Negative experience: This was the worst experience at a dental office. First, I was misled to believe that this was an adult dental office. They work mostly with children...which is great.. if you are a child. Cartoons running on every TV and screaming children in the rooms nearby. The dentist that I researched and booked wasn't even working that day. A detail they refused to mention over the phone even when I asked to be booked with a specific dentist.The x-ray technician seemed inexperienced as she butchered my gums trying to take an x-ray. After more than four failed attempts and my gums now terribly sore, she called an assistant to help her. The new x-ray technician completed after two more attempts. When it was time to clean my teeth, they brushed my teeth first. I thought this odd as in my experience this happens after cleaning. A few teeth were flossed but the attempt abandoned when a couple of teeth proved too close together. When it was time for plaque removal, I was shocked that she only worked on a few teeth. When I asked why not remove the plaque from my entire mouth, she said, "You don't have any." She didn't even check the other teeth. The biggest disappointment was when I was told that the AI technology says that I have a cavity (cavities but no plaque?). By the way, they were wrong...a second opinion proved no cavities...which I haven't had cavities in more than 30 years. To add insult to injury, I had to ask for a toothbrush and dental floss (the standard parting gift is a toothbrush, dental floss and toothpaste). They gave me a child's toothbrush, dental floss and a lollipop. Yes, after telling me I have cavities.. they give me a lollipop instead of toothpaste. I would never go back and only wished my dentist that I've been going to for more than 15 years still accepted my insurance. I can't speak to the experience from the lense of a child but I've read the reviews and it appears that this dentist office serves them well. I do not recommend this dentist office if you are an adult. I only wish I could get a refund because I had to pay another office to clean my teeth.

Negative experience: Very bad experience at Rodeo Dental Katy. Language is fundamental when it comes to communicating, especially about a child’s health. The new staff does not speak English, and it was very difficult to understand what they were saying about the treatment. We demand that all staff speak fluent English in order to communicate clearly with patients and provide quality service. We will not return and do not recommend this place.

Negative experience: After a bad experience with rodeo a few years ago Went back to the highway 6 location for molar pain as it's really close to were We live and it was almost closing time wednesday August the 10th 2025 thinking maybe this time will be a better one, did the initial registration and was told they will not be able to work on my molar that day cause it was 4:30 but will do the check up consultation, got charged 131 for consultation , about 10 minutes later receptionist calls Me and tells Me she wasn't aware of a price change and it will be almost 400 for consultation, really? Is almot 5 o'clock the shift is almost over and she wasn't aware of the price change? She probably booked a hundred other patients through the shift ,how is she not aware of this? People ,don't even bother using rodeo , My Wife had a bad experience a few years ago were she was diagnosed with toot infection and was sent to the fry location for x ray cause they didn't do x ray at highway 6 location back then after We paid 200 dollar for x ray she was given a picture of her dentures showing the dental piece that needed attention, when we came back to the highway 6 location for My wife to start treatment they said the x ray result for My wife got lost somehow and she will have to do x ray again , anyway We were so desperate to get her dental work done that We paid another 200 dollars for x ray again , waited another day or two for results just to find out based on the copy of the picture we were giving before it was a different dental piece they needed to fix which was a different one from the first x ray the did before, well there goes 400 dollars for x ray plus whatever amount we paid for initial consultation plus a visit to the general doctor for antibiotics and nothing done so far We probably spent close to 800-1000 dollars before she even started treatment ,in their defense they did apologized for losing the initial x ray from My wife's file and for the mistake they did about the wrong dental pice diagnostic, People don't go to rodeo , go to Jefferson Dental for a professional job , only about 60 dollars for consultation and dentures check , don't waiste Your time and hard earned money with rodeo' unprofessional procedures.

Negative experience: Brought my daughter in for a cleaning that revealed she needed 3 fillings. The work is usually done in the same visit but instead they promised the work was going to begin but it did not. Instead they made us wait from 4pm to 6pm .... just for a cleaning. I waited with my grandchildren and barley pulled together gas to drive to the appointment which was 30 minutes away. I was not satisfied.

Negative experience: This was a complete nightmare of an experience for my son & Me. Month after month we faced nothing but incompetence and lack luster customer service and flawed scheduling. After so much money spent/wasted we decided to break ortho contract and go elsewhere for dental needs. Would never step foot back in a Rodeo Dental If it was the last practice standing. Fantastic experience: The staff at Rodeo Dental did a stellar job when taking care of my kids’ teeth. From reception to the dentist herself, everyone was so helpful, personable, and kind. This is the first place where I felt like everyone on staff actually cared about my children’s needs instead of just rushing through to get to the next appointment. The person taking x-rays patiently worked with my child who was fearful from past experiences with our previous dentist. He took his time and offered support (and stickers). Even when one x-ray had to be redone by the dental hygienist, the staff went out their way to make sure my kids were comfortable. I cannot thank them enough for making this usually tough appointment easy for me and my kids. We are so happy to have finally found a good dental team!

Fantastic experience: Rodeo dental on Highway six was more than amazing. I was greeted by Paola and she was very sweet and efficient. I also was greeted by Alex who was my scheduler. He is beyond amazing. He is very sweet, funny, and just a delight to be around. We were able to watch a short movie and play games while we wait for the dentist. Once we were assisted to the back to see doctor. Yuliet was my daughter dental assistant, she was so sweet and made her feel comfortable. When the Dentist came in we already felt like we were at home. Dr. Hehrizi is very sweet and quick, I just love her. We moved to Tomball last year and still come to the location on Hwy 6. I highly recommend you bring your kids here, you will not be disappointed!

Negative experience: Bathroom is always nasty and the wait is always ridiculous. What I don’t like the most is that it’s always a change of staff. Positive experience: EDITED RIVIEW After about a week of writing the original riview about my initial experience, the front desk associate called me and asked if they could schedule me for another Saturday. This time they said that appointment time will be 9am and there will be no waiting time. I was a little reluctant but agreed anyway. On the day of appointment I arrived at the Rodeo Dental Clinic and I was checked in at right time and called inside for exam and checking up andnx ray promptly without any delay. Shortly thereafter they finished my consultation with the doctor and my dental cleaning was done. I found the experience much better this time and I did not face any delay or hassle. I thank the team of Rodeo Dental for addressing my concerns and promptly acting on it. I really appreciate it and thank you so much to the kind front desk lady especially. 05/10/2025 Had a very bad experience at this dental clinic today. I had booked for a 1pm appointment for my routine checkup. They made me sign paperwork and made me wait for over 50 minutes and the guy at the front desk kept saying sorry. They will not respect your time and will make you wait ludicrously long times. Please don't waste your time going here. I just wasted two hours here. Rodeo Dental, if you cannot attend to patients on accurate times don't take on too many patients and then make them wait this long which is completely unfair.

Negative experience: Hi ! Two things - first, when I went into my appointment at 11am after taking my teeth scans and waiting another hour I was informed the dentist would not be ready for me until 3pm……the appointment was for 11AM. Second- I was over charged, they told me they would process my refund within two weeks, it’s been over three weeks now. I’ve spoken to mendalina - she’s great, she’s trying. The situation still has yet to be resolved. The Rodeo Dental on FM 529, has never had these inconveniences, sad.

Negative experience: My daughter and I were patients at Rodeo Dental, and I have had quite a frustrating experience, especially with the orthodontist side of things. We transferred here a while ago when her insurance changed, and I liked that they had Saturday appointments. Although the wait times were long, I didn’t mind since it was the weekend, and both my daughter and I were being seen. Unfortunately, things went downhill when I decided to see their orthodontist. My first complaint is that I wasn’t told that I needed to see the dentist before getting braces to check for cavities. Since they share an office, this should’ve been communicated better. I ended up getting my braces put on, only to have to remove wires and a bracket shortly after because the dentist needed to fill two cavities. This could have been avoided if I had been informed beforehand. Then, there's the issue of the wait times. I scheduled my orthodontist appointments on Tuesdays, which worked well since I work from home that day. However, the wait times were ridiculous. The first time I waited 30 minutes, then the next time, when I had to see both the dentist and the orthodontist, it felt like I was waiting forever. I ended up having to cancel the orthodontist part of the appointment after waiting too long. I walked around with no wires and bare brackets for a week after that. The last time I went, I waited 50 minutes—and that was only because I got up and asked them about the delay. Even after that, I had to wait almost two hours for a simple braces adjustment. That was the last straw for me. I started looking into other orthodontists in the area and made an appointment. The new place told me that I needed to get x-rays done first—as it should have been done at Rodeo—before moving forward with braces. This is basic, standard procedure, and something Rodeo failed to do. I was ready to switch to the other office, but my insurance wouldn’t cover orthodontic work there since Rodeo had already billed for it. I also had an issue with scheduling. The last orthodontist appointment I had, the assistant tried to book me for a Monday instead of my usual Tuesday. When I pointed out that it didn’t work with my schedule, she said they were no longer offering Tuesday appointments. Why wasn’t this communicated earlier when they scheduled my future appointments? When I transferred my records to their other location, I was told I could only transfer once. It’s frustrating that they'd tell me that when the issues are caused by their poor service, not by me. I am done with this place. I really wish I could have finished my treatment elsewhere, but my insurance won’t allow that since they already paid for it at Rodeo. I highly recommend that others look for a dental office that values their time, communicates better, and provides quality care.

Negative experience: I’ve been coming to this location for a year now. They continue to mess up our appointments. If my son didn’t have braces with them I would’ve been switched dental. I don’t recommend unless you like to confusion. It’s always new front desk folks that doesn’t know what they are doing , or getting trained. Update.. I got a text (4/4/25) stating I didn’t have an orthopedic appointment. When before we leave the appointment they schedule your next appointment. I texted back confirming the date was good and the time. I called today (4/8/25) I’m still not on their schedule. SMH The icing on the cake is when we (my son 16 and myself ) went for a cleaning. I allowed him to go to the back by himself. He texting me saying he don’t understand the lady. As I’m getting up walking to the back the dental assistant came to get me to walk me to the back. The dental assistant pulled her masked down and said “I guess he couldn’t understand me cause my mask. I asked him could he do us a Google review “ I told her yeah I did one on Facebook go check it out. Like TF why are you asking my teenager to post a review ! I can’t wait until my contract is up. I wish the Eco reach out to me about my complaint!

Fantastic experience: Thank you so so much Dr. Patki for taking Immediate Good Care of my Grandson today. He was experiencing a lot of discomfort do to overly crowded teeth in his very small mouth. It started causing complications with his his eating. Chewing, biting, sleeping etc as it is past time for Braces. Also, a Big Shout Out to her Dental Assistant Ms Yuliet for her expertise and kindness making sure everything went smoothly.
