Fantastic experience: I’ve been a patient at Winter Park Dentistry since my teens—back when it was still Lakemonte Dental. I still remember walking in at 14 and seeing Lorraine at the front desk, and I’ve been with them ever since. Over all these years, I’ve had great care, but I’ve never had a hygienist like Sergio. This young guy doesn’t just clean teeth—he educates, motivates, and genuinely cares. Fantastic experience: After 15-years, I needed to find a new dentist. During my new patient cleaning it was discovered that I had two fillings which required replacement. This recommendation was supported with visual evidence via photographs and x-ray. The procedure was fast and pain-free, and less than 5-hours later I am back to 100%. Negative experience: Dr. Whitehead is the most unprofessional, disrespectful dentist I have ever been to in my life. She actively dismissed all of my concerns about my teeth then tried to convince me that I had no enamel left on my molars….. I just had a cleaning by my home town dentist 6 months ago. She gave no response when I pressed her on why this is the case. Definetely don’t come here

Negative experience: I would not recommend this place. I’ve been with them for quite some time now they used to be at one location and then they moved to the new location off of Fairbanks the past couple of time I’ve gone. I’ve noticed a huge difference. Now it seems the hygienist focus more on selling you things and spend less time actually cleaning of your teeth. And typically towards the end the actual dentist would come in and check the work of the hygienist and asked you if you have any questions. They completely stopped doing that now after the hygienist finished trying to sell you everything they’re done with their cleaning that’s it you leave it’s completely fine transactional. Lastly, staff is a little rude and each time I go the staff changes.

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience with Dr. Shauni Cowan at Winter Park Dentistry. She was persistent in making sure my crown fit perfectly—not just “good enough.” Dr. Cowan even sent it back to the dental lab because she wasn’t satisfied with the initial fit, which really showed her dedication to doing things right. She also has a calm and reassuring manner that helps you feel comfortable during the procedure. Fantastic experience: I really like this practice. They are nice, honest, and down-to-earth. My hygienist Sergio was very friendly and did a very thorough job, and Dr. Whitehead is very kind and professional. Their equipment is also high tech! I wasn't thrilled with how my teeth look from the scans, tbh, but that's on me for letting my dental hygiene lapse for too long, which they gave me some flack for - and rightfully so! - but not in an overly reprimanding manner. Highly recommended!

Positive experience: The staff was friendly and efficient. I was cold and the dental assistant gently swaddled me in a warm blanket. My dental issue was taken care of professionally by a friendly dentist. My only complaint is the high price for my visit. Maybe I'm out of touch.

I was looking for a more caring and professional dentist and hqve found it!! Dilery is amazing, I have alot of health issues and I'm hard to deal with I'm sure, but she did such a great job being gentle and manuevering around to do her work. Fantastic experience: Winter Park Dentistry’s new facility is just awesome! Congratulations! I had another great visit here. Everyone from the front desk to the Dentist are very friendly and helpful. Any concerns were answered by both the hygienist and dentist. Keep up the great patient care!

Fantastic experience: GREATEST DENTIST OFFICE I HAVE EVER HAD THE PRIVILEGE TO BE ASSOCIATED WITH!! Sadly I did not get to meet Dr. Whitehead but Dr. Cowan did a very professional job as did her hygienist Jamie (I hope I spelled that right). I did not have to wait long to see either Jamie of Dr. Cowan, who were were both VERY nice and answered all of my questions. I now have new dental office for life and I am so overjoyed!!!!!

Fantastic experience: I've been 3 times in the last 30 days. My cleaning was the first time. I was immediately impressed with the beauty, design, and decor of the facility. The staff were all friendly and professional. The dentist was very pleasant and personable. I'm not sure why, but it made me feel good when she pulled down her mask to talk to me. I returned after breaking a tooth and received the same treatment. They were able to quickly fit me in. I returned after my root canal. Same treatment. Top notch.

Fantastic experience: So glad I found Winter Park Dentistry. I have been going to this practice for the past 4+ years and I couldn’t recommend them enough. The staff are lovely, warm, and patient if you are nervous in a medical setting (or if you were like me and put off seeing a dentist for a long time due to bad prior experiences elsewhere). Dr. Whitehead and the rest of the team are friendly, fun, professional, and informative. I recently started the process of getting my first crown, and the first appointment couldn’t have been more efficient and seamless. The Assistant Dom was so kind and a pleasure to have during the procedure, and Dr. Whitehead is always a pro and makes all experiences comfortable and relaxed. Kali is my Hygienist, and always remembers the details of conversations and makes sure to check in with me, which I truly appreciate. Dr. Whitehead is building an amazing team.

Fantastic experience: First visit to Winter Park Dentistry and it was wonderful. My hygienist, Jaime, was super friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain the different options available to me. Dr. Whitehead was also extremely friendly and knowledgeable. She raised concerns that we should keep an eye on but was honest about what needed to be seen now vs what could be a problem years from now. Overall it was a great experience, I didn’t feel pressured into buying things or made to feel bad about not flossing enough or any of the other negatives I’ve seen at dentists in the past.
