Fantastic experience: Kristi Jones: If you are looking for a dentist, STOP and go to 21st Century. You will not be disappointed ever again. This team is top notch first class in everything they do. I have been with my previous dentist dor 27 years but the experiences just continued to grow worse over the years. I was in search of a new dentist office and I found 21st Century online. I am so glad I did. From the date of scheduling the appointment until the time of completion they treat you like ROYALTY. Dr. Bristow is funny but she knows her stuff. She is kind and knowledgeable. Aide Nunez my hygienist was so warm and welcoming. They both spent their time with me going over things that I never even knew was happening or could be completed with my teeth. They are very professional, kind, courteous, polite and friendly. They make you feel welcomed. The cleanliness, and ambiance if the office is amazing. The TV screen on top of the ceiling when you lean back flat is an extra touch that I have never experienced. I loved every minute of it. They even gave me a thank you gift bag after my visit was done. All of this for a teeth cleaning. I can't wait until my next visit which will be soon. My daughter is also coming.

Fantastic experience: 21st Century feels like “the dentist of the stars”. The facility is beautiful. The staff are friendly, attentive and professional. They attend to every detail, above and beyond. They explain what’s about to happen every step of the way and make me feel like a VIP. Dr. Roy and Natalie solved an extremely disruptive mouth issue for me. Rachel at the front desk greeted me with the biggest smile and quickly got me set up within a few minutes for my appointment. Lauren escorted me back and was a huge help in explaining everything in detail from the work being done along with all my additional questions. Dr. Bristow was fantastic in her precision and insured I was comfortable throughout the whole process. She’s is truly a magician with her tools. Fantastic experience: The care that 21st Century takes is awesome. Husband is very anxious, and does well with their sedation dentistry. I have some difficult roots, and was able to be seen for a consult, and had a root canal same day. The small details matter, and this office delivers. From a blanket, or darkened glasses, to music and a milkshake. We appreciate Dr. Roy and his staff so much that we travel over an hour to our appointments. Amended to add: The whole family are now patients. The hygienists are friendly and thorough!

Our waiting time was short before a young lady escorted us to another state of the art treatment room. I never felt like I was in a dental office. Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to 21st for close to 20 years. Their customer care and quality of dentistry is by far the best I’ve ever experienced. It’s hard to imagine going to any other dental office in the metroplex.

Negative experience: After being loyal patients at 21st Century dental Clinic for nearly 7 years, I’m deeply disappointed by how our recent billing situation was handled. This is not about refusing to pay, it’s about the lack of proper communication and accountability. We clearly informed the clinic about our insurance change, yet we were never told that the insurance included a missing tooth clause that would deny coverage. Instead, we were hit with a surprise bill of over $900, with no prior explanation or updated estimate. Only after questioning the charges did we receive a $200 “courtesy” discount which felt minimal considering the error was on the clinic’s end. Katherine, who has been handling this situation, either doesn’t understand the issue at hand or is purposefully avoiding it because it’s clear the clinic was at fault. Rather than acknowledging even half the responsibility, the blame was placed entirely on us. A simple heads-up about the clause would have at least prepared us financially. $900–$1000 is not a small amount to be blindsided with.For context, we’ve spent thousands at this clinic over the years. So if anything, our record shows we’ve been responsible and trusting patients. The clinic’s unwillingness to take meaningful accountability and the dismissive tone in response to our concerns made it clear to us that our loyalty didn’t matter. Unfortunately, we’ve decided not to visit 21st Century Dental Clinic anymore. I hope this feedback encourages the clinic to improve communication and take better ownership of their mistakes in the future.

Fantastic experience: I went with my friend for moral support while he had a broken tooth extracted. The entire staff was extremely kind and attentive, specifically the dental assistant Natalie, Dr. Roy, and Felicia who presented financials. Very clean atmosphere, beautiful office, and my friend even left with a Braum’s milkshake (talk about luxury dentistry). Oh, and nitrous is offered at no cost for any procedure. They truly know how to help put people with dental anxiety at ease. What a great experience from an outsider looking in!

Fantastic experience: I have recently moved to Dallas and ended up having severe toothache within couple of weeks. I was bit hesitant to book appointment but I really had a good treatment provided by 21st Century Dental. Excellent Treatment by Dr. Kumar and Beatriz helped me understand everything and made us feel home throughout the treatment provided. Anna was very supportive in explaining the financial details. Treatment is not overpriced and the treatment/support being provided justifies the fees.

Fantastic experience: Think of a luxury, all inclusive resort, but for your dental health. This place exceeded my expectations, ESPECIALLY Aide! Aide was my hygienist and let me tell you, that young lady definitely is passionate about her profession and patients. The patient care she provided was as exceptional as Chick-fil-A’s customer service, actually more. From the moment you walk in, the experience is captivating. The office is beautiful and the energy from the ladies in the front is positive and welcoming. If anyone in this establishment was having an off or bad day, you wouldn’t know because they are just full of positive vibes. But who wouldn’t be when you work in such a great environment. The overall flow of the appointment was seamless, perfection in my eyes. It’s exhausting when you have an appointment and have to repeat yourself multiple times to many different people. Or your paperwork is ignored. Here they review your paper work thoroughly and it is clear they communicate amongst one another about the patient and care. They are soooo accommodating, I can not stress it enough, they want you to feel comfortable and are willing to educate you on everything. Aide explained a lot about my dental health without speeding through things, she took her time with me. This is very important to me. I want to know what’s going on with my health, the whys, the what to expect and the what not do dos. I felt comfortable to be honest about my dental hygiene routine and was not ridiculed in any form, but was motivated to do better. I just want to say thank you to the team, to everyone involved. I’m happy to be a patient here. Update: Life got in the way and I had neglected my oral hygiene appointments, but coming back felt like returning to a place that genuinely cares. This time, Tori was my hygienist and she was incredible.. thorough, gentle, and super informative. She explained everything as we went along, which I really appreciated because I need to understand what’s going on. I have a deep fear of the unknown when it comes to my health, and this team never makes me feel like a burden for asking “why” or “how.” They actually encourage it. That’s rare. What continues to set this office apart is the way they treat you with patience, respect, and total transparency. Every step is communicated, every concern is acknowledged, and you never feel rushed. The vibe is still as positive and welcoming as I remember, and honestly, whether I was in-network, out-of-network, or paying out of pocket, this would still be my go-to place. Forget the big chain dental offices, this one will change your entire view of what dental care should feel like.

They take great care of me here. The cleanings are painless and I leave with whiter teeth than I could do at home. When they take the x-rays, they explain what they see, any preventive measures to take, and talk to you like a friend explaining everything in layman's words. They're efficient, always on time, extremely helpful and kind. Their hygienists are amazing and Dr. Bristow has the best "bed-side" manner. The staff treats you like family and Dr. Roy’s depth of skill is unmatched. I’ve been seeing Lil, my hygienist, for many years and she is gifted in her craft and her care for her patients. I can’t recommend highly enough! Give them a visit and join their family!

Fantastic experience: Pennie, who has been working on fixing my very challenging teeth, is a top-notch orthodontic professional! She’s amazingly supportive, kind, friendly and informative. I knew nothing about orthodontia, but now, through Pennie, I know a lot about how messed up my teeth really were. She explained each step she was taking, how it would affect my teeth, the upcoming steps and what the result of ALL THOSE RUBBER BANDS would be. She frequently asked if I had any questions or concerns. As new tooth movement issues arose, Pennie dug in and worked even harder. Nothing fazed her. I really felt like a partner on the trip to straighter teeth and I know she wants nothing but success for me. I have been so blessed to have Pennie take care of my teeth and know the end result will be fabulous!

Fantastic experience: My 2 front teeth were cracking/decay. And Dr. ROY and his God fearing assistant JANET did an OUTSTANDING, I mean gentle, no pain, no discomfort procedure. And Janet got me to watch THE FORGE..a must see!. And Felicia Doctor Roy's financial genius knew exactly how to coach me with my payment, so that it benefited my current financial position. The last few years has been orally difficult always something. But today I can say Dr. ROY and his team gave me a new smile

Positive experience: I called to schedule an appointment was seen extremely quick, which is great and verified insurance with receptionist. I have always had an insurance that covers cleanings 100% twice a year I assumed that was standard. Receptionist stated they are out of network unless it is a PPO. I do have a PPO. I went to my appointment got my cleaning and was charged upon checkout. Not sure what I’ve charged for. I had an additional $25 credit with them as a new patient and that was used as well again no clue what I was charged for. Sent a follow up email asking for an itemized receipt overall good office. Great people communication could be better. Looking for a new dentist. Would not have minded remaining a patient. But with the work I would like done. I do not want to be blindsided by the cost after completion.

Fantastic experience: I’m a new patient at 21st Century Dental and I had a wonderful experience! My new patient intake was so incredibly thorough. Lots of scans, photos, and history taken so they can keep an eye on things over time. Tori was my hygienist and she was the BEST! This is the first time I went to the dentist and felt like I understood the “why” of everything. We looked at my photos together and she explained everything with so much detail and in terms I could understand. She also made sure I was comfortable throughout the appointment, which I appreciated since dental cleanings aren’t always the most comfortable thing haha. The doctor was wonderful as well and did not rush things with me! I highly recommend Tori, especially if you are a nervous patient, she is non-judgmental and really cares about your experience.
