Fantastic experience: My visit is always so pleasant. My hygienist Misty is always very personable and thorough and Dr. Amy is a top notch dentist and I always feel confident in the care I receive there. In addition the front desk staff is always welcoming and friendly.

Positive experience: A little bit of a wait time but overall had a great experience. My dental hygienist, Jamie, was so sweet and very gentle with my teeth cleaning and X-rays. Dr. Adam in addition to checking out my teeth smoothed out a small chip on one of my front teeth which I greatly appreciated!

Fantastic experience: I went in today for my cleaning. Jamie, my dental hygienist, is wonderful!!! She is personable and makes you feel comfortable right from the start! The office is always clean and they have movies on to watch while you get your work done. I absolutely love this dental office!

Fantastic experience: Dr Rowe is absolutely one of the best dentist I have ever had. She has performed extensive work in my mouth! I bit into a supposedly pitted date & cracked 2 teeth down the middle & cracked an old crown. Teeth had to be pulled, graphs put in gums for implants & crown repaired! I have never felt the numbing shots! She is so easy & compassionate when treating you. She is also very personable,and is straight up with you and what she thinks needs to be done. Dr Rowe is friendly and professional. So glad to have her as my dentist. Thank you for the great care you give me.

Fantastic experience: Baylee did an amazing job cleaning my teeth! She was very thorough and also very friendly. I would highly recommend her if you need your teeth cleaned. Also Dr. Amy was also amazing and answered all of my questions concerning my teeth. This is a great office to go to if you need a local dentist!

Negative experience: I just established a new Dentist after more than a year. March of 2022 I was involved in a root canal @ Hometown Family Dentistry. I was given a regiment of amoxicillin and after the procedure I was given a prescription for Clindamiacin. A week or so later I was admitted to the Braslton hospital with a diagnosis of an infection called C Diff. Three of the worst nights of my life. This is a horrible bacterial infection that is totally avoidable! It Robs your body of all strength and energy. After Doctors, Neurosergons, ENTs appointments and physical therapy for over a year, I am still not the same person, and at this point I don't think I will ever be the same. Still fighting with physical theropy @ Benchmark and workouts at Anytime fitness I have progressed very well as compared to my near death experience. The people @ Hometown Denteristy are nice people but I dare not give them a chance to make a mistake like that again.

Negative experience: I hope others have a better experience than me. Have a loose crown. Paid $320 for it to be fixed. Went back and they told me the tooth under the crown was bad so it could not be re cemented. $2,200 for a bridge then try selling a $450 care plan with it. I was offered a partial refund about 50% for my visit. I tried to just take it and walk away but it didn't sit right and I got into a argument over a full refund. I am sorry to the lady I was arguing with I know we all have jobs and have to do stuff we are not happy with but at the same time my morals won't accept it. I personally do not charge people for jobs that can't be done or take payment for unsatisfied work. Wish our world was a better place. If the lady that had to deal with me sees this again I am sorry i know its just part of your job but it is also not right to charge for something you can't do.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Rowe, Dr. Chen, Caitlyn and Baylee are awesome. You can't find better anywhere else! Very caring and gentle, no pain whatsoever, honest and informative while they work, and very fun.

She continues to keep me comfortable as they work hard to allow me to maintain the health of my remaining nearly 83 yo teeth (still have more than 50%, Praise the Lord!). POST 2 -- APRIL 2024 Just had my cleaning, X-rays and exam. Hygienist Misty was fantastic. Dr. Noris cares just as Dr. Amy David has been for me. And what can I say about that Front Desk Staff? Each of them are always so pleasant. I can not be any more excited to know that I'm always welcome there. Here it is May 2025 and I'm still super stoked about Hometown! Doctor Rowe is currently my personal "best" dentist! She is very knowledgeable and caring. So sweet, too. And I simply 'love' my Hygienist, Misty Callahan. SUPER!!! She is so friendly and very gentle.

Fantastic experience: I have an adult mentally challenged sister. This is the ONLY Dentist I will take her to! They are so kind, gentle, and do their best to make her feel comfortable! My sister especially loves a particular assistant(Caitlyn). She is just the sweetest person ever!!!

Negative experience: I really didn’t enjoy it. I was very disappointed. I’ve gone twice a year for cleaning/check ups for 20 years. I missed one appointment back last fall and here.lam a year later and all of a sudden I’m needing deep cleaning because there’s issues with every tooth under the gum line, but I’ve never heard this before in all my other visits. Very surprised that doing my normal brushing cleaning routine and now I’m having what sounds like major issues Other than that,my teeth have felt fine
