Fantastic experience: I'd heard so many horror stories about root canals that I was literally trembling from nerves when I arrived. But from beginning to end this was an all professional and all gentle and comforting experience. I'm telling you, these folks know what they're doing! Not only do they have state of the art equipment but Dr. Kerr and his team, from front desk to end of procedure scheduler, are top notch. And now, 12 hours later, I'm not in any pain!! I have to shout out to Marolena, Dr. Kerr's assistant. She's young, but you'll never get better good old-fashioned customer service and great bedside manner than with her. Yay Kerr Endodontics! Thank you!!

I’ve been coming here for about 4 years since I’ve needed several root canals after my old silver fillings were removed- it’s a quick and painless procedure thanks to Dr Kerr!!! I drive 40 mins to get there because I tried a closer office but they didn’t compare to the modern equipment Dr Kerr uses. Makes a big difference to the comfort of the patient! Thank you!!! Fantastic experience: I had a great experience with Dr. Kerr and his team. Even before my appt, the staff was friendly, polite and accommodating. I had to get special approvals from other doctors before the procedure and they were very helpful in obtaining those. They took time to explain the procedure and answered all of my questions. The made sure I was comfortable during the procedure and checked on me often. The procedure was smooth and much easier than I expected. Highly recommend Dr Kerr and his team.

Fantastic experience: Due to hypersensitivity to anesthetic agents, Dr. Mark Kerr told me he could proceed with the root canal without it. Because of the complexity of the procedure, I was grateful for his expertise and ability to perform the procedure virtually pain-free and within a reasonable amount of time. I would highly recommend and feel confident that Dr. Kerr knowledge of this dental specialty will result in your complete satisfaction should you have need of his services. BTW I was seen by ten other dentists/student dentists (within six-months) before Dr. Kerr's evaluation of my facial pain and CBCT images diagnosed a periapical granuloma and a non-vital molar. He is a great diagnostician!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Kerr is very kind and competent! I would go back to him in heartbeat, if I ever have the misfortune of breaking another tooth while eating popcorn. The original endodontist that took care of my problem did not do a very good job and instill had pain after his root canal. He concluded that I just needed to pull the tooth so I got a second opinion. Dr. Kerr listened and did a retreat on that tooth. He did a great job. His staff has been wonderful with each interaction and the office is clean and well run. Very happy.

Fantastic experience: It's taking me a while to write this review because I can't just express in words how wonderful these people are. The front office the assistants and the dentist DDS Kerr, are amazing. They are focused on your comfort and all the little details that make it so. The dental work is amazing. I can't even tell I have a crown on my root canal. They follow up to see how you're doing and offer you to call them anytime you have any questions. In my 67 years of life and seeing probably 20 dentists This is one of the best offices I've ever been to. So don't hesitate make an appointment and keep smiling that beautiful smile.

Fantastic experience: This morning when I went to my appointment, the cheerful tech escorting me back to my chair shared how they are happy to see me. I explained to her that I could not say the same, but if I had to be happy to see an Endodontist, Dr. Kerr would be the only one I'd be happy to see. She understood my sentiments and attempt at humor and agreed. With the greatest sincerity and respect, Dr. Kerr puts me at ease the minute he walks into the room. He's just that kind of guy. He earns that respect. I want to make that clear. A couple of years ago I had a dental situation that went from bad to worse. . . on a Sunday no less. I had already seen him for a procedure, but there were complications. Keep in mind his office isn't open on Sundays. No sooner I called his emergency number that he was already telling me he would meet me in the office within 30 minutes. That's the kind of doctor you're putting your trust in. He is highly caring, gentle, straightforward, honest and just really down to earth. . . all the qualities I am grateful for. I walked in today for an evaluation on a possible infection in a socket which would have involved removing a crown, post and cleaning out the infection. None of that was necessary, but he did identify a hidden issue which is now being scheduled for treatment. He doesn't sugar coat things and he won't perform work unless it's absolutely necessary. It might seem silly to even say something like that, but I've come across a couple of dentists over the years who are focused on revenue and understand that most patients will accept whatever they're told. I trust Dr. Kerr completely and can't speak highly enough of him.

Fantastic experience: Very professional office. Minimal waiting time and moved quickly getting an updated x-ray and taken to the treatment operatory. Dr. Kerr provided an excellent service, constantly informing me of the progress of the procedure. The chairside assistant provided excellent pre- and post- operative instructions. All health services should function at this high standard of care.

Fantastic experience: I was broken the bad new from my dentist that I needed a root canal, 44 years old and it's my first... I was terrified. I was referred to Kerr Endodontics. I showed up and was greeted warmly by the office staff as they could see my frightened face. Tia took me back and after explaining to her my dread she was amazing. Relatable stories and kind words and full explanations of what to expect along with photos to make me feel so much better. When Dr. Kerr came in, it's like these two were magic, working in tandem to make me feel good and talk to me the whole time. I literally felt no pain throughout. Fantastic experience: Yesterday was my first visit to Dr. Kerr and I came away with a very good impression! The staff in his office was very helpful, caring and appeared to be quite efficient. Dr. Kerr seems to be very good and quite knowledgeable about his work! Between Tia and Dr. Kerr, they kept me informed of the process and what exactly was going on during my first root canal procedure. I left the office feeling like it had been a successful visit; they also provide some flyers and notes to help guide you through the next steps while getting you back to your everyday routine. I was feeling good last night since I did not require any painkillers and I still have not taken any now 20 hours later. Yes, I would recommend Dr. Kerr to my family and friends and will not hesitate to use him again.
