My child is used to seeing 1 dentist and She is by far the Best.Dr. Kendrick and her assistant know My daughter and her anxieties. They are always able to calm her down to work on her teeth. Well I took my daughter this Wednesday knowing another dentist was going to see her because her usual Dentist was out. I was a bit skittish myself as to my daughters reaction when she found out it wouldn't be the same doctor. Dr Echeverri's assistant also noticed and took action and started talking to her and telling her that all would be fine. Fantastic experience: Yesterday, I took my daughter Delsa to visit Dr. Elsa’s dental office. I sincerely thank Dr. Elsa for examining Delsa’s teeth with such care, kindness, and patience. Dr. Elsa’s warm and professional attitude made Delsa feel so comfortable that she cooperated happily during the entire visit. When we came home, without me even asking, Delsa brushed her teeth and used the dental floss that sweet Ms. Gloria had kindly gifted her. And this morning—something she never used to do—she brushed her teeth again, proudly saying she wants to keep her teeth clean like the doctor said. I’m also very grateful to Ms. Gloria and the other kind assistant whose beautiful name I, unfortunately, forgot, as well as the friendly and respectful receptionist. I was able to get my cleaning, X-rays, and treatment all done in the same day, which was incredibly convenient for me since I live an hour away. Dr. Juan Echeverri was so gentle and kind throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain everything to me in detail, which really helped ease my nerves and made sure there were no surprises. The best part—when he numbed me, I didn’t feel a thing! Fantastic experience: My special needs daughter had a tooth abscess, and after a month of waiting, my hometown dentist refused to touch her. I called this office for a second opinion, especially since she was hurting. Echeverri Dental Center got us in the NEXT day, AND pulled out her teeth in office same day!!! They said putting her to sleep was overboard which I agreed, but used laughing gas instead. She never cried, they were so patient with her and made her feel comfortable. Driving 2 hrs was so worth it, and I'll make the drive again in the future. HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend this place!

This was my childhood dentist, and after not seeing a dentist for 10 years due to financial struggles and lack of insurance, I decided to come back. I was so happy to find out they were still around, so I gave them a try again, and honestly, it’s been one of the best decisions I’ve made for my dental health. For years, I avoided the dentist because I was anxious about what I might face after so long without treatment and because of a couple of bad experiences with other providers. But since returning, I’ve had nothing but great experiences. I’ve had cleanings, fillings, a root canal, and even had my wisdom teeth removed. Every person I’ve encountered—from the front desk staff to the doctors—has been so kind, patient, and professional, making every visit feel comfortable and reassuring. A huge thank you to everyone here for making my dental journey so much easier and stress-free!

Positive experience: Had them put caps on my son in october of 2024. Perfect visit, dentist is amazing and great with kids! 1 fell out 2 days ago and I called Monday asking the price of getting it put back on, I was told insurance would cover it and it would be no charge. We live 2 hours away so we decided to make the trip to see them since it would be free rather then going to our regular dentist and get charged because they were not the ones who put it on. We checked in for our appointment when getting there and again, was told they sent it through insurance and we didn't have no cover on our end. My son gets prepped to put his cap on and while doing so the secretary comes in and says there would be a $85 balance. I told her that two times now, they told me there wouldn't be a balance on our end and now, when they begin...there was a charge. If it was $85, I wouldve just not made the trip and brought my son to our regular dentist. The dentist gave us 40% off and we ended up paying 50 or 60 dollars.....while, that's nice, and we paid....the ball was dropped on their end..we shouldn't of had to pay nothing when I was told twice on 2 different days (1 being when we checked in) that there would be no charge. Again, dentist was great....Just aggravated because I wouldve just went to our regular dentist if there was a charge

Fantastic experience: I started coming here as a kid and I had to go elsewhere for two years as an adult and was soooo glad when I could come back. The care from Melanie and Dr. Echeverri is exceptional and I’m grateful to have very healthy teeth and gums. The insurance team is really transparent about billing/costs. And most of the staff has been there as long as I can remember which says a lot about the work environment. Highly recommend!

He checked up my kids (11 and 5 y/o) he is very professional, and very knowledgeable on how to deal with kids when dental issues are present. Negative experience: If I could give this business 0 stars, I would have. I am finally able to comment on my experience here after an open and shut investigation with the ADA on Dr. Saba. My son almost lost his life under the care of the physician, and assistants. My only child. Human error is to be expected, and even forgiven. What I will never forgive or forget is having NO ONE inform me that my child was in the back coding on the floor! I had to sit in the waiting room full of anxiety, and witness paramedics rush past me KNOWING in my heart that it’s for my baby. I am disgusted! And I will continue to tell my story of the absolute negligence that I experienced. Dr. Saba …. I appreciate the apology at the end of it all. I appreciate you going with us to the emergency room but I can’t help but to think that it was just so that you’d look good to the ADA. I was left with medical bills, and suspicion of drug use in MY HOME… because of this incident. I didn’t receive anything but trauma! Just so you all know… I took him to a lovely dentist that’s been working for over 30 years, and she didn’t even have to use sedation with my son! So thanks for nothing. As I look at the comments the people with issues, look like me. I’ll let that be a representation of how I feel about the reason we were treated the way we were. Have the day that you all deserve. ** a year later, and my son still experiences trauma, and the ADA is still backing this problematic practice. We still have medical bills from emergency transport, and DR. SABA is still ignoring my family. You people ruined our lives!

Fantastic experience: My son is 6 & has never been ok with anybody including me messing around in his mouth. I went to this dentist on a referral & I was very surprised at the bedside manner of everyone that came in contact with my son. They were able to put multiple different tools in his mouth & he remained completely calm. These people are heaven sent for kids that have had bad experiences prior. It was true magic at their hands. In a matter of an hour I decided to switch all of my kids to them. The 1hr40min drive is well worth it for the experience I had today

My son is 8YO and he is very collaborative and they did a very hard procedure extracting a teeth with patience and professional and human care. My son told me when we were out..."Mommy they are special...I did not have pain...I only was scare but they made me feel confident that everything would be fine and it was". The atmosphere made us feel comfortable. The doctor and her assistant were just amazing! They made my daughter feel comfortable and spoke to her to calm her nerves. She did so good and stood still. They explained everything thoroughly to us and answered any questions I had without hesitation. Explained all options to us and allowed me to make the choice. I totally recommend this place! Fantastic experience: I have been coming to Echeverri Dental Center for over 20 years. My whole family still comes here and I now bring my son. Gloria and Dra. Echeverri are the best and so patient with my son! I recently moved over an hour away, but will not be changing dentists. The only dentists I trust with our teeth.

Negative experience: Don’t bring your children near this office if you want to avoid your children having dental trauma. I was referred to this office and unfortunately had the worst experience that I’ve ever had with any doctor. My son and I walked out of here both crying. I took him in for dental procedure, he needed teeth removed and some cavities taken care of. They took my son back and tried to sedate him but the sedation did not work on him, he was fully aware of everything and they didn’t care, they continued to forcefully work on him, he was yelling for his life and crying while the older lady (Dr Echeverría) and her team didn’t show any sympathy. The team decided to use a papoose board to stop any mobility on my son and my son remembers how they were pulling hard on his cheeks to keep his mouth open. All of this happened while I was in the waiting room. When they called me back to check on my son he was crying so hard he couldn’t control himself. They forcefully removed 8 teeth with no sympathy. And no the office does not follow standard of care and they do not care about offering a comfortable and positive experience.

Fantastic experience: Dr Saba is my son’s pediatric dentist. We don’t mind driving 45mins one way to the clinic. He’s very patient & professional. He’s my son’s first dentist & has been seeing him since. It’s his first time to have cavities @ 6yrs old & my son did well (whining), both him & Elena (his assistant) calmed him down. After the treatment, Dr Saba praised him & greeted him for the holidays then my son gave him a hug. When we got in the car, he said “He’s the best dentist ever!”

Positive experience: Pretty good dental place. I would recommend to anyone that’s in need of dental work. Staff is friendly and helpful. The prices aren’t too crazy compared to other dental practices. Only reason I don’t give 5 stars is because they do get booked for weeks. So, just be ready, if you need something it will be awhile before they get to you. However, for the customer service and price it’s worth the wait.

Fantastic experience: Always a wonderful experience with Dr. Saba Dr. Elsa, and Dr. Juan! They care so much for the children and are always so thorough with everything! My children love to come to the dentist and orthodontist because of them.

Fantastic experience: I been going to the Echeverri Dental Center since I was about 10 yrs old . My kids love going to this dentist and I love how they treat my kids.The staff is wonderful and really helpful when you need anything or don't know what to do . Specially Gloria I been knowing her since I was a kid and know she's seeing my kids with Dr.Saba they trust him and his one of the best dentist .

Fantastic experience: I’ve taken my son and myself here. They are very nice, they give you accurate and reasonable pricing. They take care of kids and make sure they are comfortable, as well as the adults My son has 4 extractions, I had one, both times they really made it a friendly place, and made sure we were both ready to move on.

Fantastic experience: I will forever be loyal to Echeverri Dental, my mom would bring my sibling and i here when we were younger. Now that i have my own child it’s very bittersweet because the hospitality and kindness never went away from the staff.
