Fantastic experience: The ladies at the front desk are awesome! I love coming here because they definitely take care of their patients. My dental hygienist was very kind and gentle with my teeth. I switched me and my kids to this dentist and we truly enjoy coming here.

Fantastic experience: First, I am terrified of dentist. I had a cracked wisdom tooth which resulted in me having to go. Dr. Chawla is the best dentist I’ve ever have ever been too. She and Dori took very good care of me and made sure I had no pain when numbing my gums and extracting my wisdom tooth. I go back in two weeks and I will continue my dental treatment with Dr. Chawla and Dori. If you are terrified or nervous, please try Dallas Dental.

Fantastic experience: The assistant Morgan and Dr. Chowdhury here were so compassionate and caring when it came to my root canal surgery. They checked on me periodically to make sure I was okay and comfortable which was so great for me. I will definitely be staying with this place and bringing my son here when it comes to dental care.

Fantastic experience: I came in for my crown prep. I was so nervous about being numb after I seen the size of the needle and how many vials they had prepared for me. That nervousness faded as fast as I came after Dr. Chawla delivered the most painless injection I have ever received. I didn’t feel a thing. The whole procedure was painless. All of the staff a Dallas dental after extremely helpful, kind, and friendly. 10/10 experience, if you’re looking for a dentist I highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I recently had a root canal and crown here and was more than pleased with the experience. The office staff was helpful and the 2 dentists, Dr. E and Dr. Chowla were professional, caring and made sure all my questions were answered. My husband actually came here first and raved about how lovely the ladies were, which finally gave me the push I needed to come in for a second opinion after a really bad experience at another dentist. From the moment I arrived, I felt heard and supported. Everyone was so kind and understanding of the anxiety I brought with me. On my return visit for treatment, my fight-or-flight response was in full force. I was in tears before we even started. Gina was exceptional. She met me with compassion, shared her own experiences, cracked jokes to ease the tension, and walked me through everything so I felt in control. By the time the procedure started, my anxiety was completely gone. The dentist was just as amazing, gentle, calm, and incredibly patient. The energy and empathy these ladies gave off was unmatched. Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Dallas Dental!!! I was having tooth pain for a while and finally broke down and started calling around and they were able to see me the same day. The issue was worse than I thought and Dr. Chawla explained what was going on and was able to pull not 1 but 2 teeth( molars) that day and prescribe me with antibiotics for an infection my teeth has caused. The staff is very friendly!!!! It was the first time I've been there and immediately felt welcomed. I love Dr. Chawla. She has a wonderful smile, very friendly, puts you at ease and explains everything to you before doing anything so your not surprised. Dallas Dental goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. I definitely recommend them for your dental needs!!!!

Fantastic experience: I went to Dallas Dental to get a tooth removed and I was so nervous, but once I got there they made me feel soooo comfortable! That was the BEST tooth extraction I ever had!!! Fantastic experience: I wish I had found them sooner before I was having dental issues. But the staff and the doctor, all of them were wonderful. They're very pleasant very personable and they're very approachable and I like the comfortable feeling I got in this office. They make sure that you're comfortable and everything is explained to you before they do it and while they're doing it. I appreciate the attention to detail and how they talk with me not at me but with me.

Fantastic experience: I came to Dallas Dental after my tooth broke and the other office I was going to wouldn't see me until June. It broke on a Friday and Dallas Dental saw me on Monday, and had it fixed by Wednesday. I had an appointment for everything else the next day. They are prompt, kind and understanding. Everyone is nice and things are explained very well. I was never made to feel less than or bad like at the other place. I promptly cancelled all appointments at the other place and moved myself and my daughter to Dallas Dental.

Negative experience: Friendly staff but missed they missed my appointment by 30 minutes (late) had to leave. Not impressed

Negative experience: This office and staff are trash. Tried over charging my daughter, couldn’t figure out how to reach out to my insurance company to verify “codes” had to send them the correct information 4 times. Worst dental office I’ve ever dealt with. Won’t be back. Their bill went from over $400 to $180 to $155 because they can’t bill correctly. They charged my daughter an extra $35 for X-rays until I had to again, call my insurance company and call this office and give them the codes and dates because they were to lazy to do their job. If you go there I’d verify that they’re not trying to over charge you, cause they do not know what they’re doing.

Fantastic experience: I’ve never before written a review but felt like I needed to let others know of this excellent local dental practice. Everyone from front office staff to the dentists, hygienists, and all the assistants, are professional and friendly. Prices are a bit lower than other local dental practices as well. I actually enjoyed all my appointments knowing I’d get to see all the smiling faces! Special shout out to Dr Chowla and Dory..

Fantastic experience: They did a lot of work on my teeth this year, so I can definitely speak from experience that this is a wonderful place for your dental needs. Every person I’ve interacted with has been friendly, professional, and have excellent patient interaction skills. I hated going to the dentist for years, but Dr. Chawla and her staff have changed my mind. Hopefully, I won’t see them as often as I have this year going forward but I’ll definitely be getting my dental care provided here.

Negative experience: I received a root canal a couple of years ago and I noticed that I was still feeling some uncomfortableness and went back to the young male dentist. He couldn't find anything from the Xray. The crown came out twice so I went somewhere else and it was determined that the root canal had failed. I had to get the remaining tooth extracted and buy a partial. So much money spent and wasted. I am so disappointed at the quality of work that I received at Dallas Dental of Dallas, Ga located in the Krogers Shopping Center.

Fantastic experience: I found Dallas Dentist when I moved to Georgia & I am happy that I did. Besides regular cleaning, I needed restorative work. Every staff person is pleasant & professional. I had the most interaction with Paige, she's great. All the dental assistants have been wonderful. Today, I want to give a special shout-out to Dr. Chawla & the assistant Gina. Fantastic experience: Not quite done with my work here but I want to go ahead and review because WOW. This place is amazing. I seen Dr Divya and she is by far the most caring dentist I've ever encountered. The way she has cared for me at my appointments is deserving of 10 stars . Im not exactly sure the other ladies name but 4 of the staff including dory , Dr Divya, and paige from the front desk stayed nearly an hour past time to get off to finish up on some dental work I had done. Words can't express my thanks to the ladies. Yall are all so amazing. Thank you a million.. Would recommend to anyone needing dental work. And their prices are great compared to other Local dentist offices .

Negative experience: I am very disappointed with this office. My 4th visit was cancelled without my consent and I found out about it only when I came to their office, they didn't even tell me on the phone that they don't want to treat me anymore, why because I only needed a filling on a healthy tooth, I have a hole on the side of my tooth and I only need a filling and that's it, but they want to put a crown on a healthy tooth and I was against putting a crown on a healthy tooth because we said 2 months ago that they would put a filling on me and that's it. This office doesn't think about the health of its patient and how to keep a healthy tooth longer, but they think about how to make more money from the patient.

Fantastic experience: I tried this dentist after reading several positive reviews and I'm glad I did. I went in for my new patient consultation and xrays. Everyone was super friendly and caring. I did not have to wait long at all. What I liked the most is that they don't try to upsell you on work you don't need like most dentists do. When they call to confirm your appt. they also let you know the cost you will be responsible for that day so there are no surprises. Overall, my experience was a positive one. I would definitely recommend them! UPDATE: My regular dentist Dr. Patterson moved to the Villa Rica office so I had my first visit with Dr. Chawla and she was awesome! I am a big chicken when it comes to the dentist but she really made me feel at ease. She is so kind and compassionate and she really knows her stuff!

Fantastic experience: Of all of the various dental offices that I've visited in my adult life, this is my favorite. I never deal with excessive wait times. The staff is courteous and respects my decisions to not use certain products during my cleanings, but the biggest thing is that I never feel like they upsell me or pressure me into unnecessary dental work. She took her time and explained what was going on with my teeth and gums and came up with a plan of action, including providing me with referrals. She and Morgan did not rush the appointment. They took their time, made me feel comfortable and were very reassuring. I cannot say enough good things about them. And best news of all - no root canal or filling needed!

At first I assumed that it was a bot and not a real person would be responding, but to my surprise it was a person! They were very friendly and explained everything throughly in a professional manner. I really felt like a valued customer. I was responded too very quickly after asking some questions. I love having a place that takes care of all my mouth needs. It’s also affordable. The cool thing is they even called to check in on me. I’ve never had that done. Positive experience: Once we were all on the same page for the required care things moved along more smoothly. It is important to handle your senior clients gently because there is a lot they are ignorant to rich as the best insurance.

Fantastic experience: I’ve recently started going there this year and have been there twice and the hygienist I have andrea, she is the best . She explains everything to me very well. She is gentle with my teeth and has been able to answer all my questions. My first day there I had to come back a couple months later and I told her I would like to have her again for future visit. She made my visit 10/10.

Fantastic experience: The entire staff at Dallas Dental is dedicated to patient care. They take time to thoroughly explain, check in, and offer choices. I've never had a dentist that texts after a procedure to be sure I'm ok, nor one that takes such great care to be so gentle and efficient. They are smart, communicative, and genuinely care. I am very picky when it comes to dental providers, but I've found my new dentist!

Positive experience: Front office staff and support staff was very friendly. However I requested an appointment with a specific dentist based on a trusted recommendation. I was told he was very professional and down to earth. I made that clear when I made the appointment but was seen by someone else. I did not come back because dental work is very personal and I did not feel comfortable with the dentist who I was assigned. The dentist I was assigned didn’t seem empathetic to my needs and was not personable. I should have been told in advance that the dentist with whom I scheduled would not be available so I wouldn’t have wasted my time coming in for the appointment.
