Negative experience: MAJOR INSURANCE FRUAD DO NOT GO HERE !!! I’ve been charged over a year for treatment I HAVE NOT received due to moving out of town. They even sent out a letter regarding me not getting services in MARCH 2024 and I’m STILL BEING CHARGED JUNE 2025 !!!! When my CURRENT orthodontist told me that I was still being charged. I called the financial director IN APRIL 2025 PATRICK and I have not received a follow up regarding issue and it is now AUGUST 2025. He has receptionists lying saying he will call me back and never did … They was not trying to work with me regarding this MAJOR CONCERN while staying in another city. I CURRENTLY CAN NOT RECEIVE TREATMENT BECAUSE REDEMPTION ORTHODONTIST MAXED OUT MY INSURANCE being greedy and now I have to take legal action due to not being heard!!! Redemption Orthodonist don’t bother responding to my review since you guys didn’t bother responding to my calls. I’m sure you’re receptionists are familiar with my name as again I’ve been calling every other day/week unless they have amnesia like Patrick when it came down to returning a simple call. You’re CONTUINED wrong doing costed me so much inconvenience and I will not stop until I get back what was TAKEN WITHOUT PERMISSION.

Negative experience: If I could give this place 0 stars I would. There was definitely red flags before I took my daughter to this place of business. My daughter braces came off a month after she got them done. And I mean the top and bottom. And they are still charging me and my daughter have no braces. Definitely don’t recommend. And after I called to speak to someone the man was nonchalant and didn’t care.

Positive experience: The only gripe I had about this place was that they essentially hung a $250 discount over my head depending on if I gave them a review, so I gave them a 5 star and am editing after. It felt a little out of touch and predatory if I’m being honest. I know I, and I’m sure others don’t have disposable income like that, so I really didn’t like that I felt like my healthcare was a negotiation. Everyone there was very nice and professional, but that left a really bad taste in my mouth enough to come back and correct the rating. So while I can’t speak positively enough about my being treated well by the staff, I would dare people to be cautious when trusting the ratings.
