Negative experience: I came to them for an estimate for a lot of work. They took a lot of pictures, cleaned my teeth, took every penny that both my insurances would give them and charged me personally after that was gone. I left uncertain about what exactly I was charged for. I had the work done somewhere else. After some kind words of apology I took my review down and went back to them. I realized I could have been mistaken. I was not. They convinced me to come back, I had my teeth cleaned, and after both of my insurances (they stack) Kellerman Dental says that I still owe them over $500. Considering everything, I can't help but assume this is personal. I'm not certain what I did.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Kellerman was very good he always ask how I was doing and he took his time explaining what procedure I was going to have and if I had any questions he would answer them. Fantastic experience: Today was the first time in a very long time that I had to have something major done. I was so nervous because this was the first time my new dentist would be doing the work. I have always had a fear of dentistry and I had gained confidence in my prior dentist and was EXTREMELY nervous about having oral surgery today with my new dentist. However, Dr Kellerman was AMAZING. He and Cheyenne calmed my nerves and explained every move and sound I might be hearing. He was so patient with me and my questions. I had zero pain during the procedure. I am no longer dreading phase two of this procedure except for paying for it. I would tell anyone that fears the Dentist, Dr Kellerman is the dentist for you.

Fantastic experience: I found Kellerman Dental when I was searching for an emergency dentist for my son. They got him in fast! When we returned for his treatment, I inquired about making an appointment for myself. They were able to see me that day. My care was very gentle and the staff pleasant and fun. I was in the waiting room because of my son and was able to watch the flow. No one waited for more than a minute or two. The office seems very efficient!

Nicole, who scheduled my appointme, was extremely patient and knowledgeable, helped me with complicated scheduling and my figuring my insurance out. Seriously, she deserves a gold medal. Lilly, was the most friendly, professional and thorough dental hygienist I've ever seen. She took her time explaining each step in detail, and I left with the cleanest teeth I've ever had! The Dentist was very personable, professional and knowledgeable, explaining all my options and helping me make a plan that I was comfortable with. I can't remember the the name of the very nice lady that scheduled my.next visit, but she was the bees knees too! I typically dread the dentist, but these guys really seem to care and have made my experience good enough to leave this review.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Kellerman’s office staff took all the fear & dread I’ve had avoiding all dentists for decades away! The first time to Dr. K’s I went clutching the happy tooth watch I gave my young sons to hold when they had to go to dentist like 20 years ago. And even showed it to Dr. Kellerman before I left. But I didn’t need it! The staff from the get-go was so friendly even after I went and spilled my complementary coffee on the floor because my hands were shaking before I even got to ‘the chair!’ I had a cleaning and pics taken the first time to see what the issues were because by the time I was there after years of delay & decay I went because it felt like my mouth was stung by many bees. The cleaning was so thorough that my mouth stopped feeling like bee stings among other noticeable improvements! Then I went back for one day of dental improvements & filings & crown made while I was there watching! It is now easy to go to Dr. Kellerman’s for twice a year cleanings and care because I know I always leave feeling better than before! I don’t dread & procrastinate setting up the appointments & getting my premedication. Thank all of you at Dr. Kellermans’s. You are all sweet & attentive & relieve all the stress! If ya’ll were my first dental office I ever went to, I swear I would never have gotten into such a predicament at age 60!!! Fantastic experience: I broke a tooth on my dentures over a weekend called their office on Monday morning to see about getting a appointment. I was not a patient of theirs but they got me in that day sent my dentures out to be repaired and got them back the next day. Called other places and most wouldn't see me because I didn't get my dentures from them. Will recommend this dentist office to anyone looking for a dentist. Everyone was very nice and helpful.

Fantastic experience: I was having a sudden sensitivity on one of my molars but my previous dentist stopped taking my insurance. Called KD and they got me in the next day! Took great care of me and let me know I just needed to switch my toothpaste!!!! Explained other options if that didn't work but didn't push those and wanted to try to least invasive option first. They have all the latest and advance technology, offices are updated, rooms are spacious and private. Definitely will be switching permanently!

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience at Kellerman Dental I was going to go to Nuvia dental but things did not work out and I ended up looking around the Edwardsville area for someone locally because I was going to travel for nuvia well I went in for a consultation and got the ball rolling and I’m very glad I did Dr.Kellerman took his time and explained everything to me as we went down the path and unlike nuvia they pull your teeth and in 24 hour put in your new teeth at Dr.kellermans office you get several sets so the swelling can go down and the end result is a great fit and perfect teeth which I never had in all my life I’m 65 and now I have a great smile which I never did much and Dr.Kellerman’s staff is top notch and very kind and compassionate. I was so embarrassed by my teeth when I smiled and I just wanted to have a nice smile without being so subconscious about my teeth . So my neice Brittany Christ who works for Dr kellerman got me set up for an appointment with him to go over what I wanted . Dr. kellerman and his staff were so kind and understanding and very professional and made me feel very comfortable each time I was there . So I was his first patient to have the denture implants done from him and his staff and I have never been so happy to have this done . I have no regrets and through the process of getting it all done Dr kellerman always made sure I was happy with my dentures . Whatever it took to make sure I was happy with my smile he made it happen . Since having the denture implants I have had a lot of my friends ask about them and said that by seeing me with a new smile gave them the courage to get them as well. I will tell anyone that has been thinking about getting them to just go for it ! I promise you will love them and the best part of it is you don’t have to deal with that nasty denture glue to hold them in place because the implants take care of that ! I also wanted to thank Lisa who worked right along the side of Dr kellerman to go the extra mile to always make sure my dentures fit like they should . Fantastic experience: My husband has an extreme gag reflex, has needed dental work for a really long time, and topped with an extreme fear of the dentist/the thought of feeling judged and pushed off. From the moment we stepped in this office at his first visit, he knew this was the place he needed to be. Fast forward, he has a dental plan to get the work done he's been needing for so long. If you're scared or nervous, if you have dental needs you've been putting off, if you're needing a dentist Kellerman is the place to go!

Fantastic experience: From entry to exit, it was the best dental experience I can remember. Lilly the hygienist did my cleaning and initial exam. She was very kind, patient and thorough. I also had an extraction scheduled on a tooth that had previously been worked on and unfortunately had fractured. Dr. Snyder and his assistant Kendra were great. The extraction was truly painless. He also repaired one of my front teeth that had chipped and it looks awesome. There was a new assistant in training, Tre'vonna, who stepped in at the end. She was awesome. If I hadn't known she was new, I never could have guessed. I would recommend the team at Kellerman Dental to anyone! Thank you for making a visit, that I was dreading, as pleasant as possible!!

Positive experience: Hygienist and dentist were very kind and caring-sensitive to my fear of the dentist. I was more at ease being at the dentist’s office. They thoroughly explained all procedures and work being done. The office is very clean as well. Front desk staff were also very nice and helpful as well.

They took me on a moments notice, built up my stub, made a beautiful temp, scanned for a new permanent veneer to be placed in ten days. Fantastic experience: I travel from Manchester MO to visit KD. Everyone is so kind. The office is very well appointed, looking fresh and new. They are light years ahead of my previous dentist, in fact that is how I found them as they can provide root canals and crowns besides just X-rays and cleaning your teeth! Root canal and custom milled crown in the same day! After that. Just kept coming back. Thankyou KD.

Fantastic experience: My husband who has dementia needs so much work done on his teeth,but is not a very cooperative patient. It was recommended that I find a dentist that offers sedation. I am so glad we called Kellerman Dental! Everyone from the young woman who made the appointment for Phil to the one who helped set up his care plan was friendly, kind, and very understanding of our situation. It is a comfort to know all the work from fillings to extractions and root canals will be done in house. Fantastic experience: I’m a first timer and things were explained to me (which most other dentists I’ve seen haven’t). The staff was wonderful and very efficient.

Negative experience: I asked them to stop my toothache, they did exrays set up a day to fix my tooth, over a month away! I’m still in pain they wouldn’t prescribe me pain medication only antibiotics ugh! not happy. Yes it is my fault for poor dental hygiene health but they need to help before it gets worse.

Fantastic experience: I cannot miss the opportunity to give a well deserved shout out to Dr. Snyder and his team at Kellerman Advanced Dentistry! Beginning with Nicole the scheduling coordinator. Kenny, Leslie & Jocelyn the dental assistants. Erica the dental hygienist. Katie the treatment coordinator. There were others and ALL were sincerely supportive! I was beyond nervous about this process but that didn’t last long! Dr. Snyder exuded a humble confidence that placed me at ease right away. He thoroughly discussed the pros and cons of my choices. He told me I was the captain of the ship and whatever I decided, he would take good care of me. His team created a clam, relaxing and comfortable environment. He whistled while he worked. He talked about his chickens. It is clearly evident that he is passionate about successfully completing a job well done! Dr. Snyder and his team made this entire process run seamlessly. More importantly, painlessly! I am now day one post-op my procedure and I truly feel great! He is innovative and uses guided tissue regeneration to assist in the healing process. For someone who has never had any serious teeth issues and still had all of my teeth (including my wisdom teeth), I will forever be grateful for Dr. Snyder and his competence! He comes highly recommended by me and I will continue to promote him to others in the future!

Fantastic experience: I really appreciate Dr. Wen she was very patient with me and was as gentle as possible considering the amount of pain I was in. I wasn't charged a dime because they couldn't get inside my mouth to do anything not even charged for the novacaine they used which really helped since I couldn't afford 165 plus prescriptions. Will definitely recommend to other people.

Fantastic experience: I needed a crown placed following a root canal. The office got me in within two weeks for a consult. The day of my appointment, my consult turned into me getting my permanent crown placed, and the dentist and assistant even stayed past closing time to finish it. The whole thing ended up costing $400 less than the quote I got from my regular dentist, so I was very happy!!!

Positive experience: Received reminders to do paperwork in advance, but I had already completed it. Mass emails to all might be easy for Kellerman, but are nuisances to customers. Texting my arrival to the team while in parking lot doesn’t seem to do anything for the customer experience. Probably a choice by Kellerman Dentistry to not engage in cost of services or insurance coverage before services rendered. Surprising customers at the checkout counter is not a winning strategy. I was surprised and probably own some of that on my end by not asking the right questions in the right way. BL: I didn’t expect a $237 bill. You are not in my network and I won’t be returning. Dental tech was fantastic and my dentist was efficient and kind. Bummer I can’t come back.

Fantastic experience: I had the goodest parents when I went to the dentist today at Kellerman dental.they took time with me and my husband. Everyone was so nice and polite. And friendly. I would Recommend this chemistry anytime

Fantastic experience: The atmosphere and environment of the visit was very humanistic and also was met with an execeptionl skill base. They made me feel comfortable during my assessment there was no shame feelings because the era I grew up in dentist did not save your teeth they just pulled them. I did not feel a hint of racism because I have been to some medical offices in certain zip codes you can feel it. The scheduling team was great I am a RN and I personally rate medical facilities on customer service and skill base I give you guys a 10 out 10 congratulations Keep making smiles believable!!!

Fantastic experience: I had lots of horrible dental expirience in my life and was looking for a perfect dentist . My teeth are very important to me and I don't trust just anybody. I think suffering in that dental chair improves our assessment skills and we don't make the same mistake twice. So when I walked in his office about 6 years ago I had high expectations. Dr.Kellerman still makes fun of me for being skeptical and demanding. Him and his team exceeded all my expectations...I call them Dream Team. I'm actually looking forward to my dental appointments. I love that office- it looks fresh, stylish, latest technology everywhere, always great music on the background, coffee, water. I love his team - hard working beautiful people, always smiling, friendly, always ready to help. I came to him with a very difficult problem, fixing front teeth is not easy. Dr.Kellerman took that challenge and I'm so glad he did. I always get compliments on my teeth. Thank you Dr. Kellerman :) I recommend Kellerman Dental to everybody who needs dental work done, they are the best. 2025 review One of my front crowns sadly broke 2 days ago. It's not the best way to start 2025 but Dr.Kellerman's team helped me right away. I had Lisa and Dr.Win during my visit, they made me feel so much better by providing excellent care, kept me informed of every step of the procedure and its the most comforting during stressful event as losing a tooth.Thank you very much, i appreciate your professionalism and caring attitude.
