Negative experience: I usually have a great experience and time but then I got a new person working there in ortho and she said “it’s probably good enough.” When putting on my power chains then proceeded to say “you talk to much.” When I asked her to do her job and make sure it’s right and stabbed my gum with a pic after trying to fix her scrappy cut cornered job do not recommend

Negative experience: I would avoid this office. They did nerve damage to my teeth and won’t fix it. I’m in incredible pain and have been for a couple days and I’m playing phone tag with their office to get a resolution. Now I have to pay out of pocket to get it fixed. I’m so heartbroken over not being treated by a human and asked permission first before poking around in my mouth.

Fantastic experience: The conversation I had with Vicky on my initial appointment setting call was amazing. She has the ability to connect in such a way that made my anxiety over a dreaded dentist appointment melt away. She was awesome in her professional but personable attitude. If the rest of the staff is half as good I’m sure my experience with the dentist will be just fine. Thank you again Vicki for putting me at ease.

Fantastic experience: Everyone was really nice and the hygienist, Kristen, was amazing!!! She put so much time and effort into my appt and made two to three visits into one. She was so kind and thorough! I will definitely be going back.

Fantastic experience: Called for some help with what i should do with severe tooth pain. Vicki helped me out so much. She knew I was struggling and went out of her way to figure out a way to get the problem solved immediately instead of in 3 weeks. Super nice and helpful!!

Negative experience: Update 2025: Not the same Bright Smiles it used to be—especially after the move. Loyalty doesn’t seem to matter anymore. It’s clear they’re more focused on paychecks than people. Customer service has gone downhill, and it shows. Really disappointing. Wouldn’t recommend. 0/5 stars.

Fantastic experience: Awesome staff. Got me in an hour after I called. Dr. Turgon was really kind and was willing to answer questions. Turned out I needed more work done than I anticipated, but that’s a good thing! They also got me a same day permanent crown that looks perfect by the way! Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Today I had the best experience in a dentist office. I had a root canal and amazingly after that I had measurements for the crown and in a hour my crown was in place. Dr. Visser is the best. All the staff is going beyond customer service. I am very happy. Keep doing the amazing job!

Fantastic experience: Always friendly, thorough, and efficient. The Dr and staff is great! They sent my daughter with fluoride to go because we told them we had dance pictures and they didn’t want the fluoride residue to ruin any close up pictures. Really great customer service.

Positive experience: (Haven't gone in yet and will update after the initial appointment.) Spoke on the phone with Vicki to set up a new patient appointment, such a good experience! Normally, this time included, I put off setting dentist appointments until I'm in enough pain to justify going because I have a good deal of anxiety surrounding the situation as a whole. Now usually even speaking with the receptionist/scheduling agent sets the anxiety in motion and will prevent me from taking any real steps towards a solution... But Vicki was so kind and encouraging, she joked with me and reflected some sympathy for my (albeit self-inflicted) plight. I was surprised to hang up and not feel that looming sense of dread. Somebody needs to get this lady her favorite treats because she's a boon to the establishment! Thank you Vicki!

Fantastic experience: I went here for a root canal, crown, fillings, and gum disease cleaning. ( I have one more appt to finish up the gum disease cleaning) They were not able to do the root canal but did send me to a very good recommendation & provided antibiotics for the pain until I could get in for an appointment. They are very informative & patient with any questions/concerns. They have a very cute, homey, and clean dental office & very friendly/professional staff/dentist. I am not good with needles so the numbing part is always the most difficult for me but they are always so patient & kind with me. They are fast, and do great work! Every pricing estimate they have provided has been pretty accurate, damn near spot on! Additionally they seem to be more affordable compared to other dentist offices. I have had pretty terrible experiences in the past with dentist in the SLC/ west valley area, and bright smiles definitely tops as the best experience I have had getting dental work done by far! I no longer hate going to the dentist, so thank you!! I look forward to referring friends/family in the future.

Fantastic experience: From the minute I walked in the door for the first time, I knew this was a great dental office and just what I was looking for! The lovely ladies, Rita, Kelli and Lainey, who are so helpful, kind and professional greet you when you first come in. The dental hygienist who cleaned my teeth and Tony who worked so diligently with Dr Visser, all have taken excellent care of me. After all, going to the dentist is not fun, but all these people make it a pleasant experience!

Fantastic experience: Ohh my goodness! I absolutely love these guys! I've been going to the Tooele, UT location for many years. Just this week I spoke with Vicki who kindly remindes me that I have skipped my routine cleaning and got me scheduled for a date that works for me. She gave me reminders of upcoming cleanings for all my family which I appreciate. We had a great conversation about chickens while she pulled up my account. Always a pleasure to talk with her. Cluck! Fantastic experience: The dentist lady that helped me was a younger women and she was amazing. I will find out her name. It was hard to remember but she did wonderful and the first women who was her assistant was wonderful also. I think her name was Carrie. I’ll find that out also and get the right names Becuz they definitely need to be recognized of how wonderful they did and how comfortable they made me feel. I was scared and shaking when I went in and as it went on there was 0 pain and they made me feel so welcome and comforted. I will always recommend the two that helped me with my root canal today. April 22, 2025! The dentist and her assistant. Her assistant was wonderful and my last dental assistant drowned me and I kept having to swallow with my mouth open. It was awful, and the dentist was awful and ruined my teeth. I will never go to anyone else. And I will make sure to get the names of the two that helped me because they were amazing. There was one other assistant that put my crown on and she was awesome also but I prefer the two I had first because I can’t say anything more about how amazing and well they treated me and made me feel. Also the women at the Front were awesome also. Greeting with amazingly beautiful smiles. So welcoming and so friendly. All of them were. Wow. I’m truly amazed. I think this is the first time I have ever felt this good going into a doctor or dentist office ever!!! Thank u Bright Smiles. You are 1 in a million! ♥️

Fantastic experience: I had a very bad abscess in my mouth I called Genesis Dental they are the same company as Bright Smiles Dental!!! I told them I had an issue with my gums and they got me in the same day!!! We live in Magna so we had to travel about 30 min to get to Tooele they were efficient and very fast!!! I found out I had 2 abscesses and they gave me meds and I’m feeling much better!!! Thank you Bright Smiles Dental you are amazing!!!

It was nice to get the crown all done in one visit instead of having to come back as in the past. I really missed seeing Jen there though. Otherwise, no complaints at all.

Fantastic experience: I'm grateful for the dental care and attentiveness by personnel at Bright Smiles. It's nearby and convenient too. So all in all, I'm thankful for their dental care. Update as of 3-3-2024 I went in and had my teeth scanned. I am currently looking forward to the next phase in getting spacers and the appliances cemented in for teeth straightening. Overall I am very appreciative of the personnel at Bright Smiles they've been welcoming and have given me the best dental care on this journey of mine... Update as of 4-8-25 Today I went in and had spacers placed in and tomorrow if all goes we'll I'll have an RPE installed...from there we see how the rest goes. Other than the personnel at Bright Smiles were welcoming and on point in delivering great service. Update as of 4-9-25 I had my RPE installed today. It was quick and I am a little bit unsure how it'll all work out. Then I'm confident that in due time my journey in getting my "grill" straightened out it'll be well worth it. All in all, I appreciate the personnel at Bright Smiles they are pretty cool and know what's best in helping on this journey of mine dental wise.

The procedures were complete and made to make me feel secure and assured that I had picked the best facility and professionals to treat me.

Fantastic experience: Prep for Dental Implant. I was very nervous however the Staff (Rita) and Dr.were exceptionally professional, very gentle, and everything proceeded very well. Completely painless, easy to understand and remember post op instruction provided. I’m very pleased with Brite Smiles. Most recently was my bi yearly cleaning. Very professional, knowledgeable with my questions, all around feeling of safety and care.

Fantastic experience: Everyone was super fun and friendly! Heather was my hygienist and did such an amazing job. She didn’t hurt my mouth while taking the X-rays and my teeth felt so super clean. The front desk staff, Carlie and Lainy, were great! I will definitely be staying with this office!

Fantastic experience: Bright Smiles is hands down amazing! We recently went to a different dentist office here in Tooele that specializes in children before coming here, and they missed SEVERAL major issues with my children’s teeth. We were not happy with their customer service, treatment plan, or exorbitant cost. I wanted a second opinion and brought my kids here and not only do they treat emergencies as such, they have been so amazing with my kids! My kids also have had such a fear of the dentist and that honestly has completely diminished now. All of my children’s teeth are 100% and that’s in thanks to Bright Smile! We won’t be going anywhere else now! You can’t go wrong here; they have wonderful doctors, staff, take your dental health as a priority, and are very reasonable in cost! We are thankful to have found our forever Dentist office!

Jen Woods and Annie Hall in particular are the loveliest, most helpful women! Fantastic experience: The only word I can come up with is EXCEPTIONAL. I had full extractions and dentures and they look so real. My mother said she can see the twinkle in my eye's again. PERFECT!!!! Thank you Bright Smiles.

Negative experience: I pay alot out of pocket for my teeth since I do not have dental. I thought brightsmiles would be wholesome and honest but I feel like I've been taken advantage of. This is a long explanation but I hope you guys work on your front desk and making sure you can communicate with a patient instead of sending them in 10 different directions! - I payed for a loyalty that would reduce my price. My first red flag was when I went in for my second apt and they tried to charge be a charge that was about 400+ what I was previously told because they didn't see I had the loyalty plan but we squared that away because I wouldnt pay it and kept explaining, they then said oh sorry it looks like we didnt see you had the loyalty plan. I then cancelled my 3rd apt and was charge a late fee that they said they would take off because i didn't cancel within the 48! I cancelled about a week in advance! I then got the flue and cancelled the Friday before my next apt, in january, that was on Wednesday and now I'm being told I have an out standing balance of 98$ from two late fees and when I asked to explain she couldn't and she was right and I was wrong. Now for my 2nd issue I was told my teeth are slowly falling out and I need to get deep cleanings more often I did my 2 apts for each side and paid my total then had my last apt and today I called to clarify what I was getting, I assumed a normal cleaning like me and the dentist had discussed at my last apt!, and they said it was pretty much a full face deep cleaning and she specifically said on the phone, " it looks like you don't have a dental plan", yet I know I signed it when I bought my loyalty & thats how I knew what I should have had done today I was just calling to clarify my amount and now your telling me im coming in for a 600$ prcedure that I just had done? I have an apt at 230 today so I called to cancel and explained I needed to stop business with them because I felt like I needed a second opinion & I felt like I was getting the run around and instead of asking me what was wrong they put me on a 5 min hold came back on didnt ask me what had happened or what was even the issue and charged me $153.55 for my late cancelation (because ofcourse they added one for today, which is fair I did cancel day of! This is the only time I have ever done that!) And then she got off the phone quickly and I will not be going back which sucks because I love their dental hygienist! But the people at the front desk have been rude multiple times and they just seem like they don't know what they are doing and/or saying!

Gracie and Becky took very good care of me for the cleaning and preliminary work. They are both amiable and gentle, making me very comfortable throughout my checkup.
