Negative experience: Total Joke. Called Jada and made an apt for an exam / cleaning. Was told I need to make a $99 deposit to reserve my 1 hr apt with DR. Having never had to do this in 30yrs of dental apt I inquired details. She explained it was basically a consultation to make my Apt and it could be applied towards my co pays. Yeah, not wasting my time taking off work to drive in just to talk about a routine exam/cleaning.

Fantastic experience: This was my first visit to Signature Smiles, and from the moment I walked in, I felt completely at ease. The office had such a warm, welcoming atmosphere—it even smelled inviting and homey. I was greeted with genuine kindness and beautiful smiles from the staff, which immediately set the tone for a positive experience. The waiting area felt more like a family living room than a typical office, with a stunning and comfortable ambiance. I was then introduced to Shelby, one of the technicians, who took wonderful care of me before the doctor arrived. Shelby was fantastic—professional, friendly, bubbly, and incredibly attentive. Shortly after, Kobi came in to explain the next steps, and her kindness and professionalism made me feel even more comfortable. Dr.Tayeh was absolutely amazing. He took the time to thoroughly explain everything about my teeth and walked me through the incredible 3D scans and detailed images. It was such a great experience to actually see and understand what was going on with my dental health. He made the process educational, reassuring, and even exciting—I left feeling confident and well cared for. Overall, Signature Smiles exceeded my expectations. The entire team went above and beyond to create a welcoming, professional, and truly enjoyable experience. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality care in a comforting environment.

Fantastic experience: Got me right in! I was approved for dentures earlier this year and they're way over due. All the places I called were booking out to next year or not even accepting new appointments. This place was the tenth place I called on that day and not only do they accept medicaid, but they got me in the next day for X-rays and scheduled my teeth extraction for a month out! Not only are they saving me months of pain, but they offer sedation. I'm autistic with sensory issues so this was my saving grace. On top of that, they really cared and went out of their way to make me feel comfortable which ain't a small task. Thank you guys! Highly recommend to anyone needing dental work. Especially if you can't get in anywhere in decent time.

Fantastic experience: Had went to a different dental office in north ridgeville that told me I needed 6000 dollars worth of work when my teeth weren't bad and come to find out they were just trying to make a quick buck by telling me I needed multiple root canals. Signature smiles was not only honest but they explained truly how my teeth were just fine and needed a few fillings instead. My honest opinion is that signature is incredibly honest and puts others to shame. Thank you for being a true example of integrity.

Fantastic experience: My husband I both really enjoyed our visit at Signature Smiles! It was both of our first times going to the dentist is a while and Dr. made sure she explained everything to us great! My hygienist (super cute! she was like family by the time I left) Corliss was a pleasure to have clean my teeth! She was super funny too! Super friendly staff! We had to bring our 7month old with due to sitter issues and the entire staff took turns holding her make sure she was good while the both of us were in the hot seat! My daughter was LOVING all the attention! It doesn’t have that “I’m at the dentist feel.” Super laid back and smells really good in there! I would recommend them over and over again to all my family and friends!! We cant wait to go back to have our smiles perfect! Thanks to the entire staff for taking care of us!!

Positive experience: Very nice place. I have horrible anxiety on top of dental phobia and I went for a consultation and felt heard and understood. I wish payment options were more clear and not read to you like it’s coming from a script and I wished they worked with you more on payment options so I could get my teeth fixed and be able to afford it but otherwise a very nice place

When my daughter and I all the women in reception greeted her by name. Then we walked into the waiting room, which looks like a nice living room in a family home. On the TV was a video introducing what Signature Smiles Dental can do for a patient in general and about fearless treatments and introduces the dentists. They do not make you feel like your fears and an inconvenience to them. Did I say they were friendly? Because they are always smiling, and they listen to all of your plans and then make adjustments. Fantastic experience: RHD Alyssa Free did a excellent job with my teeth. Her hands were steady and while operating she was gentle on the gums and teeth! Any of my questions I had she would answer with professional and knowledgeable responses. Even when the office was busy and hectic she kept calm and made sure I was taken care of. Highly recommend her to anyone who gets nervous bout visits or fear pain because she will make sure your visit is comfortable and almost painless!

Fantastic experience: Everyone there was extremely nice. Dr. K and Ashley explained what I needed done. I need to be put to sleep and I feel completely confident they'll do a great job.

Negative experience: After 6 years of going to Signatire Smiles it's time to move on. I noticed over the last few years the turnover but kept going. Then the dentist stopped checking in at the end of your visit but I kept visiting. But today was the last straw. I have tmj and their solition is a "deproggrammer" which is a.very jatd plastic mouth piece that cost $600. Well fast forward 4 years later the top piece broke and the bottom got lost. During my visit last month informed the hygienist and she brought in the lady from the front to go over payment options. That they MUST receive before they will schedule you. Well I finally agreed to the $600 to replace my "deprogrammer". I paid and came in for the molding which was the same process as last time. Well I just picked up my piece which was only the top piece for the same price!!! When brought to the attention to the tech he pushed me off to the ladies at the front saying we only do the top and I don't handle the money. When talking to the front desk she told me the process changed and they are only doing the top and if I wanted the bottom too then it would be $300 more! Seriously? So why the change? They said the lab said they were wasting material and just the top did exactly what was necessary. So why was this never gone over with me for me to make a choice to pay the same amount for less work and material or have a chance to shop around? Why all of a sudden you don't need both pieces?? Never saw the dentist that visit and when I say I lost both and was told it was $600 I assumed I was getting the same as before especially when the dentist never came in. And the attitude from the lady with the long black hair who said she handled me last month which is wrong, I never saw her on my last visit was absolutely unnecessary. I have seen other reviews talking about them with money amd now I see it myself. With the turnover and lack of communication and lack of care for the patients it's time for me to move on from Signature Smiles. Something has changed and I have felt it for the last 3 years but this is the nail in the n coffin for me.

Fantastic experience: My daughter was in a lot of pain, and needed a tooth removed, everyone was so kind and comforting. The waiting room was beautiful, it looked more like a well decorated living room in someone's home, versus a cold, sterile doctor's waiting room. We will definitely be back!!
