If you're looking for a smile makeover, he's your guy! If you're afraid of anesthesia, Dr. Eddie is the perfect choice. And I want to point out to the best assistant Vanessa she's always assisting the dentist like a pro and making sure everything runs smoothly. Negative experience: Would recommend you get your Invisalign treatment with an Orthodontist and not with just a general dentist here. I wasn’t 100% happy with my results and Dr. Lee didn’t try to hear me out, instead she wanted to wrap up the treatment as quick as possible. After gathering second opinions from other doctors, my treatment could have definitely been extended with no problem, but now since Dr. Lee concluded it I can no longer access the unlimited trays that I paid for. These are Dr. Lee’s words, “you have unlimited trays during treatment but since we concluded it it’s no longer applicable.” My insurance was also charged $2000, which was the max my insurance paid for Ortho treatment, but was never given transparency as to what exactly the $2000 was for. I encourage all patients to always ask questions and advocate for yourself if something doesn’t feel 100% right.

Negative experience: The place is well organized and clean. The people working there are friendly, but I had a bad experience with the payment. I went to have two teeth extractions. They charged me $952 dollars. I don't have insurance, but I paid $300 in advance and they asked to get financial help from this credit card, Care Credit. The person in charge of payments at the dental office sent the whole amount to the credit card, since then I am having so much trouble and this company is ruining my credit. Hope other people haven't had problems like this with this dental group because it seemed like scamming to me !

Fantastic experience: It was a perfect experience, Dr Eddie did a great job replacing my old fillings that were breaking. He was super gentle with the anesthesia and the process was very fast as well. The assistants Vanessa and Gerardo were top notch too, they took my X-rays quickly and made sure everything was fine during the procedure. Front desk girls were also great helping me out with my appointment and consent forms, guiding me though the process. I would absolutely recommend this office for anyone that is interested in getting any dental work done, whether a check up or major treatment, they are able to handle everything and also willing to accommodate you within a busy schedule.

I came in for a routine cleaning, and it was by far the best I’ve ever had—painless and thorough, unlike my past experiences elsewhere. The staff was very informative, paid close attention to detail, and used impressive dental technology that really made a difference. Everyone was very courteous and professional. Negative experience: I have horrible experience in here. My crown fell off and I called to check if they will fix it , the answer was “ Yes, definitely we can fix it”. I went to the clinic and waited for almost 2 hours they even couldn’t do normal XRay. Doctor came and told me that they can’t fix the work that hasn’t been done by them. They just need to put some cement on crown and put it back but since I didn’t have any other treatment I only needed to fix my crown they refuse to do that and didn’t even excuse . Very unprofessional staff I didn’t even believe that doctor has been licensed. Don’t go there if you don’t want to lose your time and teeth.

Fantastic experience: The overall experience was great! I had to have some teeth extracted, and they were very thorough and offered multiple options on how to proceed. The entire staff was very pleasant and Dr. Kar made the whole procedure seamless and talked me through everything he was doing.

When I was taken back for my appointment, the dental technician was very professional and comforting. I felt like I was family here and not just another patient. Dr. Eddie was so warm, kind and caring during my whole procedure. He always made sure I was comfortable and made my experience here virtually pain and stress free. He is an AMAZING dentist! The finance and insurance department checked my insurance coverage for me and really went out of their way to help me get my treatment covered! You need to come here if you want a caring, painless and professional experience. I highly recommend these wonderful people.

Fantastic experience: I was having severe tooth pain after the holidays and California dental group was able to fit me in on a Sunday. A lot of places were closed during the weekend, but it’s nice to see a place open during this time. From the front desk with their warm greetings, to Mariel helping me out finding out my insurance when I had trouble looking for it, they put me at ease. Dr. Karr was very informative and loves to educate his patients to make sure they understand what’s the plan. During the procedure, he was always checking to see if I was pain free. Negative experience: I had work done here a few yrs ago, just before Covid. A filling and a crown. Both fell out in 2yrs and a few months. Apparently they have 3yrs warranty and 2yrs + was close enough so they’d have to charge- full price!?!? California Dental that’s really pathetic. You should have been ashamed that your work was so poor that you offer new crown/filling for free. A crown and filling should last many years if not over a decade. 2yrs plus a few months ?! I have a crown done in Korea back in 2001- still good! I’ve had better work done by students at dental schools in NYC. Also keep getting texts & sales calls from them every week even though I’ve requested to stop.

I am extremely afraid of the dentist I hyperventilate every time I go. But the dr to the staff had calmed me down and gave me an extreme sense for comfort. And they are open Saturdays and Sundays which is a life saving hours of operation. Thank you everyone for your service you saved the day!!

Negative experience: STAY AWAY! The manager, Vivian, is the most unethical, and rude professional that I have had to deal with and wants to bleed you dry to cash you in as much as possible. The majority of their clients are low income, and they want to charge $75 for emailing you ANY information about what services you got done there, even when you payed out of pocked, which in California, to do this is against the law. She, in addition, was telling me that if I want to avoid this $75 fee, that I should just get my implant crowns there instead. The reason why I didn't is because they messed up my implant so bad, that now i have a permanent dent above this implant, and a crown that looks like a short fake tooth. All they care about is making money, and they don't care about you. I will be reporting this office to the Consumer Protection bureau, as well as California Dental Board. AVOID AT ALL COST.

Fantastic experience: This office is to up to date with the newest technology! The scans and X-rays they took of my teeth made it really easy to see what treatment I needed and why. I got the best cleaning with their hygienist Daniel. Miss Vanessa, the assistant, took my X-rays and made it so quick and easy. X-rays are difficult for me because I have such a bad gag reflex but she was so quick and gentle that I didn’t feel uncomfortable at all. The team is wonderful, I would highly recommend to anyone who needs a great dentist.
