Fantastic experience: To sum up my experience I PLAN TO TELL EVERYBODY, I KNOW, ABOUT.... How happy and pleased I am to have finally found a dentist like Dr Q that cares whether or not I hurt, need a little bit more deadening and has delivered a very positive experience for me. I am so happy with my results from the cleaning of my teeth by Heidi the dental hygienist to the dentist " I want to tell everyone". I am ECSTATIC and a 100% satisfied patient!!!! Everyone at Genesis are so friendly. They put your nerves to ease. I’m telling you “I LOVE THIS PLACE!!” I found out recently that I’ve been coming to Genesis Dental for 5 years now. I have just finished up my 6 month appointment. All went super. Each and every person who works here is AWESOME!! Like they’ve known you all their lives. Incredible experience. Please if you haven’t got a regular dentist office you visit, go see Heidi, Priscilla, and Dr Quito’s (the dentist). And all the others as well. You’ll be glad you did. Top Notch!! Just finished up with another one of my bi-annual appointments. OMG!!! How can I express my total satisfaction with the professionalism of Priscilla, Elena, and the very best hygienist Heidi and the most totally awesome Dentist Dr Quitoz! They all do such an excellent job, I don’t dread my future appointments, I look forward to them!! JEEP SMIL’N!! I know I will I feel like I’m writing a novel. But today 9/6/2022, I went for my 6 month cleaning and checkup. Things went great from the moment I walked in and corresponded with Elena. She was real helpful with giving me info about my new insurance. She got right on it. Thanks Elena!! Heidi is an amazing hygienist I look forward to our 6 month visit and she does an awesome job with my teeth. Dr Q is friendly and personable as is Heidi. They make my appointment bearable and they always bring me good news. Yay! I would recommend this very professional team to anyone in search of the best!!! 03/08/2023***Another 6 months gone!! Had my teeth cleaned, my check up and a filling replaced! Still AMAZING professional people. Lots of new faces. Still everyone I encountered were amazing and so, extremely nice and caring.. the absolute best dental facility I’ve been to in my 65 years! Dr. Q, Pricilla, Kaory, Destiny, and Mindy…ALL ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! Thanks for you kindness and caring. 03/1512023 - After many years of coming home from my dental appointments. Very happy and unharmed! My husband decided to take care of a tooth that’s been giving him problems for months. Left the appointment, husband is quite happy, Dr Q explained everything as he went. And lots and lots of genuine patience and care. Making sure my husband was doing okay through the whole procedure!! Everyone is amazing and top notch! Dr Q - Pricilla - Kaory - Destiny - and Mindy!! Awesome Team! There have been some staff changes made at this office. New dentist, Dr. Kim, was very patient and made sure I was always comfortable. Seems like a really nice genuinely concerned dentist! The staff was as very helpful. Taking the time and care to help me with questions and concerns. So far, so good!! ****Today is September 17,2024 Had my appointment with Dr. Kim. Let me tell you, the people that work at this dentist office are ridiculously AWESOME!! I’ve said it before and I’ll keep repeating myself! Amazing, kind and concerned about you as a patient! I highly recommend and appreciate the care I always receive. That is each and every time! Bravo! ((( March 26, 2025 ))) Just finished up with my teeth cleaning/x-ray appointment! What an amazing bunch of awesomeness! The assistant hygienist, Alondra was delightful and caring. The hygienist, Lennell was super friendly and charismatic! Dr Kim, awesome and very friendly as well. Quick & Easy, in and out! Thank You So Very Much, you are a blessing to me an my teeth (((10/01/25)) Another fantastic experience! No issues Lennell and Alondra were top notch!! Caring and personable! Fantastic experience: This was my first pleasant dentist trip in a long time! Everyone was so friendly and kind from the front desk to the X-ray tech, dental hygenist to the doctor! I'm looking forward to my next scheduled cleaning in 6 months!

Fantastic experience: I’m not a very big fan of going to the dentist, especially since the last time I was at an dental office while they did a feeling they cracked my tooth when I went back later after my appointment and realizing I have cracked my tooth, they refused to fix it thankfully I was able to find Genesis Dental get scheduled by Mckayla, which is absolutely the best got me scheduled and seen and saved me money and time and a big hassle to get my tooth fixed thank you again Micaela you’re the best.

I didn't like the dentist, always a bad experience, this time has been awesome, I will continue to leave all my teeth care to this group of professionals.

Fantastic experience: I was nervous about trying a new dental office but with this place being so close to home I said why not, I had a deep cleaning done today, and Heidi was my hygienist she is seriously the best! I will be requesting her for every dental cleaning, or any other work I need that requires an assistant. She's seriously the best! She talks to you about what she's doing, how she'll be doing it. She made me feel so comfortable, and safe! I trusted her with my mouth, and felt confident that I finally found a dental office with people who actually care, and are patient.

Fantastic experience: Going in for my dental care is always a pleasure. The whole team is awesome and caring. Dr. Kim is hands down the best dentist in the area and surrounding cities. My favorite to greet is Ana, she’s my dental office bestie I went in today and got my implant put in a it’s a life changer. Being able to fill the empty space and chew my food comfortably without having to use the other side of my mouth mostly is awesome. Thank you Genesis Dental for your care and attentiveness. Fantastic experience: I've been a patient for 6 or 7 years now. Best experience I've had from cleanings, crowns, extractions and fillings. Ashley checked me in right on time, Lennel got x rays and polishing done very quickly, cecilia did a very thorough inspection and cleaning, Dr. Kim always gives me a good inspection and addresses any and all issues present and then coordinates any work that needs to be done, Ana makes sure all my records and future treatment events are set up and they always send out 2 week, 3day and day of reminders. Recommend this staff to everyone. Thanks Genesis

Negative experience: Do not recommend for orthodontic treatment. I was told I was going to wear them for a set period of time, it has been twice as much time and communication has been terrible when it comes to next steps. I did it because of idea of combining Invisalign treatment with Braces, but it hasn't happened. Might as well go to a traditional office for a cheaper price.

Fantastic experience: Best place for any kind of dental work. Dr. Kim and his staff are top shelf. Interface with insurance providers is seamless; in my case, they verified what coverage was available and tailored the timing of my treatment to accomplish the treatment to take the fullest advantage of every dollar of insurance benefits to reduce or eliminate out-of-pocket costs. I’m in my 70s and that was a first. Dr. Kim walked me through each phase of the treatment in a manner that I understood it all. He is the most painless dentist I have ever encountered - and when I say painless, I don’t mean “less pain;” I mean no pain. His assistants are very pleasant, professional and skilled. I have yet to meet any staff, from those who meet you as you enter the office, through the treatment, billing, follow up and scheduling who isn’t first-rate. And every face has a genuine smile. Both my wife and I are 100% content with Genesis Dental!

Positive experience: Update: won't be coming back because I dont like being pressured into doing a procedure I am not comfortable with. I wanted an extraction for myself, because my husband's went so well. The dentist would just not listen. He insisted I got a root canal. So the price went from $100 to 1200. The reason for my update is because I went somewhere else and that dentist listened the first time I said no. Didn't pressure me. He listened. Absolutely great office. Priscilla, Iran, Heidi, Melissa and Dr. Q. are all so nice and comforting. I was calling everywhere for an emergency tooth extraction. This place was the most affordable and they were able to get us in the next morning. They also have an after hours chat where if you need to, you can text them which is very convenient! That's how I made our appointment.

Negative experience: had my husband go cuz he had been before he had the most horrible toothache and they didn't help him in anyway I will not be telling my husband to ever returning to this dentist ever again they just want your money no compassion for the person in front of them in massive pain just let me bill your insurance and move on elsewhere to take care of the problem Dr Lawson is the best dentist I've ever seen great with adults and children so give a 2nd thought on the provider you choice

She is great at her job all of these women are! Lastly the dentist Dr. Kim was absolutely amazing he was kind and patient explained everything in detail and was very professional yet very personable as well!! I am so grateful I found such an amazing dentist office and team after leaving a not so great one after an awful experience I was nervous and very hesitant but these people exceeded my expectations by far! My daughter with Down Syndrome is treated with respect, she loves the staff! Dr Kim is very patient and understanding of my needs. I'm in the healing stage from having my bottom teeth extracted and implants are in for new bottom denture. I am so excited for my beautiful teeth. I highly recommend Genesis Dental to everyone!
