Fantastic experience: Update: PERFECT DEEP TEETH CLEANING!!! My first visit was spectacular! Haley is the bomb.com. I hope she’s my hygienist every single visit. I’m sure other hygienists are great too. Everyone seems so nice. Dr. Friendman is nice too! I’m excited to start my dental hygiene journey with Sharon Springs Dental on Peachtree Parkway. Stacey was amazing!!! She taught me so much about dental health. I’ve requested Stacy for each visit. I love Sharon Dental. Update 09/18: I just had another teeth cleaning and it was superb! I love Sharon Springs and my hygienist, Stacy.

Fantastic experience: New patient here and really appreciate all the communication during my visit. Very transparent with fees and the best part was my hygenist, Sam, numbed me and made my deeper cleaning much easier to tolerate. Definitely recommend Still happy! My visit went smoothly and Leza numbed me and was very gentle! I love that they numb me before each cleaning, it makes it so much better! Love Dr Friedman and the hygienists here!

Update: I had another cleaning at Sharon Springs dental today and as usual it was wonderful! Shannon cleaned my teeth and she was so fun, personable and had me laughing! I have decided to move my children here because I know they will be so comfortable here as well. I have seen Dr Friedman now for a few years and continue to feel very comfortable with him and Athena! I recently dealt with needing a root canal. Dr Friedman and Crisly worked so patiently with me and always made me feel at ease through their side of the tooth issue. Sam was amazing at looking into helping me with the best financial plans through the process. Needless to say, I am very happy at Sharon Springs Dental! Sharon Springs dental is wonderful! I stated a few years ago that I followed Athena here from another practice as she is gentle on the gums and I enjoy the conversation with her. Dr Friedman is friendly, gentle on the teeth and personable. Crisly is part of the staff who comes and sits with you and does everything in her power to make you feel comfortable when needed. The ladies at the front desk, especially Kristie, are friendly, helpful and patient. These ladies have worked to help me find ways to afford payments on items and procedures.

Negative experience: I have purchased $5000 worth of Invisalign treatment, and after getting very unprofessional and mean comments from the dentist I did not wanna see him again and they did not let me pick up my last set of retainers that I have payed for. Dentist made me very uncomfortable, staff and the manager is not helpful.

Negative experience: I’m extremely disappointed and frustrated with the experience my wife had at this dental office. She was misled about the cost of treatment, and they took advantage of her trust. She went in for what was supposed to be a routine cleaning, for the first visit and and was quoted $99 They rushed her into signing paperwork without fully explaining the cost, and then hit her with a much higher bill than expected.

Fantastic experience: Just did my new 6 month visit and I am still very HAPPY! My cleaning wasn't painful at all! I had gotten a little laxed in my dental care. I have super sensitive gums and they informed of what i need to do and get back on track with. Everything was explained thoroughly and shown with visual backup! The Sharon Springs Dental Team is amazing, friendly and professional with that personal touch! My hygenist ROCKS! Excited for the next steps in my dental journey!! The front desk team is A-Mazing!

Fantastic experience: Sharon Spring Dental is amazing! I’ve seen Stacy for a while and she’s always been the best and taken such great care of me!

Negative experience: We’ve been repeatedly contacted by phone, email, and text every week to schedule appointments six months in advance, which feels excessive and frankly unrealistic. It’s difficult to know our availability that far ahead, and the pressure to commit so early is frustrating. Most recently, my parents had to urgently travel to India for a family emergency, and we gave four weeks’ notice to cancel the appointments, yet we were still charged $400 for all four of us. That level of notice should have been more than sufficient, especially given the circumstances. We were also told that insurance would “most likely” cover my sealants, which turned out not to be true. No one clearly communicated that we’d be paying out-of-pocket until after the procedure, which is unacceptable. We were left to pay for something we didn’t agree to under informed consent. If your policies are truly so clear, then why are we being called multiple times to schedule? One reminder is understandable, but five separate contacts over months just to book an appointment feels like pressure, not service. That doesn’t feel like patient care, it feels like a way to ensure financial gain. Maybe $400 doesn’t seem like a lot to your practice, but it is to us. We’re a family doing our best to take care of our health, and to be met with unexpected charges and a lack of flexibility in a time of personal emergency is genuinely disappointing.

Fantastic experience: My dentist of many years finally retired. He was an excellent dentist and an awesome person. Although another dentist was taking over his practice, I decided that I would look around and consider a practice closer to my home. I researched and chose Sharon Springs Dental. In one word.....WOW!!! I love this place! Customer service is important to me and I understand very well that I can chose whatever dentist I want to visit. This place is my new home (OK, maybe "dental home"). The entire staff is friendly and helpful. When I initially walked in to discuss my initial appointment I spoke with Mary and Peyton. They both made me feel very welcome. Colleen took excellent care of me when I finally came in for my appointment and took the time to thoroughly explain things. And of course, Dr. Y is simply awesome! Clearly, this is a practice that understand that customer service matters. The office is extremely clean and here's what I really liked....technology! My previous dentist was excellent and I had no idea what I was missing out on in terms of dental technology. Dr. Y and her team are up to date and they explain everything in simple terminology. If you are even considering looking for a new dentist just give Dr. Y and try. You have nothing to lose and maybe something special to gain. I highly recommend this practice! 5/31/2023 - Update I finally got back here. Dr. Friedman is excellent. Stacey was my hygienist and was great. 6/11/2024 Routine cleaning today. As usual, the staff was wonderful! Stacey is simply the best. And Dr. Friedman is friendly and an excellent dentist. 12/12/2024 Another excellent visit. Theses folks continue to impress. Come see this dentist (and the great staff). 6/16/2025 Another routine visit with excellent service. This practice never disappoints. If you haven't tried this place...you shpuld.
