Fantastic experience: Can’t say I’ve ever had a better time, or better result from a visit to a dentist. From the warm, friendly, and professional greeting and check-in by Taylor and Sarah, to the excellent molar crown I had put into my mouth by Dr. Tyler and Chanda, it was smooth sailing all the way. During the entire procedure, they made me feel right at home, even making me laugh, or singing to the music that was playing. While they were thoroughly professional and obviously aware of the time, I was very impressed with their open and friendly demeanor. My new tooth is wonderful; it looks and feels like one of my own. All-in-all it was an excellent experience; I can highly recommend this dental practice.

Fantastic experience: Went in found out I needed a root canal. I thought I was going to have to go to another DDS but Dr Lembo said he could do it right now and apply a cap as well. I was very glad he could perform both. Since then I have had absolutely no trouble and I’m super pleased with his work. Thx Doc!

Negative experience: I must say I'm very disappointed with how they handled the situation that Dr. Cook performed. I went in for a crown replacement but ended up having to get my tooth extracted.During the removal Dr. Cook fractured my tooth and had no remorse , compassion or wouldn't even acknowledge what he had done wrong. I cant remember his assistants name but she was definitely very nice and pleasant to me.Thanks to her! She saw that I was very upset and even wiped my tears as I cried. The practice even continued to request for me to pay more money, when I went in only expecting to pay $300 for just a crown replacement. They expected for me to pay almost $2000+ for the tooth extraction and an implant that I would have to get due to Dr. COOKS negligence. It would have been better if Dr. Cook at least acknowledged his wrong to me and worked out a better treatment plan for me to replace my tooth that he broke.Although they decided to not charge me for the extraction I felt that they could have least took off a good precentage off of the implant since this was his fault. This was my first interaction with him since the dentist that I was seeing there before left the practice. . I will not return to this office or recommend Dr. Cook to anyone. I am so hurt. Even when I returned to have my stitches taken out he didn't even come to speak to me. The sweet dental assistant took my stitches out. Im very upset because now I'm no longer confident to smile and now have to find a new dentist that is caring and has better customer service and professionalism.

Fantastic experience: I took my son in for a cleaning and evaluation to remove his wisdom teeth. Fabulous front desk staff!! I did not speak directly with a dentist but the hygienist who worked on my son was friendly and communicated next steps. It can be a gamble finding new practitioners but Belmont Dental was all around fantastic!

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love everyone who works here! They are not only nice, kind, considerate but also were super accommodating since my child care had fallen through and I had to bring my one-year-old son with me. The front desk staff played with him and watched him while I had my cleaning. Great experience!
Fantastic experience: Would give 6 stars if I could! Excellent customer service. My hygienist takes so much care when cleaning my teeth. She was very informative and listened to my concerns. The dentist also took great care to make sure I was properly cleaned and everything checked out. Also notable, the office is immaculate and modern! The front desk were all very friendly and quick to check me in. I would highly recommend this office all around!
Positive experience: Although the whitening treatment had great results, I was very disappointed with the customer service provided by Rachel. After placing the tray in my mouth, she never checked in to see how I was (the tray was rubbing my gums uncomfortably), and she left me for at least 30 minutes for the first round of treatment, LONG after the light went off. Finally another technician came in, saying that Rachel had told her to check on me. This lovely young woman finished the other 3 rounds, and made sure to put an alarm on her phone for 15 minutes for each round. At the very end, Rachel came back in saying how busy she had been, and when I told her that I was left for way longer than 15 minutes for the first round, she ignored my comment, and walked back out without an apology. Very disappointing. However I am very grateful for the excellent service by Shanda (spelling!). A simple apology for not paying attention to the time by Rachel would have made me feel seen and I would not be writing this. My time is very valuable too, and this procedure is expensive, and thus I expected more from Rachel.

Dr Tyler and his team of Christy, Kary and Tajuana were professional, kind and informative. The practice featured the latest in dental technology. Positive experience: This reply has my daughter’s name not mine and this is not her reply. Your office was beautiful, clean and spacious. The staff was courteous and professional. You offered a couple of plausible alternatives. The one I considered was a replacement traditional bridge. However that was where our wires got crossed. I asked what the cost might be for the bridge and you said $1000 to $1500. I could’ve misunderstood what that amount would provide. You had the tech prepare a quote. Mind you I had no intentions of holding you to figures you just popped out there. But I was completely shocked by the quote of $5600. I thought that was too much for a bridge where the abutments were already prepared. But it is your prerogative to set your prices along the scale of probable costs according to my research which is general. I’m sorry we didn’t come to an agreement because I think you have a fine operation. Thank you for the opportunity to participate in this survey.

Fantastic experience: Even after yesterday’s horrific storm, they handled their internet and phone issues with grace and still treated me well, instead of the issues taking priority. From the office personnel, hygienist to the dentist, everything went smoothly. Dr Cook was so gentle especially in giving me the numbing medication. The extraction was done in less than 10 minutes and was just so easy. We just recently moved to Belmont and I am always wary about having to get new doctors, but Belmont Dental was the best decision! Bravo, Belmont Dental and I thank you, Dr Cook, from the bottom of my heart! 6/5/2024 I just had more work done, and I can honestly say I won’t go anywhere else! In the past, I’ve had to have teeth extracted, so I could go to a new dentist to have it done, and if it went well, I old go further and become a patient of that practice. That’s exactly how I started out here, and for the first time in MANY years, I’ve stayed. :) From the front desk to Dr. Cook, everyone is amazing and caring. Thank you!!! 7/10/25 Just saw Dr. Cook for my cleaning and he is so awesome! He really puts the time in and cares about his patients. Everyone in the office is so nice and the hygienist is patient with my questions. This is the best dentist office I’ve ever been to. I can’t say enough!!!

Fantastic experience: Everything was perfect!! It was quite tge experience!! We were used to going to a, "Mom & Pop!" Dentist in New Jersey that we were pleased with Therefore, we looked and searched for a Mom and Pop here in NC. Instead we found Belmont Dental. My Husband and I absolutely ❤️ the visit. I am very particular about my wellness care providers, and I can say without pause, i have never had a better dental provider. Everything about this business is elite. Their front office staff is always pleasant and welcoming, my hygienist Beeca is absolutely wonderful, and Dr. Antonelli is awesome. Negative experience: To be positive the cap matches my tooth well. But this has still been the most painful dental procedure I’ve ever had. I’ve had extractions, root canal and a bridge. Slept through it. This experience gave me PTSD

I was welcomed when I arrived and also felt everyone from Cary to Becca and Dr. Cook were very thorough and explained everything very well. I have been having TMJ pain and was referred to another practice for that issue. I do have to have a crown replaced in the near future and have every confidence that all will go well. Fantastic experience: I am one that hates going to the dentist matter of fact. Until I started going to Belmont dental, it had been 9 years since I had been to the dentist. They give me a deep cleaning. So yeah, they were very surprised at how good of condition my teeth were in for how long it had been since i had been to the dentist. but ever since going to Belmont, dental, I have had so many compliments on my smile.

Negative experience: They are professional dentists and can preform your service effectively. However, I am still disappointed in my visit and overall experience. I am on a tight budget and requested to know what services were and were not covered by insurance with a predetermination. This was never done and they instead just showed me a treatment plan with a general outline of what they thought would be covered. I agreed to the service and 3 weeks later I am being charged more money for a service that was indeed not covered by my insurance that I would never have agreed to. Doing a predetermination like I wanted would have prevented this.
