Fantastic experience: My kid (almost 2) is a fighter when it comes to brushing teeth. All of the staff were so nice and understanding and didn’t make me feel like it was an inconvenience that my kid was fighting so bad. They got the cleaning done super fast so it wasn’t prolonged agony and they made sure the teeth were clean and healthy. Every other dentist office told me they don’t do the cleaning if the child acts like mine, so I’m thankful for Children’s Dentistry!

Fantastic experience: I really love how they took all 4 of my children in the same hour to have their teeth cleaned! I come from Wetumpka to Selma because they are the only dentist office that provides such hospitality to my babies & again sees all 4 in the same day!! This is by far the ABSOLUTE BEST dentist office in the state to use!!!!!

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love Children’s Dentistry of Alabama. They always take the best care of boys. My youngest has been a patient from the start and my oldest lost his dentist. I was telling them and they set him up and seen him while taking care of my youngest. I will make the hour and 15 minute drive anytime.

Positive experience: The service is exceptional they really do seem to care they were able to extract two teeth today for my six-year-old without a single tear however they neglected to inform me that they were aware that my insurance had last and surprised me with a large copay after check-in we were able to sort it all out and get it taken care of but it was very inconvenient and wasted about an hour and a half of my day other than that highly recommend it

Fantastic experience: I was referred to this office by my kids original dentist office since they were 2. They are now 5 and 6. Also the 6 year old has Autism. When I say they went above and beyond to make sure my daughter was comfortable. I’m grateful. Both of my kids have anxiety when it comes to doctors period. I really love this dentist office. I’m even making this my kids dentist office from now on.

From the moment we walked in, the entire staff was warm and welcoming, putting both myself and my children at ease immediately. The waiting room is perfectly designed with lots of sitting room. The dentist was incredibly gentle, patient, and took the time to explain everything in a way that made my kids feel comfortable. My youngest was a little nervous, but they reassured him and made him comfortable, which really calmed him down. The office is spotless, modern, and equipped with the latest technology, which made the whole experience & filling out paperwork even better. We were in and out without long wait times, and they gave us helpful tips on maintaining good dental hygiene in a fun way. I highly recommend the Selma office if you’re looking for a caring, knowledgeable, and child-friendly dentist. We’ll definitely be returning for regular check-ups!

They were on point from the first call I made from scheduling his new patient appointment to walking out the door. They were encouraging, knowledgeable, respectful, answered all of our questions, and walked him through every single part of his treatment. My son walked in the door terrified of a dentist office BUT walked out with all the confidence in the world that he had just conquered a major fear because the staff and physicians instilled that in him today. I encourage anyone that is looking for a pediatric dentist to call them. I will gladly make the 2 hour and 45 minute drive at any point in time to receive amazing care like that! Give them a call!!

Negative experience: Everything went smooth and fast, but didn't gave any explanation on how was my son experience, also my son told me that he thought that doctor took a tooth out, I was NOT informed about it, he was in so much pain that I had to stop at the pharmacy to buy some medication for pain, and notice, that was it, tooth was out, in previous visits when the nurse came out with my son, I was informed about a tooth being taken out so I immediately got some medication, I'm just asking next time to be informed of the plan for that visit, thank you.
