Fantastic experience: They do an excellent job of keeping you comfortable here willing to help keep you within your budget and take every concern seriously. They got me in quickly and out efficiently. Completely understanding about my family matters and let me take care of that first. I have had now two extractions with one to go. Had chemo and they completely understood what comes with that. I would definitely recommend to anyone with good dental insurance and even with good credit they will help with a loan with low payment plan. Great service from all of the people there.

Negative experience: They tried to scam me of getting more money out of pocket. Basically they charged me around $1,000 more which accumulated from each visit out of pay cost. On top of that, they sent me a bill from 2 years ago because they were late to send bill to insurance and insurance didn’t pay even tho Texas state laws says patient is not liable for bills a year after service date. They also wanted to send me to collections for that and when asked why, they couldn’t explain. Their corporate or billing department is unresponsive. Took me over 6 months to resolve issue and they investigated and found out I was owed a refund. Took me over 2 months and hours of back and forth calls to finally get the check which the bounced… The dentists in practice might be good but it’s a really bad corporate or business so be-careful! I had a horrible experience dealing with their corporate and billing.

Fantastic experience: Omg I mostly appreciate the staff at Jefferson Dental, everyone was excellent from the time I called to see if they took walk-in till the time I left a happier person., it’s hard to find a great atmosphere where thee when I say THEE entire staff was attentive, pleasant, kind, caring and friendly. Negative experience: Terrible front office staff. Have failed to update records with current insurance going on eight months. I have spoken to the office manager multiple times plus the extremely lousy front desk staff and this still has not been resolved. You cannot get a human on the phone. They continue to have AI technology answering the phone calls, but it never actually follows through and you don’t get a phone call back. If you had an urgent issuethat required your dentist attention you are out of luck. It’s very unfortunate because the actual dentist and technicians in the back are excellent, but this office is an absolute disaster because of their terrible terrible front office staff. I am switching offices.

Fantastic experience: The reason I’m only even making this review for a young lady that’s in the office. I believe she handles quite a bit of responsibility there her name is Stephanie the inside joke. I always call her Steph!! Not to get her confused, very pleasant smile always willing to HELP in every capacity and I’m sure she deals with the worst part of it, which is possible billings, scheduling and many other things. My son (Autism) and I have been coming there for some time now over two years, each time it’s been truly a blessing to see her professionalism and smiling face always willing to help JEFFERSON Dental And Orthodontics if anyone could train the Staff on Customer Service it would be Stephanie. She makes the visit so pleasant before and after so if you ever go to JEFFERSON dental Orthodontics in Arlington, Texas on Cooper. Negative experience: On visit on 5/10/25, with Jefferson Dental, I was told my out of pocket expense would be over $1,500.00, b4 any Dental work was done..I paid with my credit card, I asked numerous times if this was all I owe, and I was told yes..30 minutes later, I was told , it would be $600.00 more..This is b4 any work. Since then 5/10/24, my insurance has not received a claim,even though the staff tells me they sent it, and I owe nothing, but they refuse to give me the billing number, VERY SUSPICIOUS! I have insurance, and for some reason they aren't sending claims to my insurance, if they don't I will be responsible because of what has been shady activity...WHY AM I BEING LIED TO, BY THE OFFICE STAFF, IS MY VERY STRESSFUL CONCERN!!!! I'm on Medicare, that I may not have next year, due to situations beyond my control....I CAN'T PAY, ESPECIALLY SINCE I WAS TOLD I OWE ZERO, WHICH WAS TOLD TO A SUPERVISOR AT CORPORATE ON 7/11/25....then why does the staff refuse to give billing department telephone number?? If anyone reading this is finically in the same situation , think twice be 4 taking for granted Jefferson Dental will send your claims and tell u they sent them when they haven't, THEN THE TOTAL BILL COMES TO YOU!! I am going to contact the FTC, as this has caused much stress....I still need my partials adjusted, as I'm in pain and can't chew with them in, but won't return due to stress and I don't believe anything I'm told, and being disrespected with deceit.....Don't make fools out of patients, by telling them they owe zero, and you sent in claims to insurance companies, then refuse to give billing department number or any contact information.. .

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend this dentist office. This was the best dentist office I’ve ever been too. The staff is so sweet and helpful to all of their patients. The staff even went as far as helping keep my 4 year old daughter distracted while I was getting my wisdom teeth pulled. I can’t remember everyone of them by name but I’m forever grateful for that so thank you! And too Mr.Lee whom pulled my wisdom teeth for me I’m forever grateful for him as well, you were very gentle, informative and professional the whole procedure so for that thank you as well. Jefferson Dental is now my new Dentist!

Negative experience: They stole close to $5000 from me and are refusing to refund it to me. They set up an account and charged my credit card while I was not there, denied any knowledge of it, and told me that they could not refund the money which I later found out was a lie. Then when I request the receipt for the illegal transaction I was told by a manager that they don't give receipts. Another lie when I showed her the numerous ones that I had. I have been trying to get my money back and they have been giving me the runaround for over a year now. I am owed three refunds, one from 11/2020 and two from 10/2024. They keep telling me that it can take years to get a refund and now I cannot finish any treatments or go anywhere else because they have all my funds. I have had to inform my insurance company of the transactions that they paid for that were not done and they are not even answering their calls. Was left a number to call on this review with no name of who to contact and I still have heard anything back for that person either. It’s just a series of leave a message and someone will get back to you….maybe!

Negative experience: Appointment was canceled and the lady said it was by me but wasn’t. Next visit for my daughter only a color change for her braces. Really don’t know if this is an upper management problem that trickles down but I am not sure these people know what they are doing. Can’t wait for this experience to be over. Update: 06-24-25, they call about payments but sure can’t keep/book an appointment appropriately nor send a confirmation for appointments scheduled well in advance. Still a mess.

Negative experience: NO to the Arlington location. I have had issue after issue with every appointment it seems. I have NEVER IN MY LIFE dealt with an office like this. I cannot wait until my girls complete their Ortho; my son DEFINITELY won’t be going there. By far the WORST experience ever. The office unprofessional, unprepared, and never communicates cancellations or any pertinent info. I find out when I take off work and get there. The inconvenience these last few months has be astronomical. It’s always a “sorry” but never a resolution!! I have nothing good to say outside of good service from a couple of staff members. I won’t even get into how many brackets I’ve had to pay for on top or treatment. I’ve cha fed everyone’s diet and my kids are still losing brackets. It’s not them every time. They’ve been scared to eat so they wouldn’t break one and it still happens

Negative experience: Office wait time is horrible, it's taking over 3 hours for my appointment. Do not visit here if you have to work or have a busy schedule. Your waiting for someone else to finish their appointment, it's not that the care is great. They must be short staff. It's ridiculous. They lie about the treatments and try to extort thousands of unnecessary dollars. They have very unethical practices. I really discourage anyone to visit this office.

Negative experience: This office is horrible. Save your money because nobody from this office knows how to contact patients and let them know anything! I’ve wasted my time and gas going to this office just to be told the orthodontist doctor is not in. Only on Wednesdays and to call the day of (Wednesday) to schedule an appointment. Knowing he’s probably already seeing other patients. I get it the staff cannot do anything about the doctor not being there but again I never receive any phone calls, Also every time I’ve gone into this establishment it’s always someone arguing or disagreeing with the staff because nobody in the office knows how to communicate & They are quick to take your money meanwhile My daughter hasn’t been seen in months because they simply cannot pick up the phone and call patients to notify them of any changes and again Months later the day of my child’s scheduled appointment I had to call the office myself to make sure everything was set & of course the front office decides to then tell me, I had to find her a new office that accepted her insurance because they know longer accepted that specific insurance just for her cleanings. This whole office needs to hire new people & another orthodontist doctor. If everyone knew how to communicate and actually cared about the patients this office could do better but it’s been a year and from day one it hasn’t changed it’s gotten worse.

Negative experience: I would not recommend Jefferson for sure as I had horrible experience at Jefferson dental here at Arlington. My appointment got scheduled at 4:45 and got a text confirmation, but when I got there they said it was 4:30. They denied seeing me for whatever reason they had, but they should have let me know before I visit the office. It took my time and resources.

Negative experience: It has taken me weeks to figure out how to leave the right feedback on my experience here. I came in with a major tooth infection needing a root canal. The X-Ray process was very rough despite warning them that I have a sensitive gag reflex and it was obvious that I was annoying the lady. The plastic piece was jammed repeatedly into my very swollen palate which caused serious discomfort on top of what I was already experiencing to book an emergency appointment. I tried really hard to say the right things to get decent care and it worked to some avail but it felt like forced bedside manner when I indicated my anxiety. The doctor came in and started bashing on my sensitive teeth, and prescribed antibiotics, saying I would need them for the infection, and that he wasn’t sure if he could save the tooth or not. I was then taken across the building where I waited for a very long time as the assistant began setting up for the procedure. After sitting there for a long time, she came back and told me the Dentist wanted me to leave and come back after a few days on the antibiotics. I could have accepted this if proper communication had taken place instead of them wasting my entire morning to offer absolutely zero relief for the pain I was in due to the abscess. I ran for the hills to another office across town that is costing me easily 3x what I would have paid at Jefferson, but to actually be receiving quality care with a real treatment plan, better imaging, and an Endodontist willing to do whatever possible to save the tooth, even if we have to pull it. I’m really disappointed in not trusting my gut at this office when I booked a short notice appointment to be sent off like it wasn’t worth their time. Oh, and just FYI, your textured tile back in the exam rooms? It’s full of dirt and obviously bacteria. Try using a scrub brush to mop back there and watch how much of that filth comes up before somebody gets an infection from your contaminated environment…

Fantastic experience: Scheduled an appointment to get my wisdom teeth removed the day before. Went in the next day and in total the whole process was less than two hours long (including sitting in the waiting room and the procedure.) Dr.Lee and his team made the whole experience so smooth. I was very nervous and they made sure to keep it as calm and easy as possible, answering any questions my boyfriend or I may have had. Overall, an amazing experience!

Negative experience: I came in for a consultation and ended up chose to go forward with the treat but they over charged me the first hour after I left, when I called back to cancel my service the same day I did the consultation they gave me the run around saying we will issue a refund but never did it’s been months now and I still can’t get a hold of anyone there and I still did not get any service for my teeth Is advice people to please stay way from places like this, they don’t care about you and will steal your money and you will never hear from them again. Has got to be the worst dental clinic in America

Negative experience: I had an appointment on a Saturday and they closed that Saturday without contacting me and I wasted 2 hours of my time to show up. Then I called to reschedule. Can you believe they chose that Saturday to close again??? And a 2nd time they did not contact me to advise that they would be closed. What awful customer service is this??? They are AWFUL!!!!! Don't waste your time coming to this location.

Negative experience: Unprofessional and Disorganized! I booked an appointment for my kids at this clinic two weeks in advance, yet when we arrived on the scheduled day, they claimed there was no appointment reserved for us. This level of disorganization is completely unacceptable, especially for a dental clinic where appointments are crucial. A total waste of time! If you value reliability and professionalism, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: I have been to some good dental offices and some bad dental offices, having been in A LOT of pain yesterday I went to a bad dental office for assistance and received No Help if I was not getting treatment that day. I googled and came across Jefferson Dental off of cooper in Arlington. From the moment I called to the moment I left I was taken care of. They worked me in on a Saturday which I really appreciated because I did not know where else to go in such pain. I went in there and the staff was amazing and attentive. HUGE thank you to the staff who helped me out. I did not get the woman who took my scans but she was very caring. Dr Lee saw I was in pain and immediately called in prescriptions for me and fixed me up along with his assistant Karina. Even though they were busy today he still managed to help me. A Dashaudra kept checking in on me. Also Mercedes was so awesome she took the time to hear me out and help me in any way she could. Everyone was super nice! An Amazing Office and I appreciate them so much. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: The ortho team has been the greatest since working with me! The ladies are the front are always super welcoming and nice over the phone. Dr. K and Miss T are so great and you can tell they all care about their patients. I’m also so appreciative of the reminder texts and calls and the ability to schedule and reschedule over text message, it makes dealing with a busy schedule so much easier than having to call and wait in line. Even on the dentistry side they are all did amazing with my cleanings. Probably the greatest ortho/dentist office I’ve ever been to, I used to dread having to go in to my old ortho office.

Negative experience: I came in for an appointment at 11:15 for my 4 year old. Nearly an hour later we haven't been called back, but four other patients who got here after us have been seen. A man just told the front his appointment was at 10:45 and he is also still in the waiting room. What is the point of scheduling appointments if you're waiting more than an hour past your appointment time?

Negative experience: They have no provided me with TWO incorrect numbers. They don't want your feedback and they don't care about your concerns. I had already left a review but the number I was given to contact them regarding my concerns is just giving a busy signal. I wasn't going to call originally but my infected tooth is now 2x bigger due to them rolling it around during xrays. If someone could provide a correct number that would be great. They seemed to only have one dentist in the entire building, and had brought back about 6 people at once. I was there for 2 hours and probably only saw them for a total of 20-30 minutes. The dentist is reserved? I don't know, he wasn't rude but he also said about 5 words to me in the 5 minutes I saw him. I came in for a tooth that is obviously infected and they quoted me $2700 for a root canal. I don't believe that was including the crown or filling. I left without any work done, no antibiotics, just a $15,000 quote for my entire mouth.

They blame their incompetence on the lab they partner with and then here I am still without a tooth. I could NEVER recommend this place to ANY ONE. HORRIBLE STAFF, HORRIBLE SERVICE. The orthodontist do a phenomenal job but the dentistry side is way below average and after this service is complete (if it ever will be) I will be taking my money elsewhere. Terrible job Jefferson. I’ve been going here for yrs and everytime I go there is always someone that complains about their service. This time it was me I scheduled a week in advance they confirmed my appt twice!! I go In and first the girl there has zero customer service skills then tells me I don’t have an appt. So I pulled up my confirmation text and put it in her face then she tells me that they tried calling me when NOONE tried calling me. I told them they were lying and walked out. I called and asked to speak to the manager and they said I could not speak to her that they will give her my message to call me back. I was a manager for many yrs and also customer service so I know that this ppl lack so much that they do not do their job and don’t care about ANYBODY and I will see if the Manager calls and does something about their staff lying that they call when they don’t! I walked In to another dentist office that is not Jefferson. So Jefferson dental you lost a whole family that’s been going there for many yrs because of your lack of communication and if the Manager don’t call I will call the district company if they have one but I will go as high with upper management as I can because what they do to their patients is not right. Negative experience: My overall experience with the receptionist area and the dental assistants was horrendous. Even after being 15 minutes early for my appointment, they took a very long time for me to go and see the dentist. I was suffering with jaw pain and the dental assistance had no compassion or care and kept pressing against my jaw. Dr. Priyadarshini was a sweetheart and explained everything smoothly, but the assistant staff and receptionist are not very welcoming and friendly. It is truly disappointing to see and experience.

Negative experience: Love my ortho team. DR K and MS T do amazing all the time and make sure I’m well taken care of. However the general side is a mess. I’m confused on how I get a cavity filled and I’m ready to sign papers and she brings me the WRONG patient papers THREE TIMES. Is attention to detail that hard? Where’s the professionalism? Will be reviewing all my documents from general with my insurance because if I was brought the wrong paperwork it makes me wonder if my insurance was billed for the wrong patient in the past she even stated she reviewed the wrong insurance because she was looking at the wrong patient paperwork. Somehow I have a mysterious balance owed to Jefferson. Will be having this looked into further and filing a formal complaint.

Negative experience: My daughter’s appointment was at 11:30a.. we got here at 11:15… it’s now 1pm and we still have not been called back. When approaching the receptionist to see what was taking so long she says that they are backed up and there’s 2 people ahead of me (my daughter and were the only ones in the waiting room at the time) very inconvenient and inconsiderate. She’s 2YO waiting almost 2 hours is a bit extreme. I wouldn't recommend this location if you are on a time schedule. I won’t be coming back.

Negative experience: I had a first dental appointment for my daughter which I know it will be a very short visit because she is only 6 months. I waited 56 mins to be seen for 30 secs of care. I can’t tell you the doctor’s name because he never introduce himself or even asked for my daughter’s name or how to say it. The place is clean but can be dusted. The booth I was in was dusty and the equipment can be dusted. Since her visit I knew is short since she only has 2 teeth, I should have been seen a lot quicker and sent on my merry way. I will say the techs were nice and friendly but I think is because I had a baby. Who does not love cute babies. Anywho hope they can work on the wait time and having better bedside manners when seeing a client.

Also, the rooms are like cubicles so there’s not even any privacy when discussing your concerns. The whole experience was traumatic. Oh - and then they apparently automatically scheduled me for a 6-month follow up regardless of the fact that I told them I would never return in no uncertain terms.

Negative experience: Went in for a simple extraction. Left with $19,487.00 "Roadmap" that I did not request. I simply needed a tooth pulled but they just tried to squeeze me for all they could. I was dumbfounded when the employee blindsided me with the attached price list and tried to get me to make future appointments. I didn't ask for that, I did not want it, I just wanted my tooth pulled... I've never left a bad review before but they deserve it and there is nothing that will change my mind or review. He is Hispanic and told me to go to Mexico. I immediately found an orthopedic surgeon in Mexico who will do the exact same procedure for 1/4 of what Jefferson Dental charges! Negative experience: I made an appointment on Sunday to be seen on Monday, and they canceled to Tuesday. Then Tuesday came and they canceled again. People can die from tooth issues if they have an tooth infection that can spread to their blood stream untreated. The ER will not do anything for a severe tooth aches. They refer you to a dentist and that is was I did, but no help it is now Wednesday and I have NOT been seen by anyone due to continuous cancelations. Make it make sense Monday, Tuesday, and now Wednesday. Don't waste your time going here.

Negative experience: straight up the worst dental experience i’ve ever had. i went in to get a consultation back in may for some cavities and was told that i needed to get a root canal and a filling. financially i couldn’t afford it at the time so i came back a month later and after another consultation they told me that i actually needed an extraction and a root canal. i decided to get a second opinion from a different dentist on the tooth they said i needed to get extracted, and upon going to the other dentist they told me that they weren’t sure why the dentist at jefferson dental said i needed to get the tooth extracted because it could still be saved. i am so thankful i went to get a second opinion from a different doctor, if i had followed through with the procedure they would’ve pulled out a tooth for no reason. i also have never felt comfortable when i’ve gone into that office. do not go here. there are other dentists in arlington that have similar prices that will give you better care than jefferson dental ever will.

Fantastic experience: I went in there for teeth cleaning. They quickly checked me in and got started with my Xrays. Asma, the hygienist took care of me like I’m her family member. She told me why my gums were bleeding and how I can fix it. She numbed my gums without needle (that was awesome) and sis the deep cleaning with no pain. She’s the star for this office. Negative experience: I scheduled an appointment for my two sons and provided dental insurance information. A representative called and said my insurance was snipped? Or canceled? And I knew my policy just went into affect on 5/13/24. I didn’t argue because I knew the validity of my policy was accurate. On the same day “Jefferson couldn’t verify my insurance” I went to Mint Dentistry with the same insurance and they verified it just fine. I heard great things about Jefferson but they dropped the ball with my experience.

Fantastic experience: This office is amazing all the staff are very professional. Doctor D and Asma the hygienist are great. They make your visit easy. They walk you through everything. Negative experience: I went here for a consultation for braces, at first they set me up with a date. When I returned it was a different Orthodontist, This time he says I need to have 10 Cavities filled before I can get the braces. Negative experience: My experience at Jefferson Dental with Dr. Hardik Dholakiya ( Dr. D) was beyond disappointing. The procedure, which should have been straightforward, turned into a nightmare. Not only did it take an excruciating 45 minutes to pull teeth, but Dr. D's rough handling left me feeling violated and in immense pain. His lack of compassion made the entire ordeal even more unbearable. I'm relieved it's over so I can warn others about the potential torture they might face under his care.

I sat in their office waiting for an hour and a half only for them to tell me that they needed permission from my previous orthodontist to remove my braces. Last time I checked, these are my teeth and nobody needs to give me permission to remove my braces. The best part is, I specifically asked them at the time I made the appointment if I would need anything like that and they reassured me it wouldn't be necessary. By the time they decided to tell me this, the other office was closed and there was no way for me to obtain "permission" from them. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

Negative experience: I am writing this review fueled by a deep sense of frustration and disbelief over the abysmal level of service I've been dealt with at your institution. To my dismay, my information has been updated and required me to updated again since 2019; I have been there multiple times over the last three years, reflecting a gross incompetence that has shaken my respect for your establishment. What further complicates the matter is your utterly inadequate record-keeping systems, unable to even keep track of the stage I was at in my implant procedure. Such profound negligence is both staggering and unacceptable. The doctor who had been treating me throughout the implant process decided to quit and I was not informed. Worse yet, there has been no evident attempt on your part to salvage the situation. No follow-ups, no sense of responsibility, and no further scheduling advice for my final implant. Having come this far in the process, I find this lack of concern and utter disregard for my health and time appalling. Adding to my mounting frustration is the constant hassle I am forced to endure just to establish a modicum of communication. I have been reduced to resorting to your answering service, texting short codes and awaiting responses that never seem to come. This should not be the course of action for an institution that supposedly prides itself on providing quality service. This debacle has left me unsure of your ability to competently handle my dental needs, and frankly, I am beyond disappointed. I expected professionalism, respect, and most importantly, competence - the same basic qualities required from an institution in your position. I demand satisfactory clarification around the current situation and desire an immediate resolution. I trust you'll take this matter into prompt and serious consideration, rectifying the current mess at the earliest.

Fantastic experience: From the moment I stepped in, their professionalism and warmth put me at ease. Dr. Asma, she's the best hygienist ever! She's very helpful and explains everything in detail in order to help me figure out what's the best thing to do when it comes to taking care of my smile. Hygiene is very important, and the first impression that people see is your smile. She gave me my first laser cleanse, and I felt amazing after my visit. After 1-2 days later she stopped my gums from bleeding just from brushing my teeth. If you need a cleaning, make sure to visit Dr. Asma! Incredible, Amazing work, and also extremely nice. I definitely recommend it. Doctor D. Is very helpful as well and moves in a timely manner and makes you feel comfortable during the process. He suggests what's best for you, and is also very informative. If you need a filling, Root canals, or tooth implants Dr. D is the guy! Fernando (Billing department team) is awesome when it comes to billing! He gives you many options of what's best for you so you won't break your pocket! Very patient, gives you time to think about what you should do next so you're not rushing and not overthinking about expenses. Negative experience: This is an awful dentist office, I’ve been calling no one answering they’re routing all the calls to the call center. When I get the chance to go up there they’re not doing anything sitting down laughing and talking but nobody answering the phone playing like they so busy. One thing about it I hate unprofessional service. I went in for a root canal mind you the appointment was at 10am. Prior to that I have scheduled like second appointments on my off days. Each time the appointment came I would get a call hey we’re sorry we have to reschedule your appointment doctors off that day. Like how do you not know the doctor off on a day you told me that was fine. So the 3rd appointment I did not get cancel it was scheduled for 10am. I went in the back about 10:50am meanwhile doctors numbing me up and stuff. I sit for a little while until the numbing kicks in. Doctors come back cause I’m numb begins to start the process for my root canal. I Began to get instant headaches cause of the root was bad so they told me raise my left hand if i feel any pain. I raise my left hand. Meanwhile why trying to talk to tell him to stop he gotta shoot some more anesthesia in the tooth, The doctor told me to hold on I’m almost done. I’m like sir no way you gone keep drilling down in this tooth hitting this nerve and I’m feeling light headed with instant headaches. So he stops mind you this is not my first root canal like my 3rd one. The other 2 was done by another dentist. I felt no pain, no or nothing from the other dentist and I was thinking this was gone feel the same no. then They finally got the tooth all cleaned out. I told then I had somewhere to before 5 it’s never took from 10:50am to 4:45pm for a root canal welp i kid you not that how long i was in there. They didn’t complete the tooth because I had somewhere to be. So they just put them filling in there and wanted me to come back in a week inn half. I went home the next day my mouth was so swollen and I was in pain to the point my ears head and neck was hurting. I called off work for 3 days. I tried calling several times, left several messages for them to call me back. No one never called. I ended up going to the hospital and I was told it could be badly infected so I was giving some medicine to help with the pain. I then followed up with another dentist was able to get in to get it pulled. I’ve still been calling them cause I paid some treatments in full that was not yet performed. No one has yet yo reach out back to me. All and all this dentist office doesn’t deserve a star.

Negative experience: Where do I start? If i could give it a 0 I would. Today my dad Jose Escobar went to this location. The doctor’s name is Hardik Y Dholakiya… My dad basically felt the whole pain of a Molar removal.. They put anesthesia to my dad, and when they starting to remove the molar my dad realized the anesthesia was not working when the doctor proceeded to pull out his molar my dad realized and told the doctor various time “no no, stop it hurts” my dad even pushed the doctors hand away from his teeth. My dad was shaking and the doctor told my dad because it was “so infected the anesthesia did not work”. And he proceeded pulling his molar and taking out while my dad was dying of pain, and shaking, and agonizing in pain screaming couple of times. And still the doctor still proceeded. He went ahead put something where his molar was and pushed it down and sew it. While my dad was in pain and FELT everything. MY DAD HAVES BLOOD PRESSURE. 1. He did not had to feel all the pain you had to wait and put more anesthesia or stop completely. 2. If my dad blood pressure would’ve high up this could’ve went so wrong. 3. Im still so speechless on why DID you leave my dad feel the whole pain. I already called customer service and made a complaint i expect a answer. I expect a refund for my dad for literally leaving him suffer all that pain no one should feel that pain. I just cannot believe it. Please do NOT go to this clinic or with this doctor that does not care about his customers…

Fantastic experience: Patient, caring, and accommodating staff!:) I was seen by doctor Dholakiya and dental assistant Kalina. They were both so patient and worked well together to help save a tooth of mine. The front desk is also great at scheduling you in as well as the billing department informing you of costs/walking you through steps.

Negative experience: This location is horrible. No one at the location actually answers the phones. Can’t get any info on if Invisalign has came in and it’s been three weeks. Forget getting greeted when signing in as they all just ignore you and keep chatting in their personal conversations. Their hygienist, Asma, is extremely unprofessional and will straight up tell patients to “man up” when they feel pain during a deep cleaning. She is constantly playing as well. Miss T and Dr. K, the Orthodontist and assistant, are pretty much the only good professionals at this location.

Fantastic experience: I've had a severe, excruciating headache from the shoulder to the top of my head for the past week crying all week couldn't eat, couldn't sleep couldn't do anything couldn't function. I was told by my doctor that I had a tension migraine took the pills that she asked me to take but didn't touch it. so I did some research looking at as to why I'm also nauseated with a sore throat and I said I possibly have a toothache or an infection. I called Jefferson dental after I called a different place and they didn't want to take me until Monday at 2 PM and here it's Friday and there was no way I could make it through the weekend so they took me in at 9:45 and left at 2:30 and I had excellent care. The staff is very warm, wonderful excellent service by the entire staff. Very knowledgeable. Yes it was excruciating but that's the price you pay when you don't take care of your teeth but they did an excellent job and hopefully my headache will go away and the price wasn't bad at all thank you Jefferson dental you're the best and I will be back in my three month appointment

Negative experience: Horrible experience! I went in for a teeth cleaning and the hygienist told me that I had to get a 2000$ treatment done due to an “infection” that I had. She said that I needed to get a deep cleaning done with a laser (btw the laser is not covered by insurance). This was after she said that the X rays that I had gotten were not good and clear to look at. She told the person in the next room that she needed the exact same treatment. They’re just pushing expensive deep cleanings for people who don’t need them. I got a second opinion where I was told a deep cleaning should have never been an option. Beware of being told you need a treatment that you do not need.

Negative experience: This dental office scammed me $569 and never refunded me my money. I was told to come back every two weeks and finally ( 4 months later ) they told me that a refund can not me returned. I’m disappointed, the supervisor DID NOT contact me and tell me he was relocating and had another person relay messages for him. Never AGAIN AM I DOING ANY TYPE OF SERVICE WITH THIS OFFICE.
