dropped in network with Delta Dental. So I now have to go to another dentist or get another insurance company or pay big bills!! At 70 years of age none of the three options are any good for me!

Fantastic experience: It's the only place to go to get dental work done if you have sensitivity issues. They always take extra care With my issues. I won't go anywhere else, they are that good. I had a temporary crown done and had to have 3 injections prior to the procedure. I Felt NO PAIN DURING THE INJECTION PROCESS !!!! NO PAIN during the tooth prep, no pain at home after all was done. ZERO PAIN THE NEXT DAY!!! How can you not enjoy that? Everyone I know doesn't like going to the dentist. No one likes the prices!!!! Or the process!!! The best you will ever get and the most professional you will get is at CLEMENTS DENTAL!! I am blessed to have them . These are people that care about people!!! They will prove that when you sit in the chair.

Fantastic experience: Yesterday I went to the dentist for theb5th time my entire life. Yes the denist scares me do death, that is not an Understatement. I chose Clement Denistry and I was more than Please. I was met with smiles and Ashley kept my mind off things by talking with me about the Lord, yes that's right, you read that right. I believe God sent me there and it was confirmed by my conversations. I go back in Nov to start the process to save my teeth. I would not in any circumstance be going back, however they went above and beyond and made me feel really like a family member. So I will return without question. I'm sure FEAR WILL FOLLOW, but the way I felt leaving, FEAR will leave at the DOOR!!!
