Fantastic experience: EADG is absolutely top notch! I had a very unpleasant experience with a dental group in Huntsville and so now I would rather drive four hours to see Dr. Riley or Dr. Thompson at EADG knowing that the service I will get there is caring, hygienic, professional and friendly. Christie, the hygienist I see is absolutely fabulous, with a kind and gentle touch, and the whole team really does go above and beyond!!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Riley and staff were very professional and made my experience great. I was missing multiple teeth and had gone to 2 other dentists several years ago. One wanted to sell me very expensive implants. The other wanted to pull all my remainig teeth, most of them, and give me a full set of implants. I couldn't afford either. I put it off untill this spring. Dr. Riley seemed surprised and suggested saving my teeth. He did some restorative things and a bridge. The result is just amazing. And most of this qualified for insurance. Instead of shelling out $15,000 +, my share was very reasonable. I highly recommend these folks. I would absolutely do it again and had I known I would have done it several years ago.

Negative experience: Did my new patient paperwork ahead of time and my appointment was scheduled in August, called this morning about a crisis I had Friday night, I woke up out my sleep and went to use the bathroom and fell over my face with blood and flesh coming out my mouth, I called the office and they didn’t care to see me and didn’t show sympathy or really care … not the type of dentist office I want, will be calling to cancel my appt. Receptionist didn’t even try to look at the schedule, just automatically said we are out of appointments

Negative experience: Do not go to this dentist!! Everyone seems fairly nice here, but they shouldn’t be in business. They just want your money!! I am 22 years old with very healthy teeth, yet they told me I had 12 cavities?!?! I went to a different dentist who re-checked everything and actually showed me the photos and x-rays where I only have 2 cavities. On top of that, my teeth cleaning here was very painful! The lady made my mouth bleed so much to the point where I had to rinse my mouth about 10 times just to get it all out. Personally, I have never had that much bleeding before at a teeth cleaning. Anyways, I really do not recommend this place!!!

Fantastic experience: The entire staff is simply awesome! We had to reschedule a number of times due to the weather and they worked so hard to see me and my two children together. Although my son has to come back for follow up care, he was very appreciative of the hygienist taking time to educate him on his teeth and the impact of wearing braces. Because they took the time to explain to him “the why” of the importance of brushing before bed and flossing, he is committed to doing better with caring for his teeth.

Fantastic experience: The accommodation and quickness with which they addressed my son's issue was actually quite spectacular. I did not expect to be able to get to the root of the cause so quick and get referred to such a great facility as we did. Doctors were awesome, got the problem figured out quickly and sent us on our way. Great experience from both sides of the coin. 5 out of 5 recommend.
