Fantastic experience: Today I went in for my consultation to discuss an upcoming procedure. From start to finish I was greeted with the upmost respect. Everyone was very nice and helpful. They made sure that I was comfortable and understood every step of my upcoming procedure. I went in filled with anxiety and walked out with such peace of mind. I highly recommend affordable dentures and implants!

Fantastic experience: We had a truly wonderful experience at Affordable Dentures. My mom needed a lower partial and has gone a few years without molars, so we weren’t sure what to expect. We were pleasantly surprised that they were not only able to help her, but they made her partial the same day. I honestly thought it would take weeks! The office is clean, and the staff is kind, helpful, and genuinely caring. While you may have to wait past your appointment time because they stay busy, the wait is absolutely worth it. Patience is the key and you will save lots of money over other places. The quality and speed of their work really impressed us. I had taken my mom to two other prosthodontists before, but the prices were astronomical. They wanted to do implants and all of this very expensive work. We received prices from $18,000-$35,000 at other places and sat through several consolidations. It left my mother feeling defeated as these costs were out of reach. Affordable Dentures provided excellent care at a much more reasonable cost. Her partial was $600 and her denture was under $2,000. They too have many choices and the prices I’m giving you are not apples to apples, but the goal of having replacement teeth was accord at an affordable price. This was actually our second experience with them she had her upper denture made here two years ago and they are just as good as new. My mom loves them. We went with low expectations and were impressed! Please don’t go with the expectations of a big sales pitch, long consultations with high fees, but rather a mindset of how can I achieve implants, partials and dentures at a price I can afford. If you’re looking to be wined and dined with coffee and tea in the waiting room, fancy office this is not the place. However if you are will to be patient and want something that is affordable this is the place. Don’t go in debt or use your retirement or life savings as this place will help you achieve your goals for your dental needs. Highly recommend and impressed. Suggestions for Affordable Dentures: Please consider painting the waiting room check in window wall the same color as the check out area with the same sign! The check out area as seen in my first photo is beautiful and it would look so nice in the waiting area too. Adding some classical music to the waiting area can really change how people experience the space and help with uplifting attitudes of those waiting, maybe even a sign good things come to those who wait thank you for your patience. hahah. LOVE the remodel it looks so beautiful! Well done. Thank you for helping so many people. Your company is helping many people have a quality of life they couldn’t otherwise afford. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: As always the Staff was kind and knowledgeable. They are all very professional and know what they’re doing. With an appointment the wait was very short. Waiting on my Dentures now, same day service. It doesn’t take as long as it used to for them to be made. In 2016 had impressions made first thing in morning. Went home came back at three pm and picked them up. Now they tell you not to leave it will be ready soon. I couldn’t have asked for better service. Thanks to all of you at Affordable Dentures Greenville , SC Sorry I missed you Dr. Ray The young Doctor that was with me today you can be very proud of.

Positive experience: The first fitting was bad. The technician was aggravated because the dentures would not fit. She would not listen to my telling her where it hurt. The dentures cut my young while eating after leaving the office. The next visit was great. The technician listened to the descriptions and made adjustments to avoid cutting my tongue. The Area is to sore to use the dentures, but if I can get the 2 nd technician, I have high hope os a good fitting. The teeth match great and look good

Positive experience: I’ve been dealing with them for way over a year and I still can’t wear my bottom denture. And the top denture feels okay but it feels like I have a wad of silly putty in my mouth. Everything is just too big. I have explained this over and over but I get no where. I can actually eat better with no dentures in. I feel like I need new impressions made(I do have a small mouth) and be re fitted for another set period. If I had known it was going to be like this I would have never had this done. The staff has been amazing but Dr Ray actually cussed at me at one of my appointments!! Having all my teeth pulled was very painful and the dentist that pulled them was not very kind. Once again, I feel like this should be made right by me. Dentures aren’t cheap. I was just there this week for another adjustment and it’s still not right.

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient for over 20 plus years and I’ve never had an issue that they didn’t resolve quickly and respectfully. I would highly recommend them if you’re having any dental work done from pulling a single tooth, multiple teeth or all of your teeth. They are very professional and will go over your many options they have, no matter what your situation is, they listen and cater to your specific individual needs. Dr. Ray is the BEST AND IT’S COMPLETELY AFFORDABLE. The Nurses are awesome as well. They work as a team and very simultaneously with one another to provide the BEST CARE!!!!

Negative experience: Do not go here. They said I didnt have an alveoplasty done after another provider did my full extractions, well I went and had a 3d image scanned to see was the surface smooth and was it actually done and the new denture place showed me where the oral surgeon did my alveo. They lied to get more money from me . They never sent the graph over to my oral surgeon or anything. They phantom charged my medicaid for the visit and did NOTHING. MEDICAID AND ALL INSURANCE providers have been contacted to look into an audit.

Positive experience: Good quality services, friendly staff, and a clean facility. The repair time is way too long, at least four to five hours. Be prepared to drop off and come back for any denture repair. I don't like that if you have a warranty, you can't go to any other AD for repairs under your warranty. You have to go to the one where you got your dentures from. If you go to another one, you have to pay out of pocket. I didn't know that until after I got my dentures. That's a huge disadvantage. Especially since one is just 14 miles from me.

Positive experience: Dr Ray and his assistant were excellent. The assistant informed me of the exact procedure. My only complaint was office seemed to have too many appointments scheduled for the morning session. I waited in the waiting room for over an hour before I was called to be seen.

They didn't just pop them in my mouth and send me on my way. I have had partials before but I can definitely say these are the best fitting ones I've ever had. I have never had partials that I could automatically speak well after they were put in,but with these I could. I would recommend their services to anyone needing dentures. Thank you.

Negative experience: Nice staff. COULDN'T GET ME IN FOR MY FIRST ADJUSTMENT FOR 6 WEEKS. I had a partial plate made. After wearing it a few days, I noticed it was causing some pain. It took numerous phone calls over several days to get someone to answer the phone. They couldn't get me in for an adjustment for 6 weeks. Customer service is as bad as it gets.

Fantastic experience: I was taken in on an emergency appointment and seen right away. The office staff is very professional and knowledgeable about the insurance. The assistant was attentive and great with my aftercare instructions as well as setting my next appointment. The dentist was very cordial and professional. The facility was clean and orderly. Fantastic experience: I went today and had 14 teeth pulled..dr..sexton was great ..very kind spoken and explained everything about getting and wearing the new temporary dentures and answered all my questions..his assistant Sophia was great also ..she explained all my instructions for when I got home..the only problem I’m having is trying to get used to holding them in my mouth without them falling out and learning how to talk correctly lol..but I think once the pain and swelling has gone away and gone down it will probably be a lot easier trying to train my tongue to go forward and not back when I open my mouth to talk..but the temporary dentures look great and I’m sure they will fit correctly like I said once the swelling and numbness has gone away..thank you to dr sexton and Sophia and the staff and the technician that actually made the dentures ..I’ve got my smile back and I don’t have to walk around holding my hand over my mouth from embarrassment and shame ..i know I will now get my self esteem back and my self worth and just feel good about myself again something I haven’t felt in a very long time ..so thank you to everyone at affordable dentures on Augusta rd in Greenville sc..I will definitely be recommending. Fantastic experience: Went in on August 1st for full mouth extractions and immediate dentures . Everyone was very kind and did an amazing job . Dr ray walked me through the process before he started and calmed my nerves he did an amazing quick job on all of my extractions and barley had any pain afterwards I had some swelling as normal but overall I’m doing great ! My top immediate dentures are great but I still can’t wear my bottoms but they are fixing the problem and making me a whole new bottom denture ! Everyone needs to remember getting dentures is a learning journey and it takes a long time to adjust and heal properly be kind and patient with yourself and staff !

Negative experience: The most terrible experience of my life, they do not care how you feel, have tried to get my dentures to fit right several times , but they do very minimal and scoot you right on out. would liked to have upgraded before final dentures were made but weren't even discussed with me. horrible teeth. cheap made and look it. When my insurance pays for a new set, I will definitely go somewhere else. I do not even call anymore because what's the point. My partial broke, and it took 2 weeks to get my appointment and another one to get them repaired, and then they were not the same and were very bulky I still can't wear them very long, always had to wait 30 minutes or longer even though I had an appointment. When I had my extractions done, it hurt so bad that I cried out, and the guy doing it told me to be quiet because they had other patients. Very traumatic! I had blood all over my face, and they stuck the temporary ones in my mouth and said goodbye. This is at the Augusta Rd office in Greenville S.C.

Positive experience: I was a few minutes late for my appointment because of road construction on the way there. But, that didn't make any difference because of how busy they were. One of the Dr's was out today and they were short staffed, so the wait time was much, much longer than normal. They were so busy with patients that the staff didn't even get a lunch break. But that doesn't mean that they didn't do a comprehensive exam, because they did. The Dr explained everything to me and what needed to be done, either for implants or dentures. He asked me if I had a estimates from other Dentists. I told him that I had a few more estimates that were for more than twice what theirs was. All with the same treatment plan as theirs. The reason for the 4 stars and not 5 was for how long the wait time was. My appointment was at 10:15 and I waited for almost an hour and a half before I was seen. Other patients, were yelling at the staff over the wait time. The chief of staff, told the patient to apologize to the employee, lower his voice, or he was going to be dismissed and never allowed back. I really appreciated that because it was upsetting me and the other patients waiting.

Negative experience: I have a procedure coming up was just trying to get the right information for my insurance company. I spoke with the person a couple of times and seeing that the person got irritated because I’m trying to explain what my insurance company needed from them very unprofessional.

Negative experience: I really wish y'all Would buy new seats for the lobby, it really looks nasty and it's been there for a while, I hate sitting in those chairs and I really wish y'all would get air fresheners it just don't smell clean in there. Clean with some pine and Bleach and this is a on going situation I've been dealing with you guys for years and that's my passion cleaning I'll do it as a side job for you all, but you're gonna have to replace that furniture in that lobby have a Blessed Day♥️♥️

Negative experience: Extra long wait times.. unprofessional staff.. terrible customer service.. they don’t answer the phones or return calls.Dr Ray was nice and knowledgeable but his assistant was not friendly and seemed agitated and rushed…

Positive experience: This was my first time going, and it went well. I got an extraction done, which literally took less than 3 minutes. Most of the staff and doctor was pleasant, but whoever that lady that handles the payment process could do more better with her customer service skills. So my insurance was denied because it wasn’t from my job, it’s insurance from the affordable healthcare plan. However, if it would have been from my job, they would have accepted it. She had this smirk on her face when she handed me my card back as if I wasn’t going to be able to pay. Fortunately, I had other options! She did tell me what I needed to do to get a reimbursement after I had paid. So shortly after I had left, I called my insurance company to answer some questions I had, and about the reimbursement process. I got the questions I needed and went on line to file a claim, and needed information from the office. I called back up there to get the information, and I’m not sure if it was the same lady at the payment window, but whoever it was said they couldn’t give me the information I needed from them. So I told them the information I needed was necessary for reimbursement. So, finally after two tries, I got what I needed! I was going to go back and get more work done, but because how I was treated I’m going to pass, and go to my regular dentist and get it done. Poor customer service can and will ruin the outcome of a return visit.

Fantastic experience: Wheew!! 10 out of 10 I would most definitely recommend Affordable Dentures for your dental care needs. The staff is so kind and assertive. I had a tooth extracted I was sooo nervous!!!! Dr. Walker and staff made that extraction quick and painless!!! I will be back at affordable dentures for any and all of my dental care needs❣️❣️❣️

Positive experience: I went into Affordable Dentures with my brother (from a nursing facility), for a consultation. The wait was lengthy and the waiting room was very cold. However, the doctor and staff were great. We will be returning for the complete treatment.

Fantastic experience: Make sure to schedule an appointment on a day that you have nothing to do, the wait is 1-2 hours long. But other than that my experience was great. I got an extraction and it was painless 10/10

Negative experience: When I sat in the chair for a new impression, I had my old dentures in ,well the dentist said I don't see a point making top dentures if ur not gpin to get the lower ones ..I'm thinking..what sarcastic, so I'm like we'll I am on a fixed income,,so let that slide,,then I believe he use a bigger tray than what was used before..the top impression came bk and fid not fit..there so big and tick I can't wear them ! I'm like can u not use the dentures yall made that I'm wearnow..of course not! Either way I'm so mad ,they are not my gums and they don't know how it feels to come do this and they expect u to wear and ne happy with whatever they do I went in yesterday for tje adjustment well the left side in the bk the teeth are pushing against my jaw line and biting on my cheek ..the girl did all she could and still biting my cheek and when I move my jaw left to right is pressed hard on my jaw line well she saved the whole far right in the back completely off ,,the left side is good it has that curve in the back this time she took the whole curve off ,,yhey tell me I should get use to them and pressed me to wear them I feel embarrassed the teeth I bn wearing for 9 yrs are broken and fit way better so how she gonna tell me I need to get use to them !!! My certificate says 8f they don't meet my expectations then I get a refund..but when u sit in the chair in the back on the wall it says no refund?? What is goin on

Negative experience: The staff and doctor are friendly and I chose Affordable Dentures because their dentures are affordable and look nice. I chose the Ultimate and this is my second time getting them. My first pair of dentures were made a lot better than my second pair. This second pair is horrible and I've had some adjustments made on them and remade the lower denture but still the upper and lower dentures not made correctly. I'm very disappointed with my dentures.

Positive experience: They are very busy!! However , After couple of years of having my Snap on ventures when I have an issue with the snaps, they get me in as soon as possible. I am surprised that with all the customers they have . I feel like they know me and I only go there every once in a while .

Fantastic experience: Great service and easy to deal with. And they all smile. I have steel plate in my jaw. My bottom jaw is not aligned correctly with my top jaw. No one else would even attempt to make me new dentures. Even with this in play, they went to work and they made me the most comfortable set of dentures I've ever had. And my teeth align again.
