From the moment I walked thru the door to the front desk all I saw was a Clean, Bright BeYouTiFul ambiance & plenty of smiling faces, I was greeted & treated VERY NICELYEven being in the lobby listening to the nostalgic 80's music was So Groovy chill & it relaxed me even morethen being called back to the front desk by the front desk Manager Jaime just to be told in such a nice caring way that the dentist is running just a few minutes behind & he'll be seeing me next(That was VERY Thoughtful of him)when some places could careLess about you waiting but they surely didn'tshortly after when I was called by the nice staff OMG they're Allll SOOOO SWEET(The Whole Entire Staff❤️)I was met with the Nicest, Kindest, Koolest dentist Everrr(Dr. Nader) OMG he's totally dope, Very Knowledgeable & all smiles but he treated me like more than just a New patient tho it was like him & his Whole staff treated me like they Wanted me there & Happy to assist me with my dental concern & Professional care. Fantastic experience: I hadn’t seen any dental person for 8 years unfortunately and when I wanted to start my dental journey no one except my insurance except this place and to my surprise this is a perfect place. I have panic attacks before the dentist and they were able to keep me calm and stay professional as well as they communicated through the procedure to help my nervousness. They are also very gentle and towards my last appointment I was basically falling asleep in the chair (no meds) because they’re so careful and kind. My teeth are also looking fabulous and healthy so I owe many thanks to them. I 100% recommend anyone who’s looking at this office to start here

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend this dental clinic. I first came here for my own dental care, and the hygienist, Erika, was very professional and thorough. They also have Chinese translation services, which made it easier for me to bring my mom here for treatment as well. Before a long trip a few months ago, Dr. Park helped me with a filling, and I was extremely satisfied with the result. Vivian was always patient and explained every step of the procedure and each appointment in detail. Thank you!

Positive experience: I was happy with the people there for sure. Although I made the appt because I have a tooth that is really hurting me but they did not address that at all. I left with the tooth still hurting. All I got was a consultation for $6000 of work I need. I was told that they will make me my next appt if and when I come up with the money. I was dissapointed in that. I would have expected for them to address my pain immediatly and then we can talk about how and when I can come up with $6,000! I guess I am expected to live in pain until I can do that., I guess I will go to another dentist to get the one tooth pulled and maybe I will go back if I am interested in the work THEY want me to get. Fantastic experience: Dr. Mimi Nguyen and her assistant Nancy did my fillings on Friday - they did a great job! I have the redhead gene, and they made sure that I got an additional shot of novocaine when I started getting feeling back while they were working.

Fantastic experience: First time here and I loved it. Not the best news about my teeth, but loved the people. From the person at the front desk, to the doc (Dr. C, I think), and my favorite Alean. Alean was very helpful, professional, and did an amazing job

Fantastic experience: Everyone was really great but i want to give a special shout out to roslyn the dental assistant during my first dental visit a few months back. She was not only informative but very compassionate and sweet. Fast forward to today for a cleaning and root canal, the assistant who assisted the doctor during the procedure was very nice and comforting. The doctor did an amazing job with the root canal being as though I am pregnant and expected to be extremely uncomfortable they both made it smooth. Highly recommended this place for all procedures.

This is the first time I have been to dentist that I haven’t had a melt down. Fantastic experience: Very personable dental staff. Started coming to the dental office about a year ago from a recommendation from an old colleague/friend. Haven’t looked back. Once my son is old enough to start going, we will both be going here. Can’t say enough great things about this practice. And the best part is that they accept Medicaid!

Fantastic experience: I had my first visit to this dental group yesterday. My previous dental clinic sold the practice last month and the new owner no longer accepted my insurance. I was left scrambling to find a new dentist. I called the Dental Group and fortunately, they were able to get me in for a routine cleaning. I was very impressed with how this clinic operates. For a clinic of this size, the level of courtesy and professionalism, that started with the initial phone calls to the receptionists, my dental in-take with Brandon, to the dentist (Dr. Park), and ending with my dental hygienist (Amanda), was unlike anything I ever encountered. This kind of service is rare and greatly appreciated. Please keep up the good work.

Negative experience: After one visit, I knew I'd never be back. The energy in the office is bad and the staff was not friendly at all. The pediatric dentist we saw was rude and condescending. The "owner" seems to micromanage and encourage deceitful business practices. If you read his responses to negative reviews, his replies are arrogant and narcissistic in nature. The doctor I saw had to consult with the "owner" before delivering a plan that included multiple root canals and a multitude of services that couldn't be intelligently explained. After reading the reviews, I see that other patients were told the same thing, which obviously means there is a pattern here!! Ultimately, I went to Glen Park Family Dentistry for a 2nd opinion and received a plan that made much more sense. It turned out I didn't need ANY root canals or cleaning. I had a small cavity that was filled that same day. Everything was covered by insurance where Glen Burnie Dental Group quoted over $3500 in out of pocket expenses (due to costly embellishments) Beware!!!!

Fantastic experience: This was probably the best dentist experience I’ve ever had. Everyone was so kind, attentive, and the experience itself was pleasant. Shoutout to the business manager (I think his name was Jamie); he broke everything down financially, which was so helpful. I knew what I needed to pay for my root canals, it was not sprung on me after the fact. This is the way to do dentistry.

Fantastic experience: So I am someone who regrettably did not have dental insurance for a long time and even when I did I never went to the dentist because it was always terrible. I was having really bad pain and I saw the reviews for GB dental and they were from people who also hated the dentist saying this place is amazing so I figured well let’s give it a go. And I’ll tell you this I have never been more impressed. I was treated with respect, I was not shamed, they were understanding of my anxiety, and they were incredibly gentle with my teeth. I have a laundry list of appointments coming up and of course I am nervous but I feel a little better knowing I’ll be with people who try their best to make it as comfortable of an experience as possible. If you have bad teeth and you’ve had bad experiences in the past I absolutely recommend this office.

Fantastic experience: First impression of the practice was, Very clean, very friendly and understanding. My daughter and I both saw Dr. Park and he was very thorough and answered all our questions/concerns. We left leaving the practice happy with switching over. I’ve already mentioned to a few friends and family. And the office manager Jaime, Hygienist, and Assistant was very helpful with going over treatment plan. My only bad opinion (because no practice is perfect) the person who checked us wasn’t as pleasant as others we saw in the office. When I asked her a question she seemed annoyed… But overall I give our first visit a 5 star ⭐️ because the good did out weigh the bad.

Fantastic experience: 10/10 recommend!! Amazing staff, very knowledgeable dentist that makes you feel welcomed and they give you a complete rundown on what your treatments will look like. After I was aware of everything I needed, Jaime helped assist me with my payment break down which I loved. No surprising numbers thrown at you for the day of the procedure and they squeezed me in fast for an infected root canal. I have never been in such pain and from the minute I met the staff and just the building itself, I knew I was in good hands. I am from harford county and I traveled over an hour to get here and I’d do it again and again for this kind of care. My previous dentist scarred me BAD so coming in here today was extremely nerve wracking and they made me feel SO much better. They helped find a solution for what seemed impossible to fix. What an amazing business! So grateful I found a dentist and a great team that communicates and is trustworthy!!

Positive experience: I am happy with the Dr. and the procedure performed, although I don't appreciate that a rep from the business office had to come in a talk to me as if I didn't understand the Dr. I've never been to a dentist where I had to go through a business office to have procedures explained. It was very demeaning and uncomforting. If my insurance didn't cover the procedure I probably would have walked out although I did like Dr. C

Fantastic experience: This was my very first appointment, and everyone from the front desk to the back assistance to the final experience with the dentist and the specialist was great. Everyone was extremely kind and professional and willing to answer my questions after finishing my vist I had to meet with the practice manager to go over cost and things to go forward with my treatment and he could not have been friendlier and kinder and more willing to explain and help with any farther questions. She was incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable when it came to helping me understand my insurance. Diane took the time to explain exactly what my plan would cover and worked with me to schedule my appointments in a way that would ensure I wouldn’t have any out-of-pocket costs. She made the whole process so much easier and less stressful. I honestly left feeling more confident about my insurance than I ever have before. Diane’s help was truly invaluable, and I’m so grateful for the time and care she gave me. She’s a true professional, and anyone would be lucky to have her on their side!

Positive experience: Office is super nice and ALL of the clinicians and staff are really nice. My only complaint is that I have always spent time in the waiting room. Usually about 30 minutes, even if I am the first patient of the day. Overall I would recommend this practice to family and friends.

Negative experience: I recently made an appointment with GlenBurnie Dental Group over the phone and spent a considerable amount of time providing my personal information. However, upon arriving for my appointment, I was asked by the front desk staff to fill out a paper form with the same information I had already provided. When I inquired, I was told there was "additional information" they needed but found the process redundant and frustrating. During this process, I found the front desk staff to be incredibly rude, which left a very negative impression. As a result, I canceled my own appointment but decided to proceed with my daughter's appointment since we were already there.On a positive note, the staff who attended to my daughter was very pleasant and provided good service, which was a relief after my earlier experience. First impressions matter a lot to me, and the rude treatment at the front desk was disappointing. I hope the management at GlenBurnie Dental Group takes note of these aspects to improve their customer service.

Negative experience: I called this dental office less than 10 minutes ago to schedule appointments for two new patients—my daughters, who are experiencing pain related to their wisdom teeth. Unfortunately, my experience over the phone was disappointing. The receptionist who answered sounded irritated from the beginning of the call, and her tone, along with audible sighs during routine questions, made the interaction feel unwelcoming. Due to the lack of professionalism and customer service, I decided not to proceed with the appointments and asked to have my information discarded. There was no apology or acknowledgment, which further confirmed my decision. I hope this feedback helps the office reflect on how first impressions can significantly impact patient trust and confidence.

Fantastic experience: I liked their kindness and patience in Listening to what I had to say, while talking to The doctor and his assistant and I didn’t feel rushed. As I do have a phobia about my teeth and past problems with past dentist visits. And As for the staff, they seem to be very nice as well and ending with The office cleanliness it was A1 in my book from the bathroom to the floor to the counter and just the atmosphere was well cleaned and maintained, and I like it in every aspect and I hope that my crowns and my root canals go well in the next couple weeks coming.

The doctor and his assistant were both very patient and kept comforting and greeting him. Thank you Dr.Shin and his assistant Susie. I was impressed by the way the dentist explain what he is doing and answer any question that you might have. I tell everyone I know that Glenburnie Dential Group is where I go for my Dential needs.

Negative experience: First of all, the office is quite nice. It seems clean, modern, and high tech. However, the desk staff are cold and callous, and the dentists act more like salesmen than doctors. I made an emergency appointment for an infected tooth. The dentist spent an hour trying to sell me on expensive and extensive dental work that i did not ask for, want, or need, and did not care about the spreading, potentially fatal infection in my mouth. Eventually he gave up on the sales pitch, and agreed to prescribe antibiotics, after I agreed to have a crown done on a different tooth. A week later, the antibiotics were ineffective, and I called back for a follow up on the initial reason I called this office in the first place. The woman that answered the phone said I could pay $800 for the crown I didn't need, otherwise there was nothing they could do for me. She said I needed to start all over, calling around trying to find an oral surgeon. We all know how long it can take to get into a new practice, and I was in an emergency situation with a swollen face and a spreading infection. They wouldn't even see me again. Basically, once they found out I wasn't interested in spending $20'000 for a cosmetic dental procedure, they were done with me. I do have dental insurance btw, it just seems they only want to do the high dollar procedures. So, if you are looking for state of the art dental implants, or new veneers or something, they might be ok. If you are looking for a dentist office who cares about their patients, and wants to help people, do not go here.

Fantastic experience: The receptionist did an excellent job she was very kind courteous and friendly .. the dentist who I had was very nice I did a very excellent job on me I give them five stars

Negative experience: The staff that do the service to teeth are amazing. However the billing are very poor. I had a root canal and crown done several months ago. I was charged an amount that I had to leave a deposit for and pay the remainder when I came back to have the work done. It turned out that my insurance company had paid the amount that they agreed was acceptable. Which means that I was over charged. I took the insurance information in and the lady made a copy and said that someone would be in touch with me. That never happened. Went again and they made copies and said that someone would contact me. Still waiting. When to have my routine cleaned done and ask again about my refund. This time a lady came out to speak with me. She said that there was no record of any of the paperwork that I gave them previously and that they had up the cost and resubmitted to the insurance. I believe that this was done to override the amount that they owed me

Fantastic experience: Dr. Park and his team of dental assistants (Nancy and Maria) were awesome! I had the fastest filling I've ever had. They took great care, explaining how their office conducted the procedure. I was in and out before I knew it. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Glen Burnie Dental group is absolutely amazing. Very quick with getting in and very professional and friendly. All the staff I came across were extremely helpful and polite. And they participate in state insurance but don’t treat you how some places do because you have state insurance. Would highly recommend. Thank you guys for your awesome service. I live in Columbia but I’ll take the 25 minute drive.

Fantastic experience: Ever since the first day I stepped into the office Ive had no complaints. Doctors have been very clear with everything I need and how each procedure is going to go. Fantastic experience: This dentist was absolutely amazing and very caring. He did 9 root canals in two hours which saved so many visits. They really get the job done . Made time for me to bring my son back the next day to build up and put temporary covers on his teeth because the dentist sincerely cared about my sons appearance. Which was another 2 hours they put in to make my sons mouth look and feel good about his appearance. The dental assistants are also great and very caring . The picture is temporary covers across the whole front. I wish I would have taken a before picture.

Fantastic experience: My name is Cincerae, and I am proud to be a patient of Dr. C. He has done an outstanding job with my extractions, which were quite extensive. From the moment I arrived, Vivian, his assistant, greeted me and immediately made me feel at ease. Dr. C took it upon himself to ensure I felt no pain throughout the entire process. Fantastic experience: I was very afraid to go to the dentist and I need alot of work done. My first visit was great they did not judge me. They did not ask me what caused my teeth to be bad. They were very thorough and talked me through everything that would happen . I went back for my first procedure I had 2 teeth removed and they made sure I was 100% comfortable. The Dr. Was very quick yet careful. Constantly asked how i was doing .. I couldn't be more happy
