Fantastic experience: This dental office is top notch. From the friendly and amazing front desk ladies, Brittany and Kate to Dani the dental assistant (she’s the best) And of course my dentist Dr. Reich. She is WONDERFUL! She truly is the best dentist EVER. My husband and son see Dr. Wingad and sometimes the other dentists. Everyone is AMAZING! Thank you all for always taking care of us.

Negative experience: I went to this dentist back in 2015, MD Robin Reich did a fill in on my teeth. The fill in was in the front tooth so it was a sensitive place to have a filling, the front tooth would chip on the repair so I went back several times. It was fixed twice on the third time it was refused without another payment. By that time I think I annoyed the staff. I moved out of state and haven’t been back to this dentist. Yesterday 9/9/25 I went to have an exam and a cleaning. I was seen by Dr Patel. I was told that front area needed another filling, actually told it would need a crown but we would try filling it again. The hygienist was 2 days hired (she told me) she cleaned the plaque off my teeth but did not polish them, in which the polish is what most people know as them being cleaned. She gave me no explanation on why she wasn’t going to finish my cleaning, she just stated she wouldn’t be polishing them. She asked if I wanted a fluoride treatment, I said yes and she put something on my teeth and I paid 30 dollars for the fluoride and left. I went to the front desk and scheduled the fillings. I was told it would cost 137.20. She said my insurance covered the other 80%. She said I need a crown that would cost a few hundred, but we would talk about that later. 9/10/2025 I came in for my fillings and asked if my teeth could be polished as well because my cleaning from the previous day wasn’t completed. Dr. Patel drilled into my teeth, it felt very different when Dr Reich had done it the first time. I felt as she was putting a lot of holes in my teeth. When she finished she has a huge hole right in the front of my mouth. I literally felt like a jack-o-lantern. I kept telling her I hated it. I needed the gap gone and my two front teeth to be even. She continued to fix it and leaving the gap in the front of my mouth. I went to the front to pay, now I was being charged 150.00, with a hole in front of my mouth that I didn’t have when I came there. I turned around and went right to the back and told Dr Patel I could not walk around like that. I was getting upset but still trying to maintain control. She then said she would fix it and then closed the hole in the front of my mouth. That’s after I had her pull up my teeth to show her I didn’t have a huge chipped tooth in the front. It was a small chip that I had since 2015 when Dr. Reich fixed it. It was not even that noticeable that’s why Dr. Reich didn’t want to continue messing with it in 2015. Dr. Patel had my mouth looking crazy!!! Then after she finally closes the gap she didn’t shave it down, I’m sitting here at work running my tongue across it wondering if it’s going to break and I will have a huge hole that was worse than before I came back there. I am supposed to get a crown but I’m afraid this lady is trying to destroy my teeth. Also I wore my retainers to the appointment and when I left my retainers do not fit anymore but she claims she didn’t change the shape of my teeth. The blacked out spot on the photo is where she had a hole on my front tooth and wanted me to walk around like that. I wish I took a picture before she fixed it.

Fantastic experience: Since going here I have gotten nothing but the finest care from all the staff. Everyone is friendly and professional. They are highly knowledgeable in their roles and provide quality care and services. One thing I have noticed is that they aim to please you intentionally. I just got my new crowns there and Dr Rehan did everything possible during the prep and everything that was suggested by the dental lab to ensure that the crowns fit perfectly and they do! But everyone in the office takes pride in their roles from the reception area to the exam chair. And that is the kind of care anyone would deserve and wants. Here you get the results of empathy and experience, you get excellent care.

Fantastic experience: I’m not a fan of going to the dentist however I’ve been a patient here for over 20 years with no complaints. I love how all the dentist are very patient with me! I had a crown today and virtually painless.

Fantastic experience: The Smyrna office is amazing! I was super anxious but everything made my experience so pleasant and relaxing. Kate at the front desk was so sweet and had the warmest smile ever. My hygienist, Keisha, was so comforting and gentle. Dr. Wingad was very knowledgeable and helpful. Everyone was so sweet! If you have major anxiety about the dentist, this is the place to go to.

Fantastic experience: I cannot say enough good things about our experience! My husband had to have a deep cleaning, and Fateemah was absolutely amazing❤️❤️❤️❤️. She was incredibly patient, gentle, and took the time to explain everything step-by-step so he felt comfortable throughout the process. You can tell she truly cares about her patients and takes pride in her work. Her kindness and skill made what could have been a stressful appointment a completely positive experience. Fantastic experience: I had a new patient appointment today and everyone was so amazing. I had a great experience and loved that Dr. Patel, the dental hygienist Sergio, and the lady who took my scans (I’m so sorry I can’t remember her name right now) were personable and explained things in a way I could understand. I was in and out after a thorough cleaning and have already recommended to others.

Fantastic experience: Simone was great with my evaluation and deep cleaning. She was patient and gentle and just had a great personality! Dr. Patel sat down and went over all the details of my issues and how to resolve them. Everyone was friendly but professional. High praise to Simone as I have a phobia about the dentist. She was just wonderful! I highly recommend their services.

Fantastic experience: If you're looking for a dentist, I highly recommend Reich Dental. From the front desk staff to the X-ray technician, hygienist, and dentist, everyone was incredibly friendly and professional. Keisha, my hygienist, was gentle and actually took the time to explain the reasons behind a deep cleaning. I’ve had the procedure done before, but no one at other dental offices ever explained why it was necessary. Dr. Rihan, my dentist, walked me through my X-rays, clearly explained the issues, and created a treatment plan prioritized from most to least urgent so I wouldn’t feel overwhelmed or rushed to get work done.

Negative experience: DO NOT GO Worst experience I’ve ever had at a dentist office or honestly any doctor. Terrible bedside manners. I said no to x rays for personal reasons and they simply wouldn’t do a cleaning.

Fantastic experience: I have had a VERY noticeable broken front tooth that makes me look like I have a large gap for four years and I thought it was going to be financially impossible to fix. Positive experience: I only started going to reich when my dentist of 10+ years went out of network. They push crowns, which may be common for these type practices, but my former dentist did not. I also saw similar reviews elsewhere saying the same thing. When I had issues with my crowns and, resolution was to file tooth down and offer some condescending advice. Anyhoo I found another dentist and reich may be a good option for others just not for me.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend this establishment. I have been here for about 6 Mosley. Everyone is very professional and I love Chloe for my cleanings. You won't be disappointed.

Negative experience: I had a very disappointing experience at this dental office. The dentist was rude and dismissive of my concern. When I tried to explain that I’d like my broken tooth fixed she said I was suppose to get it removed. I explained I didn’t recall that and she wanted to argue that I did. Very confused on why she was so upset over me not getting the tooth pulled, it’s my mouth not hers and I’m simply there to get help. We’ve talked about root canal not an extraction. Either way I didn’t get it done simply because I can’t afford it as my insurance doesn’t cover it. She had a careless and bad attitude. The lack of professionalism and empathy was shocking. I left feeling frustrated and unheard. I won’t be returning and would not recommend this practice to anyone looking for quality care.

Fantastic experience: Had my first appointment at the Smyrna location this morning and it was an excellent experience! The hygienist was very thorough and friendly, explaining the process the whole way through. Dr. Reich was really great as well-- she was well-versed in all things dental and there was zero pressure to purchase any additional treatments or services. Lastly, unlike other dentist offices I've visited, this location is warm and inviting. Decor had Tuscan villa vibes, so it felt more like comfy home rather than an intimidating medical facility. An great experience, I will be back!

Fantastic experience: I recently changed my dental insurance provider and had to find a new dentist office. I was excited when I found a women owned/operated business in my local area. I had a cleaning and a week later back in for a crown. I was in and out with flawless service. The permanent crown was made and in place requiring only one visit. I’m back for a bleaching treatment now and I must say, the staff are professional, personable and so considerate. They helped me with my stress during the crown procedure and helped with ear plugs, stress ball and even a little humming while executing a QUICK and thorough preparing. I can’t express just how thankful and appreciative I am for the dentists, hygienists, technicians and receptions. I’ve found the best!

Negative experience: I have been a patient at Reich Dental Center for the past three years. At my first visit, a treatment plan was established, and over the last year and a half, I’ve had two treatments that were not covered by insurance. Both were later deemed medically unnecessary at this time by my insurance provider and, after filing a complaint, by the Georgia Commissioner of Insurance as well. Today, I spoke with the office manager, Katelyn, to discuss my concerns and potential options. She stated that the office deemed the treatment medically necessary, contradicting the determinations of both my insurance provider and the commissioner. When I asked about alternatives to avoid paying even more out-of-pocket—especially since this has now happened twice—her response was dismissive and sarcastic. She suggested I “go find a new insurance company,” as if that were an easy solution, and wished me “good luck” with my future treatments. While the dental staff has always been great, my experience with the billing department and Katelyn made my decision to find a new dentist much easier—especially since she also suggested it herself. Patient care extends beyond just the dental chair, and unfortunately, the handling of this situation left much to be desired.

I went in for my annual cleaning and Constance was my hygienist and let me tell you she was spot on, She made me feel like family from the first time we met, I love that, it took the edge off of me. She thoroughly cleaned my teeth and exuded exceptional customer service. She was present with me and did not rush. This dental office definitely practices quantity over quality. Fantastic experience: My experience with Chloe was awesome! Her cleaning was thorough and painless. She was also very helpful with suggestions for some sensitivity that I was feeling. I've been at this office for about a year now and wouldn't go anywhere else! Negative experience: After getting a filling in my tooth last week from the Reich Dental Center, immediately after a few minutes, I started experiencing sharp jolts of pain that got worse everyday. At first, I felt the pain mainly when I chewed. Now it's all the time! I was not feeling any pain whatsoever before getting the filling. It appears that I may have a cracked tooth and will need root canal. Having to deal with the excruciating pain and added costs is causing me stress. And I got no clear explanation from the dentist on why this happened, not even some empathy or an apology. I am not happy with the Reich Dental Center's services.

Positive experience: Addie is an amazing hygienist!!! My teeth have never looked or felt so clean. All of the staff at Reich are professional and helpful, my appointments are always on time, and the office is spotless.

Negative experience: Went in for a cleaning, no issues on my end. Dentist told me I needed 4 crowns, which would cost over $4,000. I am 26 years old, went to get a second opinion with the SAME X-rays reich dental took. The second opinion dentist said he couldn’t find anything wrong with my teeth/ X-rays, I’m all good. (Even got a 3rd opinion from another dentist who said the same exact thing- no problems.. no need for work)

Negative experience: I am extremely disappointed with the scheduling process. My time was wasted, and I was not seen. All I received was an apology. It's essential to learn how to schedule your customers properly, as time is invaluable and cannot be reclaimed.

Fantastic experience: Amazing experience from the 1st phone call with Brittany. Her client care is wonderful. Dr. Wingad is phenomenal and this is the very best dental experience I’ve ever had. During the 2 hour visit, I never felt pain and am very pleased with my results. If you are looking for a wonderful dental practice, look no further than Reich dental.

Fantastic experience: Reich Dental continues to be the best dental group in Smyrna, if not Atlanta. Their offices are upscale and spotless, and the staff is professional, attentive, and caring. I’m a baby when it comes to dental work, and they always listen to my concerns and put me at ease. I’ve only ever had 5 star experiences here. Most recent work was with Dr. Wingad, and she was spectacular. This is the place to go!

Fantastic experience: Transferring to Reich Family Dental is one of the best decisions I have made regarding my teeth. The staff is friendly and accommodating; the dentists are so very competent, and they do not try to upsell you as so many other dentists have done in the past. So far at Reich, I have had several cleanings and a crown installed. I am very pleased with the work that has been done on my teeth. Overall coming to Reich is as pleasant as a trip to the dentist can be. I highly recommend them.

Negative experience: So I called them and asked if they see children…they said yes. I told them my son had a painful tooth that would probably need to be pulled. We went to the appt…the assistant seemed to be a bit unsure of how to do X-rays on a child. The dentist came in and said there was nothing they could do for us. They are unable to extract teeth and that she would refer me to a pediatric dentist. I asked her “Do you normally see kids” and she said “No”. Why did the front desk staff even schedule me? I should have been told this up front.Total waste of $147.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely amazing! I can only say great things about Reich. From their customer service/front staff to the providers, everyone takes such good care of you. They’re transparent about prices (which are also incredible) and genuine with recommendations. I appreciate how much they involve me in making plans of care, and they’re always so kind. I highly recommend them!

Fantastic experience: Broke my tooth and they did thorough evaluation and even same day procedure as I was going out of town. Staff was extremely friendly and made sure I was always comfortable. They even helped with ideas to cover payment since my insurance didn’t cover it.

Fantastic experience: Great experience with Addie, the dental hygienist. She has great energy and very thorough with cleanings. Additionally Dr. Patel explained my treatment plan in depth and addressed all of my concerns.

Negative experience: I made an appointment at Reich and was treated very unprofessionally by Alberta the receptionist who should perhaps find a new job or be trained on providing better service to new patients. I was contacted by Alberta per an initial inquiry that I sent about dental care. When she called I scheduled my appointment and quickly provided my insurance information, as she called when I was in route to my daughters doctor appointment. Unbeknownst to me, I accidentally gave her the wrong insurance card. I did not know at the time because I was handling business but I did see that I had received a text message with the link to my new patient paperwork and a text message confirming my appointment, so did not know to look for any other correspondence via text messages. As a new patient, I would expect that any issues with my insurance would be communicated via a phone call not text, which I did not receive until today at 2:30pm the same time at which I received the text message canceling my appointment. Unfortunately I am currently waiting for my doctor in the examiner room and was unable to answer the one time that she called. She left a voicemail stating that my appointment would be canceled if I did not respond within the hour. Mind you, this was the first call I received since the call initially making the appointment 24 hours before. While listening to the voicemail I received a text message at the same time, stating that since I did not respond to their initial and only request sent through text the day before that my appointment was canceled (despite her voicemail minutes before stating I had until 3:30) I could’ve called after my doctor appointment but it was canceled before I got the chance.Texting in lieu of a phone call for time sensitive information is unprofessional, especially with me not being an established patient yet and having disclosed my severe dental anxiety with the same receptionist when making my appointment. My voicemail said they would cancel MY appointment so they can make it available for someone else. The profesional thing would have been to call me the moment there was an issue with my insurance just like she did to cancel it, not send a text that never indicated I had 24hours to respond. When I responded to Albertas text with my concerns, indicating that I had just seen her initial text and was given less than a business day to respond, while also pointing out that the voicemail said I had until 3:30 to cancel (giving me only an hours notice) yet it was canceled at 2:30 at the time both the voicemail and text were sent. I informed her that I would opt to be scheduling with a more professional practice that valued me, to which her only response was the “thumbs up” emoji. What disgusting and unprofessional behavior from some one that represents such a reputable establishment.

Fantastic experience: I could not be more satisfied with this dentist’s office. Everyone is so nice and so professional. The quality of work done is excellent. The ease of scheduling is perfect, and they run the business very well and are usually on time. Reasonable prices. Works with insurance and discount plans. I’m so grateful to be in good hands at Reich Dental! They have even accommodated my daughter who has special medical needs that require additional assistance with any adjustments, procedures, or repairs. She’s had bad anxiety about dentists for years, but they put even her at ease. The whole family is happy here.
