Fantastic experience: Very clean place. The hygienist was very nice to my daughter. She knows how to work with kids of every age. Even when a kid is scared she works wonderfully in keeping them calm. I would recommend.

Fantastic experience: Today is October 8th 2025 I'm reviewing bellmead pediatrics dentistry because I love how everyone here is with my son, he is 4 years old now he's been coming since Dr Francis was his dentist and the staff is awesome everyone makes him feel safe and makes sure that all my questions are answered he is treated with loving care and that means a lot to me Dr. Francis is I believe retired but has left a awesome dentist Dr. Savith as her replacement. Dr. Savith is so sweet with my son & patient with him even when his in a panic for a cleaning :) thank you ladies for all you do . I always love this place see below my first post from when he was 11mth old Took my eleven month grandson first visit of many to come. The staff is awesome and his dentist Mrs Susan is so sweet. I my self never had such a great experience with any dentist in the past with my own kids or my self but these office and staff are super great.

Negative experience: My daughter went in and the dentist rushed the visit my daughter who has anxiety told her she could feel everything she was just drilling her teeth and the dentist said she numbed her some more but she still felt it and was left with pain and she was crying. The dentist told us to go back so I took her back in 2-3 weeks if she still felt pain which she did. She still had trouble and now “8 weeks” later it’s my daughter’s fault and the next step would be a root canal. Dr. Savith Yannam was the dentist

Negative experience: I do not like the dentist that replaced Susan Francis. She just rushes through and doesn't seem very knowledgeable. I will be finding a new one.

Positive experience: I couldn’t give all stars and I’ll tell you why here in a bit. First off the positives; place we pretty well kept and cleaned. Staff was extremely friendly, I love that a lot, even Dr was sweet. Dr came in very fast. I was in and out in like 10 minutes. Now sadly the negatives; Dr rushed in and rushed out. Yes she answered my questions but didn’t make me feel at ease on my options of care for my child. With his case you would think he would be seen in two months for treatment as I was adamant about wanting, but got a scheduled visit for 6 months. I don’t feel like my concerns were addressed as well as reassurance was not there. Like I said I was in and out in 10 minutes. Although it was nice they gave him a bag with a shirt but we didn’t receive the free toothbrush in the bag that you get at every visit. (Not a huge deal, but it would have been nice). All togetherness it was a good visit I just wish I was heard more or given more options on how we can fix the issue in the future with follow ups much more sooner for his case.

Fantastic experience: Over the weekend my son chipped his front tooth. They saw us at 8 am Monday morning and we were completely done by 9 am. They did an awesome job fixing his tooth with a filling. You cannot even tell it's not part of his real tooth. The Dr that was working as a fill-in was excellent with my son and everything went better than I expected or hoped. Thank you very much for helping during this small crisis!

Staff is amazing and very understanding with the stressed kids and explain step by step to them which really helps alot. Other than my youngest drama queen absolutely refusing xrays, everything is smooth and easy and feels like we are in and out with appt set for next time.

Fantastic experience: Little to no wait time! Adrian brushed my baby’s teeth and he did an amazing job with keeping her comfortable and letting her know what he was doing the entire time! The doctor was amazing as well, she explained everything very well and took the time to make sure my girls were comfortable!

Positive experience: We had a great first visit. Follow up appointments are hard to come by. We had to reschedule an appointment several days out because of illness, and after waiting on hold for 15 minutes, we are rescheduled for 6 weeks out. I know this was partly my fault as a working mom, but I wish there was better availability for problem focused appointments.

Fantastic experience: I’m Colin’s grandmother and my first time bringing him to the dentist since his mother couldn’t take off work. The entire staff, that I came in contact with, at Bellmead Kids Denistry is Wonderful! Especially a young man (the hygienist) was exceptional. My grandson is autistic and Adrian made him feel comfortable. He was so patient and kind to Colin and I truly appreciated that. Even when he wouldn’t allow them to do X-rays, the young lady was so kind and gentle with him. I’m sorry I don’t remember the young lady’s name but she went above and beyond trying to get the X-rays. Thank you for such a caring staff.

Fantastic experience: I have had reservations in the past, until today! If you have a child who is hesitant, anxious, or nervous about the dentist, I highly recommend asking for Adrian to do their cleaning! He was incredibly patient, kind, and funny — and took the time to talk my child through each step of the process. He never got frustrated or rushed, even when my kiddo had lots of questions or showed hesitation. This was the first time my child left the dentist feeling happy and confident, and I truly believe it was because of Adrian’s calm and light-hearted approach!

Fantastic experience: The place was able to get my son in the same day when I needed him to be seen right away. They were helpful and kind from the time I called until I left!

Also my son had dental work, the dentist was awesome at explaining what all she was doing and let me sit close to him while she worked on him. He didn’t have to get anesthesia to do the work and I was glad because I couldn’t afford that part. My son said nothing hurt while she numbed his mouth and I was so glad that he had a great experience. I recommend Bellmead Kids Dentistry for your pediatric care!

Fantastic experience: My 6yr old grandson had a filling/cap come off a few evenings ago around 5:30pm. I called the office number and left a message. I received a response via text within 30 minutes with instructions on what to do that evening and to bring him into their office the next day as an emergency work in. We got there around 8am the following morning and they quickly called him back, took care of his treatment, and we were back in the truck heading home before 9am. They were super friendly and efficient.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely Amazing!!! They were so nice and gentle at explaining the procedure to my son. He had been to many dentist before, but would get too nervous and the others weren't able to begin treatment without general anesthesia, which has been nerve wrecking finding the right place. At Bellmead Dental they were able to complete 3 extractions along with additional dental treatment procedures on the same day, without having to put him under. He was so at ease with them. He hasn't had any discomfort or pain, making aftercare easy!

Negative experience: Couple years ago I let my son go to that dentist and he came out like he was abused it's was bleeding for months until last night only the cap fell out not the tooth and they put one of my sons gum in there it's was really Irritated and red so that's why I'm giving this place a 1 star

Fantastic experience: We have had several appointments with Bellmead Kids Dentistry and both times their staff has been great with our kiddo. He does not like going to the dentist, so they do they exam and cleaning as efficiently as possible to get us in and out quickly. Also, the wait time to be seen has been minimal on both occasions.
