Fantastic experience: From the moment that I walked into the office, I felt that I was in the right place. Gisele, at the front desk, greeted me with a pleasant and welcoming smile. The wait time was minimal and then Tiara, the dental assistant, escorted me to the examining room. Following some preliminaries, she took the needed X-rays after which she explained the findings on the X-rays. During my consultation with Dr. Rainford, he made me feel very comfortable and expressed a sincere interest in my concerns. My visit ended at the front desk with Kelsie reviewing the plan of care with me. She was very thorough and open to working with me on a schedule of care that would be suitable for me. I really believe that I made the right decision in choosing this practice for my dental care.

Fantastic experience: I needed a root canal on a tooth that was bothering me, and being that I have dental anxiety, this was very stressful. I have been coming to this dentist for regular cleanings, and everyone from the front staff, to the hygienist and Dr. Rainford has been absolutely amazing! The office is clean, and modern, and they get you in and out very fast. Also the professionalism is top tier! Anyway back to the root canal. I was very nervous about this procedure because of my anxiety, and Dr. Rainford assured me that it would be painless. I thought he was just fibbing because really, a painless root canal? I assumed a procedure like that would be horrible! Anyway I got my root canal procedure, and let me tell you he was right! It was painless! I didn’t feel anything! The only discomfort is having your mouth open for a long period of time, and for some reason I had the urge to swallow a lot. I would get a root canal all the time if it wasn’t so expensive! lol that’s how amazing this service was. The team at Vibrant Smiles Rock!

He is an excellent dental health care professional and I look forward to ONLY seeing him annually as I will work more diligently on my oral hygiene habits. Since I recently got braces I’ve been visiting Vibrant Smiles monthly and I get an opportunity to observe on a monthly basis and I am even more impressed with Operations. Brandy is very patient with me when I have to reschedule and accommodating as much as possible when I am late. I am particularly impressed with how well the veteran staff works with the new staff and dental assistant interns. While there may be some technical challenges, because they are learning on the job, they are very patient with each other. This prompts me to be patient and understanding because everybody deserves the chance to learn. UPDATE: I appreciate the "new" front office staffers, Kelsie and Giselle they are such a great fit. I came in with a challenge with my bite and requested to see Tiera and they were so accommodating. Tiera carefully and gently met my needs. She managed my anxiety and reassured me through her professionalism and skill. Thank you Dr. Rainford for hiring such an excellent group of individuals. You all take great care of me and my family.

Altrice was my hygienist- she was very gentle and pleasant to talk too, Kelsie helped me at the desk and was very pleasant, Jennifer did my xrays and at other offices its usually very uncomfortable, but here it wasnt. Just so happened the 2 days later, I needed an emergency wisdom extraction which took all of 3 minutes for them to complete. I had no pain. Instructions were clear and I healed well. The staff was amazing.In fact, it felt like I knew them already.Being that I research the dentist office online prior and read everyone's background. Only thing. I did not like was the fact that I didn't get the Goody bag.That other reviews said they received.However I was very pleased with my visit. Looks like. I found my new dentist.

Fantastic experience: After having a bad experience as a child, for the past 20 years I was always terrified of the dentist. Untill one day about 2 years ago I was having the worst tooth ache and needed professional help. So just like everyone else now in days, I took to google and began my search for a dentist. The fact that I wasn’t from Georgia and had an only been here about 4 years made the search a little more difficult. Honestly I visited two other dentists prior to Vibrant Smiles, but I didn’t feel comfortable at those locations. After coming across VIBRANT SMILES and reading their reviews I decided to give them a try. Ever since the first day I entered DR Rainfords office, it’s like my fear went away. Since the first day I’ve met Tierra and Amber they have always treated me like family. From being patient with me and my questions, all the ways to the laughs and jokes.So I Just wanted to take a minute and say thank you to Dr Chae Rainford and the entire VIBRANT SMILES family for helping me overcome my fear of dentistry and for always making me feel comfortable every time I step foot inside the office. Negative experience: I am writing to express growing concern and disappointment regarding the level of service at your office. While my family consistently fulfills our responsibility by arriving on time for appointments, often confirmed by your automated reminders—we are repeatedly met with scheduling issues. It is frustrating to arrive on time, only to find that our slot has been double or even triple booked. Our time, like that of other patients, is valuable and deserves respect. Today was yet another example of unacceptable service: we arrived for a scheduled appointment only to be told it had been cancelled by your office—with no prior notice. Where was the communication? Where was the empathy? While we understand that unforeseen issues can occur, this is clearly not an isolated incident, which makes it even more troubling. What is at stake here is more than just one appointment is the trust and loyalty of long-term patients. My family of six, along with many others in our extended community, came to Vibrant Smiles because of the service. If that continues to deteriorate, it will also be the reason we leave. I sincerely hope this feedback is taken seriously, and that meaningful changes are made to address these ongoing issues.

Negative experience: There were a lot of RED FLAGS before I drove an HOUR from Buckhead to visit this dentist because I had a difficult time sending my x-rays over to them prior to my visit, I tried a few times and was told they could not open the files. They even tired to say they did not have them when I got there ... all to charge me for x-rays for the 5TH TIME! I have visited 4 dentist in the last year, being someone that did not have issues in the past, going to a dentist is new to me ... I had a deep cleaning and in less than a year my teeth started to fall apart in the front!!! So I set on a path to get them repaired. EVERY dentist that I visited saw my situation not an opportunity to serve but a opportunity to STEAL from me, when all I requested was a simple cleaning and cosmetic bonding on the front, EVERY dentist I visited INSISTED that I get x-rays despite the fact that I am walking in with x-rays from the previous dentist or they REFUSE to treat me, only to charge me 200,00. EVERY dentist REFUSED to give me the treatment I requested and would only treatment if I followed THEIR treatment plant that cost $20,000 or MORE! Vibrant Smiles Family & Cosmetic Dentistry was no different. I sent emails, had conversations, sent a VIDEO of the treatment that I wanted - my teeth bonded and nothing else and made it clear that I am send 30 images of my teeth and will not take any more and like a broken record the FIRST thing I was told when I walked in was I had to take x-rays! You can't make this up! They had over 30 images and to get 225.00 they INSISTED on x-rays, I refused and the dentist himself came in and looked me in my face and LIED how HE must have his own xrays in order to treat me ... AFTER over 30 minutes of back and forth I gave in ... after all I drove and hour, was made to wait 30 minutes because I refused to take another set and then a 30 minute exchange with the doctor. After I tool the x-rays, I was BROUGHT to the front, given a treatment plan for 29995.00 and asked to LEAVE! The ''doctor'' did not even give me the respect of a conversation after the x-rays, he go to STEAL from my dental insurance yearly plan budget and he was done because he knew that was the existent of it, he would have to do my treatment plan to move forward. But he and the other dentists are so psychopathic, narcissistic and egotistical that they will LOSS the $5000 it would cost to follow my desires and will refuse to treat me because how DARE I not do what they want. How dare I not pay or go into debt to pay THEIR mortgage with my mouth, how dare I question them or REFUSE to follow orders ... INSANE! These low life thieves are hiding behind the cloth of respectability when they have none. I respect a person snatching my purse more than these beings that SMILE while stealing and feel they are above all and WE should bend to their wishes when they have no integrity or honor. They are THEIVES with a degree to steal and take advantage of people that don't know better but I do. I am 65 years old why would I take my funds and buy 20,000 worth of dental care? Vibrant Smiles Family & Cosmetic Dentistry, I caution them to be trusted with your care because I can tell you for sure the don't care about you at all ... not one bit! MONEY only, no integrity beware!!! During COVID we really got to see our doctors in this country they care only for money .... THEY ARE NOT LIKE US! I am going to the UK ... EVERYTHING that I want including the AIR FARE and a week vacation in a AIR BNB will cost $6,000. As it regards your responce - LIES GARBAGE and TRASH! Its UNETHICAL to take my MONEY for x-rays, refuse to treatment me, MY BROTHER, YOU are the only reason I still have ISSUES, because I won't do what you want! Even if I had MANY issues why can't I get done what I can AFFORD? YOU did not even give me the RESPECT of a conversation after the xrays! To let a black women in her 60s drive a 2 hours round trip for care turned away because I won't do what YOU want and spend 20,000 is crazy and UNETHICAL! SHAME ON YOU !!!
