Fantastic experience: Had an overall great experience with the smilist team. I had a referral for a root canal and while providers in Albany, much closer to my home, were unable to even get me a consultation for months, the Doctor at the smilist reviewed my case, and I was scheduled in a week. After X-rays, the procedure was done that day and completed in about one hour! No pain or discomfort. The staff I interacted with were all super friendly and I will gladly drive twice the distance for this kind of care! Mark B

Fantastic experience: The dentist assistant made me feel very comfortable as soon as I got in there and spoke with her, which was very comforting for me . As far as the Dentist, I don’t think I’ve ever sat in the chair for only a minute and getting several teeth pulled. I was totally amazed. I didn’t feel any pain and it was over so quick and he was very nice and comforting. I would definitely go back again. Great teamwork and effort.there. Way to go five ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The dentist I had today Stephen is very professional. He is very gentle Which makes the visit more comforting five star Dentist I keep going back

Fantastic experience: Root canal today this office rocks . Office personal are always cheerful and professional. The Endodontist ask well as the assistant actually made it pain free . Yes I did feel the pressure but not pain. The office is clean but doesn't smell like chemicals.

The service was great and the hygienist/ dentist assistant was very friendly and made me laugh during a very trying deep cleaning. Fantastic experience: Today I had 2 extractions and a bone graft in preparation for an implant (something I was totally against) but with the knowledge and patience of Dr Toth I had my procedure done with very little discomfort. Thanks to nitrous oxicide and plenty of local anesthesia. Great place to have dental work done. I highly recommend.

Negative experience: This place is now called the Smilist. Since new ownership this place is terrible and everything is a money grab. Please be aware of them charging you cash and charging your insurance for stuff they did not do. I do not recommend this place anymore since new ownership.

Fantastic experience: This place was great! We were greeted with a smile and checked in right away. We only waited about 3 minutes to be taken back where the dental assistant was very kind and knowledgeable. Fantastic experience: Needed an extraction of a erupted tooth that was plaquing me for months. Made an appointment with Dr. Toth and it was literally a quick and painless extraction. I was seen within minutes after my arrival. His assistant Tiffany was so engaging and kind that made it all the better. I had no pain thereafter and absolutely no swelling! Great dental visit experience.

Fantastic experience: I was referred to this clinic by my insurance company while looking for an oral surgeon to remove a problematic wisdom tooth. I am very happy that I chose to go with Dr. Toth, he explained the entire process and made me feel at ease with his expertise. He gave me information that allowed me to make an informed decision. My case was complicated due to the proximity of the inferior alveolar nerve and the roots of the tooth, he gave me the option for a coronectomy in order to prevent any unnecessary complications and after going home and doing my research I opted to go in for it. I feel at ease and although im still in recovery, I am very satisfied with the way I was treated. Tifani which is the surgical tech was super attentive and very supportive during the procedure and Dr. Toth bedside manners and knowledge beyond superb. Im hoping to never have to deal with extractions again but I will absolutely recommend them.

Fantastic experience: Just finished a root canal from Dr. Vohra. Absolutely painless experience. She took her time and ensured I was comfortable multiple times throughout the procedure. Her hygienist was very kind and efficient, as was the receptionist who handled my billing. They left me feeling valued as a patient. I would highly recommend this practice!

Fantastic experience: The staff is always professional and I am always seen on time. Makes it reliable to schedule during lunch break. Had two impacted wisdom teeth extractions within two years by Dr. Toth who is a master at it. I am very sensitive when it comes my teeth and Dr. Toth knows how to apply the anesthesia so effectively that I never feel any pain. He's very fast... extractions done within 15 minutes! The Hygienists and Dentists here are great! I highly recommend this practice.

Negative experience: This place scammed me and my family! They told me they took my insurance before I got services and then after my family was seen they kept telling me I was in network! Then bills started coming to my home! They told me it was a mistake and that they need to call the insurance to fix it! After a few months, they said they no longer take my insurance and I have to pay for my previous services! What kind of dental place lies about being in network and scams families out of money that they do not have!! Don’t go here.

Fantastic experience: What can I say? I am so thankful for Dr. Jigisha. Her work is top tier. Make sure you have good communication with her in regards to your fears. I was scared of getting a pre-molar extracted and brought it up. She used New AI technology to see if it could be saved and she did! Had a root canal with another provider and it was seamless. My crown fitting with Dr. J is seamless. I have no complaints. They even worked with me to save me some money as I do not have insurance.

Fantastic experience: I personally hate going to the dentist because I feel like they’re always so rude and don’t care about your pain, but the lady who cleaned my teeth today was amazing. She kept telling me to breathe while she was cleaning because she noticed i was holding my breath, repeatedly asking me if I felt any pain & giving me some tips… She was very amazing.

Fantastic experience: Dr.Toth and his team recently took care of my 87 year old mother who needed an extraction. My mom said he was extremely patient, kind, and made her feel at ease. He is an expert in his field. His dental assistant took great care of my mother In the beginning, during, and after her procedure. The oral surgical team are top-notch and would highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: I switched my dental office after decades elsewhere. My experience with the staff has been most refreshing and professional. The practice uses modern technique and equipment. I had a crown done, and while that is never something to be excited about, Dr Jigisha scanned my tooth and was able to provide me a perfect fitting crown and fast pain free insertion. My hygienist brings many years of experience and a gentle touch. You can tell by the way you are handled that they care and want your experience to be optimal.
