Fantastic experience: One evening I broke off a dental bonding on my front upper tooth. It was two days before a really important meeting I was presenting at. I called the front office and they got me in the following morning. I was so pleased to not have a ‘broken’ smile in front of my customers! Over the following weeks, the new dental bond was bothering me. It didn’t look or feel right. I once again called and they got me in the next day. They listened to my concerns, consulted with me and fixed the dental bond to my (very particular) liking. Now it’s perfect! Thank You!!!!

My work schedule is crazy and they’re always patient and understanding if I have to reschedule and they’re all super super friendly during every appointment. They remember their patients, when I come in I don’t even have to say my name they just say we got you checked in Zoe go ahead and take a seat. Haylee is the one who is normally with me and she’s amazing, and clearly cares about her patients and is just such a nice person, so much that I actually asked if I could just always come in and be with her every time! They also offer a payment plan option (if approved) which is super helpful because we all know dental work gets pricey. I don’t normally like going to the dentist but they are so great it makes it less scary / stressful. Theyre just the best 10/10 everytime, so thank you Haylee and everyone else in the office!!

Fantastic experience: I had such a great experience here! My hygienist, Carly, was amazing—so gentle, friendly, and professional. She made the whole appointment super comfortable. The office itself is absolutely beautiful and clean, which just added to the great atmosphere. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Excellent dentist office. They're busy for good reason, so schedule ahead of time. That being said, they are very reasonable to work with on scheduling. Hygienists are top-notch. If you floss your teeth regularly, getting your teeth cleaned is a painless experience, and they are good at helping people understand that.

Negative experience: Did not bill insurance for covered services. Will not refund money when asked. Saying there are cavities without any xrays. Can't keep dentist's in the office for continuation of care. It's gone downhill the past few years. Hygienist are not compassionate to anxieties. I would have recommended in the past, but not now. Stay away!

Negative experience: I went to Brownsburg family dentistry for 5.5 years before things went south quickly. The doctors and dental assistants are all still incredible, but their billing/insurance person is abysmal. Between the time I changed insurance plans in December, which was in network, and the new year, their office didn’t renew their contract with the insurance company. I was not informed when I was quoted for a new night guard, and I can’t imagine why they would set an expectation for an insurance company to cover services that are out of network. I had to pay hundreds out of pocket because of a false estimate, and my normal cleaning & xrays. Definitely can’t recommend this office with that kind of billing practice.

Fantastic experience: The team here is absolutely the best. I am so glad I found them after moving to Indy. They are honest and take the best care of you as a patient.

Fantastic experience: Overall, we had a great experience with our 6 month check ups. We were greeted with a warm smile by the front office staff and by our hygienist - Missy Roberts!! Missy is always so kind and friendly yet professional and we are always treated like we are the most important patient at that moment. Dr. Molin is very personable and seems to take a genuine interest in her patients. I trust Missy and Dr. Molin with our family dental needs.

They got me in the same day and were so gentle and kind to me that I immediately felt at ease. During a procedure last week, they did everything they could to ensure I stayed as comfortable as possible. I was so relaxed and shocked to find out it was completed. I found my new home. Dr. Molin and the team are truly amazing!

Cost of my crown was reasonable, well below the last one I had to get at another dentist. The dental technician, Sara, took her time in explaining the procedures and asking me regularly if I had questions. My dentist, Dr. Molin, was courteous in knowledgeable. Kelci had all of my paperwork ready at check out and was well informed on my necessary upcoming appointments and had completed the insurance research including a printout of the estimated cost. The most comfortableI I have ever felt in a dentist office from start to finish. I highly recommend, thank you!

Fantastic experience: I started going to Brownsburg Family Dentistry several months ago. I have bad experiences with dentists where I always leave in severe pain. That was not the case with this place! Their customer service is off the charts. You can watch Netflix while they work on you, but more importantly my dental hygienist took notes about my first visit and when I came in she remembered everything about me, my dental records, where I worked, my children, etc. Very impressive! Lastly, they open at 7:00a which allows me to get in and out before work!

Negative experience: Please double check that they have the correct insurance before getting any work done. My wife and I gave them our insurance for our first visit and they said we were covered. Had our initial cleaning in July, paid our copay and all was good. Then in December we get a $600 bill and the explain was that they had gotten the wrong insurance information. They gave us a little over a month to pay and constantly sent emails/letters/calls saying they would be sending us to collections if we aren’t able to pay.

Fantastic experience: I moved to the area about 18 months ago and am so lucky to have found Brownsburg Family Dentistry. I required emergency service last month, and was given a same day appointment. The hygienist and dentist are kind, gentle, and caring.

Negative experience: A very nice place with doctors and hygienists very professional and friendly. Customer service and scheduling visit was excellent. However, running late for just one appointment will culminate into them cancelling outrightly all the scheduled appointments you have even next year appointments - I was told that's their policy, but its unbelievable as things do happen sometimes that will make you to be late but it doesn't matter even if you provide notice that you will be running late! even if it's the first time that happens! Unbelievable.

Fantastic experience: The office staff is always friendly. They are also helpful answering questions regarding insurance claims. Appointment times are kept in track. Yet the dental staff always takes the time to address patient questions or concerns. They suggest and explain any procedures that may be beneficial.

Positive experience: Always a pleasure going here for my semi-annual dental checkup and cleaning. Staff are professional and friendly and make you feel at ease (which is high praise coming from someone who used to be terrified of the dentist!). Not so pleased with the significant increase in my cost with my November 2024 visit with no advance notice. Said there is now a 20% copay now on regular cleanings due to their contract changed with DeltaDental from PPO to Premier. When I looked this up on DeltaDental's website, it appears Premier and Non-network are the same coverage even though Brownsburg Family Dentistry is still listed as PPO and Premier as many other dentist in the area are. Not really sure what is going on so I will have to see what DeltaDental actually covers in their EOB.

Fantastic experience: I had an excellent experience at the dental office after a filling from a previous dentist popped out unexpectedly. I called in the morning, and despite their busy schedule, they managed to fit me in during a very tight window. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making me feel at ease despite the urgency. The dentist did a fantastic job refilling the cavity quickly and efficiently. I truly appreciated their willingness to help me out in a pinch. Highly recommend this office for their outstanding service! Thank you!!!!

Negative experience: Gone to this dentist for her 15 years. The last few years they’ve had so many changes with staff and all new doctors. All the changes have made for less professionalism. The front desk has twice told me a time for an appointment and I arrive only for the appointment to be a different time.

Negative experience: My 89 y.o. mother lost her dentures so we scheduled an appt for replacements. She was charged $3.8k & told it would take ~8 weeks. Several days later we found the uppers & called to let the office know she only needed the lower dentures. After 9 weeks, I checked in & was told someone left a phone message on 2 specific dates telling me a return visit was needed. I checked my phone log on those dates & this simply wasn't true. Conveniently, I was told that the person who called was no longer employed. When I asked for a discount to make it right, I was ignored. So my 80 lb mother waited 2 months without progress while this office held her money. Totally unacceptable!
