Everything was explained prior to them actually doing the task at hand. I always felt like I was in competent hands from the assistants to the doctor. Though this was an initial consult and work up, I feel more than comfortable continuing to see them for my dental care.

I like Arizona Biltmore best for their professionalism, efficiency, great communication and no attempts to sell me other services or products I don't need.

Fantastic experience: I give this facility 5+ Stars! I am normally afraid of Dentist office but when I was greeted they were very polite and friendly! I did not wait to long in the waiting room and was pulled back to one of the rooms where the hygienist was very sweet and comforting. Stacey one of the managers greeted me to make sure ever was okay. She made sure I was comfortable for this appointment. I appreciate all the staff who runs this facility! They made me feel like I wasn’t just a patient. I would definitely recommend this place to others!!!

Positive experience: My experience yesterday was not the best. My hygienist seemed distracted, talked about her health the whole visit, and it felt like spent most of the time lecturing me about the blood pressure meds I was taking and my gums. I don’t need to be sold some optional treatment.

My work schedule is very hectic to say the least, but these lovely ladies were able to schedule me on a Saturday and take care of my tooth ache the same day. Fantastic experience: This review is a little late, but I LOVE ARIZONA BILTMORE DENTISTRY!!! I live in Colorado and everytime I come to visit my family, I work in my dental cleanings and visits. Heather is the BEST and Dr J is an Amazing Dentist! Thank you for being the BEST DENTAL OFFICE EVER!

Negative experience: I had the worst experience at this office. First, one of their hygienists administered an injection incorrectly. When I signaled that I was in pain and asked her to stop, she did not. I had to repeat myself multiple times before she finally stopped. When the dentist came in to address the issue, he dismissed my concerns and tried to convince me it was just anxiety, suggesting sedation instead. Later, their manager Heather assured me this was a one-off incident and claimed this was the best dentist in Phoenix with the best customer service. Unfortunately, my experience with their staff proved otherwise. When I had to miss an appointment because my daughter was missing, their staff member Carla still charged me a cancellation fee—with zero empathy for my situation. To make matters worse, I still have pain from the incorrectly administered injection. I was told the dentist would examine me for possible damage, but that never happened. This office completely failed to provide competent care, compassion, or accountability. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Negative experience: This office is unprofessional and money-hungry. They repeatedly tried to upsell me on expensive, unnecessary procedures and even scheduled future appointments without my consent, which they then refused to cancel when asked. My first visit was fine, and I scheduled a standard cleaning for the next month. But when I showed up, they refused the cleaning and insisted I needed a gum scraping for “mild gingivitis” (which wasn’t mentioned at my first appointment). I was treated rudely by a hygienist who pressured me to add a $400 UV light treatment that wasn’t covered by insurance, claiming the scraping would do nothing without it. They scheduled me for a standard cleaning three months later to “monitor” the gingivitis. At that next appointment, another hygienist again refused the standard cleaning and told me my gingivitis had suddenly become severe and recommended an ~$800, invasive scaling and root planing procedure. I refused, but was pressured throughout the visit with scare tactics like saying I’m at high risk of tooth loss or a heart attack if I didn’t get the procedure that day. Months later after refusing and I’ve still experienced no symptoms of gum disease (no pain or bleeding when flossing, no gum recession). I decided not to come back after that appointment. Despite never scheduling another appointment, I was later notified of a new one. I called to cancel and was told by the front desk that they had canceled the appointment. Not two hours later, I received another message saying the appointment was still on. After trying again to cancel they are repeatedly ignoring my calls, making it difficult for me to cancel before getting a $100 cancellation fee. Avoid this office. At best, they communicate poorly about patient’s dental health and appointment schedules. At worst, they mislead, lie and try to scare patients to push unnecessary treatments and fees.

Positive experience: Don’t take an early morning appointment. The place was a mess with long delays.

Positive experience: Happy with the work, but the communication is suffocating. I don't need two texts, an email and a phone call follow up to make sure I don't have pain after a routine cleaning. The take away feeling is usually annoyed and harassed because the overbearing comms overwrite the positive experience in the office.

Positive experience: We recently moved and are very pleased with this office. I have a severe dental phobia and they are patient with me. My daughter had her first dental visit here and they made it a wonderful experience for her ❤️ They even let her pick a small toy at the end of the visit. This will be so helpful in encouraging her to be excited when she returns for cleanings. Update- I'm sad to say this practice has changed over the years. We never see the same hygienists or the same dentist, and when we do see the dentist at the end of the cleaning it seems to be to upsell pushing aesthetic procedures and mouth guards. They don't even give the toothbrush and travel toothpaste anymore. My daughter loved that. We miss who they were when we first started and knew us

Positive experience: Wish there was a bathroom for patients. Bathroom location is a bit of of an inconvenience. Staff is nice. The Dr is professional and I made plans to return for dental care.

Negative experience: This place treats you like a number rather than a person. I originally had an appointment booked for 11:30am, and they then switched it without my acknowledgement to 9:30am under the guise of giving me that “new patient experience”. Then right before the day of the appointment it was switched again to 8:30am. They are a company that has trouble following up on commitments made, and will make their patients lives more difficult just to leave earlier on a Saturday. If the dentistry reflects the service, I would stay away. You will be treated like a number, not a person.

Fantastic experience: Both Dr Rucker and the dental hygienist were Very thorough and detail conscious which is exactly what I need. I am looking forward to having them get my teeth and gums healthier. They were more thorough than any dentist I have seen in recent years. And the hygienist instilled confidence in me as well.

Fantastic experience: Very pleasant visit , as far as tooth pain goes they were extremely courteous to me , went in with severe pain came out all numb and missing a tooth, they took care of me and have sent follow up text messages checking up on me, I have always been afraid of a dentist but not any longer WILL HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS DENTAL PRACTICE

Fantastic experience: I was a new patient here today. I appreciated the ease of scheduling online and that Saturday appointments were an option. Some forms were also sent ahead of time which mostly involved medical history. I had a few more consents to sign upon arrival, though. I received a call this morning with an offer to come in earlier, but I had another appointment. The female assistant was a little pushy to get me to come in earlier, so I had to ask if my appointment would be cancelled if I showed up at 11:30am as scheduled. However, my appointment went as planned. My hygienist Miguel was great, and I was impressed with the different imaging techniques that were new to me. Options and variety here it seems. My dentist Dr. Nguyen was calm, relaxed and listened patiently to me. I’m looking forward to establishing a regular routine here and look forward to explore more options for my dental health.

Negative experience: There’s a reason there are often several appointments available at this place at short notice - so I learnt anyway. I tried to book a cleaning and after completing 11 forms detailing out my medical history plus 4 additional forms plus advising the receptionist when booking my appointment that I did not want X-Rays done, I show up only to be told I either have to get the x-rays done (which I cannot do at this time for medical reasons), or I don’t get my clean up. Would have been super helpful if this was told to me during the multiple touch points/convo’s we had ahead of time but oh well. Suggest going to Pristine Dental in Scottsdale for dental work or Dr. Owtad for Orthodontist work - a way better experience and way more competent staff who don’t waste one’s time. Glad I became aware of this ahead of time before establishing myself as a patient at this office - highly do not recommend based on this sour first experience

Negative experience: I told these clowns I didn’t have my insurance card and they told me that was fine to come in. I drive 40 min to make my appointment and they tell me there is nothing they can do without it. Don’t go here. Plenty of better dentists in the area

Negative experience: Please be aware of unneeded treatments here. I went in two years ago and was told I had periodontal disease (which requires cleanings every four months instead of the typical six), needed a crown, and multiple fillings. During one filling the dentist, who barely acknowledged me, was very aggressive. That filling turned into root canal two weeks later which necessitated a crown. When I brought up the dentist’s methods I was told that “sometimes this happens” and I was stuck with the bill for the additional work. The experience left me very uncomfortable so I found a new dentist who let me know that I do not, in fact, have periodontal disease and did not need a crown (a simple filling did the trick). I was fine to leave well enough alone but now, two years later I’ve begun getting texts and emails telling me that I owe $250. Replies to these emails and texts are disabled and there is no where to find additional information on what these charges are for. I worry that their patients are being diagnosed with work they do not need in a money grab. Just be careful and get a second opinion if you feel something is off.

Fantastic experience: AZBD is the place to be! The staff is always perky, the place is ridiculously clean and they don’t BS you on the work that your teeth need while some dentist get aggressive with the work you need, these folks keep it real. Definitely recommend!

Fantastic experience: Excellent staff and Dr J has the skills and personality to handle difficult situations which he did for me in the past and staff did today. Also his staff and Dr Grover took care of my wife's recent extraaction and after care.

Fantastic experience: I found them through a quick search for top dentists in the valley and they had great reviews. I needed some major dental work and they absolutely delivered, professional, polite, and thorough through every step. Dr. Matt explained everything clearly, and I’m really happy with how my crowns turned out. The dental assistants (not sure of their exact title) who worked with him were great too. They’re a little on the pricier side (though not by much), but honestly, the quality of service makes it worth it. Highly recommend!

Negative experience: Everyone was very kind and professional during my visits. However, I had a root canal and 2 crowns done about 4 years ago, and I still experience significant pain to this day. Additionally, be aware that billing issues may arise YEARS after your treatment. I recently received a bill 4 years after my appointment, despite having already paid my balance. I’ve contacted the office for an explanation, but I still do not have a clear answer as to what the bill is even pertaining to. While staff is friendly, the unresolved pain and unexpected billing have been frustrating experiences.

Fantastic experience: I had one of the best visits I've ever had with a dentist! My first interaction was with the front desk girls. They were soo kind and accommodating with my schedule and setting up my initial appointment. When I arrived yesterday, 05/28/2025, it was no different; the girls were awesome. To be exact, the girls I dealt with were Carla, Connie and Marianna. I can't express how much I appreciate all their kindness and patience with me. The first person I came into contact with once I checked in and begun my appointment was Dustin. Dustin is phenomenal and has the best bedside manner. He went out of his way to make sure I understood everything that was talking place, something I needed tremendously. I have a fear of dentists and was quite anxious when I arrived. Dustin recognized my anxiousness and went out his way to make sure I was informed and comfortable. I also had a good experience with Dr. Rucker, he was very thorough in explaining my treatment plan as well as options available. Katie, the hygienist, knew I was in a good amount of pain on my left side and she went out of her way to be very gentle in her exam. After her exam she explained everything in detail and what course of action was needed. I love how she used visuals while explaining everything, it definitely helped me understand the graviity of my issues and the importance in taking care of them. At the end of my visit I worked with Karina regarding billing and options. She was fantastic explaining treatment costs and how the billing process works. Unfortunately, I'm having to pay cash at the moment, my insurance benefits don't kick in for another few weeks. In knowing that, Karina explained all my options and how things would work once my insurance became available. I know this is a very long review, but I thought it was important to thank everybody for their incredible service, professionalism, kindness and care. It's because of that, I'm thrilled to do business with Arizona Biltmore Dentistry in the future!! I sincerely recommend them to anyone in need of dentistry...

Negative experience: I originally left this establishment because the day of my procedure they quoted me double the originally discussed costs for my crown and the front desk was unpleasant to speak with. That was in 2022 It’s now 2025 and they JUST sent me a payment request with no information or the bill. I haven’t lived in Arizona for more than 2 years now and was shocked they emailed and texted me to pay for something I don’t even know what for and 3 years later. I can’t get through to the front desk to talk to someone regarding this bill either.

Positive experience: I called the dentist office to get what I thought was a piece of popcorn caught between two teeth. What was discovered through imaging was a badly fractured tooth. I wasn't prepared for that but was also convinced I will have to have work done on that tooth or at least have it pulled. The staff, hygienists and dentist were friendly and knowledgeable about my tooth issue. It took me completely by surprise but I saw the proof in X-rays. I was out of my usual residential area and wasn't sure I should have the work done out of my area. I need to make that decision. I had no problem with this dental office.

Negative experience: Reading the reviews sounds like the dentists do a good job, but the front desk staff are generating poor reviews. I was going to be a patient, but I called and asked one question about insurance, just if they take it and grab my insurance card to start explaining and she cuts me off with an attitude in her voice to tell me I just need to call my insurance company. I apologize for my question interrupting you from not doing your job. I won't call anymore.

Fantastic experience: I had a good visit at Biltmore Dentistry on Monday. I was very disappointed because the lab staff had not followed the instructions my doctor sent them so the visit was not productive at all. Otherwise, as usual Biltmore Dentistry was very nice to me as usual.

Negative experience: Absolutely unable to handle basic paperwork. RUN! From this place. Unhelpful. My sister passed away in 2023, and was billed for her missed appointment. First call.....I called the office let them know. They said no problem, they'd take care of it. Second call....2024, I get a bill again when my sister missed her appointment. Go figure. I called. No problem, they say. We'll take care of it they say. Third call...2025.....you guessed it. Nobody took care of anything. Sloppy paperwork = poor service. Likely to mess yours up to? Huh. I do not not know. But this is my experience with this dentist.

Negative experience: I had a terrible experience at Arizona Biltmore. One of the front desk staff was extremely rude and unhelpful. They quoted me one price but charged me something completely different with no clear explanation. A few days after getting a crown placed, I started having pain, and then it fell out. I tried calling and emailing multiple times, but they never responded. Yet, they have no problem spamming me with messages, even after I unsubscribed. This office is unprofessional and lacks accountability. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Fantastic experience: I Googled "dental office near me" and chose the Arizona Biltmore Denistry office because it was nearby, and I was able to get an appointment early the next morning. I could not have made a better choice. The office sent me a link to fill out my personal information, and medical history. I've never much cared for having to show up 20 minutes before my appointment to fill out paperwork on a clipboard on my lap, so that was very accommodating. As soon as I walked in the door I was welcomed by the front desk staff, and although I was in the waiting room area for only a few minutes, it was well lit, comfortable and clean. Nicole, the Dental Hygienist came for me, showed me to an examination room, then to the get x-rays and back for a preliminary exam. Just like Nicole, Dr. Elom Kwame, AKA "Dr. Elom" is kind, professional, personable, understanding, and clear. And something I always appreciate, they both have a good sense of humor. He and Nicole make a wonderful team. I received an email soon after I left the office, checking in on me and letting me know they were there for me if I needed anything. I even received a call back as the result of an incompleted attempt to reach them for a request for my records. I am really glad I chose this office and I highly recommend Arizona Biltmore Dentistry. Fantastic experience: As a new patient, they fit me in same day for a dental emergency. Everyone was extremely friendly, and it was refreshing that they actually wanted to avoid doing anything unnecessarily. What I expected to be major ended up being a minor adjustment to my crown to avoid the painful pressure on a sore tooth. So far so good! The irritation seems to be subsiding.

Negative experience: I would not recommend this dentist office to anyone, I had the worst dental experience of my life. I went in for my second appointment at Biltmore dentistry and they told me I had many cavities based on X-rays from over 6 month prior. My first concern was why wouldn’t they have mentioned this in the previous appointment. I went and got two different opinions and both dentist strongly disagreed with the treatment plan Biltmore was recommending. Biltmore charges extremely high office fees compared to many other dentists. They used fear tactics on me and threatened the need for root canals which I am no where close to needing after two other dentist took new X-rays. Now working with them to get my payment returned has been a huge inconvenience and has still not been resolved months later.

From the front desk staff to the hygienists and doctors, the entire team is friendly, professional, and truly committed to making every visit a great experience. She’s not only incredibly skilled and thorough but has also helped me tackle some major dental goals that I had been putting off for far too long. I always feel at ease in her care. Fantastic experience: AZ Biltmore Dentistry was recommended by my sister and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. The staff were super helpful with checking me in, the medical team explained what treatments they felt I should do, and they even showed me what the cost would look like with my insurance. I’ve been to dentists where you feel like you’re in a used car lot with all the stuff they post on you but I’m so glad I didn’t feel that here.

Fantastic experience: This Dentistry practice is amazing! The staff is courteous, friendly, and always happy. It's almost like going to the "happiest place on earth." The first visit examination and x-rays were the most thorough I have ever been given. I walked out of their office very confident in their abilities and expertise. Fantastic experience: They help explain what is going on with my oral health and helping me find a oral surgeon specialist to take out my upper wisdom teeth. It's due to how many vital organs and structures are around it. So they help me by getting a referral and also told me in detail what my insurance covers for the treatment of my oral care after I'm done with my wisdom teeth removal.

Negative experience: Worst dental experience I have ever had Did not tell me everything they were going to do or that my heart dr had limited the type of pain shots that were to be used. Worst pain I have ever had. Did not tell me t h ey were limited as to what t h ey could use to numb me until we were about halfway through. They put me through the worst pain I have ever had .by the time they said I could leave I was crying. Never never again

Fantastic experience: 100% recommend coming here! I haven’t been to the dentist in quite a long time - I came in on a Saturday (how convenient!!) and was given a full exam and scheduled a couple days later for needed treatments. I have dental anxiety really bad and every single employee here was so kind and welcoming. The dentist and hygienist made sure I was completely comfortable during my long visit. Overall, so happy I decided to come here and would recommended everyone and their ma come here.

Fantastic experience: This office saved me after a bad wisdom teeth extraction from another dentist! Had my wisdom teeth removed at another highly rated dentist nearby but they didn’t plug or suture the openings, which led to uncontrollable bleeding even with gauze in. By that night I was feeling ill from all the blood I was losing and throwing from how much blood I was swallowing. Went to urgent care who sent me to the hospital. Hospital said they could not help me as their dental surgeon was not there and told me to go to an emergency dentist. I found this place and called them right when they opened the next morning and thankfully they were able to get me in that morning and fix me up. I’m so lucky they are open on Saturdays! I’m not sure the name of the doctor I saw but he was very kind and understanding. He did a great job and within a few hours my bleeding had completely stopped. All of the staff were very nice as well. I highly recommend this place and I will be transferring my dental care here from now on!

Negative experience: This business will never, ever, ever stop contacting you for promotions. I moved away from Arizona literally years ago and they just keep on messaging me. I have called them multiple times over the years to get taken off of the marketing lists and/or put on a DO NOT CONTACT list, and I am STILL getting text messages from them. So, uh, be very sure you want to go to this dentist's office for the literal rest of your life because they will never stop asking for you to schedule a cleaning or whatever. Also they tried to upsell me on procedures that no dentist since has suggested after my initial cleaning. Scummy. Avoid.

Negative experience: How does a covered annual cleaning appointment turn into thousand $ initial requirement? Well go to this dentist office and I’m sure you will find out. Even w insurance they decided deep cleaning needed “before annual cleaning” was needed ($600) then I had to get mouth guard for night grinding that I don’t do ($400)…dentist spent 20 seconds reviewing X-rays and 20 seconds looking in my mouth to determine this on first visit. Could not make myself go back for deep cleaning, my teeth aren’t that bad. Scam alert. Sure they may do great work. But they do more than necessary (four crowns needed asap or you’ll lose those teeth! Baloney). Sure also that these dentists drive very expensive cars! lol

Fantastic experience: I was two weeks into a case of shingles when I developed an abscessed tooth - double major pain! - and my dentist wasn’t available. My daughter found Arizona Biltmore Dentistry online, I called, and they were able to see me within two hours. This, on a Saturday morning! After registration and x-rays, Dr. Pete explained why an extraction was necessary, and so we began the process. The care I received from Dr. Pete and the staff was excellent in every detail, from the extra lidocaine I always need to the explanations of why we were doing things a certain way, to the unhurried pace, to the great moral support. Dr. Pete is highly skilled, both medically and in reducing patient stress and anxiety. I couldn’t have asked for better care. Despite my difficult circumstances (I was getting by on 2 hours of sleep a night because of the shingles pain), having to trust an office I’d never been to before, and losing a tooth, Dr. Pete and the staff made my visit a very positive experience, and there were no post-op complications. I’m so glad I went there and recommend them 1000%. If you want dental care that is beyond excellent, Arizona Biltmore Dentistry is the place to go.

Negative experience: Never thought much past the visit as of professionals doing what they do best. Maybe the last time when the woman assistant petted me to "relax"; and that was to remove a wisdom tooth which didn't need removal like the other side and yet I was sat down in that seat awaiting for the Dentist who takes teeth out. My Dentist (Mason Crosby the kicker of The Superbowl Campions Greenbay Packers family member Dr. Crosby) and many others deemed the least that was needed was the yearly. My teeth are great now as were before aside from one missing tooth which I figured at the time I was in their seat for a half dozen times so after a suggestion to follow up and arrive at another time to see the dentist to ask one last time to remove a tooth when its the least they could do after seeing me over the years. It was my last. Half of the jaw set was UV cleaned and pricked with a huge (gigantic needle). I had out-of pocket fee on all arrivals from the beginning. That being I was given x-ray (co-pay) doing the first visit from my move to town. There were extras like the wisdom tooth pulling and others from every visit like with the paying for every visit. So why am I getting debt collectors? Pay upfront to get it wrong? What happened to our information?

Fantastic experience: Arizona Biltmore Dentistry exceeded my expectations. They were professional and exceptional. I was traveling to Arizona from Detroit and had an incident where I was eating and chipped my “Lower Left Crown”. I googled searched dentists in the area and this location popped up. I called and ask could the fix be done because it was very uncomfortable from the oddly shaped chip that was scraping my tongue while talking and chewing! Well the staff made it happen! I gave all my necessary info over the phone insurance and general questions, and they worked me into the very booked day schedule and so happen they were a provider short that day staffing wise. I came in and didn’t wait too long and also completed forms and they were so nice!!! Then out came Dustin (Dental Assistant) and he was wonderful, he was exceptional with getting the tooth prepped for the procedure to clean and file the tooth down where it was chipped. Dr Turner came in and he was very friendly and making sure the tooth was comfortable for me to function the entire trip. Thank you Arizona Biltmore Dentistry for resolving my issue and also being a great dental provider! Give them your business they are great.

Fantastic experience: Had to drive down from Prescott to Phoenix because our Mountain dentist where booked up. From the front seat to the dentist, everyone was super amazing. I get nervous at the dentist but they helped me feel comfortable and relaxed. Will travel from now on for my dental work.

Fantastic experience: I drive 3 hours (185 miles) to be seen at this practice. From staff at front desk to hygienists to dentists, my experience has always been excellent. They are caring, competent and professional. They are also affordable even for those who don't have an employer provided dental plan.
