Fantastic experience: Awesome provider, takes great care in your needs and shows compassion. Very professional, the only downfall is he seems to be a bit over booked and your appointment is running late, but he's great, and well worth the mild wait time. I have a complex case and he knows and remembers my case which is huge for me. The doctors are 100% awesome. Thank you, and friendly staff as well.

Fantastic experience: Dr. McMillen has been my mother's physician for many years, and she has never had a single complaint about him. He is consistently gentle, respectful, humble, kind, and caring. As an immigrant, I have often experienced less-than-kind treatment from some healthcare providers, but Dr. McMillen is truly exceptional. My mother always prays that he will enjoy a long life and good health so that he may continue caring for others. May his family be abundantly blessed.

Negative experience: The dentist registrations it’s unprofessional and it’s not far they make big problem for you if you’re late five minutes and today they make me late 30 minute and they say sorry we are running behind is not my problem you need to be equal with the patient too

Fantastic experience: My previous doctors at CHC were fantastic. After my first meeting with Dr. Matthew Perez, I must say he was probably the most attentive, smart, caring physician I’ve ever met. He exceeded my expectations in every category.

Negative experience: I was expected and told that I would get lab work done and was denied because of my labs looked okay since they were last checked few months ago. I stopped taking this herbal supplement and wanted to see if it made a difference in my levels. Apparently the doctor I seen was against herbal supplements!

Negative experience: ARNP did not listen and was rude. He did not know what to do or say without the use of what seemed to be a medical app for doctors.

Positive experience: Was disappointed that I drove an hour to get to the location for a walk in appointment and was told that I needed to turn around and come back 90 minutes later.

Fantastic experience: Both the Chair side and the Dr. did excellent with my Son. My son 8yrs old was being fussy and they took the time to listen and try to comfort him during the procedure! Kudo's to your staff!

Fantastic experience: My daughter has been seeing Dr.Rachel Skalina as her pediatrician since she got out of the NICU earlier this year and she has been great. My daughter is my first so I have all kinds of concerns and questions, she is always kind answering all of them and if she sees anything she points me in the right direction. She remembers everything my daughter has been through and whats going on with the other providers she sees. She gets very busy but if we end up coming in a little late or if there is something concerning going on they will find a way to squeeze us in which I appreciate.

Negative experience: My physician here came in like 30 mins late and entire time was on phone. I thought he was texting but he was using ChatGPT and legit didn’t even know what was going on or how a drug worked. Entire time using ChatGPT and legit asking ai for answers. I threw him a trick question about a basic medication, an easy one and he had to use ai to answer it and wasn’t even sure at the end. Recommend to see an actual doctor. Not these nurse practitioner/physicians

Fantastic experience: I had a fantastic experience at the dentist! The dentist was incredibly kind, understanding, and patient, taking the time to explain each step of the procedure. I felt completely confident in his care.

Negative experience: Yesterday 10/23 my mom had appointment for check up with not her primary doctor. We came at 3:40 pm, 20 minutes before appointment . The nurse called us in at 4:10 pm and waiting for the doctor in the closed door room to 5pm . Then we leave without seeing the doctor . My mom is 92 years old she can't sit in the hard chair for a hours in the small office with no air.

Fantastic experience: It's hard to say something nice about a provider who drills, fills, pulls, and does all of the other things they do to your teeth. But these ones are great and their office staff is really nice. I'm more than happy to be a frequent flyer with this care team.

A real human being who treats you with the patience and respect, who will work with you to get to the bottom of your health issues. She is greatly missed and I wished her the absolute best and many successes moving forward. I met with a new provider who is not only attentive and understanding but also extremely compassionate and well educated in all of my medical needs. Athalie Miller was an excellent choice and suggested with much accolades from my previous provider who left the Edmonds location. I am and have been very pleased with the level of care I've been provided over the last three years at CHC and particularly the Edmonds location. Thank you to whomever is in charge of the vetting process in hiring top quality caregivers.

Negative experience: Second time coming to CHC in the year and arriving on time for my appointment, only to wait over an hour to see the doctor. Unacceptable. And my doctor when they came in never introduced themselves, wasn’t open to any dialogue about my options. And didn’t have any paperwork prepared. Worst yet when he first came in he was scrolling through his personal device looking at his calls. I didn’t feel comfortable or heard going in.

Fantastic experience: Great location. Plenty of parking. Staff was very nice and efficient. Day after my appt I did a walkin for blood draw and it was a breeze! I think my only feedback/critique would be it does take a while to schedule an appt.

Fantastic experience: Other dentists I called had long waiting list, I'd already shamelessly waited too long, tooth pain takes over the mind. The receptionist at CHC told me that they offered a walk-in service until 2 pm. I waited about an hour. A friendly place, Dr Mo greeted me with a smile and took care of my needs. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Fantastic experience: I've been seeing the same doctor here for so many years, and things have changed a bit over the years of course, but I have always been very happy with my doctor, he always has gone above and beyond & helped me through some really tough times. Although, years ago (4+ ) I was treated poorly many times by the same receptionist but I haven't seen her in a few years thank goodness. The receptionists that work here now are all wonderful and very helpful. Now I always have a great experience with everyone in chc medical.

Negative experience: My last appointment with Ousman Jaiteh, ARNP was horrible. He was patronizing and almost refused to help me. I came in to see him because my doctor called in sick and I had to get a referral for an Xray before the next I could see my doctor again. He was so rude about anything I had to say and kept stating that I don’t tell him what to do. I did let him know he could look at my Physical therapist notes and my Pain clinic notes so he could see that I am not “tell him what to do” but he was just so difficult and would not even listen to my new diagnoses for my ankle, until I said it a couple of times. I did finally get the referral but it shouldn’t have been such a fight.

Negative experience: If my primary doctor was not here I would never come back. Genuinely they are super nice but unfortunately they cannot seem to get people into appointments that are scheduled. They run too behind, forget to check you in etc. I just wish that me as a patient was taken seriously here. I wish medical care was taken seriously here by front desk staff. Wasting my time over and over. Unsure I'll be back, but not wanting to find a new PCP that I've had for 10+ years. Frustrating. Edit: I did speak with the hospital medical director who was amazing and very friendly. She assured me that I was not at fault and since I was on time for my appointment I should have been seen regardless. I will be overly vigilant the next time I make an appointment to see my doctor about wait time, check in status and whatever else I need. We just have to keep track of the receptionist's duties to make sure we are seen by our doctors.

Negative experience: The medicine prescribed for diabetes at this clinic hinders rather than supports "healthcare."

Fantastic experience: I had such a lovely experience at CHC Edmonds for my dental exam. The main woman taking X-rays of my teeth was incredibly kind and warm, which made such a world of a difference for someone like me who has always been terrified of going to the dentist. The UW student who performed my exam was so intelligent, warm, and clearly an expert in her studies. If no one had told me she was a student I fully would have thought she’d been practicing for decade with how she handled the exam with such ease. The dentist who oversaw her exam and checked to make sure everything was going well was also so kind and did a great job with explaining everything to me as well. Every single person on staff there from the front desk to the medical professionals are fantastic. I would highly highly recommend CHC dental to anyone who is looking for a dental provider.

Negative experience: Never happened before in my life, was told only once I get to my appointment 15 minutes early as is proper, that it would take at least an hour or two more of waiting. Had an injured arm I needed looked at, I ended up just waisting gas, money, patience and time.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a patient at CHC Edmonds for about ten years now. Ever since I was finally able to get medical coverage thanks to “Obamacare” (the Affordable Care Act). It was CHC that helped me navigate the early ACA website nightmare and get signed up for Medicaid—which was a miracle in itself. Now that I’m “officially” disabled, I have both Medicaid and Medicare. I could not ask for better care even with private insurance at a private practice. I’ve been fortunate enough to have the same FANTASTIC doc at CHC this whole time. Dr Perry is the BEST doc on the planet in my opinion. Or at least the best for me. There are many other excellent docs, PAs, and ARNPs to choose from also since you can’t have my doctor. There’s only been ONE provider in all these years that I had any issue with… and I reported her bad conduct to the clinic. My concerns were treated as valid and worthy of attention, and I never experienced any repercussions for voicing my concerns. That provider no longer works there. I’m a “high user” of healthcare. I have multiple chronic conditions that my doc helps me manage with a standing appointment every 3 months. Having those regular appointments has kept me out of the ER on countless occasions. I’m also an insistent asker of questions (aka a “PITA”) and often bring “the dreaded list” with me to appointments. It mostly keeps me on task, but I’ve never been made to feel rushed or shamed for doing so. EVERYONE I’ve ever interacted with—pharmacy, front desk, admin, medical assistants, dental, etc.— has also been *incredibly* good. ESPECIALLY the pharmacy staff. Every one of them has been competent, caring, and treated me with respect and kindness. Always. Everyone seems to be on the same page there. It’s a good page. The excellent care and service I get at CHC is in STARK contrast to the days before the ACA (“Obamacare”) when being on Medicaid meant *IF* you were able to find a doctor who would accept Medicaid, you’d get the bare minimum, substandard care, and an apathetic staff (including the doctor) who looked at you as “less than.” CHC is worlds away from that. I never had a long-term “relationship“ with any doctor anywhere before. The result of having that kind of stability and quality in my healthcare is PRICELESS. If my doctor at CHC ever retires, goes to work elsewhere, or moves far away… I will wrap myself around his leg and remain there until I’m pried off.

Positive experience: I've been a patient and CHC Edmonds for at least ten years and I could not be happier with the health care providers--doctors, nurses, dentists, dental hygienists, physical therapists, medical assistants--and the care I have received from them. Not to mention the top-notch referrals as needed. Every single person I've seen there brings a welcoming energy and positive attitude to the visit. And by all means, use the pharmacy if you can. The pharmacists are amazing. The issue that prevents me from giving it 5 stars is the patient portal which is fine for contacting staff with a question, but the patient/health records are pretty much worthless IMO. So plan on keeping your own records if you become a patient there.

My wife MLT negative is my insurance allows me one visit a month and I have to wait that long for next visit. I do recommend CHC very strongly .

Negative experience: This doctor wanted me to get an appointment to see me in-person for a simple medicine refill of cream previously prescribed to me at same clinic for some kind of skin irritation. I refused to pay for an unnecessary clinic visit that would have cost me money I didn’t have.

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love community. Health center of the home is county. Doctor Perry is the most awesome doctor ever been within for a super long time? Physical therapy group seems to be super. Awesome can hardly wait to see him again on Thursday.

Negative experience: Very disappointed with the provider that we saw last Saturday. Please hire somebody else that cares and do their job correctly like Dr. Kristin Obillo and Dr. Michelle Richards. How can you entrust your care with a provider that lacks diligence and does not read previous medical history and notes of the patient before entering the examination room. Please verify the patient's name and birthday too. I have to repeat myself to Ousman Jaiteh that I am not the patient, but my mom is. You don't even deserve one star.

Fantastic experience: So far I have no complaints. I really like and appreciate the care I get from Dr Perry and staff, plus the facility is always clean. I have been going to this same location for about 5+ years so I think this gives me time to give an honest review. And me being black appreciates the kindness they have even more so nowadays. I am always treated with respect and smiles but above all, Dr Perry cares about my health. I'm confident of that.
