Fantastic experience: Hoy día fui al consultorio empezando la clínica muy limpia ordenada , las chicas de front deck , me atendieron con una hermosa sonrisa y amable , no tuve que espera mucho , me atendieron inmediatamente , el asistente mano derecha , manager del Drdmuy muy amable me explicó todo muy cuidadoso en atenderme , el Dr me dijo lo que necesitaba , su asistente mano derecha terminó el trabajo, la verdad todo todo excelente desde la entrada , adentro y contaduría , bueno la chica me explicó las opciones de pago que tienen , en una palabra se los recomiendo 100%Gracias a todo el equipo

Negative experience: Definitivamente este lugar es muy Malo De mi parte que lo cierren oy tuve una muy mal experiencia con esta clínica Dental now 14 Espero que con este comentario atiendan mejor y no roben el dinero por que para mí es un Robo Les explico porque Oy tenía una cita alas 2 pm Y resulta que me mandaron mensajes y que me llamaron, ok entonces les pedí pruebas de esos porque nunca llamaron ni mensajes Así que dijeron que yo tenía razón . Ok bueno Medan la cita para las 4 PM Antes de entrar me dicen que son 170 por la limpieza y Rayos x , ok les pago Luego me pasan , me asen los Rayos x El Doctor los revisa Todo bien, solo una sugerencia por una corona pero les comenté que luego lo asiamos , ok seguimos en La limpieza Ya que se terminó esto de los rayos x Me llama una Muchacha para decir me que nesecito pagar otro 200 mas por la Limpieza So en total $380 solo por limpieza de dientes No los culpo pero si pago es seguí dejando que cobren lo que les da su gana Les dije no Que me cobren solo los rayos x Y que me regresen mi dinero y me salen que en 5 días me lo regresan 104 ok perfecto prefiero ver perdido 66 y que no me roben otro 200 mas Que al cabo ay mas dentistas . Yo pienso que asta 250 está bien pero ya 380 solo por limpieza ? Con migo no Sorry , y Gracias por tantos años de servicios con ustedes perdieron un cliente oy

Negative experience: Las reseñas de 1 estrella son ciertas, este lugar no es más que poco profesional. Me hicieron perder un día en el trabajo a pesar de que llegué 20 minutos antes. La recepcionista afirmó que no tenía una cita programada, cuando el día anterior me habían llamado para decirme que estaba programado para el día siguiente a las 2:00 p. m. La recepcionista llamó a la mujer que me había llamado originalmente para programar mi cita y afirmó que "nunca se puso en contacto conmigo" y "no pudo confirmar" mi cita. Tenía los registros de la llamada que mostraban que de hecho me habían contactado y SÍ lo confirmé, pero se negaron a mirarlos. Confirmé hasta el punto de que la mujer por teléfono me dijo que si no me presentaba, me cobrarían 50 dólares. La mujer original con la que hablé mintió diciendo que nunca confirmé mi cita. Ella no pudo hacer su trabajo correctamente al programar mi cita, por lo tanto, me culpó por "nunca contestar mi teléfono". Este lugar no es más que manipulador para sus clientes y su servicio principal es más como perder el tiempo de la gente. No recibí ninguna disculpa por el error de "falta de comunicación" que todos cometieron, sino que me ofrecieron a programar una cita "REAL" para otro día, pero no volveré. Si valoras tu tiempo y dinero, NO vengan a Dental Now 14.

Negative experience: El dia de hoy acudi a llevar ami niño y la verdad no me gusto la atención en primera me dieron un diagnóstico que era exagerado ya que acudi a otro dentista para pedir segunda opinion. Y la verdad. Nada que ver con lo que ellos dijeron. La verdad querian exagerar demaciado ya que estamos hablando con una diferencia de mucho con el costo mas aparte dijeron que era muchisimo lo q el tenia que hacerce y en realidad fue exagerado ya que en la segunda opinion no me dijeron ni la mitad De lo que en dental now 14 me dijeron

Negative experience: Mi experiencia con este lugar de dentistas mala pues yo decidí repararme mis dientes tenía en en el lado derecho una abertura y en el lado izquierdo otra abertura que prácticamente me hacía falta un diente por eso sé que esas aberturas existían entonces yo decidí este reparármelos y al principio todo bien me pusieron una corona de fija al principio de nomás de repuesto después me la quitaron pero lo que yo luego luego sentí fue yo nunca he sufrido ni padecido de De mal aliento nunca en mi vida cuando me ponen ese esa dentadura que que es superficial pues no se va a quitar me empecé a sentir mal aliento a los dos días un mal aliento un mal aliento eso duré más de un mes hasta que me llamaron y me dieron las me pusieron las las coronas que iban a ir para siempre Entonces pues ya ahora siento normal normal normal pero una persona que está ahí el día de hoy 27 de junio me atendió y me atendió de una forma mal muy mal muy muy muy mal así que se recomendación para este lugar porque las personas primero uno les paga para uno obtener el servicio me dieron la cita el día de hoy y la señora no sabía ni a qué iba y pues por supuesto yo tampoco sabía que iba a haber una cita de revisión y esa Señora ni siquiera sabía que aquello iba y pues en lo que cabe todo bien pero la Señora tiene mal muy muy mal tratamiento de la gente trata muy mal a la gente y cero recomendación 100% yo espero me arrepiento de haberme quitado si me arrepiento porque yo nunca tenía mal aliento incluso se lo expuse al doctor que yo nunca he sido de mal aliento y yo le dije que me asegurara Que no iba a tener mal aliento ni nada porque yo siempre he sido muy estricto con mi limpieza dental y nunca he tenido mal aliento hasta ahorita todo bien en eso pero pero si la señora que me atendió el día de hoy 27 me me atendió demasiado mal y esto que pagué yo pagué casi más casi $8000 Por el tratamiento y no sé para dónde vaya a llegar si esto sale mal lo más seguro que me va a costar de mandarlos porque pues contento no me siento porque la encía la tengo arriba y tendría que la encía tiene que cubrir los dientes y yo siento la encía un poco mala Como que se alcanza ver el el implante

Whether you’re looking for yourself or a family dentistry I wouldn’t look any further, for this group can take care of any dental needs you have. Can’t thank you enough!

Negative experience: If I could give zero stars I would. I scheduled an appointment because they were open on Saturdays so it was convenient. I asked multiple times “are you in network with my insurance” I was reassured they were. All I needed was my yearly check up. I get to my appointment, once in the back they did my xrays. I sat in a chair for an hour and half listening to this lady who was not a doctor trying to convince me to take out my wisdom teeth ( which dont need taken out btw) . When I got annoyed and asked how long it was going to be because I had plans she left the room for another 20 minutes. Doctor comes in and she starts talking about wisdom teeth again. I interrupted their conversation and said im here for my yearly cleaning and check up. The doctor said I don’t know and walked out. Me confused, I asked the lady in the room what just happened. She instructed me to go to a room in the front with a financial advisor. I am still very confused. I asked the man in the office, when do I get my cleaning ? He said ohh we do that during the week and it’s $375! Hm what I have coverage. I know insurance and I know what is covered. He said well we are out of network. I explained that I was told I was in network and he said well you should of called your own insurance then. I asked to speak to a manager. He refused multiple times until I told him they are supposed to disclose that information before I was even seen. Whatever manager calls I think her name was Luz and after trying to convince me to pay CASH for something I have insurance for blew my mind. She said well don’t worry I won’t file anything to your insurance so you can just go elsewhere. I did just that. I learned from my mistake, called my insurance and found an amazing office. The new office called me before my appt to tell me to request my xrays because someone already filed for that. I was livid. I called dental now, asked to speak to a manager. The person who answered had a thick accent said to me she is on her lunch hour and will call you back shortly. She never called even when I told her I was waiting at the new place and needed my images. The new office called to request the images so that I didn’t need to go through the radiation again. They told them That I needed to pay $75 for them to email them the xray. Thankfully the new office handled it for me and also agreed that place is just worried about cash and they sounded like they were running scams. I got all the necessary documents to file a complaint with the Georgia board of Dentistry as well as medicare. Sadly there was a large hispanic population in the waiting area and I’m convinced they are just charging “cash” and doing things people don’t need since they probably don’t know any better and just do what the doctor says.

Negative experience: Avoid this place at all costs!!!! A while back i went in for a root canal. A decision i wish i made elsewhere. Customer service was sub par at best. You can really notice the lack of leadership in the way they treat other customers based on the fellow reviews and my experience. The materials or process that they use must not be of high quality or of any basic standard. My root canal caused my tooth to chip. My mother had 2 fill ins, both of which failed and caused chips as well. This isn’t the main issue, the real issue is the way they dismiss any type of follow up and complaints from patrons. They lack any type of ownership in their “professional” dental care as soon as you pay and turn your back. It goes to show they only care about the money and not the customers. If i were you, id save my money and go to a professional that takes pride in their profession.

Negative experience: If I could give a zero I would. This place is unprofessional, they lie, they treat you as if you are ignorant and have the worst customer service. They take advantage of latino people who don't know the language or the laws and make them sign contracts charging them extreme prices for services that they don't provide. They tell the patients one thing and then do another. For instance, they say we will give you Saturday appointments and then make you go when it is convenient for them. They call you with the worst attitudes and talk you down because more Latino people don't often complain. I took my daughter to get braces years ago and they were good in the office upstairs. Based on that experience I recommended this place to a very good friend of the family and he has gone through hell with this place downstairs. I am not sure if they are managed by different people but the whole service is like night and day between the two floors. They absolutely ripped him off with outrageous pricing and a treatment plan.that hasn't been followed. When the patients call to talk to a manager, they completely ignore them. They do whatever they want with people's time, money, and health. Absolutely Horrendous Place. I feel terrible for making this recommendation that has caused him such an awful experience.

Negative experience: Real Unprofessional and Inconsiderate staff, My mom Was a patient here but not no more, The staff was very rude to her and were not helpful at all! Most of them were on their phone and someone we're even gossiping! The staff isnt the same as the one me and my mom had started with her treatment they all spoke spanish but were not helpful at all, And when they took my moms blood pressure it was high, I asked one of the staff to retake and she refused told me to take her to publix that its FREE there! The assistant that was checking my moms teeth and touching all the equipment didn’t bother wearing sterile Gloves and didn’t even Wash Her HANDS

Negative experience: Unprofessional establishment. I tried to schedule a wisdom tooth extraction and last minute they tried to switch my appointment. Therefore I requested a refund of services since I will not be having the surgery. I have not received my refund. I keep getting the runaround.

I went there for an urgent care and he told me that they couldnt help without buying the entire package. After sharing some ideas, he said they could help me with my tooth issue. Roberto's knowledge, professionalism, and dedication to patient care truly set him apart. He was incredibly thorough in explaining treatment options, costs, and timelines to patients. He took the time to listen to my concerns and answer any questions I had. He meticulously reviewed treatment plans, ensuring that all necessary procedures were included and that I understood the steps involved. His organizational skills and ability to coordinate appointments and follow-ups were truly impressive. What impressed me the most about Roberto was his genuine care for patients. He went above and beyond to make sure I felt supported and confident in my decisions. While Roberto's skills as a treatment coordinator were exceptional, it is important to mention that the rest of the doctors at the clinic were also great. They worked seamlessly together, providing top-notch dental care and collaborating to ensure the best outcomes for patients. In conclusion, I would highly recommend this clinic. Negative experience: Dr Cyrus if you can even call him that messed up my tooth when they were at their different location across the street during a root canal(botched) and I had to have the tooth removed at a different dentist bc they couldn't save it anymore, STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE THEY WILL RUIN YOUR TEETH!

Fantastic experience: Can I just say how great Doctor Cyrus and all the staff at Dental Now 14 is? They are truly THE BEST!!! I was in so much pain yesterday from a bad root canal I had done somewhere else several years ago and he worked wonders. I was hesitant and even considered getting a dental implant, but he gave me his most honest and knowledgeable opinion and saved my tooth! He re retreated the root canal with no issues and eased my pain. I am so incredibly thankful. Thank you Dr. Cyrus and all your staff for your hard work and professionalism. If anyone needs dental work and/or has a hard time making the right decision in terms of dental treatment, they are certainly your go to!!

Fantastic experience: Came here for a second check up (second opinion) they confirmed what I was told prior, but the last place told me they only specialize on the button row of teeth, which is why I came here, they are out of my network but my insurance still covered a percentage and Roberto Rodriguez broke down the cost properly and explained what was being performed and covered. I do recommend it here, at least for a checkup. Spanish speaking friendly

Negative experience: I came here for a simple repair of a veneer on a single tooth, and they start to quote you for many treatments that I don't need, and if I ask them to do what I want, they don't give me any guarantee because I have to do everything they said. they are wanting to sell . they just want to take your money.

I came in with pain wanting them pull a tooth that was cracked and breaking off so assuming this is normal they take my x rays the nurse the lady who took my xrays NOT the doctor then tells me that i need to go back out to the lobby to wait for the financial guy to tell me pricing I’m like umm ok am i going to see the dentist she said yes after i pay for treatment!!!!! Like huh it all seemed off to me so i speak with ricardo an he starts saying all these numbers then the total an im sooo confused because nobody is telling me what i need done just say here pay this !!! Any way i ended up just paying for the one tooth that i needed taken out but by the time i filled out the paperwork an explained to him that i only wanted the one tooth that was causing me pain taken out i had to reschedule for another day ! This place drained me for real ! I hated it i just wanted to get out of there so told him i couldn’t oay it all today an he said well how much do you have now ??! Like what ?? I paid the 148$ for the one tooth a left i felt so pressure to pay them even when i didn’t want to ! Just very uncomfortable now I’ve found a dentist that i love and did what i needed for wayyy less an the vibe was amazing ! I contacted dental 14 to get my money back for a procedure that was never done an i have yet to hear back ! Keep it horrible

Negative experience: PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE YOU CONSIDER GETTING ANY WORK DONE HERE! THIS WILL SAVE YOU SOME BUCK EVEN FOR MY UNINSURED FOLK!! I’m 18 and I went here with ZERO knowledge on how dentistry works (as most people do.) I just knew i really wanted to get started on my my dental journey for fixing my teeth because they aren’t pretty due to overcrowding. So i went here cause i saw some ads on TV. The x rays and consult they did was all free which was good i guess? But i didnt understand why it was free, i thought there would be like a new patient fee or something. I found that weird, there was no communication from front desk about it either. But anyways, the doctor basically said my treatment plan would be 6,000 dollars out of pocket because i am uninsured. This cost would cover filling the seven cavities i had, my wisdom teeth extractions, and an SRP cleaning (deep cleaning.) I did not have the funds for this so I never went back. Fast forward almost a year after that visit, I actually landed a job at a dental office on Satellite Blvd. This made me learn a little bit more about how dentistry works, so i got my cleaning and consult done there and i was told I didn’t even need an SRP. Basically my treatment plan came down to 3,000 out of pocket at this dental office I was working at (NO discount, as i was still in my probation period there.) I asked my coworkers why Dental Now said I needed an SRP when that wasnt even necessary here and they explained to me that dental now is not a practioners office, it is basically like an office where anybody who claims they have a dental license/certificate can practice and work on patients. Like a drive through dentist basically. Whereas the dental office I was working as was owned by an actual practioner. Please do your research before going here, I know it’s hard if you go in blind but it will save you a lot of money to just to to a trusted provider. Sugarloaf Smiles is where i went, Im almost done with my treatment plan and closer to a smile im more confident about thanks to them! :)

I have standing and experience to dismiss ALL the negative reviews( including the weird cry baby comments criticizing the front staff ladies for doing their job. Being polite/ friendly is not wrong. They do not cross any lines. Again, please leave the politics outside of Dental Now 14 because Dr Cyrus is all about serving the PATIENT. I have traveled to 6 different states to save money on Dental treatment throughout my life. Along with 4 different dental colleges.Undoubtedly will attest Dr . CYRUS is "not" all about the money and is extremely passionate about helping his patients. He actually cares more about you and your dental needs than you probably do yourself. I mean really when was the last time you TRULY flossed?? Still improving my response to that question!! I believe your health is partly your responsibility. You are given non -pressure decisions to make about what procedures you need done..AGAIN Ultimately- YOU the patient make the final decision. Dr. CYRUS prices are WAY below most dentist practice prices in GWINNETT, FULTON , DEKALB and many more surrounding metro Atlanta counties. Go out and do the research! Do you think I would invest my money here after going to so many other higher priced Dental facilities prior to come here if so. The answer is NO. I am not like the ENTITLED complainers you will read below. The entire Dental Now 14 staff are polite and respectful. Over the 3 years I have been a patient here I was NEVER turned away when in pain for just showing up unannounced with not having a appointment. That shows and tells me a lot: We CARE and are here to HELP YOU. You should come here if you actually want exceptional long-term dental care. Thank you Ben
